No full textOvaj diplomskom rad pruža sveobuhvatan uvid u temu solističkog koncerta istražujući biografije skladatelja te analizirajući njihova odabrana djela. Kroz deset poglavlja prikazuje se kako su životi svakog skladatelja oblikovali glazbena djela u arijama anticama, oratorijima, opernim arijama i solo-pjesmama. Stilističke i vokalno-tehničke značajke detaljno su analizirane kako bi istaknule posebnosti svake skladbe, pridonoseći širem razumijevanju raznolikosti solističkog koncerta. Program koncerta obuhvaća djela različitih razdoblja i skladatelja, uključujući Benedetta Marcella i analizu arije Qella fiamma che m'accende, J. S. Bacha i analizu oratorijske arije Flößt, mein Heiland, flößt dein Namen. Analize solo-pjesama Minnelied Felixa Mendelssohna, Sie liebten sich beide Clare Schumann, Sure on this shining night Samuela Barbera, Die Zeitlose Richarda Straussa, Veče na školju Josipa Hatzea, Snena rijeka, Nene Ćorak. Analizu arija Đula pred kućom sjedila iz opere „Ero s onoga svijeta“ Jakova Gotovca i Sgombra è la sacra selva iz opere „Norma“ Vincenza Bellinija. Upoznavanjem života svakog skladatelja i temeljnom analizom skladbi, postavljaju se smjernice koje pridonose praktičnoj i emocionalnoj pripremi za solistički nastup. Kroz biografije skladatelja omogućava se dublje razumijevanje njihove umjetničke vizije, dok detaljna analiza svake skladbe razotkriva nijanse izraza, tehničke zahtjeve i emotivne elemente. Ovakav analitički pristup omogućava izvođaču povezivanje s djelom na profesionalnoj i osobnoj razini stvarajući autentičnu interpretaciju, a tako definirane interpretacijske smjernice postaju ključni koraci prema uspješnom solističkom nastupu u kojem se umjetnik može osloniti na duboko razumijevanje glazbe i njezinog konteksta kako bi se publici prenijelo bogatstvo izraza.In this master's thesis, a comprehensive insight into the theme of the solo concert is provided, exploring the biographies of composers along with analyses of their works. Through ten chapters, it is demonstrated how the lives of each composer have shaped musical compositions in arias antiche, oratorios, opera arias, and solo-songs. Stylistic and vocal-technical features are thoroughly analyzed to highlight the specificities of each composition, contributing to a broader understanding of the diversity of the solo concert. The concert program encompasses works from various periods and composers, including Benedetto Marcello and the analysis of the aria Qella fiamma che m'accende, J. S. Bach and the analysis of the oratorio aria Flößt, mein Heiland, flößt dein Namen. By getting to know the lives of each composer and conducting thorough analysis of each composition, guidelines are established that contribute to practical and emotional preparation for a solo performance. Through the biographies of composers, a deeper understanding of their artistic vision is enabled, while a detailed analysis of each composition reveals nuances of expression, technical requirements, and emotional elements. This approach enables the performer to connect with the work on a personal level, creating an authentic interpretation. These defined guidelines become crucial steps toward a successful solo performance, where the artist can rely on a profound understanding of the music and its context to convey the richness of expression to the audience
Antthropomorphic animals - wall painting
No full textDiplomski rad pod nazivom Antropomorfne životinje - zidna slika obuhvaća i povezuje ilustraciju i zidno slikarstvo na velikom formatu. Rad se prostire na četiri zida unutrašnje prostorije na Akademiji za umjetnost i kulturu u Osijeku, ukupne površine 61,31 metara kvadratnih. Temelj rada ilustrativni je antropomorfni prikaz niza životinja, odnosno bića, inspiriran motivima koje srećemo na tradicionalnim hrvatskim tetovažama (sicanje) i stećcima (srednjovjekovnim kamenim nadgrobnim spomenicima). U velikim formatima, obogaćenim bojom, oni su aktualizirani kao podsjetnik na našu povijest i tradiciju.The diploma thesis entitled Anthropomorphic animals - wall painting encompasses and connects illustration and wall painting on a large format. It covers four walls of the interior room at the Academy of Arts and Culture in Osijek, with a total area of 61.31 square meters. The basis of the work is an illustrative anthropomorphic representation of a series of animals and beings, inspired by motifs found on traditional Croatian tattoos (sicanje) and on stećci (medieval stone tombstones). In large formats, enriched with color, they are a reminder of our history and tradition

