    Background : One part of the working community at high risk for low back pain is transport workers. This study aims to determine whether there is a heavy influence on the burden of the incidence of lower back pain in transport workers in Surakarta Legi Market. The sample of the study was 30 laborers in the Legi Market in Surakarta, all of whom were male and were taken by purposive sampling. The research instrument was a Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) pain scale questionnaire to determine the degree of pain. Methods: This research is a survey research with cross sectional approach. The method of data analysis in the form of Rank Spearman test using the SPSS statistical program. Result: The results of Rank Spearman test obtained a value of 1 0.01% obtained count of +0.752 with a significance of 0,000. This shows that there is a relationship between the weight of the burden of lower back pain experienced by transport workers in Surakarta Legi Market. Conclusion: This study shows that there is a relationship between the weight of the burden of lower back pain experienced by transport workers in Surakarta Legi Market

    Background : Language acquisition skills talk to a child is most important because it is closely related to the phonology ability and relates to the ability of semantic and syntax acquisition. Children who experience Keretlambatan speaking language are at risk of learning difficulties, difficulty in reading and writing and will lead to less thorough academic achievement, this can continue to be young. Thus, the need for early detection of the phonological ability will be seen as a result of the estimated proportion of the phonological errors in the child. Methods: This research uses the survey method. Research location in PAUD Al-Kautsar and PAUD Budi Karya Mojosongo Surakarta. With samples of PAUD children aged 3-5 years, 45 children with independent variables are phonological errors and their variable dependencies are phonological errors, with technical Purposive sampling. The technique of collecting observation data with articulated observation sheet with a word-level image. Results: That there are 16 children or 34.04% of 47 samples with an estimated proportion of 20,50 < π < 47,59 of PAUD Children at the age of 3-5 who have phonological pronunciation errors.That PAUD children at the age of 3-5 who had the misspelling of phonology of female sex, more percentage of his phonological error, which is as much as 9 children (56,25%) With an estimate of the proportion of 42.07 < π < 70.43 compared to boys, as many as 7 children (43,75%) With an estimate 29.57 < π < 57.93. Conclusion: There are phonological errors in children aged 3-5 years old, but based on his/her age is still in the process of phoneologically (Phonological Prosesses)

    Background: Continuous use of acetosal can result in an increase in the amount of free radicals in the body which can damage cells. Turmeric contains vitamin C which can neutralize superoxide free radicals, hydrogen, and hydroxyl peroxides. Moringa contains flavonoids which can capture superoxide, peroxide, and hydroxyl free radicals. Objective to see differences in the effect of turmeric and Moringa in preventing cell damage due to acetosal. Method: The research design used was experiment laboratory post-test design. A total of 10 rats were divided into 2 groups. Group 1 (given acetosal (90 mg) / rat and turmeric extract (100 mg / 200 mg BB), group 2 (given acetosal (90 mg) / rat and Moringa extract (200 mg / 200 mg BB). Results: Oral treatment for seven days The results showed turmeric and moringa had the same effect on the prevention of gastric organ damage (p = 1.0), liver (p = 0.4), kidney (p = 0.65) and testicles (p => 5). Conclusion: Turmeric infusion and Moringa infusion are equally good for preventing cell damage

    Background: Hypertension is associated with an increase in systolic pressure or diastolic pressure or the pressure of both. Hypertension is defined as persistently high blood pressure where the systolic pressure above 140 mmHg and diastolic pressure above 90 mmHg. One of the non-pharmacological treatments for hypertension is with Benson relaxation therapy. The purpose of this research was to analyze the effect of Benson relaxation therapy on blood pressure in patients with hypertension in Unggahan Village. Method: The research design was a pra-experimental design with one group pre-post test design. The research sample consisted of 30 people. The sampling technique used non-probability sampling with techniques purposive sampling and data from respondents was collected by using a digital tensimeter measuring instrument. This study used a Paired t-test examination significant standard α=0.05. Result: The result of the study shows that before was given a Benson relaxation therapy that was Mean systolic blood pressure is 149.93, and the Mean diastolic blood pressure is 89.33. Then, after giving a Benson relaxation therapy that was Mean systolic blood pressure is 138.97 and the Mean diastolic blood pressure is 84.07. The results of the examination Paired t-test, obtained the score p pre and post (0,000) < α (0,05), which means that H0 is ferected and Ha accepted. Conclusion: Thus, it can be concluded that there is an effect of Benson relaxation therapy on blood pressure in patients with hypertension in Unggahan Village

    Abstract: Muscle spasticity, Contrash bathing, Cerebral palsy, Ashworth Scale. CP or cerebral palsy is a condition brain damage in childhood where there is a motor limitations caused by static lesions, non-progressive brain. CP showed abnormalities in muscle tone, causing a disturbance in the form of uncontrolled muscle tension or spasticity so that children are not able to perform functional movements. The aim of this study was to determine the influence of granting contrash bathing or showering in contrast with the water cold temperature (18 degrees Celsius) and the water warm temperatures (38 degrees Celsius) alternately with the duration of a specified time so that the muscles will experience the relaxation or muscle relaxation in the hope of limbs in children can be moved easily. There is the effect of bathing contrash therapy to decrease muscle spasticity in children with cerebral palsy. This study is a quasiexperimental study with two group pre and post test design. The subjects were all patients with CP in Yogyakarta WKCP that meets the criteria of inclusion, exclusion and drop out. The study was conducted for 8 weeks. Data collected were analyzed using SPSS 16.0. The different test within groups measured with Wilcoxon test, and for between groups measured with Mann Whitney test. The significance level was set on 0,05. The Results is the contras bath can reduce spasticity muscles in your arms and legs to cerebral palsy (p = 0.011 and p = 0.025

