    Abstarct. Adolescents are people aged 10-19 years old. The number of adolescents globally is estimated to be 1.2 billion, or 18% of the world's total population. UNICEF data from 2021 shows several health problems experienced by Indonesian adolescents in 2019, including: 35.5% of adolescents aged 13-15 were smokers, 56% of adolescents aged 13-15 were exposed to secondhand smoke from others both inside and outside school buildings, 56.9% of adolescents aged 13-17 experienced violence, and 49% of adolescents aged 15-19 rarely engaged in physical activity (exercising). The complexity of adolescent health problems requires a comprehensive and integrated approach that involves all relevant cross-program and cross-sector elements. This necessitates a program that directly involves adolescents to identify their needs and expectations for the implementation of adolescent health programs. Programs that can improve the quality of life for adolescents include enhancing the quality of health services, which involves providing adolescent health information and counseling services for adolescents through Family Posyandu (Integrated Health Post). The objective of this community service activity is to implement a community service program that strengthens the capabilities of adolescent Posyandu cadres in preventing Non-Communicable Diseases (NCDs) in Batu Kumbung Village, Lingsar District, West Lombok Regency. The strengthening was carried out by providing education on the Prevention of Non-Communicable Diseases (NCDs) involving 15 health cadres, specifically youth Posyandu cadres, who represented all hamlets in Batu Kumbung Village. The results of the activity showed an increase in the capabilities of the health cadres (youth Posyandu cadres), who were able to mention and re-demonstrate how to perform non-communicable disease prevention exercises (weighing BB, measuring TB, calculating BMI, and early cancer detection with the SADARI examination). Abstrak. Remaja merupakan penduduk dalam rentang usia 10 - 19 tahun dengan jumlah kelompok remaja di dunia diperkirakan berjumlah 1,2 milyar atau sebanyak 18% dari jumlah total penduduk di dunia. Data UNICEF 2021, menunjukkan beberapa masalah kesehatan yang dialami oleh remaja di Indonesia tahun 2019 antara lain: sebanyak 35,5% remaja berusia 13 -15 tahun adalah perokok, sebanyak 56% remaja berusia 13 -15 tahun terpapar asap rokok orang lain saat berada didalam gedung sekolah maupun di luar sekolah, sebanyak 56,9% remaja usia 13-17 tahun mengalami kekerasan, sebanyak 49% remaja usia 15-19 tahun jarang melakukan aktifitas fisik (berolahraga). Kompleksnya permasalahan kesehatan pada remaja memerlukan penanganan yang komprehensif dan terintregasi yang melibatkan semua unsur dari lintas program dan lintas sektor terkait. Sehingga diperlukan suatu program yang melibatkan remaja secara langsung yang dapat mengidentifikasi kebutuhan dan harapan remaja terhadap pelaksanaan program kesehatan remaja. Program yang dapat meningkatkan kualitas remaja antara lain meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan kesehatan yang meliputi pemberian informasi kesehatan remaja dan pelayanan konseling bagi remaja melalui Posyandu keluarga. Adapun tujuan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah: melaksanakan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat melalui program penguatan kemampuan kader Posyandu Remaja dalam Pencegahan Penyakit Tidak Menular (PTM) di Desa Batu Kumbung Kecamatan Lingsar Kabupaten Lombok Barat. Penguatan dilakukan dengan memberikan edukasi yaitu tentang Pencegahan Penyakit Tidak Menular (PTM) dengan mengikutsertakan 15 orang kader kesehatan khususnya kader posyandu remaja yang merupakan perwakilan dari semua dusun di Desa Batu Kumbung. Hasil kegiatan berupa peningkatan kemampuan kader kesehatan (kader posyandu remaja), yang mana kader mampu menyebutkan dan mendemonstrasikan kembali cara melakukan latihan pencegahan penyakit tidak menular (menimbang BB, Mengukur TB, Menghitung IMT, Deteksi Dini Kanker dengan pemeriksaan SADARI)

    Socialization of the Harmony Counseling Model as an Effort to Develop Counselor Professionalism

