Kegiatan Montase sebagai alat evaluasi perkembangan motorik halus dan kreativitas anak: Pemberdayaan Guru TK Dharma Bakti Surabaya
Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberdayakan Guru TK Dharma Bakti Surabaya dalam menggunakan kegiatan montase sebagai alat evaluasi perkembangan motorik halus dan kreativitas anak. Metode yang digunakan meliputi pelatihan selama empat minggu yang mencakup pengenalan konsep montase, praktik pembuatan montase, dan evaluasi hasil kegiatan montase. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa terjadi peningkatan signifikan dalam pengetahuan dan keterampilan guru setelah pelatihan, dengan skor rata-rata post-test meningkat dari 60 menjadi 85. Selain itu, kegiatan montase terbukti efektif dalam mengevaluasi perkembangan motorik halus dan kreativitas anak, di mana 70% anak menunjukkan peningkatan dalam kemampuan motorik halus dan 63,33% dalam kreativitas. Guru-guru melaporkan peningkatan motivasi dan antusiasme anak dalam mengikuti kegiatan montase. Kesimpulan dari kegiatan ini adalah bahwa pelatihan dan penerapan montase sebagai alat evaluasi berhasil meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran dan memberikan manfaat yang berkelanjutan bagi perkembangan anak usia dini di TK Dharma Bakti Surabaya. Disarankan untuk melanjutkan program pelatihan serupa di sekolah-sekolah lain dan melakukan evaluasi jangka panjang untuk memastikan keberlanjutan dampak positif.Abstract. This community service activity aims to empower the teachers of TK Dharma Bakti Surabaya in using collage activities (montase) as an evaluation tool for fine motor skills and children's creativity development. The method used includes a four-week training program covering the introduction of the collage concept, hands-on collage making, and evaluation of the collage activities' outcomes. The results showed a significant increase in teachers' knowledge and skills after the training, with the average post-test score rising from 60 to 85. Additionally, the collage activities proved effective in assessing the development of fine motor skills and creativity, with 70% of children showing improvement in fine motor skills and 63.33% in creativity. Teachers reported increased motivation and enthusiasm among children in participating in the collage activities. The conclusion of this activity is that the training and implementation of collage as an evaluation tool successfully enhanced the quality of learning and provided sustainable benefits for early childhood development at TK Dharma Bakti Surabaya. It is recommended to continue similar training programs in other schools and conduct long-term evaluations to ensure the sustainability of the positive impacts.

This conceptual article provides a comprehensive overview of the historical evolution of dating practices from the 19th century to the present day, exploring the influence of social, cultural, and technological factors on dating. The impact of the COVID-19 pandemic and the consequent rise of dating apps and virtual dating in the 2020s is also examined. The article also discusses the risks and red flags associated with online dating, including scams and harassment, and provides guidelines for maintaining safety while using dating apps. This information to showcase the need for further investigation into the complexities of modern-day dating practices. The findings highlight the need for a deeper understanding of the complexities of current dating practices and further research on the implications of changing dating practices on social relationships and well-being
Efektifivas metode bradley terhadap intensitas nyeri persalinan di rumah sakit umum daerah Ir. Soekarno kabupaten brebes
