Get PDFFidusia merupakan pengalihan hak kepemilikan suatu benda atas dasar kepercayaan dengan ketentuan bahwa benda yang hak kepemilikannya dialihkan tersebut tetap dalam penguasaan pemilik benda. Objek jaminan fidusia dapat disita oleh negara jika digunakan untuk melakukan perbuatan melawan hukum. Seperti kasus yang menimpa PT Astra Sedaya Finance, sebagai perusahaan pembiayaan yang merasa telah dirugikan akibat benda jaminan fidusia yang disita negara dari tangan pemberi fidusia selaku debitur karena yang bersangkutan melakukan perbuatan hukun kejahatan llegal logging.yang mengakibatkan benda objek jaminan dirampas oleh negara. Perampasan yang dilakukan oleh negara terhadap objek jaminandalam kasus illegal logging ini tidak bertentangan dengan droit de suite yang dimiliki penerima fidusia. Hal ini dikarenakan dengan adanya sifat droit de suite tersebut perusahaan pembiayaan sebagai penerima fidusia tidak kehilangan haknya untuk menuntut pelunasan utang pemberi fidusia apabila pemberi fidusia wanprestasi. Perlindungan hukum bagi kreditur dalam hal benda jaminan dirampas oleh negara, dapat diuraikan sebagai berikut bahwa, (1) debitur wajib menyediakan jaminan pengganti yang setara nilainya dengan barang yang dirampas oleh negara; (2) mewajibkan kepada debitur (pemberi jaminan fidusia) supaya melunasi utangnya

Get PDFShoots is one type of foodstuffs from young shoots of bamboo plants are quite popular in the community. The young shoots can be consumed, thus classified into vegetable. The main ingredient in the crude bamboo shoot is water, which is about 91%. In addition, bamboo shoots contain protein, carbohydrates, fat, vitamin A, thiamin, riboflavin, vitamin C, as well as other minerals for instance calcium, phosphorus, iron, and calcium. This shoots is often processed into a variety of materials snacks. One of them is the spring rolls bamboo shoots. Spring rolls bamboo shoots business is generally carried out by SME entrepreneurs in many areas in Indonesia, one of which is done by MSMEs in Desa Pakis, Kabupaten Malang. This study aims to look at the extent to which the development of this business in the Desa Pakis, Kabupaten Malang and explore the factors that hinder the development of its business and give suggestions so that this business can be developed further in the future. The findings concerning the factors inhibiting the development of this business, among others, are a product of spring rolls bamboo shoots produced is not hygienic, not durable, not registered at the Malang District Health Office, sales are made to the model consignment with the scope of the marketing area is still very limited, the product packaging is not interestingly, the business has not been registered in the Malang District Industry and Trade Office and difficulty in obtaining loans from banks additional capital for business development.

Get PDFThis research aims to assess the effectiveness of the implementation of corporate social responsibility program of longan planting done by the farmers in Galengloh Village, Pacet Subdistrict, Mojokerto District, East Java Province. This corporate social responsibility program is intended to increase the income of the local community. The results showed that the corporate social responsibility program that is implemented having some problems, among others, not all communities have the land to grow crops longan, not all farmers have a strong interest in developing a plant longan, lack of guidance/counseling on how to plant and maintain good longan and there is no clear picture longan marketing at harvest. If there is not a good treatment for these constraints, possibly the goal of corporate social responsibility program to increase the income of the people will not be reached. This research also found several problems encountered by society that can be used as another corporate social responsibility program

This study takes sample from 47 companies in the manufacturing sector at the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), which were published in financial report from 2012-2013. The sample was determined based on the following criteria: (a) the annual report ended 31 December, and (b) book value of equity is positive. Earnings management were measured by Modified Jones Model and cost of equity capital was estimated by Capital Asset Pricing Market. The research hypotheses were tested using single regression. The results of this research show that earnings management had positive significant influence on cost of equity capital

But after the financial crisis in 2008, many countries have began to rethink to impose value added tax on financial intermediation services. There are several alternative methods are expected to be implemented to overcome the difficulties the imposition of VAT on financial intermediation services. Indonesia as one of the countries that use the Value Added Tax system also excludes the imposition of VAT on financial intermediation services. In order to increase country revenuefrom the tax sector, the Indonesia should consider eliminating VAT exemption for financial intermediation services

The changing of business pattern of seller market to buyer market made a company has to adapt their need and changing behaviour. By having this base a company need to do market segmenting, targeting, and positioning with broadcast program in order to serve customers having different characteristics. This research aimed to find out how to apply segmenting, targeting dan positioning (STP) in Mitra 97.0 FM Radio of Batu City in determining the marketing strategy by considering STP. This research used also descriptive method drawing the execution of STP and the lack of the company in implementing STP. Form the analysis result done, Mitra 97.0 FM Radio of Batu City tried to serve the large market and divide its customers (listeners) in several segmenting variables. The applied marketing strategy was by developing products and promoting sales by personal selling, publishing, and advertising. In executing this strategy Mitra FM Radio of Batu hoped that it could be a radio having incisive segments and advertising media for products agree with the customers (listeners) segment concerned
