Get PDFCultural identity is a way of life in which values, beliefs and traditions of society are enclosed, in which over time barriers have been created that prevent the identity of belonging of each individual from emerging, essentially within the educational scenario, that is to say, within the school context, where a gap in cultural identity is most evident. For this reason, the present research was carried out with the objective of investigating cultural identity and its incidence within the educational unit under study, due to the social realities of the students who belong to different ethnic social groups. Therefore, it was also essential to know if teachers are able to integrate students in a harmonious educational environment, always respecting the different cultural identities that exist within the educational community. In this way, discrimination between students, teachers to students or students to teachers is eliminated. Therefore, it is important to know what didactic methodologies teachers apply to integrate students within an educational environment. Therefore, a thorough investigation was carried out in the Educational Unit "Pastocalle", in the school year 2022 -2023, where surveys were conducted with students, teachers, and parents of the institution. Using instruments with questions according to the information that has been investigated, within the framework of cultural identity, following the data analysis of the information collected within the institution, to reach the reflection with its respective proposal, seeking to generate a didactic, attractive and innovative methodology that can be used by teachers to promote coexistence and integration of all children in school, respecting the different positions and opinions of each of the educational actors of the institution.La identidad cultural es un modo de vida en donde se encuentran encerrados valores, creencias, tradiciones propias de la sociedad en el cual a lo largo del tiempo se ha ido creando barreras que impiden que se aflore la identidad de pertenencia de cada uno de los individuos, esencialmente dentro del escenario educativo es decir dentro del contexto escolar en donde se puede evidenciar con más notoriedad un desfase en lo que respecta la identidad cultural es por ello que, la presente investigación fue realizada con el objetivo de indagar sobre la identidad cultural y su incidencia dentro de la unidad educativa en estudio, debido a las realidades sociales de los estudiantes que pertenecen a diferentes grupos sociales étnicos. Por lo que, también fue esencial conocer si los docentes están capacitados para integrar a los estudiantes en un entorno educativo armónico, respetando siempre a las diferentes identidades culturales que hay dentro de la comunidad educativa. De forma que, elimine la discriminación entre los estudiantes, docentes a estudiantes o de estudiantes a docentes. Entonces, es importante conocer qué metodologías didácticas aplican los docentes para integrar a los estudiantes dentro de un entorno educativo. De modo que, se realizó una investigación minuciosa en la Unidad Educativa “Pastocalle”, en el año lectivo 2022 -2023, donde se realizó encuestas a estudiantes, docentes, y padres de familia de la institución. Utilizando instrumentos con preguntas acordes a la información que se ha venido investigando, dentro del marco de la identidad cultural, siguiendo con el análisis de datos de la información recopilada dentro de la institución, para llegar a la reflexión con su respetiva propuesta, buscando generar una metodología didáctica, atractiva e innovadora que puede ser utilizada por los docentes para fomentar la convivencia e integración de todos los niños en la escuela, respetando las diferentes posturas e opiniones de cada uno de los actores educativos de la institución

In this sense, the research project called "ICT in the language and literature area" seeks that teachers apply them within the different stages of teaching in order to achieve academic progress and the deepening of knowledge. The objective of this research is to consolidate the teaching and learning process through the application of audiovisual resources in the Language and Literature area in the fourth grade of the Basic Education School "Numa Pompilio Llona" in Latacunga, Cotopaxi Province. In this way, a qualitative methodological design was applied, due to the fact that in the process it is necessary to validate all the descriptions detailed by the researchers in the respective instruments in order to proceed to make the respective reflections. The instrument used was the observation guide in which results of significant learning were obtained. By applying ICTs in the teaching and learning process in the area of language and literature, an improvement in the understanding of the topics is observed, as well as a favorable development of the learning skills oriented by the teacher. The application of audiovisual resources in the development of language and literature classes favors the teacher's work in the classroom, since it offers information and content in a systematized and innovative way, which contributes to the student's consolidation and appropriation of concepts.El mundo día a día se beneficia de la tecnología misma que ofrece una serie de ventajas, sobre todo en el ámbito educativo, donde ha revolucionado la forma de enseñar, así como de aprender, es por ello que, dentro del Proceso de Enseñanza-Aprendizaje la implementación de las TICs favorece de manera