A Study on the Ideal Way of Training that Contributes to Improving the Leadership of Social worker Training Instructors: Through content analysis by research literature review and text mining
application/pdfBased on the verification of the results of previous studies, the purpose of this study was to clarify the function of follow-up training for practice leaders and the situation in which practice leaders are placed, and to examine the nature of training for the development of practice leaders that contributes to the improvement of leadership in certified social worker practice. The research method used was a literature review of trends in research on education and training for supervisors of social work practice, and analysis using text mining based on data extracted from the "results" of these studies.
Based on the results of the analysis, we organized and discussed the main points obtained from each study. Since the follow-up training for practical training leaders plays a significant function in the development of practical training leaders, we considered that a systematic training program that changes and develops the content of the training can contribute to the improvement of practical training leaders, and attempted to examine the training program.本研究は、過去に行った研究結果の検証を踏まえ、実習指導者フォローアップ研修の機能と実習指導者の置かれている状況を明らかにすることで、社会福祉士実習の指導力向上に資する実習指導者育成の研修のあり方を考察することを目的とした。研究方法は、社会福祉士実習指導者に対する教育や研修をテーマとした研究の動向についての文献レビューとそれらの研究「結果」から抽出されたデータを基にテキストマイニングを用いて分析した。
分析結果を基に、それぞれの研究から得られた要点について論点を整理し、考察を行った。実習指導者フォローアップ研修が実習指導者育成において果たす機能は大きいため、その研修内容を変化・発展させる体系的な研修プログラムは実習指導力向上に寄与できると考察し、研修プログラムの検討を試みた。journal articl
Effect of Introduction of a comprehensive model in Individual Education Program on changes in play of child with ASD
application/pdfIn this study, we evaluated the effects of introducing a comprehensive model based on the Learning Story and ABC recordings from the perspective of children’s life and play. Two caregivers with 14 years and 28 years of experience in childcare created individual education program based on this comprehensive model and used them in their daily care of a 19-month-old boy with a diagnosis of ASD.
Before the introduction of the comprehensive model, the caregivers saw the child as a being whose intentions were not clear and whose behavior was unintelligible. However, after the introduction of the comprehensive model, the children began to show demanding verbal behaviors, and positive changes such as a deepening of the relationship with the caregivers and diversification of play were observed. This suggests that the introduction of the inclusive model may enhance the quality of play for children with disabilities.本研究では、学びの物語(Learning Story)とABC記録(ABC recording)に依拠した包括的モデル導入の効果を子どもの生活と遊びの観点から評価した。
ASDの診断を受けた1歳7か月の男児を対象とし、保育経験14年、28年の2名の保育者が包括的モデルによる個別の指導計画を作成し、日常の保育に活用した。2020年7月~2021年3月までの保育を対象とし、包括的モデル導入前・後の対象児の遊びの様子に対する保育者の捉えについて、フォーカスグループ・インタビューを用いて明らかにした。
その結果、包括的モデル導入前は、子どもの姿は意図が見えず了解不可能な行動を繰り返す存在として映っていたのに対し、導入後は子どもに要求言語行動が見られるようになり、保育者との関係性の深化や遊びの多様化などの肯定的な変化が見られるようになった。このことから、包括的モデルの導入により、障害のある子どもの遊びの質が高まる可能性があることが示唆された。journal articl

Understanding and Supporting Those with “Hikikomori” and Their Families: Results of a Survey in Tsunan Town, Niigata Prefecture
application/pdfThis study analyzes and compares characteristics of both young and middle-aged “hikikomori” subjects in a rural area, according to age group and needs. A tendency towards longer withdrawal periods was observed as the age of the subjects increased. As for the causes of their “hikikomori”, for the younger age group the most common were: "could not adjust to school (including club activities)" and "could not adjust to the workplace," in descending order of prevalence. In the middle-aged and older age groups, the most common causes were: "suffered from an illness that required long-term treatment," "did not fit in at work," and "did not have good relationships with friends and family," once again in descending order. Independently of “hikikomori” period length, 20% of respondents rarely went outside. Based on these results, we conclude that it is necessary to create an environment in which the subjects and their families can easily obtain counseling during the early stages of the “hikikomori”, as well as information about the various types of support available to them (including homesupport visits), in order to trigger changes in the “hikikomori” situation.