Strategi pemasaran melalui media sosial bagi mitra nawaina tours
Get PDFDi tengah perkembangan era digital, penggunaan media sosial sebaga sarana pemasaran menjadi strategi yang efektif pada berbagai usaha termasuk travel umrah. Sebagai negara dengan populasi Muslim terbesar, Indonesia memiliki potensi pasar yang besar dalam penyedia layanan umrah termasuk Nawaina Tours. Terlepas dari potensi yang ditawarkan media sosial saat ini, mitra dari Nawaina tours belum sepenuhnya memahami cara memanfaatkannya secara efektif. Penguasaan media sosial sebagai alat pemasaran kini menjadi kunci dalam membangun hubungan jangka panjang dengan pelanggan dan memperluas jangkauan pasar. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini meliputi sosialisasi mellaui cerama efektif, pelatihan dan pendampingan pembuatan konten pada platform seperti Youtube, Facebook Reels, WhatsApp Business, Tiktok, Indtagram Reels dan instastory. Tim pengabdian juga memberikan contoh kalender konten yang dapat digunakan oleh mitra untuk strategi pemasaran yang konsisten. Hasil kegiatan yang didapat mitra dari Nawaina Tours memahami lebih dalam lagi potensi media sosial dalam meningkatkan visual untuk audiens yang lebih luas dan dapat membuat konten-konten dengan menggunakan editing vidio seperti CapCut, mengedit langsung di Tiktok ataupun instagram dengan dipadukan musik yang sedang tren agar lebih menarik untuk diunggah pada media soialnya. Selain itu mereka dapat memposting ulang konten yang telah diunggah oleh travel Nawaina ke akun media sosialnya sendiri.Abstract. In the midst of the development of the digital era, the use of social media as a marketing tool has become an effective strategy for various businesses, including Umrah travel. As a country with the largest Muslim population, Indonesia has a large market potential for Umrah service providers, including Nawaina Tours. Despite the potential that social media currently offers, Nawaina tours partners do not yet fully understand how to utilize it effectively. Mastering social media as a marketing tool is now the key to building long-term relationships with customers and expanding market reach. The methods used in this service activity include socialization through effective lectures, training and assistance in creating content on platforms such as YouTube, Facebook Reels, WhatsApp Business, Tiktok, Instagram Reels and Instastory. The service team also provides an example of a content calendar that partners can use for a consistent marketing strategy. The results of the activities obtained by partners from Nawaina Tours understand more deeply the potential of social media in enhancing visuals for a wider audience and can create content using video editing such as CapCut, editing directly on Tiktok or Instagram combined with trending music to make it more interesting to upload on social media. Apart from that, they can repost content that has been uploaded by Nawaina travel to their own social media accounts

Get PDFThe infant mortality rate in Indonesia reaches 35 per 1000 live births, while neonatal mortality (0-28 days) is 19 per 1000 live births. These figures are much higher compared to neighboring countries. The aim of this study is to provide comprehensive midwifery care by utilizing a Doppler device to monitor the fetal heart rate (FHR) in a pregnant woman, Mrs. "H," aged 22, G1P0A0, from 31 weeks and 4 days of pregnancy. The type of research used is descriptive with a case study approach, specifically describing the results of FHR monitoring from pregnancy until delivery, documenting the examination results. This study was conducted at the Kawatuna Health Center in Palu City from March 4, 2024, to April 26, 2024. Periodic FHR monitoring was performed using a Doppler device. The research methodology included assessment, formulation of diagnoses and midwifery problems, planning, implementation, and evaluation. The results showed that the FHR was within normal limits, ranging from 134 beats per minute to 148 beats per minute. Regular FHR monitoring should be performed by midwives to ensure the fetus is in good condition

Get PDFSolidaritas antar siswa merupakan hal penting dalam menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang kondusif dan mendukung perkembangan siswa. Namun, globalisasi dan individualisme menyebabkan menurunnya rasa solidaritas dan meningkatnya konflik di kalangan pelajar, seperti perkelahian, tawuran, bullying, dan tindakan kekerasan lainnya. Konseling resolusi konflik merupakan upaya untuk mengatasi konflik dan meningkatkan solidaritas antar siswa dengan memberikan pengetahuan, sikap, dan keterampilan mengelola konflik secara benar serta mengembangkan budaya perdamaian. Kegiatan pendampingan dilakukan kepada 81 guru Bimbingan Konseling (BK) se-Kota Palu melalui pelatihan dan praktik langsung tahapan konseling resolusi konflik, meliputi membangun hubungan, memahami masalah, memperkuat persepsi kolaboratif, keterampilan resolusi konflik, dan penerapannya. Setelah pendampingan, kemampuan guru BK dalam melaksanakan konseling resolusi konflik meningkat, terutama pada keterampilan resolusi konflik dan penerapannya. Pendampingan lanjutan secara daring juga dilakukan untuk memfasilitasi pemahaman yang lebih baik. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk membekali guru BK dengan keterampilan melaksanakan konseling resolusi konflik agar dapat meningkatkan solidaritas antar siswa di lingkungan sekolah.Abstract: Student solidarity is essential to creating an enabling learning environment and supporting student development. However, globalization and individualism lead to a decrease in the sense of solidarity and increased conflict among students, such as fighting, bidding, bullying, and other acts of violence. Conflict resolution counseling is an effort to overcome conflict and enhance student solidarity by providing knowledge, attitudes, and skills to manage conflict properly and develop a culture of peace. The supporting activities were carried out for 81 Teachers of Counseling (BK) in Palu City through training and practical stages of conflict resolution counseling, including building relationships, understanding problems, strengthening collaborative perceptions, conflict-resolution skills, and their application. Advanced online accompaniment is also done to facilitate better understanding. This activity aims to equip BK teachers with the skills to implement conflict resolution counseling in order to enhance solidarity among students in the school environment