Pain during childbirth occurs due to uterine contractions in the delivery phase of the fetus. The pain can manifest as local pain accompanied by cramps and a tearing sensation due to the distension and laceration of the cervix, vagina, or perineum tissues. Pain during the first stage of labor is primary pain resulting from cervical dilation and uterine contractions. This study aims to determine the Effectiveness of the Bradley Method on the Intensity of Labor Pain. In this research, the author will use the Quasi-Experiment method with a two-group pretest and posttest design, a non-equivalent control group consisting of two intervention groups. The sample for this study includes all mothers who will undergo normal delivery at the Ir. Soekarno Regional General Hospital in Brebes Regency in December 2023, totaling 31 individuals. Data collection will use observation sheets and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). Data analysis will involve a paired-samples t-test. The research results indicate that the Bradley Method effectively reduces the Intensity of Labor Pain at Ir. Soekarno Regional General Hospital in Brebes Regency (r value = 0.000). Community health centers can play an active role in educating pregnant women about the benefits of the Bradley Method and supporting research by providing necessary facilities and information
Pola Asuh Ayah Dalam Meningkatkan Perilaku Prososial Anak Usia Dini
The parenting seminar aims to enhance fathers' understanding of parenting styles to improve prosocial behavior and encourage better collaboration between fathers and mothers in early childhood parenting. The background of this community service implementation is the low knowledge of fathers regarding various parenting concepts and their impact on all aspects of child development. This community service activity took place in RT 009, Taman Pondok Legi Housing, Pepelegi Waru Sidoarjo, with the target participants being 20 married couples who are residents of RW 009. The community service was carried out using a seminar method, which included QA sessions and mentoring for married couples to apply the appropriate parenting styles. The activities began with coordination and preparation with the partners, material development, seminar implementation, mentoring, and evaluation. The seminar was attended by 20 married couples, totaling 40 participants.The results of the seminar, based on pre-test and post-test evaluations, showed the following improvements: in terms of knowledge enhancement, the average score for questions about parenting styles increased from 3.2 to 4.8; in terms of involvement enhancement, the average score for involvement in parenting increased from 2.5 to 4.2; in terms of understanding the father's role, the average score for understanding the father's role in parenting increased from 3.0 to 4.7; and in terms of enhancing prosocial behavior, the average score for teaching prosocial behavior increased from 2.8 to 4.5. The evaluation was conducted through pre-test and post-test, showing increased participants' understanding. The conclusion of this community service is that it can significantly contribute to increasing fathers' awareness and ability to nurture early childhood children. The suggestion from this community service is that with an interactive seminar approach and continuous mentoring, the role of fathers in parenting can be more optimal, allowing children to develop prosocial behavior that is appropriate and in line with contemporary developments.Abstrak. Seminar parenting ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman ayah tentang pola asuh dalam meningkatkan perilaku prososial dan juga mendorong kolaborasi yang lebih baik antara ayah dan ibu dalam pengasuhan anak usia dini. Latar belakang dari pelaksanaan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah oleh rendahnya pengetahuan ayah mengenai konsep pola asuh yang beragam dan pengaruhnya terhadap seluruh aspek perkembangan anak. Pelaksanaan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertempat di RT 009 Perumahan Taman Pondok Legi, Pepelegi Waru Sidoarjo. Dengan sasaran peserta adalah 20 pasangan suami istri warga RW 009. Pengabdian ini dilaksanakan dengan metode seminar dan mencakup sesi tanya jawab dan pendampingan pasangan suami istri untuk mengaplikasikan pola asuh yang sesuai. Dimulai dari kegiatan koordinasi persiapan dengan mitra, pengembangan materi, pelaksanaan seminar, pendampingan dan evauasi. Seminar ini dihadiri oleh 20 pasangan suami istri sehingga total peserta 40 orang. Hasil dari seminar ini pada saat pre test dan post test dalam hal peningkatan pengetahuan skor rata-rata pertanyaan tentang jenis pola asuh meningkat dari 3.2 menjadi 4.8, dalam hal peningkatan keterlibatan skor rata-rata untuk keterlibatan dalam pengasuhan meningkat dari 2.5 menjadi 4.2., lalu dalam hal