    Pemanfaatan Energi Panas pada Perubahan Fase Asam Stearat dalam Sistem Penghangat Nasi

    Asam stearat(SA) merupakan salah satu bahan berubah fase (phase change material, PCM) yang memiliki titik lebur 69,4 ℃. Energi panas pada perubahan fase asam stearat dapat dimanfaatkan dalam sistem penghangat nasi. Penelitian diawali dengan pengujian karakteristik termal PCM SA menggunakan metode T-History. Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa PCM SA melebur pada temperatur 52-57 ℃. Tahapan kedua berupa pemanfaatan energi panas dari perubahan fase PCM SA untukmengoptimalkan kinerja termos nasi dalam menjaga temperatur nasi tetap hangat. Nasi yang digunakan sebanyak 1 kg, sementara PCM SA diberikan variasi massa 100 g, 150 g, 200 g, dan 300 g. PCM SA dalam fase cair dimasukkan ke dalam plastik polyprophilene (pp). PCM SA dan nasi yang sudah disiapkan dimasukkan ke dalam termos nasi lalu ditutup rapat dan perubahan temperatur setiap waktu diukur hingga temperatur PCM dan nasi mencapai temperatur ruang. Berdasarkan hasil pengukuran, PCM SA 200 g dan 300 g mampu dalam memperlambat proses pendingingan 1 kg nasi dari rentang temperatur 83 ℃ hingga 30 ℃ selama 19 jam. Tahapan ketiga, dilakukan pengujian siklus termal dari 10 mg PCM SA. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa PCM SA mempertahankan kestabilan termal dengan baik selama 50 siklus termal

    Ismail Raji' Al-Faruqi's Philosophy and Concept of Islamization and Integration of Science

    This article focuses on the main concepts put forward by Ismail Raji' al-Faruqi related to the Islamization and integration of science. The method used in this research is a descriptive-analytical method with a contextualization approach. The primary data used in this research are the works of Ismail Raji' al-Faruqi. While the secondary data in this study are books, journal articles, and other websites that discuss the thoughts of Ismail Raji 'al-Faruqi. The results showed that for al-Faruqi, the Islamization of science is not only limited to adding Islamic elements to modern science but also involves a process of epistemological and methodological transformation. This is done to ensure that the science produced is under Islamic values, principles, and teachings. One important aspect in the Islamization of science according to al-Faruqi is the emphasis on a holistic perspective. Al-Faruqi explains that Islam offers a comprehensive view of reality, which includes spiritual, intellectual, and practical dimensions. The integration of science is an integral part of the Islamic vision of knowledge, which emphasizes the unity between science, religion, and morality. In addition, the integration of science in an Islamic perspective also includes the understanding that all knowledge comes from Allah SWT. Therefore, there is no separation between secular and religious knowledge in Islam. By emphasizing the importance of integrating Islamic principles with modern science, where tawhid is the philosophical foundation, al-Faruqi has paved the way for the development of relevant and progressive Islamic thought in the current era

    Exploring The Use of English as The Marketing Language for Product Promotion: A critical Discourse Analysis

    Language phenomena in marketing reflect the dynamic ways language evolves and it is used to influence consumer behavior and brand perception. English is considered as important language for the product promotion. This research used was to investigate the use of English as the marketing language for product promotion. It used qualitative research by using descriptive towards case study. Then, for the data collection, the researchers used interview questions and it is analyzed by using content analysis and social discourse of CDA. The research shows that there are some points of view of Micro Enterprises in West Sumatera for using English as the marketing language for product promotion such as broading the market target, showing competitive advantage, enhancing professionalism and credibility, facilitating a cross-border trading, following the current trend, and becoming the tourism destination. This research was limited into Micro Enterprises of West Sumatera Barat. Then, by conducting the research customers can get comprehensive explanation about the use of English for the Indonesian products by the Micro Enterprises

    Salah satu penyinaran radioterapi yang menjadi pilihan di berbagai rumah sakit di Indonesia adalah penyinaran kanker otak dengan teknik 2 Dimensi. Di Instalasi Radioterapi RSUD Prof. Dr. Margono Soekarjo menggunakan teknik 2 Dimensi dengan alat teleterapi Cobalt-60 untuk kasus kanker otak. Sehingga penatalaksanaan tumor otak dibutuhkan sebagai rujukan dasar penting untuk dilaksanakan. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan mendeskripsikan teknik penyinaran radiorerapi dari teknik penyinaran radioterapi dengan kasus kanker otak dengan menggunakan alat teleterapi cobalt-60. Jenis penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif kualitatif yaitu studi kasus dengan melakukan observasi di Instalasi Radioterapi Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Prof. Dr. Magono Soekarjo, Purwokerto dari tanggal 1 s/d 29 Mater 2020 dengan mengambil sampel sebanyak 1 orang pasien. Hasil dari penyinaran radioterapi kanker otak dengan menggunakan cobalt-60 adalah radiasi dengan metode 2 dimensi dengan dua lapangan penyinaran yaitu dengan sudut 90° dan 270°. Dosis total radiasi yang diberikan ke pasien sebesar 60Gy dengan fraksi sebanyak 30 kali. Pada penelitian ini tidak menggunakan alat verifikasi untuk mendapatkan posisi target yang sebenarnya

