Study on the Spread of Sheet Glass, etc. in Niigata Prefecture after the Mid-Meiji Period
application/pdfThis article introduces the “Hourinji-mura Mikumano Gongen
Gohonden Sumpocho” and reprints it below, and considers some of
the background to its establishment. The following points become
clear.

the shrine building. From the background of the creation of this book,
we can recall Matsuiʼs way of gathering a group of engineers, sharing
technology within the group, and improving technology.departmental bulletin pape
Social Implementation of Locally Produced and Consumed Mobility
application/pdfThe locally produced and locally consumed mobility vehicle in this
study is a vehicle tailored to the local community, produced and
used in the local community. Nagaoka City in Niigata Prefecture is
a region where agriculture is a major industry, and at the same time,
metalworking and iron industry have long flourished. Taking advantage
of this regional characteristics, we have been conducting research on
the possibility of local production and local digestion of mobility by
manufacturing the frame and chassis, which are the framework of
mobility, and combining them with commercially available components
for electric vehicles. This is a follow-up to what was reported in
Nagaoka Institute of Design University Research Bulletin Collection
No. 14( 2016) and No. 16( 2018). As these two reports have clearly
confirmed that there is sufficient potential for production in the
Nagaoka region, this paper will clarify whether this mobility is a vehicle
that can be adapted to the region through social implementation.departmental bulletin pape
Issues in Art Teacher Training : Current Status of Educational Practice
application/pdfAt the end of the 2025 academic year, the University will complete
its efforts to offer all teaching courses. Since the establishment of the
teaching program, many students who have obtained teaching licenses
have been active in schools and other educational fields. However, the
role required of teaching programs has also been forced to change
significantly amid changing social conditions. In this study, we would
like to summarize the various issues and expectations for the future of
art teacher training, taking into account the various changes that have
occurred under the Corona disaster.departmental bulletin pape

Autoethnography on Social Reintegration of People with Cervical Spinal Cord Injuries under Zoom Environment
application/pdfThis paper describes social reintegration of people with cervical
spinal cord injuries under Zoom environment by using autography.
There were very few reports regarding to these cases. The first author
became the patient with cervical spinal cord injuries a half year before
he graduate university. After having surgery and rehabilitation work
nearly a year, he returned University to graduate. This is very quick
when we recall past cases. It was because Zoom circumstances caused
by Corona disaster.
To understand the patient point of view by chorological order, this
paper stands on Autography.departmental bulletin pape
Accessibility for Sharing Considerations from a Case Study of Appreciation of a Museum
application/pdfThis paper focuses on accessibility in museums. This is not an
“information-based” relationship, a welfare theory based on
supporting and being supported, but a co-creative perspective that
explores accessibility to a common experience while recognizing
mutual differences based on a flat relationship. Based on the practice
of “meaning-based” engagement, this paper discusses co-creative
accessibility and information security when sharing the relationship
between people with disabilities and art.
Through two practices with visually impaired people, it was shown
that it is not the prior knowledge of information that is important to
guarantee information when dealing with art, but rather the lack of
knowledge itself. When people with disabilities and others in cultural
facilities such as museums try to access art itself, all participants who
share the same sense of not knowing at the same time dive into the
sense of not knowing. It was necessary to extend accessibility for
understanding to accessibility for sharing the lack of understanding.departmental bulletin pape
Suggestion and Practice of the Architecture Education to Fold Paper
application/pdfDeveloped proposals and teaching materials for architectural education
using paper folding. We tested a method to learn about the strength
of paper’s “material” and “shape” in the mechanism of folded plate
structures, and confirmed its effectiveness based on participants’
reactions. Many participants said that “ORIGAMI-KENCHIKU”
was “interesting.” It can be concluded that the foldable feature of the
folded plate structure is suitable for “ORIGAMI-KENCHIKU,” and it
is thought that the surprise and unexpectedness of the phenomenon of
paper coming out fascinated the children.departmental bulletin pape
Expression by the Old Lenses 2023 : Current Status of Radioactive Lenses
application/pdfIt is true that nuclear power and radioactivity have been used in
various fields until now, but with the passage of time, they have
been replaced with other materials, or problems have arisen over
time and their use has been discontinued. In the past, some camera
lenses were manufactured with radioactive substances mixed in to
improve their optical performance, such as improving their refractive
index. Nowadays, it has become possible to demonstrate sufficient
performance without using such radioactive substances, but they were
actively used in high-performance optical lenses around the 1970s,
and some of them are still used today. Available as a commodity. In
this research, I decided to try to express the current state of those
optical lenses called so-called radioactive lenses and optical lenses using
radioactive substances that are not manufactured today.departmental bulletin pape
