Get PDFBerbagai macam bentuk al-Qur'an, mulai dari Nabi saw. sampai pada zaman kontemporer. Upaya dalam mengatasi ayat al-Qur'an adalah bagian dari strategi untuk membumikan isi kandunganya, karena dengan tafsiranlah para mukallaf mudah dalam mengaktualisasikan ajaran Islam yang bersumber dari asas-asas al-Qur'an sesuai dengan zamannya. Salah satu mufassir kontemporer yang terkenal banyak menguasai cabang ilmu adalah Wahbah al-Zuh}aili> dengan karya monumentalnya Tafsi>r al-Muni>r. Tafsir ini dikenal umat Islam secara luas dan banyak kalangan kalangan akademisi terutama para pengkaji al-Qur'an, karena tafsir ini memiliki kecenderungan dan pendekatan tersendiri yang mungkin jarang ditemukan pada tafsir-tafsir lain. Di dalamnya menyentuh aspek bahasa, bala>gah, i'rab, muna>sabah, sabab al-Nuzu> l dan aspek lainnya. Salah satu corak kecenderungannya adalah yuridis/fiqh, terlihat ketika menghadapi QS. al-Ma>idah/5 ayat 6 yang secara umum membahas masalah-masalah bersuci baik dari hadas\ kecil maupun hadas\ besar. Temuan penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa perbedaan dalam masalah wudhu, misalnya: sebagian besar atau mengusap secara keseluruhan, itu terjadi karena berbeda dalam menilai lafaz}-lafaz} al-Qur'an

No full textThe behavior of adolescents both in the city and in the village is quite concerning for the community. This study aims to find out the Puttada community's perception of the morals (akhlak) of adolescents in Puttada village. This study uses a qualitative research with a phenomenology research design. Data collection techniques in this study were observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study show that: 1) akhlak of adolescents towards oneself (commendable morals) are getting along well with people from various backgrounds, good cooperation with their peers, and honest. While despicable morals towards oneself such as playing until late at night, drinking intoxicating substances, and hooking up without boundaries; 2) akhlak of adolescents towards Allah SWT is portrayed by teenage boys who rarely conduct jumuah pray; 3) akhlak of adolescents towards the community are seen from mutual cooperation, helping others, and being polite to others; 4) akhlak of adolescents towards the environment are observed from their actions in maintaining the cleanliness of the village but they often show bad akhlak such as raising the sound of their motorcycle so that it interferes people’s peacefulness. For further research, the other researchers might reveal the causes of the decline in adolescent morals (akhlak), especially in villages

This study employed a qualitative method because it described a phenomenon under a study. In collecting the data, this study analysis the data (video) by watching. The results of this study are to find out some examples types of code-mixing from Aaron’s English YouTube Channel. There are two types namely intra sentential mixing have two forms specifically word and phrase then extra sentential mixing. Categorizing the code-mixing function from the example of the expression, and there are two functions from the results of this analysis, namely suggestion and emotional expression
The Correlation between Students’ Metacognitive Strategy and their Reading Comprehension in Higher Education
Get PDFNumerous studies have been undertaken on metacognitive awareness and reading comprehension at the secondary school level. Consequently, this study focuses on these characteristics within the higher education level. This study aims to reveal students' metacognitive awareness in reading strategies, the levels of their reading comprehension, and how these two variables are correlated in higher education. To achieve the mentioned objectives, quantitative method, particularly descriptive and correlational approaches were employed. This study's sample consisted of the fifth-semester English Education students at IAIN Bone throughout the 2020/2021 academic year. Cluster random sampling is the sampling method utilized in this study. In order to collect the necessary data, two instruments were used, which were questionnaire to reveal students’ metacognitive reading strategy, and reading test to find out students’ reading comprehension. The result showed that most students routinely employed reading strategies while reading English material, and among the three metacognitive reading strategies, Problem-solving Reading Strategies was the most popular option. Besides, the result indicates that students' reading comprehension is characterized as weak. Furthermore, students’ metacognitive reading strategy has an effect on reading comprehension since they involve the use of self-awareness and intentional motivation to employ one or more techniques for keeping tabs on how well one is grasping what they're reading. It can be concluded that students who employ metacognitive reading strategy have a greater chance of understanding a text, when compared to students with poor metacognitive reading strategy

Tne emergence of Islam began to spread in Pakistan when the Umayyah Dynasty government expanded into the Sindi/Punjab area led by Mahmud Ghaznawi. As time went on, Hindus did not like the development of Islam. For this reaseon, the Indian Muslim League, which was initiated bu Muhammad Ali Jinnah, serves to establish an Islamic State that is different and free from Indian influence. The most prominent idea of renewal is in political sphere. Ali Jinnah did not like the British system of government. Finnaly, Ali Jinnah’s resolve was discussed in Lahore in 1940. Ali Jinnah has worked to fight for rights for Muslims as there is a third of the Muslim representation that exists in the League’s Federal Cabinet. He also succeeded in establishing the state of Pakistan as a result of his approach to the British constitutional council devoted to Indians who are Muslim.