Get PDFLanguage is a crucial aspect of our lives, serving as a bridge for communication among individuals. People use language to convey emotions, ideas, desires, and feelings. One platform for communication is WhatsApp. Many people enjoy chatting on WhatsApp, but not all of them grasp the meaning behind each utterance spoken or sent by the speaker or sender. Various linguistic aspects, including speech acts, can be explored on WhatsApp, such as pragmatics, semantics, and sociolinguistics. This study aims to analyze the factors that lead to misunderstandings when performing perlocutionary acts on WhatsApp and how locutionary acts influence perlocutionary acts on the platform. The research findings identify several causes of misunderstandings in the communication process through WhatsApp. Firstly, incorrect punctuation usage contributes to misunderstandings. Secondly, typographical errors are another common factor. Thirdly, incomplete sentences resulting from typing too quickly make it challenging to comprehend the intended message. Fourthly, issues such as poor network connectivity lead to only a fraction of the message reaching the recipient. Additionally, locutionary acts represent the literal meaning of a sentence. The conclusion of this research is the impact of locution on perlocution depends on how effectively locution can convey instructions or meanings of the spoken sentence. If the utterance is not well-understood by the listener, they may not execute or comprehend the intended meaning, leading to perlocutionary acts and miscommunication between the individuals involved
Exploring the Psychological Dimensions of Mobile-Assisted Language Learning (MALL) in English Language Education
Get PDFThis research investigates the psychological aspects influencing student engagement with Mobile-Assisted Language Learning (MALL) in English language education. The study contributes to a deeper understanding of the role that students' attitudes, personalities, expectations, and motivations play in shaping their learning experiences. The research employs a narrative inquiry approach coupled with semi-structured focus group interviews. A purposive sampling method based on individual factors such as gender, age, and culture was used to select participants from Universitas Borneo Tarakan. The qualitative analysis identified key themes and patterns from the students' narratives about their MALL experiences. The findings reveal that positive attitudes towards MALL, genuine interest in language learning, and high expectations significantly enhance student motivation and active participation in MALL activities. Furthermore, robust institutional support emerged as crucial for the successful implementation of MALL programs. These insights suggest that by understanding these psychological dimensions and ensuring adequate institutional support, educators can improve students' experiences with MALL. It has implications for fostering enhanced engagement and success in language learning

Model evaluasi yang digunakan yaitu model evaluasi Stake Countenance Models. Populasi yaitu 7 sekolah yang mengunakan Kurikulum 2013. Subjek penelitian adalah kepala sekolah, guru, serta siswa yang ditentukan dengan purposive sampling. Instrumen yaitu angket, lembar observasi, dan lembar dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan teknik deskriptif. Hasil penelitian yaitu (1) kondisi siswa rata-rata berkategori sangat baik (2) kondisi guru rata-rata berkategori sangat baik, (3) pemahaman guru terhadap kurikulum rata-rata berkategori sangat baik, (4) kondisi sarana prasarana rata-rata berkategori baik, (5) perencanaan pembelajaran rata-rata berkategori sangat baik, (6) pelaksanaan pembelajaran rata-rata berkategori sangat baik, (7) pelaksanaan penilaian autentik rata-rata berkategori sangat baik, dan (8) hasil penilaian autentik rata-rata berkategori sangat baik. Increasing Digital Literacy Through the Use of Basic Technology for Youth Organizations on Indigenous Plants
Get PDFThe use of technology is increasingly widespread and even dominates every human activity. The importance of digital literacy to deal with the negative impacts of technological advances is the basis for digital literacy in environmental and cultural conservation. This community service activity aims to improve digital literacy knowledge through the use of basic technology in the introduction of potential indigenous plants. Community service activities are carried out by empowering 18 youth organization (Karang Taruna). The method used during the activity is project-based learning based on natural history. The initial activity is to provide a pre-test and education on the introduction and use of plant applications. Furthermore, participants practice identifying and processing the information that has been obtained, so that local plant information is created in the form of a QR Code. Finally, an evaluation is carried out by providing a post-test. Training in the use of basic digital literacy technology for indigenous plants can increase the digital literacy knowledge of Karang Taruna’s member from 43.75% to 82.75%. With this increased knowledge, it is hoped that Karang Taruna can utilize basic technology to recognize indigenous plants as a form of environmental conservation and local cultural history

