Investigation of the effects of some bacterial isolates and fertilizer applications on nutrient contents of hyacinth
This study was conducted to determine the effect of NPK fertilization and some bacterial species on the
macro and micro nutrient element contents of Hyacinthus orientalis cv. ‘Delft Blue’ leaves and bulbs. In the
study carried out under laboratory conditions, according to randomized plot experiment design, full and 50%
dose of 20:20:20 NPK commercial fertilizer was applied to hyacinth bulbs as inorganic fertilizer. Nitrogenfixing
bacteria: Cellulomonas turbata (TV54A), phosphate solibilizing bacteria: Bacillus-GC Group
(TV119E), nitrogen-fixing and phosphate solibilizing bacteria: Kluyvera cryocrescens (TV113C)were used as
biological fertilizers. In this study, the highest mean values of nutrients were obtained as nitrogen (N) 3.866%;
phosphorus (P) 334.790 mgkg-1;potassium (K) 4.534%; iron (Fe) 152.453 mgkg-1; manganese (Mn) 26.739
mgkg-1; zinc (Zn) 46.517 mgkg-1and copper (Cu) 8.902 mgkg-1 (P <0.01) in hyacinth leaves, while calcium (Ca)
was 1064.95 mgkg-1 and magnesium (Mg) was found 1992.92 mgkg-1, and the difference between the mean
values for these two elements was not statistically significant. The highest N, P, Zn and Cu contents of the leaf
were obtained by using full dose NPK. The highest mean values of nutrient elements in hyacinth bulbs were
4.382%; P 278.496 mgkg-1; K, 2.203%; Ca 2322.045 mgkg-1; Mg 1884.164 mgkg-1; Mn 39.640 mgkg-1; Zn was
obtained as 40.861 mgkg-1 and Cu 7.683 mgkg-1, whereas Fe was found to have an average value of 140.545
mgkg-1. In the process of bacteria inoculation K, Ca and Mg content of inoculation; N, P, Mn, Zn and Cu
content of ½ NPK fertilization was determined to be effective.Siirt University Coordinator of Scientific Research and Projects, grant

Drying and drying systems in vegetables
Vegetable or fruit to be dried to remove the water is called drying process. Since the moisture
content of vegetables or fruits will be very low, the shelf life is increased parallel to the
reduced moisture content. Because the microorganism activities in food is minimized. As a
result, the shape and color of the food change. With the removal of the water forming the
weight, the weight of the food in unit weight is reduced. Again, the amount of dry matter of
the same food increases with the removal of water. The main purpose of drying is to ensure
that the food is delivered to human nutrition in a healthy way outside the season. Therefore,
drying methods are important for health. In the drying stage, the risk of transmission of the
disease pathogen and the risk of virus transport by the effect of different insects and rodents
indicate that this sector should not be randomized. An infected plant with an alpha toxin or a
dried apple dried under high radiation, or any food infected by mice and other animals, will
have a very negative impact on our health. Drying for the helping of the family economy or
for the taste of the palate has become a big sector today. It is said that vegetables and fruits
grown outside of the season are not hormone. A food to be consumed outside the season is
more desirable than dried. Figs and grapes in fruits and tomato and pepper in vegetables are
the essential foods can be dried. But how are our drying methods and storage conditions
correct in terms of health? We can demonstrate the feasibility of this sector by using old
technology, using new technology and taking into account new demands. Only dried tomato
vegetables have an export potential of approximately $ 70 million. The sector which will be
formed by drying various vegetables in Siirt province which has natural drying sources (Sun,
wind) will contribute to the economy of the province
The effect of stereoisomerism on the 4d-qsar study of some dipeptidyl boron derivatives
The electron conformational genetic algorithm (EC-GA) method had been employed by distinguishing between enantiomers for the first time as a 4D-QSAR approach to reveal the pharmacophore (Pha) and to predict the bioactivity of the dipeptidyl boron compounds.
The Electron Conformational Matrices of Congruity (ECMCs) were prepared for all conformers of compounds in the data set based on the quantum chemical calculations at HF/3−21 G level in an aqueous medium. The comparison of the ECMCs within the certain tolerances by the EMRE program revealed the pharmacophore for some dipeptidyl boron derivatives. For the selection of the most influential parameters on the activity and the calculation of theoretical activities, the genetic algorithm with the non-linear least square method was used. The final model was validated by the cross-validation method with the division of the data set into training and test items. The 12-parameter model gave excellent statistical results (R2training = 0.850, R2test = 0.809, q2 = 0.755, q2ext1 = 0.776, q2ext2 = 0.759, q2ext3 = 0.735, CCCtr = 0.922, CCCtest = 0.846, CCCall = 0.905).
