Analysis Of Effectiveness Of Online Learning Pandemic Covid-19 In Prosthetic Orthotic Major In Polkesta
Background: Prosthetic Orthotics Major in Polkesta conducts online lectures in order to support government efforts in the even semester 2019/2020, starting from March 2020 until the end of the even semester. Several online applications are used in support of online lectures. This study was conducted to analyze the effectiveness of online learning during the covid-19 pandemic in the orthotic prosthetic Major in Polkesta Indonesia. Methods: This is quantitative descriptive study. This research uses survey method using online Google Form questionnaire. The population is students of Prosthetic Orthotic Major, There are 322 respondents who are willing to contribute in the research. Data obtained through filling in questions that are shared with all respondents in the form of google form. Then the collected data was analyzed and described. The components contained in the questionnaire consisted of several questions, namely (1) Do you understand online learning at the time of the Covid-19 Pandemic; (2) Do you think online learning at Prosthetic Orthotic Major Polkesta was effective; (3) Which online application is used for online learning that is effective in your opinion; (4) Which online learning model do you feel effective; (5) Types of assignments that make you understand during online learning; (6) What media do you use when implementing online learning; (7) are there any obstacles when you carry out online learning (8) What obstacles do you face when implementing learning. Results: there are 67 % of students felt less effective, 14% of students felt ineffective, 20 % of students felt effective. Applications used by students and felt to be effective are Google meet, google classroom, WhatsApp Group. Learning methods using Life video conferencing are felt to be the most effective. Conclusion: Online learning process in the prosthetic orthotic major is not felt to be quite effective by students
Pola Asuh Orang Tua Mempengaruhi Kemampuan Self Care Pada Anak Autisme
Background: Autism is one of the serious development disorders of a child, which causes problem in the ability of daily life, one of which is self care. The role of parents, especially of parenting parents is very influential for self care ability in autistic children.Aims of this study is to analize corelation betwen parenting parents to self care ability in autism. Methods: The study design uses Descriptive Correlation, that is a correlation between two variables is parenting and ability self care in autistic children. With a Cross-Sectional approach. The amount of samples used was 47respondents, using the Purposive sampling technique and collecting data using The Pediatric Evaluation of Disability Inventory with the test results using the contingency coefficient. That tested whether there is a correlation between two variables is parenting and ability self care in autistic children. Results: The results of study found the majority of parents implementing democratic parenting as many as 25 people (53,2%) and 24 children (51,1%) with the ability to self care quite capable. The test results using the contingency coefficient obtained of p value of 0,000 (p<0,05) which means that these results indicate a correlation of parenting with ability self care in autistic children, a correlation strength value of 0,659 (strong power). Conclusion: The researcher suggests that parents provide many positive activities in terms of eating and drinking, dreesing, personal hygiene, and toileting so that children can independently do self care
Peningkatan Kualitas Hidup Orang Dengan Gangguan Jiwa Dengan Self Help Group Di Kota Surakarta
Introduction: People who experience mental disorders who experience various problems, with different symptoms, generally they have characteristics with some combination of abnormal thoughts, emotions, behavior and relationships with other people that manifest in the form of a series of symptoms and / or changes in behavior which is meaningful and can cause suffering and obstacles in carrying out people\u27s functions as humans (UU Kesehatan no 18 tahun 2014; WHO, 2017; & WHO, 2018). This is a serious health problem, which usually has problems with poor quality of life. They are associated with feelings of distress, lack of control over symptoms and life in general, negative perceptions of self, stigmatization and rejection, reduced activity and difficulty with daily functioning, and negative outlook. (Connell, J, Brazier, J, O\u27Cathain, A, Jones, M.L. & Paisley, S., 2012). Group interventions carried out by nurses such as group activity therapy, supportive therapy and self-help groups to help individuals improvement in their quality of life. Group therapy, one of the self help group, is a group where each member has the same desire to overcome mental disorders or increase the level of cognitive or emotional well-being among group members (Sulistyowati., E.C. & Sulistyowati D, 2018). Self Help Group aims to develop empathy among fellow group members where fellow group members provide mutual reinforcement which has an impact on improving the quality of life. This study aims to determine the improvement of the quality of life of people with mental disorders (ODGJ) with the self help group in the city of Surakarta. Methods: This was a quasi-experimental study with a pre-post test control group design. Data were taken before and after giving the intervention of self-help groups of schizophrenia patients in the intervention group. The total sample was 160 clients divided into 2 groups, namely 80 