PENATAAN KAWASAN WISATA BENDUNGAN PAGUYAMAN DI KECAMATAN WONOSARI DENGAN PENDEKATAN ARSITEKTUR EKOLOGI
Tourism is a development sector that has become the focus of the Indonesian government because it plays a crucial role in the country’s progress, especially as a foreign exchange contributor. As one of the important economic sectors, tourism not only drives the economy but also serves as an effective means to reduce unemployment rates. One of the potential tourist attractions in Gorontalo is the Paguyaman Dam. This dam offers beautiful natural scenery, often utilized by the community for recreation and tourism. However, using the Paguyaman Dam as a tourist attraction has not gotten serious attention from the local government,necessitating improvements in various aspects such as area development, facility provision, and enhancement of supporting infrastructure. Applying the ecological architecture approach, the design concept adapts to the climate and surrounding environment, optimizes low energy use,and utilizes existing resources. The focus of developing the Paguyaman Dam tourism area aims to provide facilities that support tourism and recreational activities there. This research employs a descriptive qualitative method, with primary and secondary data, involving direct observation,interviews, literature studies, book references, journals, and online sources. The collected data are analyzed to produce a design concept that adheres to applicable regulations. The results of this report are a design concept that can serve as a guide for continuing the development of the Paguyaman Dam tourism area

Abstract: The utilization of GIS-Based Spatial Information for Mapping the Landslide Vulnerability Levels in Sumalata District
Sumalata district is an area with hilly topography which is dominated by relatively steep slopes. The landslide disaster frequently occurs in this study setting. This study aims to explore the utilization of GIS-Based Spatial Information for mapping the landslide vulnerability levels in Sumalata District. Based on the observation on March to April 2024, there are 7 landslide disaster occurred. However, the disaster can be minimized by mapping the landslide-prone area. The approach used in this study is a land unit approach. The classification of land unit is obtained from the overlay of thematic map which consist of maps of rainfall, land cover, slopes, rocks and soil type maps. The result of this study shows that the classification of the landslide vulnerability categorized in three aspects, there are low grade with 49,304 Ha, medium grade with 13.409,71 Ha, and high grade with 16.921,36 Ha

Abstract: Measurement and Evaluation of Indoor Air Quality in Residential Low – Income Apartment : Case Study of Rusunawa Tingkulu Manado
This research aims to determine the air quality in the residential space of Rusunawa Tingkulu. Indoor air quality is very vulnerable to exposure to pollution both from outside and inside the room. Poor air quality can be a contributing factor to the health and comfort of occupants of residential spaces. The focus of this research is to determine and identify air quality variables in residential spaces, namely on physical quality such as wind speed, air temperature, relative humidity, Pm2.5, Pm10, and chemical quality such as CO₂, HCHO, VOC, and O₂ levels. The method used in this research is field observation using measuring instruments as instruments for measuring variables that affect indoor air quality. Air quality data obtained from measurements are compared with standard data on ideal air requirements in the home space referring to the Regulation of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia. The data is then described in the form of graphs and tabulations, then explained descriptively. From the results of the measurements taken, it was found that the physical quality and chemical quality of CO₂ in residential spaces did not meet the required standards. Meanwhile, chemical quality variables such as HCHO, VOC, and O₂ levels have met the ideal air quality standards in residential spaces
REDESAIN BANGUNAN INDUSTRI PAVING BLOCK DI DESA BUATA DENGAN PENDEKATAN ARSITEKTUR MINIMALIS
This study aims to redesign the paving block industrial building in Buata Village by applying a minimalist architectural approach. The development of the paving block industry sector in an area is very important to support the needs of building materials. This research aims to redesign the paving block industry building using a minimalist architectural approach, this research was conducted from August to November 2023 at CV Shohat in Buata Village, Botupingee District, Bone Bolanggo Regency. This research method uses data collection and discussion methods, as well as the design process and design strategy. The results of this research show that the redesign of the paving block building in Gorontalo is needed to support the economic sector of the local community in order to meet the needs of community activities to compete with other regions in entering the paving block production industry