peningkatan pemahaman peran ayah skor rata-rata untuk pemahaman tentang peran ayah dalam pengasuhan meningkat dari 3.0 menjadi 4.7, kemudian dalam hal peningkatan perilaku prososisal skor rata-rata untuk mengajarkan perilaku prososial meningkat dari 2.8 menjadi 4.5 Evaluasi dilakukan melalui pre-test dan post-test yang menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman peserta. Kesimpulan dari Pengabdian ini dapat memberikan kontribusi yang signifikan dalam meningkatkan kesadaran dan kemampuan ayah dalam mengasuh anak usia dini. Saran dalam pengabdian ini adalah dengan pendekatan seminar yang interaktif dan pendampingan yang berkelanjutan, diharapkan peran ayah dalam pengasuhan dapat lebih optimal, sehingga anak-anak dapat berkembang dengan perilaku prososial yang baik dan sesuai dengan perkembangan zaman
Adaptasi member dalam lingkungan belajar di kampung inggris Pare Kediri
Adaptasi Member dalam Lingkungan Belajar di Kampung Inggris Pare Kediri. Para member yang datang ke Kampung Inggris Pare Kediri memiliki latar belakang budaya yang berbeda. Hal ini membuat mereka untuk menyesuaikan diri di daerah baru dengan komunikasi sosial yang baru. Penelitian ini mebahas mengenai bagaimana adaptasi member dalam lingkungan belajar di Kampung Inggris Pare Kediri. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisa adaptasi member dalam lingkungan belajar di Kampung Inggris Pare Kediri. Metode penelitian menggunakan fenomenologi kualitatif yaitu dengan mendeskripsikan secara menyeluruh data yang didapat selama proses penelitian apa sebagai susuatu yang muncul dan hadir sehari-hari. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini yaitu observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi. Landasan teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Teori fenomenologi yang merupakan studi interpretative bersifat apa adanya mengenai pengalaman manusia untuk memahami dan mendeskripsikan lingkungan, peristiwa, dan pengalaman manusia. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adaptasi member yang datang dari berbagai daerah ke lingkungan belajar Kampung Inggris Pare Kediri ditandai dengan culture shock, cara mereka menghadapi masalah, dan bertahan dalam berbagai kondisi. Biaya yang murah membuat member bebas mengambil banyak kelas. Tidak semua orang bisa dan menggunakan berbahasa Inggris di Kampung Inggris Pare Kediri. Kampung Inggris Pare sangat ramai oleh kafe, tempat gym, tempat makan, salon, tempat penyewaan, toko, dan penginapan. Sehingga hal ini mendukung dari segi akomodasi bagi member. Member mengadakan masak-masak dan makan-makan ketika hari libur. Selain itu mereka juga berjalan-jalan untuk menyegarkan otak di akhir pekan. Walaupun member merasakan kemampuan bahasa Inggris mereka meningkat. Tetapi mereka juga sesekali berada dalam kondisi sulit, dimana member merasa tertekan kerena harus berjuang untuk meningkatkan kemampuan bahasa Inggrisnya. Namun hal itu bukanlah suatu masalah besar karena mereka menikmati masa-masa tersebut bersama member lainya
Pelatihan Kegiatan Montase terhadap Perkembangan Bahasa dan Kreativitas Anak Usia Dini bagi Guru PAUD di TK Dharma Bhakti Surabaya
Tujuan dari Pengabdian Masyarakat adalah merupakan kewajiban sebagai seorang dosen selain Penelitian dan Pendidikan (pengajaran). Pelaksanaan pembelajaran di Lembaga PAUD sangat diperlukan melalui permainan dan media yang menyenangkan serta sesuai dengan usia anak. Oleh sebab itu kegiatan montase memiliki tujuan untuk meningkatkan kreatifitas dalam berfikir dengan menghasilkan karya yang baik sesuai dengan tingkat pencapaian perkembangannya. Kegiatan ini dimaksudkan untuk memunculkan ide kreatif dan inovatif serta bermaksud untuk mengembangkan kemampuan berbahasa anak, sosial emosional, dan kognitif. Kegiatan montase yang dilakukan merupakan suatu bagian model pembelajaran kreatif yang dilakukan oleh guru guna memberikan stimulus kepada anak. Berdasarkan keadaan di lapangan seperti di atas maka kami mengadakan kegiatan berupa pengabdian masyarakat. Pengabdian Masyarakat yang akan dilakukan adalah pelatihan kegiatan montase pada guru PAUD untuk meningkatkan kreativitas dan perkembangan Bahasa pada anak usia dini. Pelaksanaan akan dilakukan di TK Dharma Bhakti Surabaya dengan alasan FKIP UNUSA pada tahun-tahun