本研究は、地域においてひきこもり状態と思われる者がいる世帯の現状を、年齢層・ニーズ別等に特徴を分析、比較検討した。ひきこもり期間の長期化傾向は年齢が上がるほどみられた。ひきこもりの原因としては、若年層では、「学校(部活動を含む)に馴染めなかった」「職場に馴染めなかった」の順であり、中高年層では、「長期に療養を要する病気にかかった」「職場に馴染めなかった」「友人や家族との人間関係がうまくいかなかった」の順であった。また、ひきこもり期間の長さに関わらず、ほとんど外出しない人が2割を占めていた。こうした結果を踏まえて、当事者や家族が早期に相談しやすい環境作りや訪問支援をはじめとした様々なひきこもり支援の情報提供など、当事者が地域社会や人とのつながりを回復していくためのきっかけづくりが必要である。journal articl
The Reality of Occupational Health Activities Involving Occupational Health Nurses during the COVID-19 Pandemic at Workplaces in Prefecture A
application/pdfThe aim of this study was to clarify the reality of occupational health activities involving Occupational Health Nurses during the COVID-19 pandemic at the nurses’ assigned workplaces in Prefecture A. A survey was conducted using a Google form among the members of Prefecture A’s Industrial Nursing Subcommittee from February to March 2021; it included items related to occupational health activities during the COVID-19 pandemic and the background of the nurses' affiliations. Twenty-six nurses responded to the survey, and a simple tabulation was performed for each item and Fischer's exact test was conducted to analyze the relationship between occupation, employment status, and years of employment at the current workplace and participation in the formulation of guidelines. Of the total respondents, 96.2% indicated that their institution had policies in place to handle COVID-19; of these, 40% had participated as Occupational Health Nurses in the formulation of the guidelines. No association was observed between occupation, employment status, and years of employment at the current workplace. The occupational health activities that had the most impact were“ health seminars, ”while those that had the least impact were“ health and safety committee meetings,” “workplace patrols,” and“ stress checks.” Although the activities stipulated by law had little impact, the impact of in-person format on the respondents’ health activities was significant, and it became clear that they were unable to provide sufficient interpersonal support.A県内の産業看護職が配置されている事業場において、COVID-19流行時の産業看護職が関わる産業保健活動の実態を明らかにすることを目的とし、A県産業看護部会会員を対象に、Googleフォームを用いて調査した。調査期間は、2021年2月~3月、調査内容はCOVID-19流行時の産業保健活動に関する項目と所属背景とし、回答を得た26名を、項目ごとの単純集計及び、職種、雇用形態、現在の職場での就業年数とガイドラインの参画との関連についてFisherの正確確率検定で分析した。所属機関がCOVID-19対策として方針を立てていると回答した者は、96.2%であった。そのうち、産業看護職としてガイドライン等の策定に参画したのは40%であった。職種、雇用形態、現在の職場での就業年数はいずれも関連がみられなかった。最も影響が大きかった産業保健活動は、「健康セミナー」であり、最も影響が小さかったのは、「安全衛生委員会」「職場巡視」「ストレスチェック」であった。法令で規定されている活動は影響が少なかったが、対面による産業看護職の保健活動への影響は大きく、対人支援が十分にできない状況であったことが明らかになった。journal articl
Current status and issues of support provided by yogo teachers for children with attachment problems
application/pdfThis study aimed at clarifying the actual status and the probelms of support given by yogo teachers to children who have problems about attachment. I conducted semistructured interviews targeting at eight yogo teachers working at elementary and junior high school in A City and analyzed them by use of Qualitative Synthesis Method (KJ Method). As a result of the analysis, configuration in space composed of six symbol marks [Difficulty of supporting children who have problems about attachment] [Bewilderment and conflict of yogo teachers] [Support making children positive] [Support to mothers as a core] [Linkage with experts and external institutions] was shown. Regarding support to children who have problems about attachment, the support was expanded by contacting to appropriate places and working together while taking advantage of the strength of yogo teachers.本研究では、愛着に問題をもつ子どもに対して養護教諭が行う支援の現状と課題を明らかにすることを目的とした。A市の小・中学校に勤務する養護教諭8名を対象として半構造化面接を行い、質的統合法(KJ法)を用いて分析した。分析の結果、愛着に問題をもつ子どもに対して養護教諭が行う支援の現状と課題について、【愛着に問題をもつ子どもの支援の困難さ】【養護教諭の迷いや葛藤】【子どもが前向きになれるような支援】【要としての母親支援】【専門家や外部機関との連携】の6つのシンボルマークからなる空間配置が示された。愛着に問題をもつ子どもの支援において、養護教諭の強みを生かしながら、適切なところにつなぎ連携し、支援を広げていた。journal articl