PERBANDINGAN METODE MOVING AVERAGE, EXPONENTIAL SMOOTHING DAN EXPONENTIAL SMOOTHING WITH TREND DALAM PERAMALAN KEBUTUHAN MATERIAL CV KARYA TEKNIK MANDIRI
Using historical data, forecasting is a technique for estimating future values. The CV Karya Teknik Mandiri was the site of this study. Buildings in industries, civil workers, backfilling, bridges, cementing/irrigation, mechanical & electrical workers, plumbing, electrical installations, ducting/ac, and other services are all provided by CV Karya Teknik Mandiri. Material buildup occurs often at CV Karya Teknik Mandiri. Material buildup at CV Karya Teknik Mandiri leads to losses, including unnecessary storage space usage and a higher risk of material deterioration, which lowers the caliber of produced items. This study examines the comparison of moving average methods, exponential smoothing, and exponential smoothing with trend in forecasting material needs, particularly cement at CV Karya Teknik Mandiri, as the company must make precise projections for material needs in the coming months. The Exponential Smoothing approach with α = 0.5 has a lower error rate than other approaches, according to data gathering and processing. The Exponential Smoothing technique with α = 0.5 gets a rating of 19.646 (Bias). MAPE 52.132%, MAD 312.391, MSE 179758.9, and standard error 434.715. The chosen approach is Exponential Smoothing α = 0.5, it may be concluded. The quantity of Material Demand (Cement) that CV Karya Teknik Mandiri is expected to have in July 2021 is 865 / (sack / 50 kg), according to the study of the forecast
KAJIAN PELESTARIAN BANGUNAN CAGAR BUDAYA MASJID HUNTO SULTAN AMAY GORONTALO
Abstract: Study on the Preservation of the Cultural Heritage Building Hunto Sultan Amay Mosque in Gorontalo. This research aims to examine and identify the significance of Islamic architecture, including architectural elements that form the building's character and Islamic architectural elements, and to analyze and determine the direction of preservation for the Hunto Sultan Amay Mosque. The methods used in this research include three approaches: descriptive analysis method, evaluative method (weighting), and development method. The identification results of the significance of Islamic architecture in the Hunto Sultan Amay Mosque are based on the original plan, which measures 12 x 12 m², including elements such as the dome, mihrab, and Islamic architectural ornaments such as calligraphy, floral, and geometric patterns that form aesthetics and characteristics similar to the Nabawi Mosque in the Middle East. The preservation directions for the Hunto Sultan Amay Mosque building are classified based on low, medium, and high potential levels. Based on the potential level determination, conservation directions for the building elements are then established according to their condition. There are seven high-potential elements and four medium-potential elements. The preservation directions for the Hunto Sultan Amay Mosque building are divided into preservation directions for four elements: columns, dome, mihrab, and arches; conservation directions for six elements: doors, walls, ornaments, ceiling, roof, and minaret; and restoration direction for one element: windows
RANCANG BANGUN SISTEM TRAINER RADIO FM SEBAGAI PEMBELAJARAN MAHASISWA PADA LABORATORIUM ELEKTRONIKA DAN TELEKOMUNIKASI FAKULTAS TEKNIK UNIVERSITAS NEGERI GORONTALO
Abstract: Design and Construction of an FM Radio Trainer System for Student Learning at the Electronics and Telecommunications Laboratory, Faculty of Engineering, Gorontalo State University. This research aims to build an FM Radio Trainer as student learning in the Basic Telecommunication Engineering course. The method used in this research is literature study and experimentation. The FM Radio Trainer design uses IC LA1260 as an FM Tuner and IF Amplifier, IC LA3361 as a Multiplexer and Demodulator, IC TDA 2004 as a Power Amplifier. The test results were carried out to measure the parameters VAntenna, VCC, IF, AFC (IC LA1260), MPX, Demodulator, VRight, VLeft (IC LA3361), VRight input Output, VLeft Input Output (IC TDA2004). The test results carried out on RRI Pro1 FM 101.8MHz Radio broadcast show that the results are in accordance with the tuning frequency. The gain of the output signal (A) occurs 5 times that of the input signal and the sound intensity level is 13.9 dB
STUDI EVALUASI KEKUATAN STRUKTUR ATAP BETON DAK GEDUNG DPRD KABUPATEN POHUWATO
This research was conducted to determine the damage or leakage of the concrete roof structure in the Pohuwato Regency DPRD Building based on the priority scale and investigation method. The location of the Pohuwato Regency People's Representative Council located in the Marisa Office Plan Block, Marisa District, Pohuwato Regency was used as the object of study in this study. This research survey was conducted in June. Several methods used were interviews with the DPRD Building Head Manager and interviews with the Head of the PU Service. This research was conducted in the Pohuwato Regency DPRD Building, with an emphasis on the concrete roof roof structure. The building is intended as one of the legislative institutions within the Pohuwato Regency Government. Based on the results and analysis, it can be concluded that the level of damage based on the weighting of the concrete roof roof of the Pohuwato Regency DPRD Building is 83%. This conclusion is based on the results of the analysis carried out by the author using the SAW method and the weighting parameters of the results, which indicate that the data can be used as a reference in analyzing or repairing the concrete roof roof of the Building
