Iʼm afraid whether should I keep on working artistic activities even under this emergency. Itʼs because I think artistic activities should have the purpose to create artistic value, rather than countering the emergency. Harvard Reid was writing “Education by art” even under bombing of London by Nazi Germany. Encouraged by that spirit, I dared to work on the work that could not contribute to improve the current situation. A Study on Saffron-wine brewery house for community development through collaboration of university Part II

In spite of the longlasting activities by the students, the motivation among participants was declining. We analyzed that’s because of the limitation of students’ activities. Based on those aspects, this paper focused on the more realistic market which may lead to the utilization of Saffron-wine brewery house which Nagaoka city acquired. Certain parts of the participants of “civic studio” have higher motivation to utilize the spaces through the questionnaire survey.
Moreover, latent capital of Settaya-area, such as abandoned bottles, labels and Senjya-fuda, was investigated. This paper will point out those existences.departmental bulletin pape
