Na kraju, Mateja Tustanovski donosi zaključak o iskustvu te dobrobiti cjelokupnog procesa stvaranja teksta, lika i uloge.Duodrama „They leave“ is both a graduation thesis and an author's project of two female students, Mateja Tustanovski and Iva Slavić under the mentorship of doc. art. Anice Tomić and with the co-mentorship of doc.art. Jelena Kovačić. With this work, Mateja Tustanovski argues for the choice of genre, the importance of the chosen topic, process and work on the play. In the end, Tustanovski draws a conclusion about the experience and benefits of the entire process of creating a text, a character and a role

No full textIstraživanje diplomskog rada stavlja naglasak na kulturu oka i ruke u nastavi Likovne umjetnosti. Teorijski dio rada bavi se strategijom odgoja opažaja i utjecajem razvoja motorike ruke na istraživačko gledanje. U istraživačkom dijelu ispituje se učinkovitost analize umjetničkog djela pri kojoj se umjesto verbalnih metoda koristi metoda temeljena na umjetničkom procesu. Primijenjena je metoda šivanja crteža koja se pojavljuje u suvremenoj umjetničkoj praksi posebno kod feminističkih umjetnica. Cilj ovog pristupa je ostvariti jedinstvo oka i ruke praćenjem kretanja linije te ponuditi učenicima mogućnost kreativnog izražavanja tijekom postupka analize umjetničkog djela. Šivanje je proces tijekom kojeg su um i tijelo u stanju visoke usredotočenosti jer pokreti i potezi konca na platnu stvaraju obrise linija, kombiniraju raznolikost pokreta, karaktera, toka i značenja. Radionica je provedena u Školi primijenjene umjetnosti i dizajna Osijek i sudjelovali su učenici prvog razreda. Rezultati pokazuju da učenici uspješnije svladavaju analizu crteža ako ga rekreiraju umjetničkim procesom.The research of the master's thesis focuses on the culture of the eye and hand in the teaching of Visual Arts. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with the strategy of eye nurturing and the influence of hand motor skills on investigative observation. In the research section, the effectiveness of analyzing an artwork is examined using a method based on the artistic process instead of verbal methods. The applied method is the sewing of drawings, which appears in contemporary art practices, especially among feminist artists. The goal of this approach is to achieve unity of the eye and hand by following the movement of the line and to offer students the opportunity for creative expression while analyzing an artwork. Sewing is a process during which the mind and body are in a state of high concentration because the movements and stitches of the thread on the canvas create outlines of lines, combining a variety of movements, characters, flow, and meaning. The workshop was conducted at the School of Applied Arts and Design Osijek, and first-grade students participated. The results show that students more successfully master the analysis of a drawing if they recreate it through the artistic process

Studija započinje definiranjem ključnih pojmova kao što su reputacija i korporativna reputacija, istražujući rizike povezane s reputacijom i strategije za njezin oporavak. Također se analizira utjecaj reputacije na vrijednost tvrtke. Zatim se razrađuju definicije imidža i identiteta, s posebnim naglaskom na korporativni identitet i imidž. Raspravlja se o odnosu između brenda i brendiranja, ističući važnost korporativnog brendiranja. Središnji se dio rada bavi kriznim komuniciranjem, s posebnim naglaskom na upravljanje krizom. Koristeći nedavnu krizu Balenciage kao studiju slučaja, istražuje se povijest brenda, priroda krize i odgovor tvrtke. Kritički se analizira utjecaj krize na reputaciju brenda Balenciage.In this thesis, the complex dynamics between corporate reputation, image, and branding in the context of crisis communication are examined, using the brand Balenciaga as a case study. The study begins by defining key concepts such as reputation and corporate reputation, exploring the risks associated with reputation and strategies for its recovery. The impact of reputation on a company's value is also analyzed. Next, the definitions of image and identity are elaborated, with a particular focus on corporate identity and image. The relationship between brand and branding is discussed, highlighting the importance of corporate branding. The core of the thesis addresses crisis communication, with a special emphasis on crisis management. Using Balenciaga's recent crisis as a case study, the research explores the brand's history, the nature of the crisis, and the company's response. The impact of the crisis on Balenciaga's brand reputation is critically analyzed