    This community service activity aimed to strengthen the competence of school counselors in Malang Regency through the socialization of the Harmoni Counseling Model. The model was developed to enhance students’ career decision-making skills using a contextual approach that integrates cognitive, affective, and conative dimensions. Its novelty lies in the application of life-value-based principles to support counselor professionalism in addressing student challenges in the era of disruption. The implementation involved needs assessment, material design, focus group discussions, practical simulations, and participant reflection. Eleven vocational school counselors participated, selected purposively through the regional counseling teachers’ association. Evaluation was conducted through questionnaires and observations, analyzed using Aiken’s V to assess understanding levels. The results indicated strong engagement, with 90.9 percent of participants showing enthusiasm for the model’s application. The analysis revealed high validity (≥0.83) across six understanding aspects, with two aspects achieving a perfect score of 1.00. Counselors demonstrated comprehensive understanding of the model’s rationale, objectives, and implementation guidelines, though the concept of student career development tasks required refinement. Overall, the program effectively enhanced counselor competence and confirmed the Harmoni Counseling Model’s relevance as a research-based approach for professional development and sustainable counseling practice

    The Silent Struggle: Early Paternal Loss and Its Influence on Adolescent Self-Esteem

    Over the years, children who do not have a father figure has become a widely discussed topic. The absence of a father figure, which can be caused by death, criminal punishment, neglect, or limited amount of contact such as divorce. Previous studies have explored self-esteem in adolescents who have lost a father figure, but specifically since what age hasn’t recently been studied enough. Therefore, this research’s participants will focus on adolescents who have lost a father figure since an early age, precisely between the ages of 0 – 6 years. A qualitative approach and phenomenological method were used with the aim of presenting a picture and explanation of the phenomenon, and due to the specific criterias, purposive sampling technique would be most ideal to obtain participants for this research. Results of this study emerged four major themes, each with its own additional points. Struggles of fatherlessness elaborates on the challenges and struggles that occur from this phenomenon, including identity dilemma, and the feeling of missing a form of paternal attachent. Acceptance tells the process of accepting one's condition, which automatically differentiates them from people in general with complete parents. Independence and control describe the dynamics that participants go through regarding control over their personal lives due to the dominance and expectations of their mother after losing the father figure in a household. Self-assurance explains how participants deal with the challenges from the loss of their father figure

    Emotional Intelligence as Disruptive Capital: Interrogating Its Role in Reshaping Career Adaptability Trajectories among Civil Servants

    This study seeks to find out the correlation between emotional intelligence and career adaptability of Padang city civil servants. Resources that people manage are the most important assets an organization can have since they manage, nurture, and sustain the organization as per the needs of society and time. The study acknowledged the dependence of human resources to the organization, that the business need able workers and workers want good places to work. The study was conducted using a total sampling method which included 235 civil servants of Padang City. This study used two instruments; the first one was an emotional intelligence scale with validitiy coefficients from 0.320 to 0.705 and a reliability coefficient of 0.912. The second instrument was a career adaptability scale with validity coefficients that ranged from 0.399 to 0.797 and a reliability coefficient of 0.962. Validity and reliability of the instruments were tested using Cronbach's alpha technique. In this analysis, the emotions correlate in which the value of correlation is 0.572 at significance level 0.01, proves the hypothesis which states the relationship of emotional intelligence and career adaptive skill is highly significant to the civil servant population.     The Effect of Organizational Climate on Job Engagement with Job Satisfaction as A Mediator

    The 2022 ASN work engagement survey, conducted by the Ministry of Administrative and Bureaucratic Reform of the Republic of Indonesia, shows that the percentage of ASN employees in administrative positions is lower than the percentage of employees in other positions. This study was conducted with the aim of empirically determining the influence of organizational climate on job engagement with job satisfaction as a mediator. The main hypothesis of this study is to determine whether job satisfaction can mediate the relationship between organizational climate and job engagement among civil servants. This study used a quantitative method with 183 civil servants as the research sample. This study employs three types of scales: Job Engagement UWES (Utrecht Work Engagement Scale), Organizational Climate using OCQ (Organizational Climate Questionnaire), and Job Satisfaction using MSQ (Minnesota Satisfaction Questionnaire). The SPSS 25 program for Windows was used to analyze research data using mediation regression techniques. The results of the study showed that organizational climate had a significant effect on job engagement with job satisfaction as a mediator with a p-value of 0.000 (p 0.05). The R value is 0.301. Job satisfaction as a mediator is very important because when there is a fair, open, and supportive work environment, it does not immediately make employees engaged in their work. Instead, when the work environment creates job satisfaction, this will encourage employees to be more emotionally, cognitively, and physically engaged in their work

    Measuring Family Harmony of the Low-Socioeconomic Status Family: A Scoping Review