Get PDFSrikuncoro Village is a village located in Pondok Kelapa Sub-district, Central Bengkulu Regency, Bengkulu Province, approximately 16 kilometres from Bengkulu City. Judging from the existing resources, Srikuncoro Village has good potential for the development of small industries, especially household industries in the food sector. One of the small industries in Srikuncoro Village is the Karya Sehat Utama food processing home industry. This industry has strengths in the form of products that have characteristics and potential to be developed. Based on the situation analysis and survey that has been carried out, the proposer and partners agreed on several problems faced, namely limited understanding of legal protection for MSME actors; limited production equipment or technology; limited understanding in managerial aspects (Production, Marketing and Finance); and limited use of information technology in marketing. To overcome these problems, the service team and partners agreed on several solutions to be carried out, namely education on understanding legal protection for MSME actors is expected to improve a healthy and proper business climate among MSME actors to develop rapidly; providing assistance with production equipment or product processing technology to support production capacity according to market needs; education and training in managerial aspects (production management, marketing management and financial management) and training in the use of information technology in online product marketing. In addition, the output of this PkM Lecturer programme will be published in a national journal with ISSN.Abstrak. Desa Srikuncoro merupakan desa yang terletak di Kecamatan Pondok Kelapa, Kabupaten Bengkulu Tengah, Provinsi Bengkulu, kurang lebih 16 kilometer dari Kota Bengkulu. Dilihat dari sumber daya yang ada, Desa Srikuncoro memiliki potensi yang baik untuk pengembangan industri kecil, khususnya industri rumah tangga di bidang pangan. Salah satu industri kecil yang ada di Desa Srikuncoro adalah industri rumah tangga pengolahan pangan Karya Sehat Utama. Industri ini memiliki kekuatan berupa produk yang memiliki ciri khas dan berpotensi untuk dikembangkan. Berdasarkan analisis situasi dan survei yang telah dilakukan, pengusul dan mitra sepakat mengenai beberapa permasalahan yang dihadapi, yaitu keterbatasan pemahaman tentang perlindungan hukum bagi pelaku UMKM; keterbatasan alat atau teknologi produksi; keterbatasan pemahaman dalam aspek manajerial (Produksi, Pemasaran dan Keuangan); dan keterbatasan pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dalam pemasaran. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, tim pengabdi dan mitra sepakat mengenai beberapa solusi yang akan dilakukan, yaitu edukasi tentang pemahaman perlindungan hukum bagi pelaku UMKM diharapkan dapat meningkatkan iklim usaha yang sehat dan layak di kalangan pelaku UMKM agar berkembang pesat; pemberian bantuan alat produksi atau teknologi pengolahan produk untuk mendukung kapasitas produksi sesuai kebutuhan pasar; pendidikan dan pelatihan dalam aspek manajerial (manajemen produksi, manajemen pemasaran dan manajemen keuangan) serta pelatihan dalam pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dalam pemasaran produk secara daring. The Shift to Online Psychotherapy: Adaptation and Implications for Brazilian Clinical Psychologists Amid Covid-19
Get PDFThe Covid-19 pandemic disrupted traditional psychotherapy practices, prompting a rapid transition to online modalities. This qualitative study investigates how Brazilian clinical psychologists adapted to online psychotherapy during and after the pandemic. Semi-structured interviews were conducted with five psychologists, each with an average professional experience of 8.9 years. Using the Iramuteq software for lexical analysis, six thematic classes were identified: uncertainties during the transition, emerging possibilities, adaptability movements, pandemic context, new professional perspectives, and academic and professional trajectories. The findings highlight significant challenges, including managing technological tools, maintaining therapeutic relationships, and addressing client concerns in virtual settings. However, the transition also revealed notable advantages, such as reduced operational costs, enhanced flexibility, and expanded access to psychological care. The analysis underscores the critical role of digital competencies, including technical, communicational, and cultural skills, in ensuring effective online therapy. Additionally, the results point to gaps in academic training and professional preparation for telepsychology, emphasizing the need for curriculum reform to include digital literacy and teletherapy-specific strategies. The study concludes that online psychotherapy represents not only a response to crisis but also a sustainable model for expanding access to mental health care. It calls for targeted professional development and ethical guidelines to support psychologists in navigating digital environments effectively. These insights contribute to understanding the evolving dynamics of psychotherapy and provide actionable recommendations for improving digital mental health services in Brazil and beyond