No full textOvaj rad donosi istraživanje utjecaja društvene mreže TikTok na ponašanje potrošača u industriji ljepote. TikTok je kao jedna od najbrže rastućih platformi društvenih mreža promijenio način na koji korisnici pronalaze, cijene i kupuju proizvode u industriji ljepote. Stoga, u radu će se ispitati, pomoću analize primjera i istraživanjem provedenim nad ispitanicima, kako TikTok recenzije i TikTok influenceri utječu na odluke potrošača pri odabiru kozmetičkih proizvoda i usluga. U središnjem dijelu rada proučit će se kako TikTok influenceri i osobe koje oblikuju sadržaj utječu na potrošačke želje i izbore te što točno doprinosi popularizaciji novih proizvoda. Također, kroz ovaj rad pružit će se uvid u to kako TikTok redefinira dinamiku između potrošača i robnih marki u sektoru ljepote, a uz to će biti ispitani i mogući budući trendovi i izazovi koji se mogu pojaviti s daljnjim razvojem ove društvene mreže.This thesis will investigate the impact of the social media platform TikTok on consumer behavior in the beauty industry. TikTok, as one of the fastest-growing social media platforms, has transformed the way users discover, evaluate, and purchase products in the beauty sector. Through case studies and research conducted with participants, this thesis will examine how TikTok reviews and TikTok influencers influence consumer decisions regarding cosmetic products and services. It will be explored how TikTok influencers and content creators shape consumer preferences and choices, and what specifically contributes to the popularity of new products. This thesis will provide insight into how TikTok is redefining the dynamics between consumers and brands in the beauty sector, and will consider potential future trends and challenges that may arise with the further development of this social media platform

No full textU ovoj seriji slika prikazuje se petogodišnje iskustvo studiranja slikarstva. Zahvaljujući vlastitu naporu prikazani su razvoj likovnog jezika i sloboda izražavanja. Ova serija slika bavi se samim medijem koji mi je omogućio ulaz u rad, gdje slobodni nanos boja stvara različite senzacije. Boju kao senzaciju vežem s intenzivnim, ali kratkotrajnim unutarnjim stanjima vlastita bića. Raspoloženjem, koje je bilo drugačije svakim povratkom slikanju, nastaju različiti rukopisi bogate palete. Serija prati razvoj ekspresije i osobnog likovnog jezika kroz široki spektar emocionalnih stanja. Poveznica s Helen Frankenthaler nalazi se u njezinu slikarskom procesu i odnosu prema mediju koji stvara lebdeća polja boje. Njezin likovni jezik stvorio je poseban osjećaj fluidnosti i slobode, što povezujem sa svojom serijom slika „Spoznaje“. Ova serija radova ostavlja poseban trag autoričine težnje ka slobodi izražavanja.This series of paintings represents a five-year journey in studying art. Thanks to personal effort, the development of visual language and free expression is demonstrated. What is distinctive about this series is the painting technique, where diluted paint creates a watercolor effect. The watercolor effect imparts fluidity, ease of expression, special depth, mystique, and a translucent quality. The technique allows for a deep engagement with the work, where layers of paint were applied over one another, mixing spontaneously to create various color shades. Emotions, which are sometimes intense and fleeting responses to specific events, are visually represented through color shades. Intense emotions are depicted using cooler tones mixed with warmer hues. With varying moods, each new session and reworking of the paintings led to the creation of new forms. The experience connecting the mind and heart resulted in a unique handwriting on the paintings, revealed through different colors. Various brushstrokes, lines running through the series of paintings—whether thick, thin, short, or depicted in different shades and spots—are linked to turbulent emotions and unclear moods, creating a distinctive artistic style. The connection to Helen Frankenthaler lies in her use of a similar painting technique, where she poured diluted paint directly onto a raw canvas, working from all sides to create floating fields of color. Her technique produced a unique sense of spontaneity and fluidity, which resonates with my series of paintings "Insights." This series of works leaves a distinct mark of the artist's freedom of expression