respondents for group 1 at Griya PMI and 80 respondents for group 2 at RSJD Dr Arif Z Surakarta, each group consisting of 40 respondents for intervention and 40 respondents for the control group. This study measures the quality of life with a research instrument using a life quality questionnaire. Data were analyzed using Paired t-test, Wilcoxon signed ranks test, independent t-test and Mann Whitney-test. Results: The study proved that there was a statistically significant difference in the quality of life before and after giving the self help group (p value, 0.000) between the intervention group and the control group, both at Griya PMI with a mean difference of 20.23 and at RSJD Dr. Arif Z. self help group with a mean difference of 10.85. Conclusion: self help group which is used for intervention is considered effective to improve quality of life. Suggestion: self help group is used as a mental nursing group intervention in caring for mentally ill patients
Upaya dan Kendala Konselor Puskesmas dalam Perawatan Pasien Skizofrenia
Introduction : Schizophrenia is a severe mental disorder and chronic affecting 20 million people worldwide. Schizophrenia is characterized by impaired of language, sense of self and behaviour distortions in thinking, perception, and emotions. Some case include delusions (fixed, false beliefs) and hallucinations (hearing voices or seeing things that are not there). Schizophrenia is treatable disease with psychosocial support and medicines is effective. The role of public health service counselor is important to give psychosocial support and medicines to patient. Aim of this studi to describe efforts and constraints public health care counselor in the care of schizophrenic patients. Methods : A descriptive qualitative study with 4 informants from public health service counselor. Purposive sampling is used to selecting informants. Analize of data was carried out qualitatively. The triangulation of sources, methods, researchers, and theories is used to test validity. The study was conducted in January-November 2019, in Pilang Kenceng Village, Madiun Regency. Data collection was carried out by in-depth interviewing using guide questions. Results : The results showed that there were 6 themes in answering research objectives are submission of training, optimizing the role of the community, early detection, providing treatment, counseling and constraints. Conclution : Efforts made by counselors have not been running optimally because of the synergy and communication with the community is not going well. Spiritual Care Nurse To Patient With Breast Cancer At Last Stage : a Literature Review
Background: Spiritual care is one of the strategies for managing care towards the end of life in the hospital as mentioned in the Nursing Intervention Classification. Aim this study is to describe spiritual care nurse to patient with breast cancer at last stage. Methods: A literature review were obtained from PubMed, and google scholar using the keywords breast cancer AND palliative care and breast cancer AND spiritual care by adding filters: the type of article is Full text with Randomized Controlled Trial, published in the last 5 years, written in English and Indonesian, human studied, specific to cancer, and are in the category of nursing journals and MEDLINE.
Result: According to a review of existing research, spiritual care is effective to overcome psychological problems, such as anxiety, stress, or depression as it affects patients to solemnly accept their health condition including the complications in positive ways. Therefore, patients receiving spiritual care will be more adhere to their medical treatments, will have lack of emotional disturbances and substance abuse, have greater social support, will be more frequent performing their health behavior and have a longer period of survival.Conclusion: Spiritual care is highly needed in medical care, especially for those who have serious and life-threatening diseases. Assessing and addressing the spiritual needs of patients is associated with greater satisfaction with care, better quality of life, less depression, less unnecessary health services, and better nurse-patient relationships
Efektivitas Latihan Rhytmic Stabilitation dan Combination Of Isotonic Terhadap Penurunan Nyeri pada Nyeri Punggung Bawah
Background: Low back pain is a complaint that is often encountered and very disturbing in carrying out daily activities. Myogenic pain is the most common complaint, around 49%.Physiotherapy modalities that can be given are Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (rhythmic stabilization and combination of isotonic). Purpose this study to analyze effectivity rhythmic stabilitation exercise and combination of isotonic to decreased pain for myogenic pain. Methods: this research is two groups pre and post test design. Subjects: 30 subject diagnosed with myogenic pain in Dr Moewardi Hospital during the period between 2019 June –Augs. Results: The result of test toward pain effect between pre and post in group one after 3 weeks (6 times of therapy) is p = 0.009 with Wilcoxon test. The result of test toward pain between pre and post in group two is p = 0.001 and the test of pain between group one and group two shows p = 0.051. Conclusion: there is no difference in effect between the group one and group two toward the reduction of pain of patients with myogenic pain so that the results cannot be seen which is more effective
Terapi Komplementer Relaksasi Otot Progresif Jacobson Untuk Menurunkan Tekanan Darah Pada Penderita Hipertensi
