Music as a Motivational Tool for Elementary School Students in Non-Musical Subjects
Motivation in teaching is an important factor in the success of teaching. In the curriculum of the subjects Musical culture for elementary schools and Musical art for high schools, the possibility of connecting Musical culture and Musical art with other subjects and crosscurricular topics is indicated. Music can be used in several ways in classes: as a background, for brainstorming, for creative problem solving, for celebrating successes and victories, as an invitation to work, but also for final rituals (for a successful end to the working day), for introducing a new student, for telling stories, for creative writing, for thinking, but also for relaxation. In the theoretical part of this thesis, motivation is presented as a psychological concept, then motivational techniques in general and motivational techniques with the help of music are discussed. In the empirical part of the paper, a study was presented that included 8 general education elementary schools in the Republic of Croatia and in which 216 students from the fifth to the eighth grade participated. The research participants expressed their opinions about the use of music in non-musical subjects through an anonymous online questionnaire. The aim of the research was to determine to what extent and in what way music is used as motivation in the teaching of non-musical subjects. At the same time, they wanted to know the opinions of students about the use of music in the teaching of non-musical subjects
Marketing aimed at women as a target audience
Ciljani marketing određivanje cijena, distribuciju proizvoida i promociju čini ujedno i lakšom i isplativijom. In the focus of this work, marketing is aimed at women, that is, women as a target group. The goal of marketing is to encourage the consumer to buy, by which the consumer participates in determining the needs and desires and finally defining and placing the product. When it comes to marketing today, it is inevitable to mention digital marketing, especially when it comes to targeting a specific market. Digital marketing is an unconventional form of marketing in which advertising is done through digital channels such as websites, social media, search engines, etc. However, in order to design a quality marketing campaign, the most important thing is to determine your target group. No matter how good a product is, it won't sell without being sold to the right market. Targeted marketing makes pricing, product distribution and promotion both easier and more profitable. In the marketing literature, it is often mentioned that both men and women prefer ads that are designed according to their specific needs or social roles. The goal of the research is to find out women's attitudes towards marketing campaigns and advertisements aimed at them. The purpose of the paper is to provide an insight into the opinions of the respondents and their views on marketing campaigns aimed at them and products that are recommended to them

Najvažnija povijesna građevina jest Dvorac Prandau-Normann koji obiluje raznim kulturnim resursima; on je muzej, srednjovjekovna kula, barokni perivoj. Kulturni identitet grada ne čini samo dvorac, nego i povijesne znamenitosti poput Pučke škole, Konjušnice ergele Valpovo, hotela Fortune, Prandauova kazališta, Pivovare Valpovo. U vrijeme brze promjene turističkih trendova, posjetitelji turističkih destinacija stalno traže nove i zanimljive sadržaje. Iako nemaju dugu povijest, festivali poput Greenroom festivala i Reunited festivala svake godine privlače sve više posjetitelja. Raznovrsnim sadržajima i otvaranjem novih institucija (Edukacijsko-interpretacijski centar) Valpovo nudi sadržaje posjetiteljima svih generacija te na učinkovit i inovativan način spaja kulturnu baštinu s razvitkom novih medija i novim turističkim potrebama. The city of Valpovo is located in the east of the Republic of Croatia and is rich in cultural heritage. A long and dynamic history is the reason for the city's rich cultural heritage. The most important historical building is the Castle Prandau-Normann, which abounds in various cultural resources - a museum, a medieval tower, a baroque garden. The cultural identity of the city is not only made up of the castle, but also historical landmarks such as the Pučka škola, Konjušnice ergele Valpovo, hotel Fortuna, Prandauovo kazalište, Pivovara Valpovo. At a time of rapid changes in tourism trends, visitors to tourist destinations are constantly looking for new and interesting content. The task of the city and the tourist board is to promote the cultural resources at their disposal in the most efficient way possible. In Valpovo, cultural heritage is combined with modern life through various manifestations. Some of them have been held for many years, such as Ljeto valpovačko, which has been held for more than 50 years, while some events have only been in the city for a few years. Although they do not have a long history, festivals like Greenroom Festival and Reunited Festival attract more and more visitors every year. With diverse contents and the opening of new institutions (Educational - Interpretation Center), Valpovo offers contents to visitors of all generations and combines cultural heritage with the development of new media and new tourist needs in an efficient and innovative way
Teacher Role in the Inclusion of Students with Diabilities in Music Education
According to previous knowledge from practice, students with disabilities are more involved in all the activities provided by classes and school. They have the same right to active participation in all teaching activities as all other students, but with individualization of content and work methods according to their abilities, possibilities and preferences. A competent teacher is able to create an educational environment in which all students will feel comfortable and accepted, and based on their experience, they should be a good and commendable example for all students in the class. This thesis gives a description of students with difficulties and brings awareness to the process of inclusion as an imperative for their upbringing and education. Special emphasis is placed on the competence of the teacher, who, based on acquired knowledge and developed skills, can facilitate and improve the upbringing and education of students with difficulties and make their life at school better
"Collective Practices: Work on the Emerging Performance"
This paper summarizes the ways in which collective practices in dance research can be developed, and it presents a kind of archive of the work process on the first full-length performance of the Nomad Dance Academy Croatia. Collective work is seen as a place where the potential of each individual is recognized and space is created for their co-existence. Within the work process, the emphasis is placed on the advantages of this kind of work, which arouse a feeling of community/common, but also on the challenges that this dynamic process entails. Through the practice of collaboration without hierarchical relationships within the artistic collective and process, new possible structures are explored
This work presents biographies of composers and analyzes of compositionst performed at solo concert. In order for the singer to perform each composition as well as possible, it is importat to know the form of each composition he performs, the stylistic features of the period in which the composition was written and he needs to know the content and the text of the composition itself. Each analysis of an individual composition allows the singer to perform it better and more attractively, not only on a technical level, but also on an interpretative level. This work contains ten chapters in which are presented the biographies of the composers, the text and content of the arias and solo songs in the original language and the Croatian translation.
U ovom radu pojasnio sam svoj osobni i skupni proces dolaska do krajnjeg proizvoda, do ispitne produkcije, do predstave. The play “Asdfdfggggggg” was directed by Ivana Vukićević and mentored by Tamara Kučinović, acclaimed director and professor at The Academy of Arts and Culture in Osijek. Puppeteers are Grgur Grgić, Davor Tarbuk, Lorenco Tolić and Dominik Karaula. In this thesis I explained my personal and mutual process of reaching the final product, to exam production and to the play. I broke it down into individual factors which are necessary for the creation of every play. From visual identity of the play, to the unity of the collective, to a clear hierarchy and sacrifice for the product. I explained why we used and worked towards puppet realism. Unity, knowledge, experience, will and diligence are the recipe for a successful play. All elements described in this thesis must be completed to the end in order to obtain a compact whole called a play
