    Skladateljsko stvaralaštvo Sylviusa Leopolda Weissa čini najopsežniji opus glazbe za lutnju u povijesti. Svojedobno je uživao veliki ugled kao veliki majstor svog instrumenta te ga kao takvog današnji lutnjisti izrazito poštuju. Kako je za modernu gitaru barokni repertoar nedostatan, Weissov bogati opus može se prilagoditi istoj. Barokna suita najčešća je i najpoznatija vrsta barokne instrumentalne glazbe. Ona je ciklično djelo sastavljeno od plesova (stavaka) koji su kroz godine zadržali svoje plesne značajke, ali i razvili nove, te su zbog toga stilizirani. Svaki je stavak (osim uvodnog, fuge i nekoliko izuzetaka) dvodijelnog baroknog oblika. Sonata br. 34 je barokna suita široke primjene u školstvu, no ona zahtijeva poznavanje baroknog stila kako bi se izvela ispravno. Poznato je da ju je Weiss izvodio dugi niz godina svoje solističke karijere, no izrazito je važna činjenica da se njome služio pri podučavanju svojih učenika. Metodičkom obradom (ujedno i analizom) Sonate br. 34 može se zamijetiti složenost i dubina tog djela te moguća primjena u školstvu na različite načine, s obzirom na tehničke zahtjeve pojedinih stavaka. Ta suita može služiti kao početna točka pri upoznavanju lutnjističke glazbe i barokne suite u nastavi gitare, kako se i sam Weiss njome služio.The creative oputput of Sylvius Leopold Weiss constitutes the most extensive opus of lute music in the history. In his time, he enjoyed a great reputation as a great master of his instrument, and as such he is highly respected among today's lutenists. As the baroque repertoire is insufficient for the modern guitar, Weiss's rich opus can be adapted. The baroque suite is the most common form of baroque instrumental music. The baroque suite is a cyclic work made up of dances (movements) that over the years have kept their dance features but also developed new ones, so they are stylized. Each movement (except for the introduction, the fugue, and a few exceptions) is in Baroque binary form. Sonata No. 34 is a Baroque suite that can be widely used in education, but it requires knowledge of the Baroque style in order to be performed correctly. It is known that Weiss performed it for many years in his solo career, but of great importance is the fact that he used it when teaching. Through a methodical analysis of Sonata No. 34, we can notice the complexity and depth of this work, as well as its application to different levels of education, given the technical requirements of individual movements. This suite can serve as a starting point for introducing lute music and baroque suites to guitar students, just as Weiss himself used it

    Cilj ovog heurističkog istraživanja je proučiti vezu između spontanog, kreativnog procesa umjetnika i art terapijske metode vizualnog dnevnika, ukazati na dobrobiti korištenja metode u svrhe učenja i osobnog razvoja art terapeuta. Upotreba vizualnog dnevnika kao alata u art terapiji bazirana je na postojećoj inklinaciji umjetnika da kroz svoje umjetničke radove procesuira emocije, uključujući i one negativne. Umjetnik se prvobitno instinktivno upustio u samoliječenje, a spoznaje strukturira preko heurističkog art terapijskog istraživanja. Taj proces pokazuje sazrijevanje od umjetnika do art terapeuta. Svoj umjetnički portretni izričaj pretvara u art terapijske alate za osobni razvoj i boljitak. Ovaj rad može biti primjer drugim umjetnicima koji imaju empatijski kapacitet i interes za psihologiju te poticati interes vizualnih umjetnika za art terapiju. Ukazat će na mogućnost art terapijske primjene digitalnih medija za razliku od tradicionalnih i portreta za razliku od autoportreta.This heuristic research will examine how connected are the artistic creative process and the art therapeutic method of art journaling, discuss the benefits of using the method for learning and personal development of the art therapist. Art journaling in art therapy is based on the existing, artistic inclination to process emotions, including negative ones, through artwork. The artist initially, instinctively engaged in selfhealing, and gives structure to his knowledge through heuristic art therapeutic research. This process shows maturation from an artist to art therapist. He turns portraits from his artistic expression into art therapeutic tools for personal development and well-being. This research can be an example to artists who are empathic, interested in psychology, and stimulate the interest of visual artists for art therapy. Also, focusing on the possibility of art therapeutic application of digital media as opposed to traditional and portraits as opposed to self-portraits

