Get PDFThe Aircraft Movement Monitoring System at the Web-Based Ground Control Atc is a familiar thing in the LPPNI Public Corporation XYZ branch. But, the problem of irregular and manual storage in monitoring aircraft movements in Ground Control is often an obstacle that must be experienced. The Arrival and Departure data storage of both IFR and VFR using a manual system results in frequent errors. In monitoring the movement of the aircraft was still manual and inputting data Arrival and Departure reports are still using a manual system that requires a lot of accuracy and a very long process. Therefore, the Aircraft Movement Monitoring System at Web-Based Atc Ground Control will be able to solve the problem of monitoring that is still manual and inputting data and provide data reports quickly and accurately. With this research, the authors create a new system using the C ++ programming language that uses application platforms namely Dreamweaver and Sublime Text which will facilitate the process of monitoring, inputting, storing and making Arrival and Departure data reports. Thus this study was able to improve the efficiency and effectiveness in monitoring aircraft movements and database processing on Arrival and departure data at the LPPNI Public Corporation XYZ branch. ANALISIS KONSUMSI DAYA DAN DISTRIBUSI TENAGA LISTRIK
Get PDFAnalisis membahas tentang pembagian konsumsi daya listrik di gedung parkir 4 lantau pada panel LVMDP untuk mengoptimalkan pemakaian daya listtrik yang tersedia. Kapasitas daya listrik yang tersambung pada pembangkit utama (PLN) sebesar 315 kVA (252 kW) dan kapasitas daya listrik pada pembangkit cadangan (Diesel Generator) sebesar 200 kVA (160kW) dengan cos ïª 0,8 lagging total pemakaian daya listrik 292,188 kW. Setelah melakukan pembagian beban listrik antara beban prioritas dan beban normal, pemakaian daya listrik pada beban prioritas sebesar 136,829 kW dan besar pemakaian daya listrik pada beban normal menjadi sebesar 115,171 kW. Sehingga ketersediaan daya listrik cukup untuk melayani pemakaian beban listrik pada gedung parkir dan penghematan konsumsi daya sebesar 31%. Kata Kunci : Daya Semu, Daya Aktif, Konsumsi Day

Based on the documentation data at BMH, it informs that employee performance does not comply with the targets set by the management. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of workload, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment on employee performance.This study uses a quantitative approach with an explanatory or causal design. The population in this study were all employees at BMH. The type of data used is secondary data in the form of a questionnaire. Selection of the number of samples using the probability sampling method, the number of samples determined using the Slovin formula, and determined as many as 100 respondents. Data analysis using path analysis. The results found that workload affects organizational commitment, job satisfaction affects organizational commitment, workload affects employee performance, job satisfaction affects employee performance, organizational commitment affects employee performance.Keywords :   Workload, Job Satisfaction, Organizational Commitment, Employee Performance

Get PDFPerencanaan utilitas adalah perencanaan suatu sistem elektrikal bangunan yang mencakup perencanaan semua utilitas kelistrikan (elektrikal) dan elektronik yang dibutuhkan pada suatu bangunan. Pada perencanaan pembangunan rumah sakit di Indonesia untuk standar kebutuhan penerangan, uraian perangkat listrik dan instalasi diatur dalam Peraturan Umum Instalasi Listrik (PUIL;2011), SNI 03-6575-2001, Peraturan Energi Sumber Daya Manusia N0. 2 Tahun 2018, dan Peraturan Kementrian Kesehatan No. 24 Tahun 2016. Pada hasil hitungan terhadap aturan atau ketentuan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa kebutuhan penerangan dan kapasitas sarana pengaman kelistrikan pada 5 ruangan yang berada pada poliklinik atau rawat jalan rumah sakit umum daerah di Slawi, Jawa Tengah terdapat perbedaan, hal itu terjadi karena fungsi ruangan, luasan ruangan, dan kebutuhan beban listrik yang ditentukan atau diperbolehkan.Kata Kunci : Perencanaan Utilitas, Rumah Sakit, Kebutuhan Penerangan, Sarana Pengaman Kelistrikan