Because of the inexistence of 4D-QSAR studies on the dipeptidyl boron derivatives and the stereoisomerism effect on the biological activity was examined for the first time for these compounds, this study plays an important role in the development of new boron-containing compounds
Popüler dizi-filmlerin lise öğrencilerinin rol model alma davranışı üzerindeki etkisi: onun gibi olsam
Günümüzde dizi-filmler hemen hemen her yaş grubu insan tarafından takip edilmekte ve
bireyler üzerinde özünü rol-model alma olarak tanımlayabileceğimiz olumlu-olumsuz
birçok etki barındırmaktadır. Bu çalışmada popüler televizyon ve internet dizi-filmlerinin
lise öğrencilerinin rol-model alma davranışı üzerindeki etkileri ile ilgili görüşlerinin
incelenmesi amaçlandı. Bu kapsamda nitel araştırma deseni uygulanarak nitel
çalışmalarda kullanılan amaçlı örnekleme yöntemi kullanıldı. Çalışmanın örneklemini
Siirt ilinde üç farklı okulda öğrenim gören ve dizi-film izleyen 11 ile 12.sınıf
öğrencilerinden 15 erkek ve 15 kız olmak üzere toplamda 30 lise öğrencisi
oluşturmaktadır. Görüşme formu kullanılarak öğrencilerle 8-15 dakika arası süren yüz
yüze görüşmeler yapılıp veriler toplandı. Nvivo10 programında içerik analizi yapılarak
elde edilen bulgulara göre öğrencilerin dizi-film karakterlerine öykünerek onlar gibi
olmak istedikleri görüldü. Bu öykünmelerin kariyer edinme, fiziksel görünüm ve kıyafet,
konuşma tarzı, vatan sevgisi, motivasyon sağlama ve kişiler arası ilişkiler gibi farklı
noktalarda duygu, düşünce ve davranış değişikliğine yol açtığı görüldü
Tolerance of hyacinth (hyacinthus orientalis L. c.v. “blue star”) to lead contaminated media
The objective of this study was to determine the tolerance of hyacinth (Hyacinthus orientalis L. c.v. “Blue Star”) as a hyper accumulator plant to lead contaminated media. This research was carried out in a completely randomized experimental design with three replications in green house conditions. Four doses of lead (control, 20 mg kg-, 40 mg kg-1, 80 mg kg-1) were applied to each growing media having 500 g soil: sand mixture in 2:1 ratio. The distillate water was used in irrigation and Hoagland solution was applied for fertilization. At the end of the experiment, effects of lead applications on all of plant growth criteria and flowering were found significant (P<0.01) except leaf number and stem diameter. The lowest first flowering time, full flowering time and first floret withering time were obtained as 77.00 day, 79.20 day and 82.39 day in control, respectively. The highest plant length and flower length were obtained as 229.91 mm and 146.36 mm in 20 mg Pb kg-1 application. The highest flower diameter and floret number were found as 63.03 mm and 42.42 in 40 mg Pb kg-1 application. Generally, while the lead doses increased flowering time, leaf length, plant length, flower length, flower diameter and floret number increased

Kur’an belli bir zümreye, belli bir zaman ve mekâna bağlı olarak değil, tüm insanlığa ve kıyâmete kadar devam edecek olan zaman dilimine hitap eden bir kitap olarak gönderilmiştir. Daha önceki peygamberlerin getirdiği mesajın yanlış anlaşılması durumunda yeni bir peygamber veya yeni bir kitap ile yanlış anlaşılmaların izale edilmesi mümkün iken, Kur’an’ın yanlış anlaşılıp hatalı yorumlanması durumunda bu durumu düzeltecek yeni bir peygamber gelmeyeceği için, yaşansın diye gönderilen Kur’an’ın doğru anlaşılması hayati bir meseledir. Allah’ın, anlaşılması ve amel edilmesi için bir yol gösterici ve hidayet kaynağı olarak gönderdiği Kur’an’ı gerçek manasıyla anlamanın en önemli ilkesi, ondaki kavramları yerli yerinde ve doğru bir şekilde anlamaktır. Kur’an’ın anlaşılması ve yorumlanmasında şüphesiz ki örf, adet ve gelenekten tutun da toplumun genel kabullerine, çağın hayat anlayışına kadar pek çok unsurun etkisi olduğu açık bir gerçektir. Bundan dolayı gerek toplumların sahip olduğu kültürel değerlerin gerekse toplumsal veya kişisel ön kabullerin etkisi altında yapılan yorumlar birçok Kur’an kavramının yanlış anlaşılmasına veya anlam değişimine uğramasına yol açmıştır. Bu sebeple Kur’an kelime ve kavramlarının kendi anlam dünyasında değerlendirilerek anlaşılması çok büyük bir önem arz etmektedir. Bu kitapta İman Esaslarıyla ilgili Kur’an Kavramları, Kur’an bütünlüğü içerisinde anlatılmaya çalışılmıştır
Smart soıl ırrıgatıon system
In recent years, clean water sources, especially global warming, and the use of water have become very important. In addition, the importance of water has gained a special importance for many farmers, especially agricultural activities and water requirement in the last century. The idea that many academic and commercial studies have gained importance in this regard in
order to increase the use of water, energy consumption and product amount by using smart
systems instead of irrigation in previous years. Even countries have brought up self-sufficient
food policies. It is a known fact that there is an anxiety about whether food will be enough in
both people and food companies that play an important role in the supply sector, since all the
countries of the world have closed the border gates due to the Covid 19 pandemic, which is
seen all over the world in 2020. In this study, it is aimed to be an exemplary design study for
agricultural irrigation by equipping soil irrigation systems with smart systems (sensors,
renewable energy transformations, etc.). Soil irrigation systems are the systems that increase
the product efficiency needed in every climate and provide water saving. The need for the
system arises from the invalidity of water or insufficient product efficiency. These problems,
which are seen in crops or water saving, are solved by giving water to the plant as much as the
requirement of the grown plant. In the system described in this article, sensors measuring in a
certain area were used and information was received from these sensors and a command was
sent to the irrigation system. With the command sent, the engine is running and water is
supplied to the system. Irrigation system, each sensor measures the measured value of the
sensor separately by irrigating the area allows the cultivation of different plants in the same
land. Since there is no city network in every field, it may be difficult to have the energy
required for the systems to be supplied. For this reason, solar panels and gel batteries are used
in the system, so that the irrigation system can be used at the points where there is no city
network
Investigation of the factors affecting first flowering time of Tulipa gesneriana by path analysis
Correlation coefficients have shown that first flowering time of Tulip
was positively and significantly correlated with flower length and
negatively and significantly correlated with leaf number. The path
analysis has shown that just flower length had the positive significant
direct effect to the first flowering time. These parameters may be useful
as predictors of the best first flowering time.
