madrasah at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 2 Solok; third, to find out the implementation of the head of the madrasah in realizing a great, independent and outstanding madrasah at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri
2 Solok; and fourth, to find out the evaluation of the head of the madrasah in realizing a great, independent and outstanding madrasah at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 2 Solok. This research is a field research that uses qualitative methods with a descriptive approach. The techniques used in data collection are: observation, interview and documentation techniques. Data analysis used in this study are: data reduction, data presentation (data display), data checking (data verification), and drawing conclusions.
This research found that the management of the head of the madrasah in realizing a great, independent and outstanding madrasah in MTsN 2 Solok has been going well, which is judging from four things, namely: first, planning carried out by means of good deliberation and cooperation between the head of the madrasah and all academics; second, the organization carried out has been carried out according to planning and the distribution of each task in accordance with the expertise and skills
possessed; Third, in the implementation process, the head of the madrasah always takes part to provide direction and guidance; And fourth, the supervision carried out has been carried out effectively, because
this supervision is useful to find out whether the planning, organizing, implementation has been carried out in accordance with the predetermined objectives in realizing an independent and outstanding madrasah

Human existence is the main point for explaining all the conditions that have developed. Naturally, basic social issues cannot be separated from this discussion. This article attempts to review the essence of the human self, which is related to the social potential aspect. The article will use a hermeneutical-philosophical approach as the main analysis tool and human philosophy as the main component of the research. This research shows that the potential for human identity has a fairly close correlation with the concept of ego in Iqbal's philosophy. This relation contributed in social ways through human personality, basic identity, and uniqueness. All these conditions are aligned with Whitehead's organizational philosophy, which shows the importance of personal responsibility in optimizing identity
Kreativitas Guru Kelas Dalam Pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia
Abstrak : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan bagaimana kreativitas guru Bahasa Indonesia dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran. Hal ini menjadi penting untuk diteliti karena tidak semua guru mampu dan memiliki kreativitas dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran sehingga proses pembelajaran menjadi membosankan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian studi lapangan berjenis deskriptif kualitatif. Penelitian dilakukan di MI Muhammadiyah Karanglewas Kidul, Kabupaten Banyumas. Adapun subjek dalam penelitian ini yakni kepala madrasah, guru kelas IV dan siswa kelas IV MI Muhammadiyah Karanglewas Kidul. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yakni wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Dari hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa kreativitas guru kelas IV dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran bahsa indonesia yakni meliputi, pertama kreativitas guru dalam menggunakan metode pembelajran seperti metode tanya jawab, metode proyek/kegiatan, metode demonstrasi dan belajar kelompk. Kedua, kreativitas guru dalam menggunakan media pembelajaran seperti menggunakan media lcd proyektor, media gambar, dan media audio (speaker). Ketiga, krativitas guru dalam pengelolaan kelas seperti pengaturan pola tempat duduk peserta didik.
SUPERVISI AKADEMIK BIDANG KOMPETENSI PEDAGOGIK GURU KECAMATAN LUBUK BEGALUNG
This research is motivated by the importance of implementing academic supervision to overcome the problem of lack of teacher creativity in making tools, learning media, the methods taught are not updated, teachers are less effective in implementing learning, there are teachers who are less able to prepare and develop lesson plans independently because there is a new curriculum. The research method used isqualitative with data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique in this research is, data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Research Results: (1) The program for implementing academic supervision is carried out using a process, planning an academic supervision program which is designed at the beginning of each semester, implementing academic supervision which is carried out continuously, and following up on the results of academic supervision by providing training and workshops. (2) The approach to implementing academic supervision uses a direct approach (directive) by approaching the teacher and not blaming the teacher, anindirect approach (non-directive) through teacher council meetings with the school principal, a collaborative approach by conducting discussions and self-reflection. (3) Techniques for implementing academic supervision use individual techniques by conducting class visits, observation visits, curriculum implementation, and group techniques by holding meetings and conducting group discussions