Strip je inspiriran ilustracijama iz razdoblja američke strip-scene – tijekom i nakon Drugog svjetskog rata – te muzikom, arhitekturom i videoigrama. Strip ironizira ideju ostvarivanja američkog sna i podruguje se ljudima koji nekritički u to vjeruju. Popratni rad opisuje proces od nastanka ideje do završnog ostvarenja.The student comic book “Street Fight” is an authorial tale of two rebels who get into problematic situations due to their own carelessness. The comic is inspired by illustrations from the period of the American comic book – from World War II and onwards – as well as music, architecture and video games. The comic ironizes the idea of achieving the American dream and mocks those who uncritically believe in it. The accompanying work describes the process from the origin of the idea to the final realization

No full textDanas, kada živimo u digitalnoj eri koja se sve više razvija, važnost dobrog i kvalitetnog korisničkog iskustva postaje jedan od ključnih elemenata koji utječe na uspješnost tvrtki i institucija. Više gotovo da i nema tvrtki koje nemaju svoje mrežne stranice, stoga je vrlo važno održavati ih da bi njihovi korisnici imali što bolje iskustvo u korištenju istih. Upravo je zbog toga diplomski rad pod nazivom „Istraživanje korisničkog iskustva mrežnih stranica hrvatskih teleoperatera“ usmjeren na korisničko iskustvo mrežnih stranica, a kao primjer analizirani su hrvatski teleoperateri koji uvelike ulažu u optimizaciju i održavanje svojih mrežnih stranica. Cilj ovog istraživanja je analizirati uspijevaju li teleoperateri poboljšavati iskustvo svojih korisnika, a korištene su metode deskripcije, kompilacije te anketno istraživanje, a rad se sastoji od teorijskog i istraživačkog dijela u kojemu su prikazani rezultati anketnog upitnika, no ovaj se tekst može dodatno obraditi drugim oblicima istraživanja otvarajući mogućnost za novi rad.Today, when we live in a digital era that is developing more and more, the importance of a good and high-quality user experience is becoming one of the key elements that affects the success of companies and institutions. There are almost no companies that do not have their own websites, so it is very important to maintain them so that their users have the best possible experience in using them. It is for this reason that the diploma thesis entitled "Research on the user experience of websites of Croatian teleoperators" is focused on the user experience of websites, and as an example, Croatian teleoperators who invest heavily in the optimization and maintenance of their websites are analyzed. The goal of this research is to analyze whether teleoperators succeed in improving the experience of their users, and the methods of description, compilation and survey research were used, and the work consists of a theoretical part and a research part in which the results of the survey questionnaire are presented. However, this text can be further processed by other forms of research, opening the possibility for new work
Tragically beautiful - aesthetic and narratological relations in the novel and film The Virgin Suicide
No full textZavršni rad “Tragično lijepo – Estetski i naratološki odnos u romanu i filmu Nevina samoubojstva” prikazao je kako Jeffrey Eugenides i Sofia Coppola predočavaju istu priču koristeći različite medije te odnos elemenata naracije, stila i estetike u romanu i filmu. Autore obilježava specifičan stil i jedinstven pristup priči o samoubojstvima sestri Lisbon. U prvom je dijelu rada fokus na korištenju kolektivnog naratora u romanu i njegove vjerodostojnosti u odnosu na koncept „muškog pogleda“ te Coppolin subverzivan pristup istom konceptu, a u ostatku je rada fokus na simbolima i motivima kojima se gradi specifična atmosfera priče koja se žanrovski klasificira kao prigradska gotika. Religiozni motivi, opisi propadanja susjedstva, nostalgija za djetinjstvom i tuga za gubitkom samo su neki od elemenata specifičnih za priču, a u radu je prikazana i analizirana njihova funkcija u priči i kako oni ostaju prepoznatljivi pri ekranizaciji romana. Oba su djela debi autora, a danas se smatraju kultnim klasicima te su i dalje tema brojnih radova u području filmske teorije i teorije književnosti.The final paper „Tragically beautiful – aesthetic and narratological relation in the novel and film The Virgin