Path analysis has an important role in revealing the relationships
between variables in multivariate analysis and calculating their direct
and indirect relation shares with the predicted variable. In agricultural
sciences, the direction and amount of the relationships between the characteristics studied in natural phenomena, as well as the calculation
of the impact shares in the total relationship are very important in future
predictions or finding the best yield. For this reason, estimation of first
flowering time, which is an important feature in ornamental plant
cultivation, or determining the factors affecting its shortening, will
ensure that this feature is kept under control by the cultivator

OSMANLI SONRASI BOSNA-HERSEK’TE YAPILAN BAZI BOŞNAKÇA KUR’ÂN ÇALIŞMALARI
Kur’ân, Yüce Allah’ın insanlığa gönderdiği son mesajıdır. Bu son mesajın ilk muhatap kitlesinin Araplardan müteşekkil bulunması, onun Arapça nazil olmasını gerekli kılmıştır. Ancak Hz. Muhammed, diğer peygamberler gibi sadece belli bir döneme, belli bir kitleye gönderilmiş bir peygamber değildir. O, farklı bölgelerde yaşayan ve başka dilleri konuşan diğer insanlara da gönderilmiştir. İslam dinini se-çen farklı dilleri konuşan insanlar da bu son ilahî mesajı anlamak istediler. Bu insan-ların az bir kısmı, Arapça öğrenerek Kur’ân’ı anlamaya çalıştılar. Büyük bir kısmı ise Kur’ân’ı anlamaktan mahrum kaldılar ve sadece onun öğretilerini yaşamakla yetindiler. Bunun üzerine farklı dilleri konuşan âlimler, kendi dillerinde Kur’ân’ın meal ve tefsirini yazmaya başladılar. Kur’ân’ın meal ve tefsirlerinin yazıldığı dil-lerden biri de Bosna-Hersekli Müslümanların dili olan Boşnakçadır.
Bosna-Hersek, uzun zaman Osmanlı hakimiyetinde kaldı. Bosna-Hersekli Müslümanlar, Osmanlı hakimiyetinde kaldıkları sürece Arapça ve Osmanlıca meal ve tefsirlerden yararlandılar ve Boşnakça çalışmalara pek ihtiyaç duymadılar. Ancak 19. asırda Bosna-Hersek, Avusturya-Macaristan imparatorluğunun işgaline maruz kalarak Osmanlı’dan koptu. Bu da Boşnakça meal ve tefsirleri daha fazla gerekli hale getirdi. Bunun üzerine Bosna-Hersekli Müslüman âlimler, kendi dillerinde Kur’ân’ın meal ve tefsirlerini yazmaya önem verdiler ve bu konuda bazı eserler meydana getirdiler. Müslüman âlimlerle birlikte oryantalistler de Boşnakça Kur’ân çalışmalarında bulundular ve bu dilde bazı mealler kaleme aldılar.
Bu çalışmamızda Osmanlı sonrası Bosna-Hersek’te yapılan bazı Boşnakça Kur’ân çalışmalarını değerlendirmeye çalışacağız. Bosna-Hersek’te yazılan Boşnak-ça meal ve tefsirlere geçmeden önce Bosna-Hersek’in tarihi, etnik ve dinî yapısı ile ilgili özet bilgiler vermeye gayret edeceğiz. Daha sonra Osmanlı sonrası kaleme alınan bazı Boşnakça meal ve tefsirleri tanıtacağız. Her bir meal ve tefsiri tanıtırken ilgili eserlerin telif yöntemleri ve muhtevalarından bahsettikten sonra eserlerdeki olumlu ve olumsuz tarafları ortaya koymaya çalışacağız