    Ova višestruka studija slučaja istražuje učinke art terapije na smanjenje stresa i anksioznosti kod samohranih majki s novorođenčadi smještenih u kući za trudnice i nezbrinute majke. Art terapija se pokazala učinkovitom metodom za ublažavanje simptoma anksioznosti, stresa i straha, osobito među samohranim majkama u kućama za privremeni smještaj, koje se suočavaju s izazovima majčinstva te su preživjele traumatska iskustva i obiteljsko nasilje. Terapijski proces omogućuje izražavanje teških iskustava i regulaciju intenzivnih emocija koje je često teško verbalizirati, čime se smanjuje unutarnja napetost i povećava osjećaj sigurnosti. U okviru istraživanja provedena je studija triju slučajeva koja je omogućila dublji uvid u terapijski proces i njegove učinke. Sudjelovale su tri majke u dobi od 14 do 25 godina, koje su tijekom više od 20 sati individualne art terapije prošle kroz 11 zajedničkih protokola. Komparativna analiza istaknula je važnost individualiziranog pristupa prilagođenog specifičnim potrebama i interesima svake sudionice. Rezultati istraživanja potvrđuju da art terapija značajno doprinosi emocionalnoj regulaciji, smanjenju tjeskobe i razvoju učinkovitijih strategija suočavanja sa stresom. Korištenje simbola, boja i tematskih motiva omogućilo je sudionicama izražavanje unutarnjih stanja te povećanje samopouzdanja. Strukturirani format art terapijskih susreta, uz siguran i podržavajući prostor za kreativno izražavanje, pridonio je osjećaju predvidljivosti i sigurnosti te olakšao proces emocionalnog oporavka. S obzirom na mali uzorak i nepostojanost procesa, nameće se potreba za daljnjim istraživanjem i implementacijom art terapijskih tretmana kao vrijednog alata za poboljšanje psihološke dobrobiti samohranih majki koje se suočavaju s izazovima majčinstva i traumatskim iskustvima.This multiple case study investigates the effects of art therapy on the reduction of stress and anxiety in single mothers with infants who have been placed in a home for pregnant women and homeless mothers. Art therapy has proven to be an effective method to alleviate symptoms of anxiety, stress and fear, especially among single mothers dwelling in temporary accommodation homes, who face the challenges of motherhood and have survived traumatic experiences and domestic violence. The therapeutic process allows them to express difficult experiences and control intensive emotions that are often difficult to verbalize, thus reducing their inner tension and increasing a feeling of security. The research included a study of three cases which allowed us to gain a deeper insight into the therapeutic process and its effects. The study involved three mothers aged between 14 and 25 years old, who have completed 11 common protocols over more than 20 hours of individual art therapy. A comparative analysis underlined the importance of using an individualized approach adjusted to each participant’s specific needs and interests. The results of our research confirm that art therapy significantly enhances emotional control, reduces anxiety and helps develop more effective strategies for facing stress. The use of symbols, colors and thematic motifs allowed the participants to express their inner states and increase their self-confidence. The structured format of art therapy meetings, as well as a safe and supporting space for creative expression, helped create a feeling of predictability and security and facilitated the emotional recovery process. Considering the small sample and volatility of the process, art therapy treatments need to be further investigated and implemented as a valuable tool for improving the psychological wellbeing of single mothers facing the challenges of motherhood and traumatic experiences