No full textKesehatan sebagai hak asasi manusia diwujudkan melalui penyelenggaraan pembangunan kesehatan yang berkualitas dan terjangkau oleh masyarakat. Dokter mempunyai peranan yang sangat penting dalam menjalankan praktik kedokteran, tunduk pada ketentuan hukum yang berlaku termasuk kode etik kedokteran Indonesia. Hubungan antara dokter dan pasien berdasarkan undang-undang dan perjanjian terapeutik. Sebelum melakukan tindakan medis, dokter harus mendapatkan persetujuan dari pasien atau yang berhak memberi persetujuan (Informed Consent ). Dan seluruh proses pelayanan kesehatan yang telah diberikan oleh dokter kepada pasien harus ditulis dalam Rekam Medis. Namun dalam pelaksanaannya Informed Consent  dan Rekam Medis belum sepenuhnya diterapkan sesuai dengan ketentuan yang berlaku. Hal ini dapat menimbulkan permasalahan atau sengketa medis, sehingga dokter dimintai pertanggungjawaban. Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini: Bagaimana pengaturan dan kedudukan hukum Informed Consent  dan Rekam Medis dalam penyelesaian sengketa medis di Indonesia? Dan bagaimana kekuatan hukum Informed Consent  dan Rekam Medis sebagai alat buktidalam penyelesaian sengketa medis di Indonesia? Penelitian menggunakan metode yuridis normatif dengan pendekatan perundang-undangan dan konseptual, menggunakan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari sumber bahan hukum primer, sekunder dan tertier.Kata Kunci : Informed Consent , Rekam Medis, Alat Bukti Dan Sengketa MedisHealth as a human right is realized through the implementation of quality and affordable health development by the community. Doctors have a very important role in carrying out medical practice, obey to applicable legal provisions including the Indonesian medical code of ethics. The relationship between doctor and patient is based on laws and therapeutic agreements. Before taking any medical action, the doctor must obtain the consent of the patient or those who have the right to give Informed Consent . And the entire process of health services that have been provided by doctors to patients must be written in the medical record. However, in practice, Informed Consent  and Medical Records have not been fully implemented in accordance with applicable regulations. This can lead to medical problems or disputes, for which doctors are held accountable. Problems in this study: How is the regulation and legal position of Informed Consent  and Medical Records in the resolution of medical disputes in Indonesia? And what is the legal power of Informed Consent  and Medical Records as evidence in the resolution of medical disputes in Indonesia? ANALISIS PENGENDALIAN KUALITAS PENGEMASAN KANTONG SEMEN DI PT SBI DENGAN METODE SIX SIGMA
Get PDFSemen merupakan bahan bangunan berbentuk serbuk yang rawan terkena air. Untuk itu diperlukan kemasan yang dapat melindungi dari lembab sekaligus sebagai bungkus yang kuat menahan beban. Kualitas kemasan harus selalu dijaga untuk meningkatkan kualitas produksi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengendalian kualitas pada proses packing dengan menggunakan metode Six Sigma. Objek yang diteliti adalah salah satu proses produksi yang ada pada PT SBI yaitu mengenai banyaknya defect yang terjadi pada proses packing bag semen, di mana tingginya defect yang terjadi pada proses pengemasan kantong semen dapat menyebabkan kerugian yang cukup besar bagi perusahaan. Jenis defect yang ada antara lain: kantong robek, kantong bocor, dan kantong tidak sesuai standar serta ada berberapa faktor penyebab yang mempengaruhi defect bisa terjadi seperti faktor manusia, mesin, material, dan metode. Penelitian kualitas bag semen ini dilakukan dengan menganalisis record pengendalian kualitas 12 bulan terakhir dan pengamatan di lini produksi bag semen. lakukan pada tahap improve). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian didapatkan jenis defect yang paling kritis (CTQ) adalah bag robek, dari hasil analisis FMEA dimana terdapat faktor penyebab kerusakan potensial dari bag robek yaitu bag tersangkut pada belt conveyor. Transaksi penjualan di Kopi – In semuanya masih dilakukan secara manual yaitu pelanggan datang ke kedai tersebut untuk memesan menu yang di inginkan. Meningkatnya omset dan jumlah pelanggan harus diimbangi dengan pengelolaan yang efektif berbasis komputer, maka dibuatlah sistem informasi penjualan berbasis web yang membuat proses pemesanan dan pembelian produk makanan dan minuman secara online. Tujuan membuat website penjualan produk - produk makanan dan minuman ini adalah untuk memasarkan sekaligus mempromosikan produk - produk yang di jual di kedai tersebut secara online dan diharapkan agar dapat memberikan informasi kepada masyarakat yang ingin membeli produk - produk makanan dan minuman terbaru. Dalam implementasinya maka diperlukan sebuah metode yang akan menjalankan proses sistem informasi perjualan tersebut, yaitu metode System Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Pembuatan website ini menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP, serta MySQL sebagai database server. This method requires voting time, and waiting for the results of a long vote calculation, because not all students have the same schedule so they cannot attend the election.  Oleh therefore made the E-Vote Information System system for the election of the Chairman of the Association of Information Systems Study Programs (Himsisko) at the Kosgoro Institute of Business and Informatics 1957. E-Vote is the solution offered and E-Vote is Web-basedusing PHP and MySQL.  This e-vote is for the selection of the chairman of the association to make it easier for each student to choose the chairman of the set in the Information System set (HIMSISKO) through the Web. Website is a formation system site page that can be accessed quickly. This website is based on the development of information and communication technology.