Suicides“ shows how Jeffrey Eugenides and Sofia Coppola present the same storyline while using different mediums, and the relation between aesthetic, stylistic and narratological elements in the novel and film. Both authors have their own specific style and unique approach to the story about the Lisbon's suicides. The first half of this paper is focused on the collective narrator in the novel and his trustworthiness within the concept of „the male gaze“ and Coppola's subversive approach to the same topic, the rest of the paper is focused on symbols and motifs used to create a certain atmosphere in the novel that falls under the suburban gothic genre. Religious motifs, downfall of the suburbs, childhood nostalgia and grief over loss are just some of the elements specific to the story, and the paper analyses their function in the story and how they remain recognisable in the film adaptation. Both works are the authors' debut and are considered to be cult classics, both the novel and the film are subjects of numerous papers in the field of film analasys and literary theory
Multiculturalism - history and current disputes
No full textZavršni rad bavi se pojmom multikulturalizma, njegovim razvojem te aktualnim prijeporima koji se oko njega vode. Na samome početku priča se o ovom vrlo važnom segmentu svakoga društva, o njegovoj sastavnici – kulturi te se analizira pristup današnjega svijeta prema pojmu multikulturalizma. Govori se o tome kako se multikulturalizam razvijao od samoga početka, koji su se analitičari i povjesničari njime bavili te koji se najčešći pojmovi još vežu uz ovaj pojam. Rad se dotiče i aktualnih razmišljanja u zadnjem desetljeću nekih od najvećih i najvažnijih lidera svijeta o ovome pojmu, njihovim politikama i odgovorima na krize. Tu se svakako misli na izbjeglice i migrante koji se uvijek spominju u kontekstu multikulturalizma. Također, analizira se ova 2024. godina u smislu izbjegličke krize i broja nelegalnih prelazaka granica. Postavljaju se primjeri zemalja koji obiluju multikulturalizmom, a tu se analizira i Hrvatska kao takva. Kroz religiju i sport, u ovome slučaju nogomet, prolazi se kroz multikulturalizam koji je svakako u ove dvije sastavnice itekako prisutan. Danas se vode brojne debate, je li multikulturalizam uspio u svome naumu ili je ovaj veliki projekt, kao što neki svjetski lideri kažu, propao. Može li ovaj projekt biti pozitivan ili negativan, odgovori će se naći u ovome radu.The final paper deals with the concept of multiculturalism, its development, and the current controversies surrounding it. At the very beginning, we talk about this very important segment of every society, about its component - culture, and analyze the approach of today's world to the concept of multiculturalism. It talks about how multiculturalism developed from the very beginning, which analysts and historians dealt with it, and which most common terms are still associated with this term. The paper also touches on the current thoughts of some of the world's biggest and most important leaders about this concept, their policies and responses to crises in the last decade. This is certainly referring to refugees and migrants, who are always mentioned in the context of multiculturalism. The year 2024 is also analyzed in terms of the refugee crisis and the number of illegal border crossings. Examples of countries that abound in multiculturalism are presented, and Croatia as such is also analyzed here. Through religion and sports, in this case football, one goes through multiculturalism, which is definitely present in these two components. Today, there are many debates, whether multiculturalism succeeded in its intention or whether this great project, as some world leaders say, failed. Whether this project can be positive or negative, the answers will be found in this paper
The phenomenon of activist influencer - a case study of Count Darkula's Instagram profile