    Family harmony is a critical component of individual and societal well-being, yet families with low socioeconomic status (SES) often face structural challenges—such as financial hardship, limited access to education and healthcare, and chronic psychosocial stress—that disrupt relational stability. This scoping review aims to synthesize existing research on how family harmony is conceptualized and measured in low-SES contexts. Using the PRISMA framework, twenty peer-reviewed articles published between 2019 and 2024 were selected from four major academic databases. The review identifies four key indicators commonly used to assess family harmony in low-SES households: health, family dynamics, education, and communication. Despite the presence of these indicators, the findings highlight a lack of standardized and context-sensitive measurement instruments that reflect the lived realities of economically disadvantaged families. This review contributes to theoretical development by reinforcing the relevance of systems-based frameworks in understanding how external socioeconomic stressors influence internal family functioning. Practically, the findings offer guidance for developing culturally grounded assessment tools and designing targeted social interventions such as parenting education, economic empowerment programs, and digital platforms to strengthen family cohesion in vulnerable communities

    Go Digital! Empowering MSMEs in Kragan Village, Sidoarjo to Enhance Digital Marketing Skills

    Digital transformation has become a critical need for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), especially those in rural areas, to remain competitive in today’s market. This community service program was designed to enhance the digital marketing capabilities of MSMEs in Kragan Village, Gedangan Subdistrict, Sidoarjo Regency, East Java. The program was initiated in response to the low levels of digital literacy, limited access to online platforms, and the challenges MSMEs face in adapting to the evolving digital economy. Using a participatory approach, this initiative provided targeted training on social media marketing, e-commerce platforms, content creation, and basic digital tools such as WhatsApp Business and Canva. The methodology consisted of three phases: (1) problem identification and proposal submission, (2) implementation of workshops and hands-on mentoring, and (3) post-program evaluation through surveys and interviews. Results showed significant improvements in participants’ ability to utilize digital platforms, increased confidence in online business promotion, and a rise in customer engagement. Moreover, the training fostered knowledge sharing among MSME actors and strengthened their awareness of digital branding. The theoretical framework draws upon the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT), highlighting how perceived usefulness and ease of use influence digital adoption. The program also applied the Community of Practice (CoP) approach to encourage peer learning and collaboration. This initiative demonstrates that with proper support and contextualized training, rural MSMEs can transition toward digital platforms effectively. The project also produced an Intellectual Property (IP) output in the form of training modules and digital marketing guides tailored for MSMEs. The findings call for ongoing mentorship, policy support, and infrastructure investment to ensure sustainability.

    Kegiatan Pengabdian Di Desa Manurung Kalimantan Selatan Sebagai Desa Tenun dan Hilirisasi Produknya [Community Service Activities in Manurung Village, South Kalimantan, as a Weaving Village and Its Product Downstreaming]

    Abstract. This community service activity was conducted in Manurung Village, Kusan Tengah District, Tanah Bumbu Regency, South Kalimantan, known as a traditional weaving village. The main challenges faced by the community are limited skills in producing value-added derivative products and a lack of understanding of Intellectual Property Rights (IPR). The objective of this activity was to improve sewing skills for woven-based products, strengthen innovative designs with an IPR orientation, and encourage downstream product processing to increase economic value. The activity employed a participatory approach through training, mentoring, and evaluation involving two partner groups: the Mandiri Weaving Group and the Pagatan Weaving Generation Group. The results of the activity showed a significant increase in assets, skills, and income. The Mandiri Weaving Group recorded a 250% increase in sewing skills and a 97.1% increase in income, while the Pagatan Weaving Generation Group experienced a 62.6% increase in assets and a 132% increase in income. Other visible impacts included increased motivation, cross-generational involvement, and awareness of the importance of IPR protection. In conclusion, this community service activity successfully strengthened Manurung Village's position as a weaving village by combining cultural preservation and sustainable creative economic development. Abstrak. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilaksanakan di Desa Manurung, Kecamatan Kusan Tengah, Kabupaten Tanah Bumbu, Kalimantan Selatan, yang dikenal sebagai desa penghasil tenun tradisional. Permasalahan utama yang dihadapi masyarakat adalah keterbatasan keterampilan dalam menghasilkan produk turunan bernilai tambah serta minimnya pemahaman terkait Hak Kekayaan Intelektual (HKI). Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah meningkatkan keterampilan menjahit produk berbasis tenun, memperkuat desain inovatif dengan orientasi HKI, serta mendorong hilirisasi produk untuk memperbesar nilai ekonomi. Metode kegiatan menggunakan pendekatan partisipatif melalui pelatihan, pendampingan, dan evaluasi yang melibatkan dua kelompok mitra, yakni Kelompok Tenun Mandiri dan Kelompok Generasi Tenun Pagatan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan aset, keterampilan, dan pendapatan secara signifikan. Kelompok Tenun Mandiri mencatat peningkatan keterampilan menjahit hingga 250% dan pendapatan 97,1%, sedangkan Kelompok Generasi Tenun Pagatan mengalami kenaikan aset sebesar 62,6% dan pendapatan hingga 132%. Dampak lain yang terlihat adalah meningkatnya motivasi, keterlibatan lintas generasi, serta kesadaran akan pentingnya perlindungan HKI. Kesimpulannya, kegiatan pengabdian ini berhasil memperkuat posisi Desa Manurung sebagai desa tenun dengan menggabungkan aspek pelestarian budaya dan pengembangan ekonomi kreatif yang berkelanjutan

