Practical research on renovation and town management driven by design and art activities Part 2
Get PDFapplication/pdfIn order to maintain urban management in the face of rapid population decline, it is necessary to promote the creation of a compact city in Nagaoka by consolidating functions in the central city area and the central part of the merged area. However, in the current state of the central urban area, utilization of idle real estate （low unused space） described above is not progressing.
For this reason, the practice of renovation and town management is also desired in Nagaoka.
In renovation and town management, activities related to design and art are one of the essential contents for utilizing idle real estate. In this article, I analyzed the Italian cities he visited and clarified the characteristic of his research from there. The following points became clear.
Condor went to Ikaho at least in August 1881 and August 1884. We can see 14 sketches that Condor made at Ikaho.
The sketches that Condor drew at Ikaho are two inns, Soryu-mon of Haruna Shrine, Tamau-an, the scenery from Shirai, the scenery from Budayuʼs inn, five people, tree, map, and the Rokaku-do of Mizusawa Kannon. For the Ikaho trip at that time, the horse-drawn carriages were used up to Gunma prefecture, and after that, they headed by foot, kago, and jinrikisya.departmental bulletin pape

Although it has been a history that our lives will become even more convenient due to technological advances, the intuitive operability and depth of taste that a film camera possesses has irresistible appeal.