No full textDiplomski rad naziva Šara / prostorni crtež kao specifična forma skulpture bavi se istraživanjem prostornog crteža kao intermedijalne umjetničke forme koja se nalazi na granici između crteža i skulpture. Definiranjem pojmova skulpture, crteža, linijski istanjene mase, a zatim analiziranjem toga što je linija i kakve sve postoje, rad se fokusira na postepeno definiranje prostornog crteža, njegovih karakteristika i osobina zbog kojih je prostorni crtež poseban oblik umjetničkog izričaja. Nakon toga navodim analizu linije tijekom povijesti umjetnosti, zajedno s primjerima, šaru kao dječji crtež, te tehničku i formalnu analizu vlastita rada. Ovaj rad istražuje koncept šare kao prostornog crteža i njegovu ulogu u suvremenoj skulpturi. Cilj istraživanja ove teme bio je promotriti kako se linijski elementi mogu upotrebljavati za stvaranje trodimenzionalnih oblika koji prelaze granice tradicionalnih definicija skulpture.The thesis titled “Doodle / Spatial Drawing as a Specific Form of Sculpture” explores spatial drawing as an interdisciplinary artistic form that blurs the line between drawing and sculpture. The paper gradually defines spatial drawing, its characteristics, and the features that make it a unique form of artistic expression by defining the concepts of sculpture, drawing, and line-based mass, and analyzing the nature and types of lines. It then also provides an analysis of the line throughout art history, along with examples, pattern as a child’s drawing, and a technical and formal analysis of the author’s own work. This paper investigates the concept of “pattern” as a spatial drawing and its role in contemporary sculpture. The aim of this research is to examine how linear elements can be used to create three-dimensional forms that transcend traditional definitions of sculpture

No full textPočetak umjetničkog stvaranja gledamo kao izražavanje onoga što se nalazi u nama. Većina djela zasniva se na podsvjesnoj razini. Orijentir kojim se često služimo kako bismo osvijestili nesvjesno su osjećaji koji definiraju odrednice kojima se krećemo. Promatrajući djelo vođeni smo istim emocijama te na temelju njih definiramo naklonost koju imamo za umjetničko djelo. Sve što se na slici događa percipiramo vizualno, ali zapravo sliku shvaćamo samo preko svog duha, kako nalaže Pražić „Umjetničko djelo ima dodira s budnim snom, što je sanjarenje.“ (Pražić, 1989:58). Umjetnost postoji da nas odvede iz realnosti. U dubokoj kontemplaciji stojeći pred nekim radom mi upoznajemo sebe te istražujemo ono zamijećeno koje nam je još nepoznato. Kako bi se riješili praznine koja caruje nama samima otvaramo se putu inovativnosti, odnosno ulazimo u područje kreativnosti i mašte. Kao što ljudske karakteristike utječu na sudbinu života tako i karakter linije utječe na sam doživljaj koji nastaje na slici koja svoj motiv repetitivno ponavlja ostvarujući dinamiku, a upravo se time bavi ovaj rad istražujući teme životnog kretanja kroz linijski izraz. Naglasak je na razvijanju osobnosti, stjecanju znanja i vještina kako bismo u potpunosti iskusili čar života te stvorili želju za istraživanjem nepoznatog.The beginning of artistic creation is seen as an exploration of the internal. Most works are based in the subconscious. The reference point that is often used to make the unconscious conscious are feelings, which define the guidelines by which we operate. Observing a work of art, we are moved by those same emotions we use to define the partiality for a work of art. Every element of the painting is perceived visually but is actually understood by our spirit. As Pražić says, "An art piece interacts with waking dream, that is daydreaming." (Pražić, 1989:58). Art exists to exstract us from reality. In deep contemplation, while standing in front of a work of art, we meet ourselves and explore what we see but are yet to understand. To fill the void that exist in us, we open ourselves to the path of innovation; that is, we enter a space of creativity and imagination. As human characteristics affect the fate of life itself, so do character lines affect the experience created by a painting, which by repetitively using its motife creates dinamicity, and exactly that is the topic that this work covers by exploring the themes of movements of life through linear expression. The emphasis is on developing a personality, acquiring knowledge and skills in order to fully experience the charm of life and create a desire to explore the unknown