Sebagai negara multikuktural, Indonesia membutuhkan moderasi beragama dalam mengatasi berbagai konflik yang terjadi di masyarakat. Penelitian ini mencoba untuk mengkaji konsep moderasi beragama, peran moderasi beragama dalam mengatasi fenomena intoleransi dalam perspektif Al-Qur’an, dan strategi membangun dan memperkuat moderasi beragama di Indonesia. Metodologi penelitian ini menggunakan studi kepustakaan dengan melakukan analisis terhadap berbagai sumber literatur yang ada. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Moderasi beragama merupakan sikap beragama yang seimbang dalam pengamalan agama sendiri dan menghormati serta menghargai praktik agama orang lain yang berbeda keyakinan, dimana hal tersebut mutlak diperlukan di Indonesia guna mengurangi berbagai fenomena intoleransi

Get PDFArtikel ini betujuan membahas dinamika tafsir kontemporer dalam keserjanaan muslim. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian pustaka dengan menggunakan pendekatan historis yakni melihat aspek-aspek sejarah yang turut mempengaruhi lahir dan berkembangnya tafsir kontemporer. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tafsir kontemporer sebenarnya diterima dikalangan umat muslim sebagai sebuah tawaran baru dalam memahami al-Qur’an, hanya saja penggunaan metode dan pendekatan yang tidak lazim digunakan dalam kajian kitab suci al-Qur’an membuatnya mengalami penolakan dari sebagaian kalangan. Tetapi pada prinsipnya mereka sama baik yang menerima maupun yang menolak yakni semangat untuk menjadikan al-Qur’an sebagai kitab suci yang memuat petunjuk-petunjuk untuk umat manusia. Keberadaan pendekatan-pendekatan baru dalam memahami al-Qur’an dalam kajian kontemporer setidaknya memberikan angin segar untuk menggali makna baru di dalam kitab suci. Dengan kesadaran bahwa akses informasi yang cepat yang turut mempengaruhi kehidupan dan tatanan masyarakat yang begitu komples menuntut hadirnya metode dan pendekatan baru dikalangan umat Islam itu sendiri. Metode dan pendekatan baru diharapkan mampu menjawab persoalan-persoalan umat Islam di era modern-kontemporer

A Textbook Evaluation of Socio-Cultural Contexts in “Got It Series”
Get PDFThis study investigated the appropriateness of socio-cultural contexts in Got It Series. To do so, a survey questionnaire was applied to elicit the teachers and supervisors’ perceptions towards the Series. The findings revealed that the intercultural content of the Series was understandable and positively evaluated by the participants. However, according to the results of this test, there were significant differences among the means of these categories. The results suggested that among five categories in the questionnaire, the highest mean belonged to cultural presentation. In addition, the lowest mean belonged to aims and achievements. Variance analyzed accompanying with repeated measure ANOVA were used to compare the means. According to the results of this test, there were significant differences among the means of these categories. The results of Bonferroni Post-Hoc suggested that the mean of the aims and achievements was less in comparison to other categories, and there were no significant differences among other categories. The supervisors agreed more with the questions included in category D in comparison to the teachers. Moreover, there were no significant differences between these two groups in other categories
Using Flashcards to Improve Students’ Vocabulary Mastery in SD Hafizh Al-Qurbah Parepare
Get PDFVocabulary mastery is a basic for language skill development especially in learning a foreign language. This research aims to improve learning outcomes in vocabulary teaching through flash cards. The study was conducted from 08 to 17 October 2019 at SD Hafizh Al-Qurbah Parepare with 15 students as respondents. This study uses a classroom action research method consisting of II cycles with stages in each cycle including planning, implementation, observation and reflection. To obtain the data, the researcher implemented the test and observational sheet as the instrument. The result shows that there is a significant improvement shown from the students’ score achieves 76 in cycle I then increase to 83 in cycle II and the students’ activity improves from the observational sheet description
Roman Analysis of Tenggelamnya Kapal Van Der Wijck by Hamka through Critical Literature Approach
Get PDFThis study aims to describe the results of the analysis of the Roman Tenggelamnya Kapal Van Der Wijck by Hamka. This research approach used a critical literacy approach to criticize the meaning or purpose of the author expressing his message through a symbolic romance. The results of this study indicated that : (1) Hamka presented events through the theme of an unsuccessful love story/unacceptable love story which critically symbolized the desire for independence of the natives of colonialism that had not been conveyed ; (2) The plot used combines the loose groove and the back-and-forth groove which critically symbolizes a long and winding to struggle ; (3) The point of view used was third person singular which was a feature of the author's symbolic expression that criticized government associability ; (4) The characters of the novel created by the author symbolized by the indigenous context at that time critically symbolizing fighters and allies as well as invaders that were always in conflict ; (5) The message conveyed was a moral message that focused on the character of Zainuddin who struggled on differences of ethnicity, customs, and ideology which critically symbolized the struggle which in context at that time was not yet fully independent from colonialis