    Abstrac. Children and adolescents with disabilities in SLB need to have knowledge about coping stress strategies and understand about sexual violence and its prevention. Training of trainers (ToT) training for teachers in SLB on coping stress and prevention and handling of sexual violence was done for the purpose to provide knowledge for students in SLB on how to overcome stress and prevent sexual violence that are susceptible to be experienced by children and adolescents with disabilities. This training activity is a form of community service carried out on teachers at SLB Negeri Lobalain, Rote-Ndao Regency. A total of 17 teachers participated in this community service activity. A quasi-experimental study with one-group pretest-posttest design was conducted to measure the effectiveness of the training. The results of the hypothesis testing showed that the training has a significant effect on participants' understanding, t(16) = -5.738, p 0.001, d = -1.392. Abstrak. Anak dan remaja penyandang disabilitas di SLB perlu memiliki pengetahuan tentang strategi coping stres dan memahami tentang kekerasan seksual dan pencegahannya. Pelatihan training of trainers (ToT) bagi para guru di SLB tentang coping stres dan pencegahan serta penanganan kekerasan seksual dilaksanakan dengan tujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan bagi para siswa di SLB tentang bagaimana mengatasi stres dan mencegah kekerasan seksual yang rentan dialami oleh anak dan remaja penyandang disabilitas. Kegiatan pelatihan ini merupakan suatu bentuk pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang dilakukan pada para guru di SLB Negeri Lobalain, Kabupaten Rote-Ndao.     Abstract. Hypertension is a medical condition characterized by an increase in blood pressure above the normal limit, which is 120/80 mmHg. If left untreated, hypertension can lead to various serious complications, such as coronary heart disease, stroke, and kidney failure. The importance of socializing information about hypertension prevention cannot be ignored, as many people are unaware that they suffer from this condition. Education about risk factors, such as unhealthy eating patterns, lack of physical activity, and stress, as well as the importance of a healthy lifestyle, can help the community understand how to prevent hypertension. Socialization efforts involving the community can increase awareness and encourage individuals to take proactive steps in maintaining their health. Regular health check-ups, especially blood pressure measurements, are crucial steps in detecting hypertension early. By undergoing regular check-ups, individuals can identify health problems earlier and take the necessary actions to maintain the health of their heart and blood vessels. Abstrak. Hipertensi merupakan kondisi medis yang ditandai dengan peningkatan tekanan darah di atas batas normal, yaitu 120/80 mmHg. Jika tidak ditangani, hipertensi dapat menyebabkan berbagai komplikasi serius, seperti penyakit jantung koroner, stroke, dan gagal ginjal. Pentingnya sosialisasi mengenai penanggulangan hipertensi tidak dapat diabaikan, karena banyak orang yang tidak menyadari bahwa mereka menderita kondisi ini. Edukasi tentang faktor risiko, seperti pola makan yang tidak sehat, kurangnya aktivitas fisik, dan stres, serta pentingnya gaya hidup sehat, dapat membantu masyarakat memahami cara mencegah hipertensi. Sosialisasi penanggulangan hipertensi  yang melibatkan masyarakat dapat meningkatkan kesadaran dan mendorong individu untuk mengambil langkah proaktif dalam menjaga kesehatan mereka.Pemeriksaan kesehatan secara rutin, terutama pengukuran tekanan darah, adalah langkah krusial dalam mendeteksi hipertensi sejak dini. Dengan melakukan pemeriksaan secara berkala, individu dapat mengidentifikasi masalah kesehatan lebih awal dan mengambil tindakan yang diperlukan untuk menjaga kesehatan jantung dan pembuluh darah merek