sebelumnya telah menjalin kerjasama (MoU) dengan lembaga tersebut melalui Tri Dharma. Therefore, montage activities aim to enhance creativity in thinking by producing quality work in line with their developmental milestones. These activities are designed to foster creative and innovative ideas and intend to develop children's language, social-emotional, and cognitive abilities. The montage activities conducted are part of a creative learning model implemented by teachers to provide stimuli to children. Based on the field conditions as mentioned, we have organized a community service activity. The Community Service to be conducted involves training Early Childhood Education teachers in montage activities to enhance creativity and language development in young children. The implementation will take place at TK Dharma Bhakti Surabaya, chosen because FKIP UNUSA has previously established cooperation (MoU) with this institution through the Tri Dharma. This activity is carried out with the goal of increasing the creativity of educators and young children, as well as boosting the enthusiasm and interest of the students
Meningkatkan Keterampilan Menulis Paragraf Deskripsi dengan Menggunakan Kata Berkait pada Siswa Kelas V SDN 2 Mekarsari Tahun Pelajaran 2021/2022
Berdasarkan hasil observasi yang dilakukan di kelas V SDN 2 Mekarsari pada pelajaran bahasa Indonesia, terlihat bahwa pembelajaran yang dilakukan adalah pembelajaran yang berpusat pada guru, sehingga tidak ada keterlibatan siswa baik secara mental maupun secara fisik. Hal ini sangat berdampak terhadap hasil belajar siswa yang mengakibatkan rendahnya keterampilan menulis siswa terutama dalam menulis Paragraf Deskripsi. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut maka dilakukanlah penelitian tindakan kelas dalam 2 siklus. Setiap siklus terdiri atas perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi dan refleksi. Indikator keberhasilan dalam penelitian ini adalah meningkatnya keterampilan siswa dalam menulis karangan deskrpsi serta ketuntasan belajar klasikal siswa mencapai lebih dari 75%. Hasil evaluasi nilai rata-rata aktivitas siswa pada siklus I dan siklus II berturut-turut adalah 51 dan 59 sedangkan nilai rata-rata kegiatan guru pada siklus I dan siklus II adalah 65,5 dan 71,5. Hal ini menunjukkan aktivitas siswa masuk dalam kategori aktif dan kegiatan guru masuk dalam kategori baik. Adapun nilai rata-rata yang diperoleh siswa dari siklus I dan siklus II berturut-turut yaitu 63 dan 67,8. Nilai yang diperoleh tersebut menunjukkan adanya peningkatan dari siklus I ke siklus II. Selain itu, ketuntasan klasikal juga meningkat dari siklus I ke siklus II berturut-turut yaitu 52% dan siklus II 77%. Dengan demikian maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa dengan menggunakan kata berkait dapat meningkatkan keterampilan menulis Paragraf Deskripsi pada siswa kelas V SDN 2 Mekarsari
Peningkatan pengetahuan sediaan jamu temulawak sebagai pencegah stunting (Increasing knowledge of temulawak herbal medicine preparations as a stunting prevention)
Stunting memiliki prevalensi yang tinggi di Indonesia. Berdasarkan hasil SSGI tahun 2023 prevalensi stunting di Kota Jambi sebesar18%. Stunting akan menimbulkan berbagai dampak/masalah di wilayah tertentu khususnya, dan di Indonesia. Masalah stunting sebenarnya dapat dicegah dan diobati menggunakan tanaman obat keluarga dikarenakan beberapa tanaman obat keluarga (TOGA) memiliki kandungan gizi yang tinggi salah satunya adalah temulawak. Metode yang digunakan pada pengambilan data yaitu menggunakan kuesioner pretes dan postes pada partisipan yaitu kader, remaja, dan Ibu Rumah tangga di desa Pudak Ulu Kecamatan Kumpeh Ilir Kabupaten Muaro Jambi sebanyak 30 orang responden. Terdapat peningkatan pengetahuan sebelum dan sesudah dilakukan edukasi dilihat dari nilai pretest dibawah 50% dan posttest di atas 80%. