Adanya Peraturan Bersama 2 Menteri yang mengatur perizinan pendirian rumah ibadah menuai kritik dari pihak-pihak yang merasa dirugikan. Peraturan Bersama 2 Menteri dianggap melanggar hak konstitusional warga negara untuk beribadah. Di sisi lain, pendirian rumah ibadah di Indonesia merupakan hal yang sensitif bagi beberapa pihak karena agama tidak lepas dari unsur politis. Oleh karena itu perlu adanya kajian tentang urgensi adanya pengaturan pendirian rumah ibadah di Indonesia. Jika dilihat dari perspektif hak konstitusional, maka seharusnya pengaturan pendirian rumah ibadah di Indonesia tidak melanggar prinsip nondiskriminasi

Perjanjian kredit kendaraan bermotor pada dasarnya selalu menggunakan Perusahaan Pembiayaan Konsumen yang notabene lembaga finance akan memberlakukan perjanjian jaminan dalam memberikan kredit untuk memiliki kendaraan bermotor. Perjanjian kredit kendaraan bermotor tersebut adalah sah dan mengikat. Oleh karena itu para pihak yang membuat kesepakatan dalam perjanjian tersebut harus tunduk dan patuh melaksanakan isi perjanjian yang telah disepakatinya. Jika perjanjian tersebut diingkari, atau salah satu pihak melakukan wanprestasi, maka segala akibat hukum dari perjanjian tersebut akan membebaninya. Get PDFThis research aims to increase the dimensions of reliability, suitability, and the impression of quality in an effort to improve the quality of fish fillet products STB. The object of this research is Sumber Tujuh Berkat company. The subjects of this research are customers, similar companies, experts, and the owner. Using purposive sampling, seven informants chosen by researchers as informants. Primary data are taken based on the results of depth interviews and documentation to the informants. Secondary data is taken from STB’s company data, reference books, journals, and the Internet that can support this research. The data collection techniques used are in depth interview and documentation. In testing the validity of the data, the researcher uses triangulation techniques. The triangulation used is source triangulation. The sources used are customers, similar companies, experts, and STB’s owner. The result of this study is how to improve the quality of fish fillet STB’s products. This improvement was made on the dimensions of reliability, conformance, and the perceived quality of fish fillet STB’s products. The way to do is training the employees regarding the filleting process which is true to the knowledge of experts, STB need to replace old equipment with a fish fillet special equipment, STB need to cooperate to fish breeder so the materials purchased has a uniform size and weight, and STB needs to get permission from BPOM to impress the product quality can be improved in the eyes of consumers

Get PDFThis study aims to determine the effect of price discounts and product perception of the value of shopping and buying behavior of consumers to the category of fashion products. The research was carried out in a department store located in the shopping center Tunjungan Plaza Surabaya. A total of 100 respondents were volunteers in this study, while the limits studied fashion product categories include apparel, handbags, footwear (shoes, slippers and sandals), as well as accessories (glasses, jewelery and hats). The results of this study indicate that the price discount hedonic effect on consumer spending. Similarly, the product may increase the perception variable hedonic shopping. Furthermore a positive effect was also shown in the variable perception of consumer products for the shopping utilitarian, hedonic and utilitarian shopping and have a positive influence on consumer buying behavior in a department store

Get PDFThe purpose of this research is to test empirically the effect of Debt to Equity Ratio, Sales Growth, Total Asset Turnover, Return on Equity to Stock Return in Consumer Goods Companies listed in BEI on 2010-2112. The formulation of the problem is hypothesized mainly on the basis of references and empirical study. The hypothesis are then examined by using the Multiple Linear Regression. T test and F test is used to test the influence significances of independent variables partially and simultaneously to stock return. The total population of this study is 36 companies. After doing the purposive sampling, there are 22 companies which is representative as the sample research. The finding of the research shows that Debt to Equiy Ratio, Sales Growth, Total Asset Turnover, and Return On Equity impact significantly to stock return, while the result of partial test shows that Sales Growth and Return On Equity impact positively and significant. Debt to Equity Ratio impacts positively and unsignificant and Total Asset Turnover impact negatively unsignificant to stock return

This study aimed to analyze the influence of service quality dimensions consisting of reliability, responsiveness, and empathy towards customer satisfaction Bank of East Java, Surabaya. This study used a sample of 60 respondents customers, further testing using multiple linear regression analysis, was tested by using the F-test and t-test. The results of this study indicate that simultaneous variable reliability, responsiveness and empathy has a positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction.
