The new contract modalities and their consequences for individuals and legal entities.
No full textThe contracts have always been present in human history, and have been the subject
of many literary works; the most famous being the literary work “Faust”, by Johann
Goethe. In this work, the principles of the contract are noted, being pacts that must
be fulfilled (pacta sunt servanda), unless the original conditions change (rebus sic
stantibus). In a similar way, in electronic contracts, large technology companies have
fulfilled the function of Mephistopheles on legal relations, since their services
-advantage, temptation- are only acquired through agreement with terms and
conditions imposed on users. Taking the work as a reference, the main objective of
this work is an interpretative analysis of the electronic contract, and its
consequences, both for individuals and legal entities, focusing on legal transactions
carried out with online platforms through the “Consent Terms”. Furthermore, it also
seeks to demonstrate how the “Marco Civil da Internet” and the “Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados” (LGPD) impact the user-provider relationship, and how this relationship can be configured in the future.Os contratos sempre estiveram presentes na história humana, e foi tema de muitas
obras literárias; sendo mais famosa a obra literária “Fausto”, de Johann Goethe.
Nesta obra, se nota os princípios do contrato, sendo pactos que devem ser
cumpridos (pacta sunt servanda), a menos que as condições originárias se alterem
(rebus sic stantibus). De maneira análoga, nos contratos eletrônicos, as grandes
empresas de tecnologias têm cumprido a função de Mefistófele nas relações
jurídicas, visto que seus serviços -vantagem, tentação- somente são adquiridos por
meio da concordância com termos e condições impostas aos usuários. Tendo a obra
como referência, o presente trabalho tem como objetivo maior uma análise
interpretativa acerca do contrato eletrônico, e seus reflexos, tanto para pessoa física
quanto jurídica, tendo enfoque nos negócios jurídicos realizados com as plataformas
online através dos “Termos de Consentimento”. Além disso, busca também
demonstrar como o Marco Civil da Internet e a Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados
(LGPD) impactam na relação usuário-provedor, e como esta relação pode ser
configurada no futuro
Regulation of sports betting in Brazil: analysis of law n° 14.790/2023
No full textThis article aims to analyze the main negative impacts of unregulated online
sports betting, a scenario experienced by Brazilian bettors in recent years.
This is a market that has grown enormously and generates billions of dollars,
but which until now was surrounded by legal uncertainty and did not bring the
State its due financial return. Based on this study, the legal measures that
have been taken to resolve these problems are identified, with emphasis on
the recent entry into force of Law 14.790/2023, which establishes the rules for
the operation of the market and the way in which prizes and company revenue
will be taxed, thus promoting a debate about the effects of the law as of 2024.O presente artigo objetiva analisar os principais impactos negativos da prática
de apostas esportivas on-line sem regulamentação, cenário vivenciado por
apostadores brasileiros nos últimos anos. Um mercado que tem crescido
muito e movimenta cifras bilionárias, mas que até então era cercado de
insegurança jurídica e que não trazia o devido retorno financeiro ao Estado. A
partir desse estudo, são identificadas as medidas legais que têm sido
tomadas para resolver essas problemáticas, com destaque para a entrada

funcionamento do mercado e a forma pela qual serão tributados os prêmios e

The ethics and responsibility of professional accountants in the public sector
No full textThe role of accountants in Brazil is currently being. It is important to examine their
responsibilities to address this issue. This study focuses on the responsibilities of
accountants when it comes to ethical matters specifically exploring the significance of
ethics for accountants working in the public sector. The objective of this research is to
analyze ethical data by referring to legislation and relevant literature with the aim of
identifying the responsibilities that accountants have. The methodology used for this
study involves conducting research focusing on accounting works and pertinent laws.
The results highlight that accountants face requirements and it is crucial for them to
adhere to ethical principles outlined in the Professional Code of Ethics for
Accountants, which plays a fundamental guiding role. The conclusion emphasizes that
by complying with both ethical requirements professionals in this field uphold a
position in their activities thereby contributing towards preserving and valuing their
profession. A thorough understanding of these aspects along with their application
reinforces the importance of accountants in society as well as, within the professional
realm, underscoring their pivotal role within the public sector.Este estudo concentra-se na responsabilidade do profissional contábil diante de questões
legais e éticas, explorando a seguinte problemática: qual é a importância da ética
profissional para os contadores no setor público? O objetivo desta pesquisa é avaliar a
ética e a responsabilidade dos contadores que atuam no setor público baseando-se na
legislação em vigor e na literatura especializada, a fim de identificar as
responsabilidades dos contabilistas. A metodologia utilizada é a pesquisa bibliográfica,
com ênfase em obras específicas de contabilidade e nas leis relevantes. Os resultados
destacam que os contabilistas enfrentam várias exigências legais, sendo crucial observar
princípios éticos, nos quais o Código de Ética Profissional do Contador desempenha um
papel orientador fundamental. A conclusão deste estudo ressalta que ao cumprir com as
exigências legais e éticas, os profissionais da área mantêm uma postura digna em suas
atividades, contribuindo para a preservação e valorização da sua profissão. A
compreensão cuidadosa desses aspectos e sua aplicação reforçam a importância dos
contabilistas na sociedade e no ambiente profissional, enfatizando seu papel central no
setor público
Choral practice and the use of digital technologies in rehearsals and repertoire preparation
No full textThe present work aims to investigate the use of digital technologies in choral practice, based
on literature in the musical area. To achieve this objective, the methodology adopted to develop
this work was a bibliographic review, within a qualitative approach, in the area of music
education. The theoretical framework focused on research that deals with digital technologies
and their use in the practice of choral singing (SILVA E VASQUEZ, 2016; CIELAVIN, 2017;
ARISTIDES E SANTOS, 2019; CIELAVIN E MENDES, 2020; among others). Among the
results of this work are the importance of digital technologies in the practice of choral singing,
which can be facilitators for optimizing repertoire rehearsal time, the conductor can work on
other aspects such as harmony, interpretation and diction, and the interaction between
participants of the choir between themselves and between the conductor and the choir. There
is also the attention that the choral conductor needs to have in relation to the choices and use
of digital technologies in choral practice, as he needs to keep in mind that the insertion of digital
tools needs to be connected with the objectives he wants to achieve in vocal and performance