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat tambahan pengetahuan yang diperoleh oleh Kader, Remaja, dan Ibu Rumah Tangga tersebut terkait temulawak yang bermanfaat untuk mencegah stunting.Abstract: Stunting has a high prevalence in Indonesia. According to the results of the 2023 SSGI, the prevalence of stunting in Jambi City is 18%. Stunting can lead to various impacts and problems in specific regions, particularly in Indonesia. This issue is preventable and treatable using family medicinal plants, as some of these plants, such as temulawak, contain high nutritional value. The method used for data collection involved pre-test and post-test questionnaires administered to participants, including cadres, adolescents, and housewives in Pudak Ulu Village, Kumpeh Ilir District, Muaro Jambi Regency, with a total of 30 respondents. There was an increase in knowledge before and after the education intervention, indicated by pre-test scores below 50% and post-test scores above 80%. These results demonstrate that the cadres, adolescents, and housewives gained additional knowledge about temulawak, which is beneficial for preventing stunting
Exploring the Influence of Self-Efficacy on Self-Regulated Learning: The Mediating Role of Growth Mindset
This study aims to examine the effect of self-efficacy on self-regulated learning with a growth mindset as a mediator, within the context of a student-centered progressive learning paradigm. In a student-centered learning approach, it was found that high intelligence does not guarantee good self-regulation skills. Previous literature indicates that self-efficacy has a significant relationship with self-regulated learning skills, while a growth mindset is suspected to play a mediator in this relationship. This study used a quantitative approach with a correlational survey method. The study population was all 1,800 students at SMA Negeri 14 Bekasi City. A sample of 317 students was determined based on the Krejcie Morgan table, and the number of data processed was 318 respondents. The results showed that self-efficacy has a positive influence on self-regulated learning at a significance level of p 0.05. In addition, a growth mindset was proven to mediate the relationship between self-efficacy and self-regulated learning. The conclusion of this study emphasizes the importance of strengthening self-efficacy and cultivating a growth mindset as strategies in improving student learning independence, especially in the implementation of the Independent Curriculum. It is recommended that educators and policymakers integrate growth mindset training into student character development programs. Dating Anxiety and Loneliness in Online Dating: The Moderating Effect of Gender
In the digital age, online dating applications have revolutionized the way young adults form romantic connections, providing both opportunities and challenges. Understanding the psychological impacts of these platforms is crucial. Young adults, while navigating romantic pursuits and various developmental challenges, are susceptible to feelings of loneliness. Dating anxiety is a significant factor that can exacerbate loneliness within this demographic. Moreover, gender differences may influence individuals' experiences in dating situations. This research aims to explore the relationship between dating anxiety and loneliness among users of dating applications and to examine the role of gender as a moderating variable in this relationship. The study employs a quantitative correlational approach, incorporating demographic data and two scales: the Dating Anxiety Scale and the UCLA Loneliness Scale 3. The research participants consist of 250 early adults aged 20-34 who actively use online dating applications. Data analysis involves descriptive analysis and moderation analysis using the Jamovi software. The research findings indicate a significant direct relationship between dating anxiety and loneliness (p less than 0.001). Furthermore, gender was found to have no significant impact on loneliness (p more than 0.05), and the interaction between dating anxiety and gender was not significant (p more than 0.05). This suggests a uniform impact among both genders in the relationship between dating anxiety and loneliness. The study highlights the complex dynamics influencing loneliness among online dating application users. The findings enhance theoretical understanding of how dating anxiety relates to loneliness. Practically, these insights can help developers create features that reduce anxiety and loneliness. Future research should identify other factors influencing these dynamics to further enrich theoretical and practical knowledge in this field