significativa a la concreción y adquisición del conocimiento. En este sentido, el proyecto de investigación denominado “Las TIC en el área de lengua y literatura” busca que los docentes las apliquen dentro de las distintas etapas de enseñanza con el fin de lograr avances académicos y la profundización de conocimientos. La presente investigación, tiene como objetivo consolidar el proceso enseñanza y aprendizaje mediante la aplicación de recursos audiovisuales en el área de Lengua y Literatura, del cuarto grado de la Escuela de Educación Básica “Numa Pompilio Llona” del cantón Latacunga, Provincia de Cotopaxi. De esta forma, se aplicó un diseño metodológico cualitativo, debido a que en el proceso es necesario validar todas las descripciones que detallaran los investigadores en los respectivos instrumentos para proceder a realizar las reflexiones respectivas. El instrumento que se utilizo es la guía de observación en la cual se obtuvieron resultados de un aprendizaje significativo. Al aplicar las TIC dentro del proceso de enseñanza y aprendizaje del área de lengua y literatura se observa un mejoramiento en la comprensión de las temáticas, de igual manera se percibe un desarrollo favorecedor de las destrezas de aprendizaje orientadas por el docente. La aplicación de recursos audiovisuales en el desarrollo de las clases de lengua y literatura favorece la labor docente en la clase, pues ofrece información y contenido de manera sistematizada e innovadora lo cual contribuye a que el estudiante logre la consolidación y la apropiación de conceptos

Get PDFThe research project has as aims to analyze the constructivist pedagogical model, in relation to the curricular adjustment 2016, through observation in the Educational Unit "Vicente Rocafuerte -14 de October la Victoria Pujilí" District 05D04 Pujilí-Saquisilí, circuit 05D04C09_11, period 2021_2023, to improve the teaching-learning process, also the approach used in this research is qualitative, because it allowed the deep and reflective analysis of the qualities of the research, in order to understand, criticize and explain the reality of pedagogical models in the Educational Unit 14 de October-Vicente Rocafuerte. On the other hand, the technique used for the collection of information is observation, since it allowed observing the teachers and students of the Unit to obtain the necessary information for the research project. Likewise, the instrument used is the questionnaire, since it helped to collect the information for the research with the objective of veracity and facilitating the necessary inquiry, the population that was taken into account for this research work is: the headmaster, teachers, and students of the seventh year of General Basic Education. Also, the constructivist teaching model was analyzed, and its relationship with the curriculum adjustment 2016, in view of the fact that MINEDUC proposes that this model be the one applied in the country's educational institutions to provide quality and warmth education, considering the different contexts of the students, to improve the teaching-learning process.El proyecto de investigación tuvo como objetivo analizar el modelo pedagógico constructivista, en relación con el ajuste curricular 2016, por medio de la observación en la Unidad Educativa “Vicente Rocafuerte 14 de octubre la Victoria Pujilí” Distrito 05D04 Pujilí-Saquisilí, circuito 05D04C09_11, período 2021_2023, para mejorar el proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje, además el enfoque que se empleó en esta investigación es cualitativo, pues, permitió el análisis profundo y reflexivo de las cualidades de la investigación, con la finalidad de comprender, criticar y explicar la realidad de los modelos pedagógicos en la Unidad Educativa 14 de octubre-Vicente Rocafuerte. Por otra parte, la técnica que se utilizó para la recolección de información es la observación, ya que permitió observar a los docentes y estudiantes de la Unidad para obtener la información necesaria al proyecto investigación. Así mismo, el instrumento que utilizó es el cuestionario, pues, ayudó a recolectar la información para la investigación con el objetivo de la veracidad y facilitar la indagación necesaria, la población que fue tomada en cuenta para este trabajo de investigación es: el rector, los docentes y estudiantes de séptimo año de Educación General Básica. No full textThe didactic resources used by teachers during the training process in the Basic Education stage in the area of Mathematics, they are quite importance; their previously elaborated, planned and strategic use guarantees student learning in the classroom. Therefore, the objective of this research is to diagnose the use of didactic resources in the teaching and learning of Mathematics, based on the use of technology, in the students of the elementary sub-level of the Unidad Educativa "Ignacio Flores" belonging to the parish of Santa Lucia, in the Salcedo canton, Cotopaxi province. The methodology is framed under the socio-critical paradigm, with a mixed approach, because it focuses on the description of the object of study and data analysis focus on a specific context, the qualitative types of research was used; since it follows the stages: preparatory, field and analytical, it was also developed under quantitative research in order to collect important data from students on the subject of research, in addition, bibliographic research, and descriptive. The applied method is the inductive one, which allowed gathering information