No full textKomunikacija je opširan i kompleksan pojam koji su razni teoretičari i komunikolozi pokušali sažeti raznim definicijama. Od nastanka ljudskog govora 200 000 godina prije Krista do fenomena društvenih mreža, komunikacija se mijenjala i razvijala te pratila napredak čovječanstva. Pojavom tiska, radija i televizije javlja se masovna komunikacija koja omogućuje slanje poruke i informacije od jednog kanala (pošiljatelja) do široke mase publike (primatelja). Navedeni mediji svrstavaju se u masovne medije, a 1989. godine, lansiranjem World Wide Weba, pridružuje im se i Internet. Internet je prvi kanal masovne komunikacije koji je omogućio aktivno sudjelovanje u raspravi primateljima poruke ili informacije. Konzumenti sadržaja počinju producirati sadržaj i više nisu samo pasivni promatrači. Društvene mreže olakšavaju svakodnevnu komunikaciju korisnicima, a uz komunikaciju društvene mreže upotrebljavaju se i za marketing. Instagram se svrstava pod najpopularnije društvene mreže današnjice te mu je primarna svrha nakon lansiranja 2010. godine bila brzo i jednostavno uređivanje i objavljivanje fotografija. Utjecajne osobe, u nastavku rada influenceri, komuniciraju s ciljnom skupinom publike putem odabrane platforme odnosno društvene mreže. Influenceri se razlikuju ovisno o broju pratitelja, odabranoj platformi komuniciranja, područjima djelovanja i industrijama. Jedna od najutjecajnijih grupa influencera su aktivisti koji svoje pratitelje potiču na proaktivnost, razne akcije i bojkote. Influencerima aktivistima pripada i Grof Darkula, hrvatski influencer koji se predstavlja pseudonimom. Grof je u četiri godine djelovanja na Instagramu došao do 64,4 tisuće pratitelja bez plaćenog oglašavanja, izdao tri izdanja knjige Priručnik za preživljavanje i utjecao na mnoge diljem Hrvatske i regije.Communication is a broad and complex concept that various theorists and communication scientists have tried to summarize with various definitions. From the origin of human speech 200,000 years before Christ to the phenomenon of social networks, communication has changed, developed, and followed the progress of mankind. With the advent of the press, radio, and television, mass communication appeared, which enables the sending of messages and information from one channel (sender) to a wide audience (receiver). The aforementioned media are classified as mass media, and in 1989, with the launch of the World Wide Web, the Internet joined them. The Internet is the first channel of mass communication that enabled the recipients of a message or information to actively participate in the discussion. Content consumers are beginning to produce content and are no longer just passive observers. Social networks make everyday communication easier for users, and in addition to communication, social networks are also used for marketing. Instagram is one of the most popular social networks today, and its primary purpose after its launch in 2010 was to quickly and easily edit and publish photos. Influential persons, in the further continuation of the thesis, influencers, communicate with the target group of the audience via the chosen platform or social network. Influencers differ depending on the number of followers, the chosen communication platform, areas of activity, and industries. One of the most influential groups of influencers are activists who encourage their followers to be proactive, take various actions, and participate in boycotts. Grof Darkula, a Croatian influencer who presents himself under a pseudonym, belongs to activist influencers. In four years of activity on Instagram, Grof reached 64,400 followers without paid advertising, published three editions of the book Survival Manual, and influenced many people throughout Croatia and the region
The femme fatale phenomenon - the secret of an irresistible attraction
No full textFemme fatale globalni je fenomen u (popularnoj) kulturi koji u fokusu ima lik žene fatalne za sve oko sebe, a posebice muškarce. Zapise o ženskoj fatalnosti pronalazimo u antičkim spisima, ali i u Bibliji te u svim kasnijim razdobljima svjetske književnosti, a pojavom filmske umjetnosti taj se tip žene iz područja književnosti prenosi i u filmske adaptacije. Femme fatale je kulturni fenomen o kojemu se i danas raspravlja – od samoga značenja pojma, utjecaja na specifičan diskurs, obilježja i stilskog izričaja – pokušavajući odgovoriti na pitanja: što fatalnu ženu čini fatalnom te za koga je ona uistinu fatalna? Međutim, ovaj se arhetip često i danas analizira vrlo površno pa nastaju polemike oko toga predstavlja li femme fatale antijunakinju, svojevrsnog zlikovca u književnosti/filmu/kulturi ili je riječ o najkompleksnijem ženskom liku i feminističkoj ikoni. Stoga će se u ovome radu fokusirati na što konkretnije definiranje arhetipa femme fatale i prepoznavanje temeljnih obilježja lika fatalne žene, ponajprije u književnosti pa onda i na filmu. U radu se donosi i uvid u stil i modu klasičnoga poimanja