    Poznato je da glazba utječe na čovjekovo raspoloženje, misli, osjećaje i emocije. Depresija je psihički poremećaj koji se svrstava u skupinu poremećaja raspoloženja, a očituje se pojavom niza kognitivnih, ponašajnih, afektivnih i psihosomatskih simptoma. Ubraja se među najučestalije psihičke poremećaje današnjice, a sve češće od nje pate djeca i mladi. Utjecaj glazbe na raspoloženje u toj dobi može biti vrlo snažan, stoga se ciljanim, primjerenim i usmjerenim korištenjem glazbe može značajno poboljšati emocionalno i psihofizičko stanje te općenito kvaliteta života kod mladih. Muzikoterapija je znanstveno utemeljena disciplina koja koristi glazbu i glazbene elemente u terapeutske svrhe, a pokazala se kao učinkovit terapeutski alat za adolescenate s depresivnim poremećajima, populaciju koja je posebno osjetljiva na emocionalne i psihološke izazove. Korištenjem različitih metoda, poput aktivnog slušanja, komponiranja i improvizacije, muzikoterapija adolescentima pruža priliku da izraze emocije koje im je često teško verbalizirati. Kroz analizu relevantnih istraživanja i studija slučaja, prikazane su koristi muzikoterapije, kao što su smanjenje simptoma depresije, poboljšanje emocionalne izražajnosti i povećanje općeg osjećaja dobrobiti kod adolescenata s depresivnim poremećajima. Kroz prikaz rezultata istraživanja, ovaj rad potvrđuje da muzikoterapija može značajno doprinijeti poboljšanju mentalnog zdravlja adolescenata s depresivnim poremećajima, otvarajući time mogućnosti za njezinu širu primjenu u kliničkoj praksi.It is well known that music influences a person's mood, thoughts, feelings, and emotions. Depression is a mental disorder classified as a mood disorder, characterized by a range of cognitive, behavioral, affective, and psychosomatic symptoms. It is one of the most common mental disorders today, increasingly affecting children and young people. The impact of music on mood during this age can be very strong; therefore, targeted, appropriate, and directed use of music can significantly improve emotional and psychophysical states, as well as the overall quality of life in young people. Music therapy is a scientifically grounded discipline that uses music and musical elements for therapeutic purposes and has proven to be an effective therapeutic tool for adolescents with depressive disorders, a population particularly sensitive to emotional and psychological challenges. By employing various methods such as active listening, composition, and improvisation, music therapy provides adolescents with the opportunity to express emotions that are often difficult to verbalize. Through the analysis of relevant research and case studies, the benefits of music therapy are demonstrated, such as the reduction of depressive symptoms, improvement in emotional expressiveness, and enhancement of overall well-being in adolescents with depressive disorders. Through the presentation of research results, this paper confirms that music therapy can significantly contribute to improving the mental health of adolescents with depressive disorders, thereby opening up possibilities for its wider application in clinical practice

    Ovaj rad proučava složen odnos između odnosa s javnošću i aktivizma, analizirajući teorijska i povijesna preklapanja ovih dvaju komunikacijskih područja, kao i njihovu sve izraženiju konvergenciju u suvremenom svijetu. Aktivizam se, osim što se prikazuje kao društveni pokret za promjene, interpretira i kao oblik strateške komunikacije koji koristi profesionalne alate i tehnike odnosa s javnošću kako bi stekao politički utjecaj i javnu prepoznatljivost. Istovremeno, odnosi s javnošću sve češće preuzimaju metode i stilove aktivističke komunikacije, čime se brišu granice između korporativnog i građanskog djelovanja. Posebna se pažnja posvećuje pojmovima „PR neslaganja“ i „protestni PR“, koji omogućuju preciznije razlikovanje taktika i ciljeva unutar aktivističkog djelovanja. Rad se temelji na analizi teorijskih pristupa, uključujući funkcionalističku, kritičku i retoričko-sukreacijsku perspektivu, s naglaskom na moć, etiku, društvenu pravdu i digitalnu participaciju. Zaključno, rad izlaže prijedloge mnogih autora za novo promišljanje odnosa s javnošću kao otvorenog područja u kojem su aktivističke aktivnosti ne samo prihvatljive, već i nužne za izgradnju demokratskog javnog dijaloga. Kako bi se dodatno ilustrirale teorijske postavke, u radu se analiziraju studije slučaja pokreta SlutWalk, Extinction Rebellion, Black Lives Matter, #MeToo te studentski prosvjedi u Beogradu, koji demonstriraju načine na koje se aktivizam koristi strategijama PR-a za širenje poruke, stjecanje vjerodostojnosti i angažiranje javnosti.The intricate relationship between activism and public relations is examined in this thesis, which also examines how these two communication domains have historically and theoretically converged and how this is becoming more and more apparent in the modern world. In addition to advocating for social change, activism is portrayed as a strategic communication approach that uses public relations techniques to gain recognition and clout. The distinction between corporate and civil action is becoming increasingly hazy as public relations simultaneously embraces activist strategies and approaches. The terms "dissent PR" and "protest PR" are specifically emphasized as analytical tools to differentiate between activist tactics and objectives. With a strong emphasis on power, ethics, social justice, and digital participation, the work draws from theoretical frameworks such as functionalist, critical, and rhetorical/co-creation approaches. The thesis concludes by arguing that public relations should be rethought as a venue for activist activities, which are not only acceptable but also necessary to create a democratic public dialogue. To further illustrate the theoretical claims, the thesis analyzes case studies of the SlutWalk, Extinction Rebellion, Black Lives Matter, and #MeToo movements, as well as the student protests in Belgrade, highlighting how these initiatives use PR strategies to spread their messages, gain public credibility, and mobilize support

