Perampasan Lahan : Membaca Ulang Hadits Larangan Mengambil Sejengkal Tanah
Mengambil sejengkal tanah dari milik orang lain telah dilarang oleh Rasulullah dalam haditsnya. Hadits tersebut harus dibaca ulang dalam konteks sekarang pada ranah perampasan lahan yang semakin marak. perampasan lahan bukan lagi pengambilan sejengkal tetapi dalam jumlah lokasi yang sangat luas. Perampasan lahan banyak dilakukan elit korporasi dengan dukungan penguasa, biasanya dengan sebuah perampasan dengan cara kekerasan atau dengan secara legal hukum lewat manipulasi administrasi dan keputusan pengadilan, selanjutnya diikuti dengan ulah manusia berupa eksploitasi yang menimbulkan krisis.Tehnik analisa menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif yaitu menganalisis teks hadist dengan komponen yang biasa menyertainya. Pengkajian hadits tentang perampasan lahan dimaksudkan untuk mengeksplorasi makna hadis secara tekstual dan kontekstual atau mengambarkan realitas yang dapat memberi kontribusi pemikiran terkait perampasan lahan tersebut. Diantara hasilnya bahwa ulah manusia yang banyak memberikan andil dalam kerusakan di bumi adalah penguasaan perampasan lahan oleh korporasi, bahkan perampasan lahan tersebut dapat diklaim sebagai sebab utama dari kerusakan lingkungan hidup dan ekosistemnya,
Taking even an inch of land from another person has been prohibited by the Prophet Muhammad in his hadith. This hadith must be reread in the current context of the increasingly rampant realm of land grabbing. Land grabbing is no longer just taking an inch but in a very large number of locations. Land grabbing is often carried out by corporate elites with the support of those in power, usually with a seizure by force or by legal means through administrative manipulation and court decisions, then followed by human actions in the form of exploitation that causes a crisis. The analysis technique uses a qualitative descriptive method, namely analyzing the text of the hadith with its usual components. The study of the hadith on land grabbing is intended to explore the meaning of the hadith textually and contextually or describe the reality that can contribute to thinking related to land grabbing. Among the results is that human actions that contribute greatly to the destruction of the earth is the control of land grabbing by corporations, in fact, this land grabbing can be claimed as the main cause of environmental damage and its ecosystem
Impact of Fieldwork on Students’ English Communication in Hospitality Services
Although English for Specific Purposes (ESP) is a key component of tourism education, limited research has examined how fieldwork experience impacts students’ English communication in real service settings. This study investigates the extent to which field practice improves English proficiency and service readiness among students at Makassar Tourism Polytechnic. Using a quantitative approach, data were gathered through questionnaires and analyzed using validity and reliability tests, a t-test, and R² analysis. Results show that fieldwork has a significant positive effect on students’ service readiness (t = 4.673; p = 0.001), with an R² value of 0.797 indicating that 79.7% of the variance is explained by field practice. The findings suggest that structured field experiences significantly enhance students’ English communication skills and professional competence. The study recommends integrating experiential and reflective learning into tourism curricula to better align academic training with industry needs

Proses rekrutmen yang efektif merupakan fondasi bagi keberhasilan manajemen sumber daya manusia dalam suatu organisasi. Penelitian ini membahas berbagai faktor yang berkontribusi terhadap efektivitas rekrutmen, termasuk pentingnya employer branding, proses onboarding yang baik, penggunaan teknologi dalam perekrutan, dan metode wawancara yang tepat. Pemasaran employer branding yang kuat dapat menarik lebih banyak kandidat berkualitas, sementara pengalaman positif selama proses onboarding berpengaruh signifikan terhadap retensi karyawan. Dengan penerapan teknologi, perusahaan dapat memperluas jangkauan pencarian talenta serta meningkatkan efisiensi dalam menemukan kandidat yang sesuai. Makna Semantik Lafal Al-Qurba Dalam QS. Asy-Syura Ayat 23 Persepektif Toshihiko Izutsu