femme fatale kao i karakteristike različitih fatalnih žena s obzirom na stil. Naposljetku, rad donosi uvid u diskusije vezane za fenomen femme fatale o pitanjima etike i moralnosti te mogućega utjecaja toga lika kao pozitivne ili negativne pojave u globalnoj kulturi.The femme fatale is a global phenomenon in (popular) culture that focuses on the figure of a woman who is fatal to everyone around her, especially men. We find records of female fatality in ancient writings, but also in the Bible and in all later periods of world literature, and with the appearance of film, this type of woman character also shifts from literature to film adaptations. Femme fatale is a cultural phenomenon that is still discussed today - from the very meaning of the term, its influence on a specific discourse, features and/or stylistic expression - trying to answer these questions: what makes a fatal woman truly fatal and to whom is she truly fatal? However, even today, this archetype is often analyzed very superficially, so polemics arise over whether the femme fatale represents an anti-heroine, a kind of a villain in literature/film/culture, or whether it is the most complex female character and a feminist icon. Therefore, this paper will focus on defining the archetype of the femme fatale as concretely as possible and on recognizing the basic features of the fatal woman character, firstly in literature and then on film. The paper provides an insight into the style and fashion of the classic concept of the femme fatale, as well as the characteristics of different fatal women with regard to style. Finally, the work provides an insight into the discussions related to the phenomenon of femme fatale on issues of ethics and morality and the possible influence of this character as a positive or negative phenomenon in global culture

No full textCilj ovoga rada je istražiti što je menadžment, kako je nastao, kako se razvijao te koji su utjecaji sudjelovali u njegovu oblikovanju u ono što je danas. Istraženo je što je kultura i kakav utjecaj ima na menadžment i, ponajviše, kakav je utjecaj imala i ima na stvaranje i održavanje popularne kulture. Popularna kultura zajedno s menadžmentom, jedan od najuspješnijih i najboljih alata kojima su se koristile, i dalje se koriste, neke od zemalja jugoistočne Azije, u fokusu su to zemlje: Kina, Japan i Južna Koreja. Kroz njihovu povijest pa sve do danas, kulturom kojom su se isticali bila im je značajan čimbenik u prepoznatljivosti i izlasku na svjetska tržišta.The aim of this work was to investigate what management is, how it was created and how it developed and what influences took part in shaping it into what it is today. It was investigated what culture is and what influence it has on management and, above all, what influence it had and has on the creation and maintenance of popular culture. Popular culture together with management is one of the most successful and best tool that have been used and is still used in some of the Southeast Asian countries, the focus being on the following countries: China, Japan and South Korea. Throughout their history until today, the culture that made them stood out was a significat factor in their recognition and entry into the world markets

No full textU Završnom radu pod nazivom Apstraktna geometrijska skulptura govori se o pojmovima vezanim za skulpturu, arhitekturu, geometriju, apstrakciju i minimalizam. Autor se osvrće na skulpturu u arhitekturi i njeno značenje i spominje referentne umjetnike. Likovni rad Apstraktna geometrijska skulptura istražuje odnos između arhitekture i apstrakcije, spajajući različite geometrijske oblike poput pravokutnika i kvadrata kako bi stvorio novu, apstraktnu formu. Rad smješten u interijeru na zidu iznad vrata simbolizira prijelaze i granice te istražuje dinamiku između stabilnosti i pokreta.In the final thesis titled Abstract Geometric Sculpture the concepts related to sculpture, architecture, geometry, abstraction, and minimalism are discussed. The author reflects on sculpture in architecture and its meaning, mentioning reference artists. The artistic work Abstract Geometric Sculpture explores the relationship between architecture and abstraction by combining different geometric shapes, such as rectangles and squares, to create a new, abstract form. The work, placed indoors on the wall above a doorway, symbolizes transitions and boundaries, and explores the dynamic between stability and movement