    The Attitudes of Elementary Music School Students Towards Solfeggio Classes

    Nastava predmeta Solfeggio odvija se u osnovnim i srednjim glazbenim školama te na glazbenim akademijama. Tijekom nastave Solfeggia usvajaju se ritamska i intonacijska znanja i vještine te se razvija glazbeni sluh. Prvi dio ovog rada obuhvaća teorijski dio u kojemu je solfeggio opisan kao glazbeno opismenjivanje te su opisane metode apsolutne i relativne intonacije. Zatim se govori o nastavi Solfeggia, o metodičkim pristupima u nastavi Solfeggia, o povezivanju nastave Solfeggia s nastavom drugih glazbenoteorijskih predmeta te o udžbenicima i priručnicima u nastavi Solfeggia. Drugi dio rada obuhvaća empirijski dio u okviru kojeg je provedeno istraživanje kojim su se željeli doznati stavovi učenika osnovne glazbene škole o nastavi Solfeggia, kao i utvrditi moguće statistički značajne razlike u stavovima učenika s obzirom na neke sociodemografske varijable. Istraživanje je provedeno anketiranjem učenika trećeg, četvrtog, petog i šestog razreda osnovnih glazbenih škola iz Požeško-slavonske i Bjelovarsko-bilogorske županije. Rezultati istraživanja pokazuju da učenici imaju prosječno uglavnom pozitivan stav prema nastavi Solfeggia. Istraživanjem se može zaključiti kako učenici uglavnom vole nastavu Solfeggia, kako im je ugodna, zanimljiva i donekle nije teška. Nadalje, zapaženo je kako je učenicima mnogo draže pjevati iz nota i da su tada samopouzdaniji, nego kada trebaju zapisivati melodiju i ritam. Dakle, istraživanje pokazuje kako učenici imaju prosječno neutralan stav prema diktatu, dok je pjevanje iz nota ocijenjeno uglavnom pozitivnim stavom. Istraživanje pokazuje kako postoji statistička razlika u stavovima učenika s obzirom na spol i s obzirom na razred koji pohađaju, ali da ne postoji statistički značajna razlika u stavovima učenika s obzirom na glazbenu naobrazbu ili aktivnost roditelja.Instruction in the subject of Solfeggio takes place in elementary and secondary music schools, as well as at music academies. During Solfeggio classes, students acquire rhythmic and intonation knowledge and skills, and develop their musical ear. The first part of this paper encompasses the theoretical section, which describes Solfeggio as musical literacy and outlines the methods of absolute and relative intonation. It further discusses Solfeggio instruction, methodological approaches in Solfeggio teaching, the integration of Solfeggio classes with other music theory subjects, and the textbooks and manuals used in Solfeggio instruction. The second part of the paper comprises the empirical section, within which a study was conducted to ascertain the attitudes of primary music school students towards Solfeggio instruction, as well as to determine possible statistically significant differences in students' attitudes based on certain sociodemographic variables. The research was carried out through a survey of third, fourth, fifth, and sixth-grade students from primary music schools in the Požega-Slavonia and Bjelovar-Bilogora counties. The research results indicate that students generally have a predominantly positive attitude towards Solfeggio instruction. The study suggests that students mostly enjoy Solfeggio classes, find them pleasant and interesting, and somewhat not difficult. Furthermore, it was observed that students prefer singing from notation and feel more confident when doing so, compared to when they are required to transcribe melody and rhythm. In other words, the research shows that students have an overall neutral attitude towards dictation, while singing from notation is rated with a generally positive attitude. The study reveals a statistical difference in students' attitudes based on gender and the grade they attend, but no statistically significant difference in attitudes was found concerning the musical education or activity of their parents