a partir da literatura na área musical. Para alcançar tal objetivo, a metodologia adotada para
o desenvolvimento deste trabalho, foi a revisão bibliográfica, dentro de uma abordagem
qualitativa, na área da educação musical. O referencial teórico teve como foco pesquisas que
tratam de tecnologias digitais e seu uso na prática do canto coral (SILVA E VASQUEZ, 2016;
CIELAVIN, 2017; ARISTIDES E SANTOS, 2019; CIELAVIN E MENDES, 2020; entre outros).
Entre os resultados desse trabalho, estão a importância de tecnologias digitais na prática do
canto coral, que podem ser facilitadores para otimização de tempo de ensaio de repertório, o
regente pode trabalhar outros aspectos como harmonia, interpretação e dicção, e a interação
entre os participantes do coro entre si e entre o regente e o coro. Estão ainda a atenção que
o regente coral precisa ter em relação às escolhas e ao uso de tecnologias digitais na prática
coral, pois precisa ter em mente que a inserção de ferramentas digitais precisa estar
conectada com os objetivos que ele deseja alcançar na preparação vocal e de repertório do
coro
Production of nanocomposite based on PETG, manufactured by 3D printing, to combat the Sars-Cov-2 virus
No full textWith the collapse of the COVID-19 pandemic, it was necessary to explore new materials with resistance to SARS- CoV-2 of lower cost and effective and easy production methods, such as 3D printing. The objective was to produce and characterize filaments for 3D printing using PETG and copper nanoparticles (NCu) aiming at obtaining a virucidal surface. Nanocomposites were made with the addition of 0.75% and 1% of NCu and pure PETG. After printing, mechanical tests of nanoindentation, thermogravimetric analyses (TGA), digital optical microscopies and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopies (FTIR) were performed. The results showed a 48% increase in the elastic modulus for the 0.75% and 1% nanocomposites compared to pure PETG. In the TGA, the results were significant for the nanocomposites with the addition of 1% of NCu compared to pure PETG. The importance of indigenous children's literature for deconstructing prejudice and misconceptions about original peoples
No full textThis work consists of showing the importance of indigenous children's literature and how it can contribute to the deconstruction of mistaken prejudices about original peoples. Using literary workshops carried out in a municipal public school in Parintins as a research technique. The Workshops applied to works of indigenous children's literature, with the main authors being Daniel Munduruku, Yaguarê Yamã, Roni Wasiriy Guará and Tiago Hakiy. In addition to applying a questionnaire to the classes in which the workshops were held, two basic education classes (6th and 7th year) and another for the 2 Portuguese language teachers at the school. Therefore, this work is focused on how literature significantly contributes to the deconstruction of a mistaken view in relation to original peoples, a view that is rooted in society. Despite the main focus being deconstruction, the workshops contributed to reading, writing and speaking, the latter being a mark on indigenous origins.O presente trabalho consiste em mostrar a importância da literatura infantojuvenil indígena e como ela pode contribuir para a desconstrução de preconceitos equívocos sobre os povos originários. Utilizando como técnica de pesquisa as oficinas literárias aplicadas em uma escola pública municipal de Parintins. As Oficinas aplicadas com obras de literatura infantojuvenil indígena, com os principais autores sendo, Daniel Munduruku, Yaguarê Yamã, Roni Wasiriy Guará e Tiago Hakiy. Além da aplicação de um questionário para as turmas em que as oficinas eram aplicadas, sendo duas turmas do ensino básico (6° e 7° ano) e outro para os dois professores titulares de língua Portuguesa da escola. weaving webs in the diaspora: the contribution of black intellectual from Pará Zélia amador de Deus to the anti-racist struggle
No full textThis paper discusses the trajectory of the professor, activist and actress Zélia Amador de Deus,
a black woman from Pará who has a large contribution to the anti-racist movement both in her
state of origin and in the spaces where she circulates. The study aims to present reflections on
the trajectory of the Emeritus professor Zélia Amador de Deus based on her work “Tecendo
Teias na Diáspora” which, together with her trajectory were used as an object of study for this
work. Taking the historical and narrative potential of its contents, the theoretical framework
was developed based on the work of theorists such as Sharpe (2023) and Hartman (2021), two
black women in the field of literature who undertook experiences similar to that of Amador de
Deus (2019) in the destabilization of writing modes in the (re)construction and preservation of
black history. The discussion points to a reflection on the importance of the mobilizations of
the Black Movement in Brazil based on political agents who undertake actions to contribute to
the anti-racist movement.O presente Trabalho trata da trajetória da professora, militante e atriz Zélia Amador de Deus,
mulher negra e paraense que possui grande contribuição para a luta antirracista tanto no seu
estado de origem, quanto nos espaços em que circula. O estudo tem por objetivo apresentar
reflexões sobre a trajetória da professora emérita Zélia Amador de Deus a partir de sua obra
“Tecendo Teias na Diáspora”, que, junto a sua trajetória, foram utilizadas como objeto de