    Background: The global population of diabetes mellitus tends to increase every year. This is related to the increased of population numbers, lifestyle, increased prevalence of obesity and less physical activity (Smeltzer & Bare, 2002). Olive oil is a functional diet because it is rich of monounsaturated fatty acids (MUFA), especially oleic acid (70% - 80%), contains antioxidants and polyphenol compounds. Polyphenols are α-amylase enzyme inhibitors that have function in the breakdown of carbohydrates, so that the level of blood glucose in hyperglycemia can be lowered (Astrawan made, Wresdiyati Tutik, Nasution Nurlayla Amas, 2015). The goal of this study is to examine the effectiveness of extra virgin olive oil to blood glucose level. Method:This study used experimental laboratory study with post test only control group design. The independent variable was the extra virgin olive oil, while the dependent variable was the blood glucose level. The samples were 32 healthy 8 weeks old white male wistar strain rats with the weigh between 180 mg - 200 mg. It divided into 3 groups, the negative control group was fed with standard diet, the positive control group was fed with standard diet and 1 ml fructose for 4 weeks, the treatment group was fed with standard diet, 1 ml fructose and 0.5 gr extra virgin olive oil for 4 weeks, on the fifth week the fructose was increased into 4 ml/day for the next 4 weeks, on the 52nd day the blood glucose level was checked after it was fasted for 6 hours. The data analysis used t-test and Mann Withney test with α = 0.05. Result: The blood glucose level average of the positive control group was 309.57 ± 120.12, the blood glucose level average of the negative control group was 111.85 ± 10.57, the blood glucose level average of the treatment group was 115.12 ± 12.25. Conclusion: Giving the extra virgin olive oil can effectively lower the blood glucose level on the male wistar rats

    Background: Acute Myocard Infarction (AMI) is the death of cardiac muscle cells due to long-lasting ischemia due to grafting in the coronary arteries. One of the nursing interventions is giving proper oxygen because it affects the condition of the patient who is short of breath. The aim of this study was to describe nursing care in patients with Acute Myocard Infarction (AMI) with impaired breathing disorder. Methods: This research uses data analysis method that is comparing the result criteria achieved from two patients of Acute Myocard Infarction (AMI) who experienced ineffective breathing disorder and then compared with case study journal or other sources. Result: Based on interview and observation it is concluded that with the same nursing diagnoses and implementation there are differences in outcomes and responses between the intervention group and the control group. Suggestion: Suggestions put forward in this study is the need to pay attention to accuracy in conducting assessment to maximize data to determine the priority problems that occur in patients and interventions based ONEC (Observation, Nursing Treatment, Education, Collaboration)

    Abstract: Perineal Bandage, Maternal Perineal Wound Pain. The purpose of this study to prove the effect of perineal bandage to reduce pain in the perineal wound. The research design was quasi experiment with untreated control group design with pretest and posttest samples: some post partum mother who suffered wounds perineum in BPM Klaten some 91 people. Bivariate data analysis using statistical test used is t –test. Results from this study is that the bandage perineum (kempitan) is effective for reducing maternal perineal wound pain post partum compared to the control group who were given regular perineal wound treatment but without being given a dressing perineum

    Abstract: Violent Behavior, Schizophrenia, Progressive Relay Therapy. Management or treatment of violent behavior is necessary and can be done in three ways, namely prevention programs, anticipation and restraint. Progressive relaxation is part of the anticipatory program. The progressive relaxation technique is to focus on a muscle activity, by identifying the tense muscles and then decreasing the tension by performing relaxation techniques to get relaxed feelings (Murphy, 1996). The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of progressive relaxation on the risk of violent behavior in patients with schizophrenia RSJD Klaten. The type of research is Quasi experiment with research design using One Group Pre and Post test Design. Sampling using non probability sampling technique by purposive sampling which amounted to 30 respondents in RSJD Klaten. Sample is done pre test fill out questionnaire BPRS (General Response Function Adaptif) which include behavioral response, verbal response, emotional response, and physical response with scale 1-14 .. Data analysis used is Paired t-test with the help of computer SPSS for Windows version 18.0. The results of research on progressive relaxation implant dillakuakn in RS Klaten Klaten, after analyzed with bivariate showed that there is a decrease of average between before and after given progressive relaxation action from before action 2.07 to after action 1.63 (t count 0.44) and P value 0,000 < (0.05). Interpretation of this research that progressive relaxation therapy is very influential in reducing the level of perilakukan violence in schizophrenic patients

    Backgound: Progressive Muscle Relaxation (PMR) exercise therapy is a focused therapy to maintain deep relaxation conditions. Empirical evidence has supported the use of Progressive Muscle Relaxation (PMR) in reducing headaches, insomnia, hypertension, and additional treatment in cancer patients and management of chronic pain. This article analyzes the effectiveness of Progressive Muscle Relaxation (PMR) in reducing anxiety and by reviewing the results of the current study. Method: This study explores quantitative evidence published in electronic database, such as Pubmed, Google Scholar, and ProQuest. By using electronic publications, we have identified 193 potential and relevant articles of interest while fifteen studies have been included in the final analysis. Results: the study shows that a significant improvement occurred in a post-intervention in reducing anxiety for participants receiving PMR compared to all control groups. Conclusion: The result indicates that PMR is a particularly useful supplementary treatment to reduce anxiety levels of cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy and nurses must be trained to perform Progressive muscle relaxation