Background: Hypertension is a condition of an increase in blood pressure from the normal range of 120/80 mmHg. If there is no action is taken to reduce blood pressure, it can lead to serious complications. Jacobson’s progressive muscle relaxation can be used as an action in reducing high blood pressure. Aims of this study is to analize effect of Jacobson’s progressive muscle relaxation to decrease blood pressure. Methods: This research used a quasi-experimental method and a sample of 16 respondents. JPMR Therapy is carried out for three weeks with three times each week. The action is carried out for 30 minutes. Blood pressure measured by spyghnomanometer before and after intervention. Results: the result of this intervention showed a P-Value is 0,0001, which means blood pressure decreases after intervention. Conclusions: This intervention is proven to be a complementary therapy for hypertension suffers. For this intervention to have the maximum results for blood pressure reduction, patients must routinely intervene every day along with the ingestion of the drug. The need for more research is how long normal blood pressure persists with JPMR
Efektivitas Penggunaan Terapi Akupunktur Metode Korean Hand Therapy pada Lansia dengan Nyeri Muskuloskeletal di Posyandu Lansia Poltekkes Kemenkes Surakarta
Background: Disorders of the musculoskeletal system can affect the functions of the body\u27s movers consisting of bones, muscles, cartilage, tendons, ligaments and other connective tissue. Acupuncture therapy began to develop with various types of micro acupuncture that began to be widely applied, such as the Korean Hand Therapy technique. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effectiveness of acupuncture methods or techniques in elderly patients who experience musculoskeletal pain. Methods: This type of research is Quasi Experimental. The location of the study was at the Posyandu Elderly Ngemplak Boyolali in March-May 2019. The population is elderly musculoskeletal pain by 50 people. A sample of 30 people was divided into 3 treatment groups. Data analysis using the Anova Test. Results: Significance results> 0.05 so it can be concluded that Ho is accepted, Ha is rejected, meaning there is no difference in the method of therapy in reducing pain. Conclusion: The Most Effective Method for Overcoming Musculoskeletal Pain in this Study There was no difference between the Acupuncture Therapy Group, the Korean Hand Therapy Group and the Combined Acupuncture Therapy Group and the Korean Hand therapy
Differences Influence of Single Task and Dual Task on The Relationship of Increasing The Speed of The Road
Background: To increase of life expectancy have an affect for elderly population, is all about aging process, there will experience a setback their muscles it can be cause changes of the functional of the muscle. For example That is decrease in strength and muscle contraction, muscle elasticity and flesibility as well as speed and reaction time, as a result, the elderly will be vulnerable to falling. Objects: woman dan man elderly who have age ranges 60-74, which are included to the category of inclusion and the category of exclusion. total patients are 44 persons, they are divided into two groups. Group I are 21 subjects and Group II are 23 Subjects, the group-one subject were given single task , while the group-two subject were given dual task. Methods: this research employs two groups pre and post test design. Data analysis to find out the difference of pre and post this research employs wilcoxon test. Results: There is increase walking speed to elderly effect between pre and post in group one after 2 weeks (12 times of therapy) is p = 0.000. The result of increase walking speed to elderly effect between pre and post in group two is p = 0.000 and the test increase speed to elderly with ten meters walking test between group one and group two in measn group I is 3,28 and group II is 8,13. There is an difference effect of giving single task and dual task to increase walking speed to elderly. Conclusion: there is have difference in effect between the group one and group increase walking speed to elderly so that the results can be seen which is more effective is the group II with dual task
Pengaruh Transtibial Prosthesis terhadap Activity Of Daily Living Pasien Amputasi Bawah Lutut
Background: The physical condition of patients with transtibial amputations affects the fulfillment of activity of daily living. Transtibial Prosthesis is used to increase the patient\u27s activity abilities. This research is to find the effect of using transtibial prostheses on the activity of daily living. This study aims to determine the effect of the use of transtibial prostheses on the activities of daily life. Methods: This research method uses Quasi Experiment in the form of two-group post test only design. The study population was transtbial amputee at PT. Kuspito Prosthetic Orthotics. The sample in this study 40 people, namely 20 people using Transtibial Prosthesis, 20 people using Axial Crutches. The study was conducted at PT. Kuspito Prosthetic Orthotics from April to May 2019. This study used an observation sheet prepared by Kempen, et al (1996), namely The Groningen Activity Restriction Scale. Results: The normality test used is Shapiro Wilk. Mann Whitney test resuls shows an average difference of ADL between users of transtibial prosthesis users (22.40) and axillary crutch users (19.95) with a p value = 0.008 where a p value <0.05. Conclusion: So there is a difference in ADL which is statistically significant in patients using transtibial prosthesis and patients using axillary crutches. Where for transtibial prosthesis users better in ADL than axillary crutch users.