    Ovaj rad bavi se fenomenom true crime žanra u suvremenim medijima, s posebnim naglaskom na Netflixov serijal Monster. Cilj istraživanja bio je ispitati kako ovakvi sadržaji oblikuju percepciju publike o počiniteljima, žrtvama i pravosudnom sustavu te mogu li utjecati na otvaranje javne rasprave ili čak na promjene u percepciji pravde. Uporabljena je metoda anketnog ispitivanja na uzorku od 176 ispitanika, uz kombinaciju kvantitativne i kvalitativne analize podataka. Rezultati su pokazali da većina gledatelja doživljava snažnu emocionalnu uključenost, posebno u slučajevima moralne dvosmislenosti, kao što je onaj braće Menendez. Znatan broj ispitanika vjeruje da je Netflix pokušao oblikovati percepciju počinitelja, dok je velik dio publike istraživao dodatne informacije i raspravljao o seriji u svom okružju. Također, zabilježen je interes za moguću reviziju stvarnih slučajeva. Rad donosi zaključak da true crime sadržaji ne djeluju samo kao oblik zabave već predstavljaju medijski alat koji može utjecati na javno mnijenje, izazvati društvenu refleksiju i otvoriti prostor za preispitivanje pravosudnih narativaThis paper explores the phenomenon of the true crime genre in contemporary media, with a particular focus on the Netflix series Monster. The aim of the research was to examine how such content shapes the audience’s perception of perpetrators, victims, and the justice system, and whether it can influence public debate or even lead to changes in the perception of justice. The research was conducted using a survey method on a sample of 176 respondents, combining both quantitative and qualitative data analysis. The results showed that most viewers experience a strong emotional engagement, especially in morally ambiguous cases such as that of the Menendez brothers. A significant number of respondents believe that Netflix attempted to shape the perception of the perpetrators, while a large portion of the audience sought additional information and discussed the series within their social circles. Furthermore, there was a notable interest in the potential re-examination of the real-life cases. The study concludes that true crime content does not function solely as entertainment, but rather serves as a media tool capable of influencing public opinion, provoking social reflection, and opening up space for re-evaluating legal narratives

