Prima Oto Motor which is a trading company that sells vehicle support which is currently a secondary need. Researchers are interested in knowing how much influence the turnover of inventory, receivables and working capital has on company profits before the pandemic and after the COVID-19 pandemic. Whether inventory turnover, receivables turnover, and working capital turnover affect profits.The research method in this study is quantitative with several tests that have been carried out descriptive analysis which states that the highest turnover occurred in January 2018, which was 0.38 and the lowest inventory turnover occurred in May 2020, which was 0.02. The heterochedasity test in this study stated that there was no heterokedasity in this study because there was no specific pattern and the point in the staterplot spread randomly. In the multicollinearity test in this study, it was stated that under the VIF value of each variable < 10 tolerance values > 0.01, then all variables did not occur multicollinearity. The autocorrelation test in this study stated that there was no autocorrelation in this study, which is known that dL < dW > dU. The multiple linear regression test in this study stated that all variables x had a positive effect on variable y. In the t test, it is known that inventory turnover and receivables turnover have an effect on profits, while working capital turnover does not affect profits. In the F test, it was found that the turnover of inventory, receivables and working capital had a simultaneous effect on the company's profit. Based on the coefficient of determination test, it is stated that variable x has an influence on variable y by 56.6%. Meanwhile, 43.4% was influenced by other variables that were not tested in the study.This shows that these components are jointly able to meet the company's needs in achieving company profits. For the management, it is expected to pay more attention and re-evaluate the turnover of inventory, receivables and working capital to be more effective and efficient so that working capital can increase company profits so as to maximize the existing potential. CV. HKY adalah perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang distributor ayam broiler hidup. Permasalahan yang sering terjadi yaitu sering mengalami keadaan kekurangan bahan baku ayam broiler hidup sehingga usaha ini sering mengalami keadaan kekurangan bahan baku ayam hidup pada saat operasionalnya. Berdasarkan hasil data observasi, yang dilakukan di CV HKY yaitu pada permintaan konsumen yang semakin banyak dalam proses pemotongan akan semakin lama terutama pada proses pencabutan bulu ayam perancangan ulang mesin poultry plucer untuk meningkatkan produktivitas, sehingga dapat meningkatkan produktivitas dalam proses pencabutan bulu ayam agar lebih efektif. Hasil analisis data yang telah didapatkan bahwa perancangan dengan mengubah dimensi ukuran mesin poultry plucer meliputi tinggi 42 cm, lebar 46,78 cm, pajang 50,76 cm, tinggi penghalang 33 cm. PENGARUH PENGETAHUAN PERPAJAKAN DAN SANKSI PAJAK TERHADAP KEPATUHAN WAJIB PAJAK ORANG PRIBADI (STUDI KASUS KPP PRATAMA JAKARTA KELAPA GADING)
Get PDFPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari peranan pengetahuan perpajakan dan sanksi pajak akan kepatuhan wajib pajak dalam melaksanakan kewajiban perpajakannya. Objek dalam penelitian ini adalah KPP Pratama Jakarta Kelapa Gading, dengan populasi WPOP, sebanyak 400.303 orang, dengan sampel sebanyak 100 orang. Jenis penelitian kuantitatifkan dengan metode analisis disekripstif kuantitatif dengan analisis statistik. Hhasil penelitian menyimpulkan, bahwa pengetahuan perpajakan dan sanksi pajaksecara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepatuhan WPO. Demikian juga secara simultan pengetahuan perpajakan dan sanksi pajak berpengaruh  positif dan signifikan terhadap kepatuhan WPOP. Hasil ini diperkuat dengan nilai koefisien sebesar 48,7%.  Kata kunci : Pengetahuan Perpajakan, Sanksi Pajak, dan Kepatuhan Wajib Pajak Orang Pribad

Get PDFPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan membuktikan secara empiris Pengaruh Struktur Modal, Pertumbuhan Laba dan Investment Opportunity Set (IOS) Terhadap Kualitas Laba†(Studi Empiris pada Perusahaan Sektor Barang Konsumen Primer Yang Terdaftar Di BEI 2018 – 2022). Metodologi penelitian menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif. Sampel yang diambil menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan menggunakan software Eviews 12 untuk analisis datanya. Periode pengamatan selama 5 tahun terakhir dengan populasi sebanyak 87 dan sampel sebanyak 50 di Bursa Efek Indonesia sesuai kriteria penarikan sampel yang telah ditetapkan oleh peneliti. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Struktur Modal, Pertumbuhan Laba dan Investment Opportunity Set (IOS) secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap Kualitas Laba, Struktur Modal berpengaruh terhadap Kualitas Laba, Pertumbuhan Laba tidak berpengaruh terhadap Kualitas Laba, Investment Opportunity Set berpengaruh terhadap Kualitas Laba.Kata Kunci : struktur modal, pertumbuhan laba, investment opportunity set (IOS), kualitas lab