Kata al-qurba yang mempunyai makna dasar kedekatan secara umum dalam ayat ini mayoritas ulama mufassirin menafsirkan dengan makna keluarga Nabi yang berisikan Ali’, Fatimah, dan kedua putranya Hasan Husein. Namun, dalam kesempatan lain kata al-qurba juga mempunyai beberapa relasi dengan kata dzi, dzawi, dan uli yang mempunyai makna spesifik dan umum. Kata al-qurba juga mempunyai sinonimitas dengan kata lain seperti kata zulfa yang bermakna kedekatan dengan Allah, selain itu ada juga antonim dari kata qurba yaitu al-junub yang digunakan untuk menggambarkan tetangga yang jauh. Sesuai dengan metodologi semantik Izutsu, penulis mengawali kajian semantik kata al-qurba dengan mencari makna dasar dan dilanjutkan mencari makna relasional dengan analisis sintagmatis dan pardigmatis. Selanjutnya mencari makna sinkronik dan diakronik dengan menelusiri sejarah kosakata dan diakhiri dengan mengungkap weltanschauung al-Qur’an terhadap makna al-qurba. Hasil peniltian ini ditemukan bahwa kata qurba mempunyai makna yang variatif tentang kedekatan. Kata qurba bisa bermakna kedekatan hubungan keluarga, kedekatan hubungan nasab, kedekatan hubungan bertetangga dan kedekatan hubungan keimanan atau keyakinan
Asesmen Pembelajaran Maharah Istima’ Berbasis Aplikasi Kahoot
This study aims to identify the Kahoot application that can be used as a digital-based assessment. The objective to be achieved in this study is how the evaluation of Arabic language learning based on digital assessment with the Kahoot application is carried out, this study was conducted using a descriptive qualitative approach. To describe and connect the problems with the theories that have been described, so as to produce solutions for each existing problem. Data collection techniques used observation and questionnaires. The selected research observation was PPBA University of Muhammadiyah Malang. For data analysis, the researcher used the process of presenting data and then drawing conclusions. From the results of student perceptions, it shows that the Kahoot application can be used as a digital assessment in the evaluation of Arabic language learning Maharah Istima'. Based on the results of the questionnaire that has been distributed, the use of the Kahoot application as an interesting application for evaluating Arabic language learning Maharah Istima' received a positive response with an interesting category with a percentage value of 33.3%, responses with an interesting category got a value of 60%, the rest of the responses with an ordinary category got a value of 7%
Konsep Pendidikan Karakter (Akhlakul Karimah) Dalam Al-Quran
Penelitian Kajian ini memiliki tujuan untuk menelaah konsep pendidikan karakter menurut pandangan Al-Qur’an. Pendekatan yang terimplementasi bersifat kualitatif dengan metode penelitian kepustakaan (library research), yakni melalui penelusuran mendalam terhadap sejumlah sumber tertulis seperti buku dan referensi ilmiah yang relevan dengan topik yang diteliti. Bahan pustaka yang dikaji mencakup karya-karya yang membahas pembentukan karakter dalam perspektif Al-Qur’an serta kitab-kitab tafsir yang memiliki keterkaitan dengan tema tersebut. Analisis dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan tekstual dan tafsiriyah untuk mengungkap kandungan makna dari ayat-ayat Al-Qur’an. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa konsep pendidikan karakter (akhlāq al-karīmah) dalam tafsir Al-Qur’an tidak semata-mata berorientasi pada aspek intelektual atau capaian akademik, tetapi juga menitikberatkan pada pembinaan moral dan sikap etis sebagai landasan pembentukan kepribadian menuju sosok insān kāmil yang berlandaskan ketakwaan. Pendekatan pendidikan karakter yang digariskan Al-Qur’an mencakup metode bimbingan berupa nasihat dan perintah, metode naratif melalui kisah, serta keteladanan perilaku. sehingga, konsep pendidikan karakter dalam tafsir Al-Qur’an menegaskan urgensi proses pembelajaran yang berpijak pada nilai-nilai Al-Qur’an serta petunjuk sunnah, sebagai sarana membentuk manusia yang berakhlak mulia dan berkepribadian Qur’ani
Phenomenological Analysis of PSAK 101 on the Financial Statements of BMTs in Medan
This study aims to analyze the implementation of the Statement of Financial Accounting Standards (PSAK) 101 concerning the Presentation of Islamic Financial Statements in Islamic cooperatives in Medan City. The research focuses on four main aspects recognition, measurement, presentation, and disclosure of financial statements. A qualitative approach with a phenomenological method was employed to explore in depth the experiences, understanding, and perceptions of Islamic cooperative managers in applying PSAK 101. The research subjects consist of three Islamic microfinance institutions: BMT Masyarakat Madani Sumatera Utara, BMT Al-Musabbihin, and BMT Mandiri Abadi Syariah. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. The findings reveal that the implementation of PSAK 101 in the three Islamic cooperatives remains suboptimal. In terms of recognition, the temporary syirkah funds have not been properly segregated. Regarding measurement, all cooperatives still use the historical cost basis without asset revaluation as required by PSAK 16. In presentation, financial statements only include the balance sheet, income statement, and changes in equity, while the other seven components required by PSAK 101 are not presented. The disclosure aspect is also weak, as there are no notes to the financial statements and several account classifications are incorrect. The limited implementation of PSAK 101 is influenced by a lack of understanding among management regarding Islamic accounting standards, insufficient technical training, and limited human resources with expertise in Islamic accounting. This study recommends strengthening Islamic accounting training, developing PSAK 101-based accounting software, and enhancing the role of the Sharia Supervisory Board in ensuring compliance with Sharia principles
