A final project titled Three Little Houses from Three Different Materials is a series of sculptures made from three different materials: straw, wood, and brick. The approach to each material, as well as the processing of each, is different for each sculpture, as is the form of each sculpture. The starting point for the work was the literary work, The Three Little Pigs, which the artist sought to transform into a visual interpretation of the story. Through this work, the artist aims to depict personal development, as the series of sculptures represent three phases of life. Given that the phases of life are a universal theme, viewers can also identify with the work, as from the very beginning of life, every person builds their personality, which is complemented and understood through various phases

Greece is one of the cradles of Western civilization and therefore it is not an easy task to say or show something new, previously unseen or unheard of. I have always been fascinated by the ancient world and the myths surrounding it, with a particular focus on iconic female monster characters. In this thesis, using the techniques of digital illustration in the Clip Studio Paint EX and Krita, I will present the features of these creatures in my own interpretation through 12 works, along with the associated myths which, throughout history and up to the present day, provide the basis for numerous artistic and philosophical contexts

Prvi je stavak napisan u sonatnom obliku, drugi u obliku trodijelne pjesme ABA, u tonalitetu subdominante – C-duru, a posljednji stavak u obliku ronda u izvornom tonalitetu G-dura. Spori drugi stavak predstavlja najukrašeniji ABA oblik uzevši u obzir sva djela L. van Beethovena, a osim ukrasa, u sonati skladatelj upotrebljava trilere, polifonu tehniku imitacije, pasaže i sitne notne vrijednosti. Začetnik je romantizma i jedna od najvećih osobnosti u povijesti glazbe."L. van Beethoven: Sonata No. 16 in G Major, Op. 31 No. 1" is the title of a work based on the analysis of Beethoven's sixteenth sonata, written at the beginning of the middle period of the composer's creativity, between 1801 and 1802. It is a three-movement sonata that introduces new musical ideas uncommon for the Classical period. The second theme of the first movement (Allegro vivace) is written in B major and B minor, which are the mediants of the original key - G major - something that was unusual for most sonatas of that time. The first movement is written in sonata form, the second in ABA three-part musical form in the subdominant key of C major, and the final movement in rondo form in the original key of G major. The slow second movement represents the most ornamented ABA form in all of L. van Beethoven's works, and besides ornaments, the sonata employs trills, polyphonic imitation techniques, passages, and small note values. The first sonata in opus 31 is light and airy, with hints of humor and irony, making it difficult to explain why, despite this, it is not one of the more well-known and highly regarded sonatas. In addition to the analysis of each movement, this paper presents the life and work of L. van Beethoven, as well as his opus, which is divided into three periods: early, middle, and late creative period. He is considered the founder of Romanticism and one of the greatest figures in the history of music

Colour and movement under the sea surface

The final work „Colour and movement under the sea surface'' was created by combining clips from video shots filmed in the sea, creating a vertical composition on a 100x200 cm canvas. On this canvas, four intertwined figures in the water are depicted. The work was created by independent preparation of the canvas and medium for painting with thick spreads of oil paint. The work was inspired by the paintings of the Russian painter Costa Dvorezky, who also depicted figures in water, and the Russian painter Lucian Freud, renowned for his realistic portraits and nudes created with rich, pasty smears of paint. The painting extensively features the color blue, prompting an exploration of its symbolism. Besides symbolizing water, it encapsulates the emotions that the work aims to convey to the viewer. The blue color is positive, calm and serene, but also mysterious, cold and sublime. All four figures in the painting represent the author of the artwork herself. As a result, the self-portrait becomes a significant motif that communicates a message to the viewer in an important way. The objective is to evoke emotions in the observer and to impart the sensation of diving, tranquility, and the beauty of colors and movements beneath the sea surface

Negotiation is an indispensable part of everyday life, including the business world. Managers' negotiating skills are considered a prerequisite for negotiations that greatly affect the quality of negotiation outcomes. The paper will analyze negotiation in theory, process, strategies, elements and tactics of negotiation whose understanding is crucial for a positive outcome of negotiation. The paper points out that a manager must be skilled in communication skills in order to encourage the interlocutor to think equally. Furthermore, negotiators, their main objectives and methods of use and the division of negotiating teams themselves will be analysed. It is important to cite the impact of culture on business negotiation and the importance of the negotiating styles we encounter in the negotiation process. It also compares business negotiation in Croatia with american style and ethics of work. It is inevitable to mention Hofsted's method of cultural differences in the paper, and to emphasize that the data on the issue and the results of the business negotiation research according to this method have not been sufficiently studied