    Understanding and Attitudes of Religious Moderation among Teachers in Al-Qur'an Education Centers

    This qualitative study examines the understanding and attitudes of TPQ (Taman Pendidikan al-Qur'an) teachers in Sawit District, Boyolali, Indonesia towards religious moderation and the factors influencing these attitudes. The research used a qualitative approach through in-depth interviews, observations, and document analysis to explore the lived experiences and perspectives of these teachers. The study emphasizes the significance of religious moderation such as tawasuth (moderation), national commitment, tolerance, cultural accommodation, and anti-violence in fostering societal harmony. It highlights key challenges, opportunities, and supports within the moderation learning process. This research is distinctive in its focus on TPQ teachers, a critical yet underexplored group in religious education. The findings underscore the need for enhanced educational initiatives, promotion of moderation values, and empowerment of influential societal figures to cultivate stronger attitudes of religious moderation. By addressing regional and educational contexts, the study offers new insights into grassroots-level efforts to promote religious moderation.Studi kualitatif ini meneliti pemahaman dan sikap guru TPQ (Taman Pendidikan al-Qur'an) di Kecamatan Sawit Boyolali, Indonesia terhadap moderasi beragama dan faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi sikap tersebut. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan analisis dokumen untuk mengeksplorasi pengalaman dan perspektif hidup para guru tersebut. Studi ini menekankan pentingnya moderasi beragama seperti tawasuth (moderasi), komitmen nasional, toleransi, akomodasi budaya, dan antikekerasan dalam membina kerukunan masyarakat. Studi ini menyoroti tantangan, peluang, dan dukungan utama dalam proses pembelajaran moderasi. Penelitian menjadi unik karena berfokus pada guru TPQ, kelompok yang kritis namun kurang dieksplorasi dalam pendidikan agama. Temuan penelitian menggarisbawahi perlunya peningkatan inisiatif pendidikan, promosi nilai-nilai moderasi, dan pemberdayaan tokoh masyarakat yang berpengaruh untuk menumbuhkan sikap moderasi agama yang lebih kuat.     The Impact of Gratitude on Academic Flow among Students at MAN 2 Hulu Sungai Tengah

    This study explores the influence of gratitude on students' academic flow at MAN 2 Hulu Sungai Tengah. Academic flow, defined as a state of total immersion and enjoyment in tasks, is essential for students’ engagement and concentration. However, many students struggle to achieve this state consistently. Gratitude, a key aspect in positive psychology, is believed to enhance emotional stability, which can support academic flow. Employing a quantitative method with survey and questionnaire tools, this study sampled 70 students aged 15 to 18. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and simple linear regression. Findings reveal a significant positive relationship between gratitude and academic flow, with gratitude accounting for 66.4% of the variance in academic flow (R² = 0.664). These results highlight that gratitude may foster a positive emotional state conducive to focused learning. This research offers insights for Islamic education, suggesting that cultivating gratitude in students can potentially enhance their academic experiences and outcomes

    Pemaafan pada Mahasiswa Bangka Belitung dan Jawa Tengah Ditinjau dari Kecerdasan Emosi dan Asal Daerah

    Nowadays, students often face interpersonal conflicts caused by conflicting behaviors such as differences of opinion, interests or conflicts between individuals. Some previous studies have shown that the way to deal with a conflict is to forgive the person. This study aims to find out the relationship between emotional intelligence and forgiveness in Bangka Belitung and Central Java students. A total of 109 students studied in Bangka Belitung and Central Java obtained through purposive sampling techniques. The measurement used in this study is a short-form trait emotional intelligence questionnaire (TEIQUE-SF) scale with an alpha cronbach coefficient of 0.981 and a forgiveness scale of 0.935. The results of the study showed a positive relationship between emotional intelligence and proven forgiveness of a significant (2-tailed) result of 0.048 (p 0.05). However, the results of the analysis also showed that there was no difference in the level of emotional intelligence and forgiveness among students studying in Bangka Belitung and Central Java. The results also showed no difference in forgiveness between students from Central Java Province and Bangka Belitung Province with a probability value of forgiveness variable (sig.) of 0.467 (p .05