Potret Perempuan Cendekia: Telaah Biografi Zubaidah Binti Ja'far
This study aims to reveal the figure of Zubaidah bint Ja'far as an intellectual woman during the Abbasid Dynasty through a biographical study using library research methods. Data was obtained from classical history books, Abbasid biographies, scientific journals, and related literature, then analyzed through the stages of editing, organizing, and content analysis to obtain a comprehensive picture of her life, role, and contributions. The results of the study show that Zubaidah was shaped by an intellectual family environment and palace literacy traditions that gave her intelligence, leadership, and a strong social vision. Her contributions were evident through the construction of Darb Zubaidah, the provision of water facilities in Mecca, her patronage of scholars and scientific assemblies, and her involvement in palace politics, including her role in the succession of the caliphate. She is an example that women during the golden age of the Abbasids were able to exert significant influence through philanthropy, social policy, and support for intellectual development. This study concludes that Zubaidah bint Ja'far was a visionary female figure whose contributions had a long-term impact on Islamic civilization. Her values of leadership, social concern, integrity, and commitment to the public good remain relevant to be adapted in the context of current women's development and empowerment
Assessing EFL Undergraduate Students’ Needs for the Development of Writing Learning Materials
Learning materials are important components of the language teaching and learning process, including the writing course. To develop writing learning materials, particularly for higher education, it is crucial to identify the students’ writing needs. As the initial step in developing learning materials to support teaching writing, this study aims to investigate undergraduate students' current abilities and needs, as well as the appropriate ICT tools. The study for needs assessments was responded by 184 English department students from various Indonesian universities and six of them were interviewed. The findings indicated that students of various capacities have the desire to acquire knowledge and improve their writing skills. The results highlight the undergraduate students' learning experiences and insufficient writing abilities, with problematic areas in grammar and the organization of ideas, as well as challenges in writing independently during the learning process. In addition, teachers should either have or improve their pedagogical expertise and be adaptive to the evolution of information and technology to fulfill the needs indicated by students. Further study is needed to take the next step toward developing and providing learning materials with a range of activities, assignments, assessments, and applications to excite students' interest and engagement in the writing course
Pengembangan Book Creator Sebagai Media Pembelajaran Maharah Qira’ah Pada Tingkat Universitas
This study aims to develop and test the feasibility of Book Creator-based digital learning media in improving students' reading skills (Maharah Qira'ah) at the university level. The background of this study is based on the low level of media innovation in Arabic language learning, which is still conventional and textbook-centered, resulting in students being less motivated and quickly feeling bored. The research method used is Research and Development (R&D) with the ADDIE development model which includes the stages of Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The research subjects were postgraduate students of UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang. The results of the validation test showed that the Book Creator media obtained a validity score of 66.7% with the category of "quite valid", while the practicality test obtained an average score of 66.7% with the category of "quite practical". These findings indicate that Book Creator is suitable for use as an alternative digital-based learning media in the Maharah Qira'ah course, because it is able to combine text, images, and audio interactively to increase student engagement and motivation to learn. However, further improvements are needed in the aspects of visual design, audio quality, and learning evaluation to make the media more effective and comprehensiv