Get PDFPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh arus kas operasi, tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan, dan green accounting terhadap nilai perusahaan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh arus kas operasi, tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan, dan green accounting terhadap nilai perusahaan subsektor properti dan real estate. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan property dan real estate yang terdaftar di BEI tahun 2017-2021. Metode pemilihan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling, berdasarkan metode ini diperoleh sampel sebanyak 15 perusahaan dengan lama penelitian 5 tahun, sehingga total sampel yang digunakan dalam pengujian peneliti adalah 75 data. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder berupa laporan keuangan tahunan (Annual Report) dan laporan keuangan perusahaan property dan real estate. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi data panel menggunakan Eviews 12 dan model yang digunakan adalah model estimasi fixed effect (FEM). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa arus kas operasi dan green accounting secara parsial tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Gloves PT Sasmita Abadi requires new employee candidates every year, therefore, to get competent and quality employees, the company needs to carry out a process of embracing prospective employees. During the recruitment process carried out by PT Sasmita Abadi Gloves, it experienced several obstacles, one of which was that the incoming application was still in the form of physical or paper data and the applicant had to come directly to the company to deliver or submit the application file. The solution that can be given is to make an employee recruitment and selection application, because this application can help HRD solve existing obstacles. Based on the results of the application trial, it produces a report recording the results of an employee search. This application generates calculations using the graphic rating scale method, where the photographic selection assessment uses a scale of 1 to 5. System testing uses the black box testing method which produces information that the application is appropriate and has run according to its function, while for testing using the user acceptance test in general the results testing is acceptable to users

One example in everyday life in the work environment is the process of document approval flow starting from document submission, examination, and recording of all document approval activities. The submission starts from a sender who will file the document. The submitted documents will be examined by the examiner who is referred to as the verifier. Verifier required as many as 2 people. The verifier will check that the submitted document is appropriate or not. The process is problematic for the authenticity of an agreement because through communication media measured by authenticity cannot be done. This research aims to ensure that the approval given is genuine or not then uses the process of openssl and digital signature. The subject in this study was how to create a document approval information system application by adding to the opensl and digital signature process in verifying the authenticity of the verifier's approval. The process uses the laravel php framework programming language. The application development step starts with collecting the required data from interviewing and viewing existing flow processes, designing, coding and testing the system. The result of this study is an output that produces an application that can ensure the authenticity of document approval using openssl and digital signature where there is a notification to the email of each verifier
PENGARUH PENERAPAN BALANCED SCORECARD TERHADAP KINERJA MANAJEMEN PADA PT XYZ
Get PDFThis research is about PT XYZ's management performance appraisal from four balance scorecard performance perspectives. This type of research is a causal comparison with qualitative analysis which is strengthened by using a Likert scale. The results of the research were processed using SPSS version 23 with partial analysis showing that there is a significant influence between the Financial Perspective and Management Performance. By 28.4%, there is a significant influence between Internal Business Processes and Management Performance. By 29.4%, there is a significant influence between the Learning and Growth Perspective and Management Performance of 37.9%. There is no significant influence between Customer Perspective and Management Performance with a correlation coefficient of 3.6%. Analysis of simultaneous results between the Financial Perspective, Customer Perspective, Internal Business Process Perspective and Learning Perspective, and Growth with Management Performance with a regression value of 6,690 which means that if the four independent variables are constant, then the application of the balanced scorecard to Management Performance is 6,690. The value of the coefficient of determination of Management Performance can be explained by the variables of financial perspective, customers, internal business processes and learning and growth. by 52.7%. Keywords: Balance Scorecard, Performance Managemen

Get PDFPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Promosi dan Kemudahan Penggunaan Aplikasi Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian ShopeeFood pada Mahasiswa Universitas Dirgantara Marsekal Suryadarma Jakarta. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah para pengguna layanan makanan minuman melalui Shopee Food pada mahasiswa Universitas Dirgantara Marsekal Suryadarma Jakarta, dan menggunakan sampel yang terdiri dari 100 responden. Metode yang dipergunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan alat uji SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian didapat pengaruh Promosi dan Kemudahaan Penggunaan baik secara parsial maupun simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian. Adapun hubungan kausalitas tersebut ditunjukan oleh persamaan regresi: Ŷ = 89,597 + 0,149 X1 + 1,329 X2, dimana Ŷ Keputusan Pembelian, X1 Promosi dan X2 Kemudahan Penggunaan. Dengan koefisien determinasi atau R2 = 0,252 yang berarti besar kontribusi Promosi dan Kemudahaan Penggunaan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian sebesar 25,2% sisanya sebesar 74,8% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Kata Kunci : Promosi, Kemudahan Penggunaan, Keputusan Pembelian, Shopee Foo