    Glazbeni festivali danas nadilaze svoju izvornu svrhu okupljanja oko glazbe i prerastaju u kompleksne kulturne događaje koji povezuju umjetnost, edukaciju, društveni angažman i turizam. Njihov uspjeh ovisi o pažljivo osmišljenom programu, prepoznavanju ciljne publike i stvaranju emocionalne povezanosti s posjetiteljima. Ključne komponente organizacije uključuju planiranje, upravljanje resursima, financiranje putem sponzora i donacija te kreativne marketinške strategije. Uz glazbeni sadržaj, sve se češće uključuju radionice, izložbe i paneli koji proširuju festivalsko iskustvo tijekom cijele godine. Posebna pažnja posvećuje se upravljanju rizicima te ulozi i motivaciji volontera. Fokus marketinških aktivnosti na brendiranju je festivala, digitalnoj komunikaciji i izgradnji lojalnosti. Ovaj rad analizira sve ključne aspekte organizacije festivala, s ciljem dubljeg razumijevanja izazova i potencijala koje taj oblik kulturne industrije donosi. Rad ukazuje na to da glazbeni festivali nisu samo kulturni događaji, već i kompleksni projekti koji zahtijevaju znanje iz područja marketinga i menadžmenta, kako bi se dosegao pun potencijal festivala te ostavio dugoročni trag na društvo.Music festivals today go beyond their original purpose of gathering around music and have evolved into complex cultural events that combine art, education, social engagement, and tourism. Their success depends on a carefully designed program, the identification of the target audience, and the creation of an emotional connection with attendees. Key components of festival organization include planning, resource management, funding through sponsorships, donations and creative marketing strategies. In addition to music performances, festivals increasingly incorporate workshops, exhibitions, and panel discussions that extend the festival experience throughout the year. Special attention is given to risk management, as well as to the role and motivation of volunteers. Marketing efforts focus on branding, digital communication, and building audience loyalty. This paper analyses all key aspects of festival organization with the aim of gaining a deeper understanding of the challenges and opportunities within this branch of the cultural industry. It highlights that music festivals are not merely cultural events but complex projects that require expertise in marketing and management in order to reach their full potential and leave a lasting impact on society

    Rad donosi uvid u osnove identiteta i brendiranja urbane sredine, sistematično definirajući pojam glazbenog grada, njegove ključne čimbenike i prednosti koje pruža. Na rezultatima odabranih istraživanja i primjera gradova poput Nashvillea, Memphisa, Londona, Montreala i Austina prikazuju se konkretne brojke i impresivni rezultati. Rad služi kao dokaz pozitivnog učinka glazbe na grad i može biti primjer drugim gradovima kako se služiti glazbom u korist brenda, gospodarstva i kulture.The paper brings insight into the fundamentals of identity and branding of an urban environment while sistematically defining the term Music City, its key factors and the benefits it offers. Supported by the results of selected studies and examples of cities such as Nashville, Memphis, London. Montreal and Austin, concrete numbers and impressive results are shown. The paper serves as proof of the positive impact that music can have on a city and is setting an example for other cities on how to use music to advance their branding, economy and culture

    Destination management on the example of the city of Vukovar - the role and importance of the Museum of Vučedol Culture in the tourist offer

    Diplomski rad analizira ulogu i znaĉaj destinacijskog menadţmenta u razvoju turistiĉke ponude grada Vukovara s posebnim naglaskom na Muzej vuĉedolske kulture. Kroz teorijski okvir objašnjen je pojam menadţmenta, njegove funkcije i razine, kao i specifiĉnosti destinacijskog menadţmenta u kontekstu kulturnog turizma. U empirijskom dijelu rada provedeno je anketno istraţivanje s ciljem ispitivanja percepcije posjetitelja i lokalnog stanovništva o ulozi Muzeja vuĉedolske kulture u turistiĉkoj ponudi grada. Rezultati istraţivanja ukazali su na visoku razinu prepoznatljivosti i pozitivne percepcije Muzeja kao kljuĉnog kulturno-turistiĉkog resursa, ali i na potrebu daljnjeg jaĉanja sinergije meĊu dionicima te unaprjeĊenja promocije i sadrţaja. Zakljuĉuje se da kvalitetan destinacijski menadţment, koji ukljuĉuje strateško planiranje, koordinaciju i odrţivost ima presudnu ulogu u pozicioniranju Vukovara kao konkurentne kulturno-turistiĉke destinacije, uz snaţnu podršku kulturnih institucija poput Muzeja vuĉedolske kulture.This thesis analyzes the role and significance of destination management in the development of the tourist offer of the city of Vukovar, with a special emphasis on the Museum of Vuĉedol Culture. The theoretical framework explains the concept of management, its functions and levels, as well as the specifics of destination management in the context of cultural tourism. In the empirical part of the paper, a survey was conducted with the aim of examining the perception of visitors and local residents about the role of the Museum of Vuĉedol Culture in the city's tourist offer. The results of the research indicated a high level of recognition and positive perception of the Museum as a key cultural and tourist resource, but also the need to further strengthen synergy between stakeholders and improve promotion and content.