    Digitalization of Ancient Manuscripts from Tuban Regency as Historical Sources

    Manuscripts are the result of a person's handwriting, which contains various information, including thoughts, community culture, life history, customs in the past, which become a source of historical studies, and so on. Manuscripts in Indonesia are widely scattered throughout the country, including manuscripts in Tuban Regency. Tuban has a solid Islamic history. This is evidenced by the existence of handwritten evidence that contains various ancient manuscript information. Many people need to learn more information about the existence of manuscripts. Until care and preservation are often ignored. This method uses a philological approach focusing on a series of ancient manuscript text studies. Starting at the inventory stage of field study data collection, conservation preservation, digitization, and digital data processing. The manuscript study focuses on the Tuban Regency area by visiting several active institutions such as museums, Islamic boarding schools, and some residents. This study requires a spatial topography to ensure the condition of the manuscripts is realized based on geographical conditions and adjusts to the temperature and light entities. It can be found that some manuscripts need to be revised due to inadequate care. Manuscript preservation efforts have been carried out through various challenges, such as looking at biological, physical, and chemical factors and factors due to human negligence.     Majapahit Housing Roof: Analysis of Terracotta Miniature Houses

    This research reveals the socioeconomic conditions of Majapahit society through the roofing materials of houses in the Majapahit Kingdom. The primary data consists of stroke patterns on the roof of miniature terracotta artifacts. The shape of the strokes applied to the roof suggests the type of roofing material. This research employs mixed methods. Quantitative method was used for clustering, while qualitative method was used to analyse each material individually. Production theory guided the data analysis to determine the economic level described through materials, considering factors such as: (1) overall material quality, (2) raw materials availability and accessibility and (3) production process complexity. Clustering analysis results of 183 miniature house terracotta artifacts revealed five types of strokes: (1) asymmetric strokes, likely depicting palm fibre material (Ijuk), (2) flat vertical strokes, suggesting wood plank material, (3) cylindrical vertical strokes, indicating bamboo material, (4) square sheets representing shingle or tile material, and (5) unidentified strokes. Unidentified strokes (≤18%) are representing unique artistic expressions or the absence of strokes, showcasing the creativity of terracotta craftsmen. The observed roofing materials provide insights about three economic levels within Majapahit society. Palm fibre and bamboo roofs likely indicate the lower-middle-class dwellings, plank and wood roofs suggest lower or upper-middle-class status and finally (3) shingle and tile roofs indicate upper-middle class

    Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kurangnya keaktifan belajar peserta didik, saat kegiatan diskusi peserta didik tidak berani menjawab pertanyaan pendidik dalam proses pembelajaran, kurang kreativitas pendidik dalam menggunakan model pembelajaran dalam proses pembelajaran tertentu yang dapat digunakan selama proses pembelajaran yang menyebabkan  peserta didik kurang pandai dalam mengemukakan ide-ide dan gagasan yang dimiliki selama proses pembelajaran. Salah satu yang dapat dilakukan untuk mengatasi hal tersebut adalah dengan penerapan Model Pembelajaran  Children Learning In Science (CLIS)  Penelitian ini bertujuan 1). Untuk mengetahui gambaran hasil Pre-test  dengan penerapan Model Pembelajaran  Children Learning In Science (CLIS)  pada pembelajaran IPS di SMP N 35 Padang, 2). Untuk mengetahui gambaran hasil Post-test  dengan penerapan Model Pembelajaran  Children Learning In Science (CLIS)  pada pembelajaran IPS di SMP N 35 Padang, 3). Untuk mengetahui Perbedaan Model Pembelajaran  Children Learning In Science(CLIS) Terhadap Keaktifan Belajar Peserta didik pada Mata Pelajaran IPS Kelas VIII  di SMP Negeri 35 Padang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Quasi Eksperimen dengan rancangan yang digunakan adalah Pre-test Post-test with Non-Equivalent Control Group Design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu seluruh Peserta Didik kelas VIII SMP N 35 Padang tahun ajaran 2024/2025. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik Random Sampling, dengan sampel yaitu kelas VIII.5 dan kelas VIII.6Hasil penelitian menunjukkan rata-rata nilai pre-test hasil belajar IPS kelas eksperimen adalah 43 dan rata-rata nilai post-test hasil belajar IPS kelas eksperimen adalah 54, sedangkan rata-rata nilai pre-test hasil belajar IPS kelas eksperimen adalah 50 dan rata-rata nilai post-test hasil belajar IPS kelas eksperimen adalah 63. Berdasarkan uji hipotesis dengan SPSS versi 20 atau hasil analisis dipeoleh α sig dalam dua sisi atau sig (2-tailed) sebesar 0,000, maka diambil kesimpulan bahwa (0,000 0,05). Oleh karena itu dapat dikatakan Ha diterima, artinya terdapat Pengaruh Model Pembelajaran Children Learning In Science (CLIS) Terhadap Keaktifan Belajar Peserta didik pada Mata Pelajaran IPS Kelas VIII  di SMP Negeri 35 Padan