on the particular aspects that involve the use of didactic resources in teaching and learning in the area of Mathematics; the techniques that were applied are the interview and the survey with its respective instrument, the interview guide and the questionnaire. The results showed the need to elaborate a proposal of technological didactic resources GeoGebra for the learning of Mathematics. This research will help teachers to promote student learning in the area of Mathematics according to the needs of the students using didactic resources that are easy to implement. It is concluded that didactic resources are alternative means to improve the teaching-learning process, especially the motivation and interest by the people who are immersed in the educational system.Los recursos didácticos que utilizan los docentes durante el proceso de formación en la etapa de Educación Básica en el área de matemática son de suma importancia, su uso previamente elaborado, planificado y estratégico garantiza el aprendizaje de los estudiantes dentro del aula de clase. Por ende, el objetivo del presente trabajo de investigación es diagnosticar el uso de recursos didácticos en la enseñanza aprendizaje del área de la Matemática, a partir de la utilización de la tecnología, en los estudiantes del subnivel elemental de la Unidad Educativa “Ignacio Flores” perteneciente a la parroquia Santa Lucia, del cantón Salcedo, provincia de Cotopaxi. La metodología se enmarca bajo el paradigma socio crítico, con un enfoque mixto, debido a que se centra en la descripción del objeto de estudio y en el análisis de datos de un contexto determinado, los tipos de investigación utilizados son; la cualitativa puesto que sigue las etapas: preparatoria, de campo y analítica, también se desarrolló bajo la investigación cuantitativa con el fin de recabar datos importantes de los estudiantes sobre el tema de investigación, además, de la investigación bibliográfica, y descriptiva .El método aplicado es el inductivo, el cual permitió recabar información de los aspectos particulares que involucran el uso de los recursos didácticos en la enseñanza aprendizaje del área de la Matemática; las técnicas que se aplicaron es la entrevista y la encuesta con su respectivo instrumento, la guía de entrevista y el cuestionario. Los resultados evidenciaron la necesidad de elaborar una propuesta de recursos didácticos tecnológico GeoGebra para el aprendizaje de la matemática. Esta investigación contribuirá a que los docentes promuevan el aprendizaje de los estudiantes en el área de matemática de acuerdo a las necesidades empleado recursos didácticos de fácil realización. Se concluye que los recursos didácticos son medios alternativos para mejorar el proceso de enseñanza aprendizaje, especialmente la motivación y el interés de los sujetos inmersos en el sistema educativo

Through the analysis of the indicators and the construction of a Logit econometric model of the portfolio of credit subjects, the probability that a member of the cooperative defaults on its financial obligations will be determined. The main objective of this development project is to determine the level of non-compliance with obligations through a financial management model for efficient portfolio administration in the Andean Savings and Credit Cooperative, it has a quantitative methodological approach since numerical information will be extracted of the balance sheets of the cooperative using the type of exploratory, descriptive and correlational research. The results that have been reached is that the strengthening of financial management is important for an efficient administration of the Andean Cooperative's portfolio, this is achieved through the simulation model carried out with the quantitative and qualitative variables used in the model. econometric, reaching the conclusion that defaults on credit obligations are related to the risk rating and quantitative and qualitative variables, that is, if the institution applies the econometric model presented, the credit portfolio will improve.La gestión financiera ayuda a perfeccionar los bienes materiales y humanos de la empresa para incrementar las ganancias y el rendimiento. Este trabajo de investigación tiene como finalidad fortalecer a la gestión financiera a través del análisis de los indicadores financieros para determinar la incidencia de estos en la eficiente administración de la cartera de la Cooperativa Andina. A través del análisis de los indicadores y la construcción de un modelo econométrico Logit de la cartera de los sujetos de crédito se determinará la probabilidad de que un socio de la cooperativa incumpla con sus obligaciones financieras. El objetivo principal de este proyecto de desarrollo es Determinar el nivel de incumplimiento de las obligaciones mediante un modelo de gestión financiera para una eficiente administración de la cartera en la Cooperativa de Ahorro y Crédito Andina, tiene un enfoque metodológico cuantitativo ya que se extraerá información numérica de los balances de la cooperativa utilizando el tipo de investigación exploratoria, descriptiva y correlacional. Los resultados a los que se ha llegado es que el fortalecimiento de la gestión financiera es importante para una eficiente administración de la cartera de la Cooperativa Andina, esto se logra a través del modelo de simulación realizado con las variables cuantitativas y cualitativas utilizadas en el modelo econométrico, llegando a la conclusión que los incumplimientos a las obligaciones de crédito están relacionadas con la calificación de riesgo y variables cuantitativas y cualitativas, es decir si la institución aplica el modelo econométrico presentado, la cartera de crédito mejorará