School principals are accountable for ensuring the success of the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project, a program that strives to develop students’ comprehension, appreciation, and application of Pancasila ideals. This essay aims to provide elementary school administrators with a management plan that will enable them to successfully implement the project of raising the profile of Pancasila students. Research in libraries is the method employed. The research results show that the Project for Strengthening the Pancasila Student Profile is one part of the independent curriculum with noble goals that require management strategies from the school principal to implement it to succeed. Management strategies that a school principal can implement to make the project of strengthening the profile of Pancasila students a success: 1) Formation of a Work Team; 2) Training and Development; 3) Parental and Community Involvement; and 4) Continuous Monitoring and Evaluation
Traces of the Archipelago Heritage: Uncovering the Historical Significance of Minangkabau in Negeri Sembilan Culture
This study aims to investigate the deep historical connections between Minangkabau and Negeri Sembilan, two regions with rich cultural heritage in the archipelago. We explore the traces of this heritage to uncover the historical significance of Minangkabau in the formation and development of Negeri Sembilan's culture. The research method involved in-depth historical analyses as well as a careful literature review, which helped us understand the influence that Minangkabau culture has had on the social structure, customary system, values and traditions of the people of Negeri Sembilan. Our results show that this historical footprint reflects not only cultural adoption, but also the complex interaction between Minangkabau and Negeri Sembilan, which has shaped a rich and unique cultural identity in the history of the archipelago. Research findings reveal the deep-rooted nature of this cultural relationship, starting from the early arrival of Minangkabau people in Negeri Sembilan during the 15th and 16th centuries, to diplomatic relations with Raja Mahmud of Pagaruyung in 1773. The historical significance of Minangkabau in Negeri Sembilan culture has important relevance in understanding the cultural dynamics of the region
PEMANFAATAN MEDIA SOSIAL DALAM PEMBELAJARAN BAHASA ARAB PADA MAHASISWA PBA
Social media is often utilized by university students as a learning tool. There are various social media platforms that can be used for learning purposes. This research aims to explore the utilization of social media in the process of learning Arabic language among PBA students at UIN Jakarta, examining the specific media used for learning, the skills sought after on these platforms, as well as their weaknesses, drawbacks, and the purpose of social media usage according to the students' perspectives. The research employed a descriptive qualitative research method by conducting questionnaires distributed among PBA students. The findings of this research are as follows: 1) All students agree that social media significantly aids in learning. 2) The social media platforms chosen for learning Arabic language include Youtube, Instagram, and Tiktok, with the majority of students using Youtube for learning purposes. 3) Among these platforms, the skill (maharah) often sought after is Istima‘ (listening). 4) Social media has both advantages and disadvantages; advantages include engaging content delivery, making it easier for students to comprehend, while the downside is the need for internet data and a stable network connection during media usage. 5) Social media is used with the goal of obtaining information and expanding knowledge about the learning process
ISLAMIC RELIGIOUS EDUCATION STUDENTS’ SKILL IN READING ARABIC TEXT: AN ANALYSIS OF PHONOLOGICAL ERRORS
This qualitative descriptive research aims to analyze phonological errors in Arabic text reading skills, identify the factors that cause these errors, and identify efforts to overcome these problems. This research was carried out at Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training Imam Bonjol Padang State Islamic University. The subjects of this research are students of the Islamic Religious Education study program classes D, E, and F for the 2023/2024 academic year who are currently taking semester 2 (two). In this regard, the sample size for this study was 31 students. Furthermore, data was collected through recording, listening, note-taking techniques supported by observation and documentation. Then, the data was analyzed using the data triangulation technique from Miles and Huberman. The results of the research showed that there were 29 phonological errors made by students of the students. These errors were in the form of seven single consonant errors, 16 vowel errors, one diphthong error, four double consonant errors (tasydīd), and one article error (alif lām). These errors are generally due to linguistic and non- linguistic factors. The non-linguistic factors are divided into two, namely internal and external factors for students. Therefore, efforts are needed to overcome these errors. For example, by listening more and training yourself in pronouncing Arabic texts
Increased Mastery Of Arabic Vocabulary Through The Use Of The Heads Together Learning Model
Arabic is a language that is used as a ritual of worship and a language used to unite Muslims throughout the world, so that someone masters good and correct Arabic, vocabulary mastery is needed. Therefore Arabic vocabulary is very important. Based on the results of the analysis of the vocabulary mastery of madrasah ibtidaiyah students which is still low due to the lack of innovation and complex understanding from Arabic teachers regarding the learning model applied. With this, students will have negative assumptions related to the learning process that is not optimal. An effective and appropriate learning model is very important for Madrasah Ibtidaiyah students, in order to help students understand the material, especially Arabic vocabulary. This article aims to increase the vocabulary (mufrodad) of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah students using the Heads Together learning model. The numbered head Together cooperative learning model is a shared learning model that emphasizes individual and collective responsibility in understanding learning material so that students are actively involved in learning activities, which can then have a good impact on student development
HUBUNGAN ISLAM DAN PERADABAN BARAT MODERN DITINJAU DARI SEJARAH PEMIKIRAN POLITIK ISLAM
Abstract
This article describes the relationship between Islam and modern western civilization in terms of the history of Islamic political thought. As a review of the literature, the method used in this research is more eclectic, mixing qualitative methods and content analysis. The results and conclusions of this study are that the relationship between Islam and Modern Western civilization gave birth to new adaptations and strategies. The hallmark of this period is the dominance of the West in the field of political thought. In the 19th and 20th centuries, Western political thought served as a model for how a society could and should develop. Meanwhile, on the other hand, it is considered as something foreign and deserves to be despised. So there are some Islamic intellectuals who apologize that some Western ideas are the true expression of Islam. While some others respond with revivalism, namely returning to the sources of revelation..

Abstrak:
Artikel ini memaparkan hubungan antara Islam dan peradaban barat modern ditinjau dari sejarah pemikiran politik Islam. Sebagai kajian terhadap literatur, metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini lebih bersifat elektis, berbaur antara metode kualitatif dan analisis isi. Hasil dan kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah bahwa hubungan Islam dan peradaban Barat Modern melahirkan adaptasi dan strategi-strategi baru. Ciri khas periode ini adalah dominasi Barat dalam bidang pemikiran politik. Pada abad ke-19 dan ke-20, pemikiran politik Barat dijadikan sebagai model tentang bagaimana suatu masyarakat dapat dan seharusnya berkembang. Sedangkan di sisi lain, hal tersebut dianggap sebagai sesuatu yang asing dan layak untuk dimusuhi. Sehingga sebagian intelektual Islam ada yang berapologi bahwa beberapa ide Barat merupakan ekspresi Islam yang sebenarnya. Sementara sebagian yang lain meresponnya dengan revivalisme, yaitu kembali ke sumber-sumber wahyu.