Počinje s osnovnim pojmovima menadžmenta i marketinga, naglašavajući njihove ključne funkcije i uloge. U drugom dijelu, rad se fokusira na turističke destinacije, definirajući ih i klasificirajući različite vrste. Dalje, istražuje kako se marketing koristi u turizmu, uključujući marketinške strategije specifične za turističke proizvode i usluge. Posebna pozornost posvećena je upravljanju marketingom turističkih destinacija, uključujući menadžment, procese upravljanja, upravljanje kvalitetom i značaj marketinških aktivnosti. Rad također razmatra metodologiju istraživanja, prikupljanje podataka i analizu rezultata, pružajući uvid u učinkovitost strategija i praksi. Ključna saznanja pokazuju da je integracija menadžmenta i marketinga ključna za uspjeh turističkih destinacija, dok stalno prilagođavanje i poboljšanje ostaju nužni za održavanje konkurentnosti i privlačnosti destinacija. The second part of the paper docuses on tourist destination, defining and classifying different types. It further explores how marketing is utilized in tourism, including marketing strategies specific to tourism products and services. Special attention is given to the management of marketing for tourist destinations, encompassing management processes, quality management, and the significance of marketing activites. The paper also eyamines the research methodology, dana collection, and result analysis, oddering insights into the effectiveness of strategies and practices. Key findings indicate that the integration of management and marketing is crucial for the success of tourist destinations, while continuous adaptation and improvement remain essential for maintaining competitiveness and appeal

No full textDiplomski rad „Ritam, dinamika i ispreplitanje u mediju grafike“ predstavlja proces učenja i integracije stečenih akademskih znanja i zanatskih vještina u projekt koji svojim ritmički i dinamički odreĎenim formama poziva publiku na senzorni doţivljaj i sudjelovanje u postavu. Prenosi ideju o jednakoj vrijednosti idejnog i izvedbenog procesa, ispreplitanju obrtne, primijenjene i visoke umjetnosti i njihovoj kombiniranoj upotrebi radi budućeg progresa i samoaktualizacije. Sadrţi odlike društveno angaţirane umjetnosti, posebice naglašene bavljenjem psihološkim poremećajima i fizičkim bolestima kroz prikaz ličnosti. Izrada rada počiva na dobivanju filca i njegovu slaganju u smislene kompozicije korištenjem tehnika suhog i mokrog filcanja (samostalno ili u kombinaciji) te povezivanju pojedinih segmenata rada s grafičkom tehnikom linoreza.This thesis, named „Rhythm, Dynamics and Interweaving in Printmaking“ represents a process of learning and integrating acquired academic knowledge and craft skills into a project that with its rhythmically and dynamically determined forms, invites the audience to a sensory experience and participation in the setup. It conveys the idea of equal value of both conceptual process and process of performance, and intertwining craft arts, applied and high arts and their combined use for future progress and self-actualization. It contains features of socially engaged art, especially emphasized by dealing with psychological disorders and physical illnesses through the display of personality. The creation of this artwork is based on getting the felt and arranging it into meaningful compositions using needle and wet felting techniques (independently or in combination), and tying individual segments of work with the printmaking technique of linocut

No full textOvaj završni rad temelji se na subjektivnom pristupu procesu rada, odnosno introspekciji prirode i čovjekove okoline. Inspiracija prirodom pruža mogućnost otkrivanja ljepote, snage i oblika prirodnog svijeta koristeći upravo prirodu kao glavni motiv i simboliku. Povezanost s prirodom postaje sredstvo za izražavanje univerzalnih ideja o životu, promjena i povezanosti. Djelo poziva na promišljanje o čovjekovu odnosu s okolišem te o vlastitoj ulozi u njemu. Polazište rada je intuicija pomoću koje se djeluje na rad i u tom smislu doživljava psihološki proces djelovanja na rad. Rad je prikaz energije, harmonije, ritma, a slobodne linije koje se protežu radom predstavljaju osobno viđenje prirodnog svijeta. Nadalje, oblici koji nastaju ispreplitanjem linija prikaz su promjene prirode, što u konačnici predstavlja i djelovanje na psihološke aspekte čovjekova unutarnjeg svijeta. Fokus se stoga prebacuje na neraskidivu vezu unutarnjeg i vanjskog, ali i doživljaj koji ostavlja na promatrača.The final work is based on a subjective approach to the work process, that is, an introspection of nature and the human environment. Inspiration from nature provides the opportunity to discover the beauty, strength and form of the natural world using nature as the main motive and symbolism. Connecting with nature becomes a mean to express universal ideas about life, change and connection. The work invites reflection on human’s relationship with the environment and his own role in it. The starting point of the work is intuition, which is used to act on the work and, in this sense, experience the psychological process of acting on the work. The work is representation of energy, harmony, rhythm and the free lines that stretch through the work represent a personal view of the natural world. Furthermore, the forms created by intertwining of lines are representation of the change in nature, which ultimately represents an effect on the psychological aspects of human’s inner world. The focus therefore shifts to the inextricable connection between the inner and outer, as well as the experience it leaves on the observer