Gestión administrativa y la calidad del servicio en el GAD Municipal de Pangua en el periodo 2019-2023
Get PDFThe purpose of this research work is to analyze the administrative management and the quality of the service of the Municipal GAD of Pangua in the administrative period 2019-2023; through a situational analysis and direct inquiry to the actors involved. It was carried out under the thematic axes of Administrative Management and Quality of Service, understanding that the final and essential purpose of the public sector is the quality of service. The methodology was based on the quantitative approach, of a descriptive type, carried out with on-site visits to the departments belonging to the municipal GAD of the canton and its parishes, surveys were applied to a sample of 377 people belonging to the parishes of the canton and 6 departmental heads. . The results reflected in terms of Administrative Management are acceptable in 73.44% and the Quality of Service is admitted in 88.72% of the general population of the canton; however, 11.28% are dissatisfied with the administrative management and 26.56% disagree with the quality of service provided by the municipality, therefore, there is a gap that is suggested to strengthen the behavior of human capital by deepening knowledge of the public function that allows internalizing its importance. For which a training plan is proposed that raises the criteria of quality of service in the GAD Pangua.El presente trabajo de investigación tiene por objeto analizar la gestión administrativa y la calidad del servicio del GAD Municipal de Pangua en el periodo administrativo 2019-2023; a través un análisis situacional y de indagación directa a los actores involucrados. Se realizó bajo los ejes temáticos de Gestión Administrativa y Calidad de Servicio, entendiendo que el propósito final y esencial del sector público es la calidad de servicio. La metodología se basó en el enfoque cuantitativo, de tipo descriptivo, realizada con visitas in situ a los departamentos pertenecientes al GAD municipal del cantón y sus parroquias, se aplicó encuestas a una muestra de 377 personas pertenecientes a las parroquias del cantón y 6 jefes departamentales. Los resultados reflejados en cuanto a la Gestión Administrativa son aceptables en un 73.44% y la Calidad de Servicio es admitido en un 88.72% de la población general del cantón; sin embargo, el 11.28% esta insatisfecho con la gestión administrativa y el 26.56% está en desacuerdo con la calidad de servicio que brinda la municipalidad, por lo tanto, existe una brecha que se sugiere fortalecer el comportamiento del capital humano profundizando el conocimiento de la función pública que permita interiorizar su importancia. Para lo cual se propone un plan de capacitación que eleve los criterios de calidad de servicio en el GAD Pangua

The objectives set out in this research were: to analyze the criteria applied in the creation of visual content about rural women in the digital media of the Intercultural Municipal Decentralized Autonomous Government of Pujilí and the Organization of Indigenous Peoples of Jatun Juigua.En el presente proyecto se analizó los contenidos visuales que se difunden en redes sociales del Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado Municipal Intercultural de Pujilí y la Organización de Pueblos Indígenas de Jatun Juigua, con respecto a las mujeres rurales. The theoretical analysis reflects on digital journalism, the structure, content and the processes of creation and dissemination of information in digital media, the discourses in which the issue of migration appears in digital media and more specifically migration in Latacunga and your online media. To develop the field work, given the nature of the subject and the approach, the qualitative methodology was used; Two interviews were conducted with representatives of the digital communication media, as well as interviews with authorized voices both on the subject of digital journalism and on the subject of migration. Among the findings, the role of prosumers and digital media audiences in the media agenda was evidenced, in addition to the way in which the human teams and editorial lines of the online media in Latacunga are structured.La presente investigación indaga la manera en la que los medios digitales de Latacunga abordan el tema de la migración en la ciudad, en específico en el caso de ciudadanos venezolanos. El análisis teórico reflexiona acerca del periodismo digital, la estructura, contenido y los procesos de creación y difusión de la información de los medios digitales, los discursos en los que aparece el tema de la migración en medios digitales y más concretamente la migración en Latacunga y sus medios de comunicación on line. Para desarrollar el trabajo de campo, dada la naturaleza del tema y del enfoque, se usó la metodología cualitativa; se realizaron sendas entrevistas a representantes de los medios digitales de comunicación, además de entrevistas a voces autorizadas tanto en el tema del periodismo digital como en el tema de migraciones. Entre los hallazgos se evidenció el papel de los prosumidores y audiencias de los medios digitales en la agenda de los medios, además de la manera en la que están estructurados los equipos humanos y las líneas editoriales de los medios on line en Latacunga