IDENTIFIKASI FAKTOR PENGGUNAAN MEDIA SOSIAL TERHADAP EFEKTIVITAS PENGGUNAAN SHOPEEFOOD DALAM MENINGKATKAN KINERJA USAHA
This study aims to identify the factors of using social media on the effectiveness of using ShopeeFood in improving business performance in MSME actors in the field of Food & Beverage in Limo District. This research is a quantitative descriptive research in which the independent variable is the social media adoption variable with the factors of suitability, cost-effectiveness, trust, and interactivity that affect the dependent variable, namely increasing business performance. The data collection method was carried out by distributing questionnaires in the form of a Google form. The data analysis used was multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS application. The results of the study show that the variables of suitability, cost-effectiveness, trust, and interactivity partially have a significant influence on the Effectiveness of Using the ShopeeFood Application in improving business performance. Then the variable suitability factor, cost-effectiveness, trust factor, and interactivity factor can explain the variation in the increase/decrease in the Effectiveness of Using the ShopeeFood Application in increasing business performance by 79.1%. While the remaining 20.9% is explained by other variables not included in the research model
ANALISIS PROKTIVITAS TENAGA KERJA PADA PEKERJAAN ATAP
Abstrak: Analisis Proktivitas Tenaga Kerja Pada Pekerjaan Atap. Tenaga kerja merupakan salah satu sumber daya yang menjadi penentu keberhasilan suatu pekerjaan dan Produktivitas adalah bagaimana menghasilkan atau meningkatkan hasil barang dan jasa setinggi mungkin dengan memanfaatkan sumber daya secara efisien. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan penyebaran kuisioner dan menggunakan perhitungan metode statistik dengan bantuan komputer program SPSS dari hasil penelitian diperoleh kesimpulan terdapat 5 indikator tenaga kerja yang mempengaruhi antara lain (Disiplin, Pengalaman, Komunikasi,Upah Kerja Dan Usia) terhadap indikator dari produktivitas antara lain (Waktu Pekerjaan, Keserasian Dengan Target, Kesesuaian Dengan Perencana, Cuaca, Kesesuaian Keahlian).dan Dari hasil penelitian dan pengolahan data terdapat nilai dari hubungan indikator tenaga kerja terhadap produktivitas jika dilihat dari tabel Interpretasi koefisien korelasi Nilai r diketahui bahwa nilai 0,643 berarti nilai hubungan antara variabel tenaga kerja terhadap produktivitas yaitu dapat dinyatakan KUAT. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan nilai t hitung sebesar 4,338 Dari data tersebut dibandingkan dengan nilai dari t tabel sebesar = 2,052 didapat bahwa tenyata t hitung lebih besar dari t tabel atau dikonversikan dengan nilai 4,338 > 2,052 maka artinya ada hubungan yang signifikat antara tenaga kerja dan produktivitas

Abstract: Labor Productivity Analysis on Roofing Work. Labors are the resources that determines the success of a job and Productivity is how to produce or increase the results of goods and services as high as possible by utilizing resources efficiently. The aim of this research is to find out what indicators affect labor productivity and what is the relationship of the indicators that have been obtained to labor productivity. In this study, questionnaires were distributed and statistical calculation methods were used with the help of the SPSS computer program. From the results of the study, it was concluded that there were 5 labor indicators that influenced, among others (Discipline, Experience, Communication, Wage and Age) on indicators of productivity, including (Time Occupation, Conformity with Targets, Conformity with Planners, Weather, Appropriate Skills). And From the results of research and data processing there is a value of the relationship between labor indicators and productivity when seen from the table. labor to productivity, which can be stated as STRONG, the value of the contribution of labor to productivity is 41.35% and the remaining 58.65% is determined by other variables such as (worker health, managerial, work area, assistive facilities , delays in tools and materials, large volumes worked). Based on the calculation results, the t count value is 4.338. From these data, compared with the value from t table = 2.052, it is found that t count is greater than t table or converted with a value of 4.338 > 2.052, meaning that there is a significant relationship between labor and productivity.