between political history, elites and institutions, offering a
platform for investigations that analyze the role of elites
political and social in the formation and transformation of institutions
over time. Furthermore, we seek to understand
how power dynamics influence the configuration and
functioning of institutional structures in different
historical contexts. Considering the complexity of
relations between elites and institutions, special attention will be paid
analysis of the strategies adopted by elites to maintain
or expand their power within political structures,
economic and social. This includes dialogue between works
and investigations into networks of influence, alliances
policies and mechanisms of reproduction of elitist power through
over time. Furthermore, the symposium seeks to explore how
economic, social and cultural changes have impacted
power dynamics and relations between elites, institutions
and political movements throughout the history of Brazil and
Amazon. Justification: In the last fifteen years, it has been observed
if in the Brazilian context a resurgence of interest
academic focus on the history of elites, marking a
significant change both in the historiographical approach

entre história política, elites e instituições, oferecendo uma

Active Methodology: Gamification as a Didactic Resource in the Teaching-Learning Process in the 3rd Year of High School at Escola Raio de Sol in the Municipality of Tefé
No full textThis article aims to analyze the effect that the active gamification methodology causes in the classes of the 3rd year of High School as a pedagogical resource in the discipline of Portuguese language, making use of the game Gramatri, whose purpose was to teach about three grammatical classes of the Portuguese Language in a playful and dynamic way, having as its target audience twenty students from the state school system and full teacher. The initial research was of a bibliographic nature, bringing to light the theoretical studies. based on: Cortelazzo (2018), Bacich and Moran (2018) and Rodrigues and Straub (2023). Then, the field research was carried out, that is, the following theorists were used: Marconi and Lakatos (2017), Severino (2013) and Fonseca (2012). Thus, the qualitative-quantitative method was used,whose techniques were based on questionnaires, in this sense the data were organized and analyzed using graphs, followed by descriptive analyses in dialogue with the theoretical basis and interpretation of the researcher. A pesquisa inicial foi de cunho bibliográfico, trazendo à luz os estudos teóricos pautados em: Cortelazzo (2018), Bacich e Moran (2018) e Rodrigues e Straub (2023). Em seguida fez-se a pesquisa de campo, isto é, utilizou-se os seguintes teóricos Marconi e Lakatos (2017), Severino (2013) e Fonseca (2012). The Lambe-Lambe theater as a methodology for teaching theatrical language in basic education in the city of Manaus
No full textThis Course Completion Work is a report developed from artistic-pedagogical experiences in the Supervised Curricular Internships with children from Kindergarten, Elementary School and High School students. My goal is to observe the potential of Lambe-Lambe Theater as a methodology of theatrical language in basic education. Thus, I bring reports, results, challenges and problems faced during this process, contributing to the development of internships and studies about the popularization of the Lambe-Lambe Theater. I show my most vulnerable side, in which my worst nightmare becomes one of my greatest desires and dreams: the actor going to meet a classroom, experiencing all the challenges and learnings that teaching has to teach.Este Trabalho de Conclusão de Curso é um relato desenvolvido a partir de experiências artístico-pedagógicas nos Estágios Curriculares Supervisionados com crianças do Ensino Infantil, do Ensino Fundamental e estudantes do Ensino Médio. Tenho como objetivo observar a potencialidade do Teatro Lambe-Lambe como metodologia da linguagem teatral na educação básica. Assim, trago relatos, resultados, desafios e problemas enfrentados no decorrer desse processo, contribuindo para o desenvolvimento de estágios e estudos acerca da popularização do Teatro Lambe-Lambe. Mostro o meu lado mais vulnerável, na qual, o meu pior pesadelo se torna uns dos meus maiores desejos e sonhos: o ator indo ao encontro de uma sala de aula, vivenciando todos os desafios e aprendizados que a docência tem a ensinar
