EVALUASI MEDIA PEMBELAJARAN ARTICULATE STORYLINE DALAM PEMBELAJARAN FIQIH
Get PDFArticulate Storyline learning media is a soft application that can be used for presentations. Articulate Storyline has the same advantages as Microsoft PowerPoint, also has various advantages can also create a very comprehensive and interesting presentation. This research aims to evaluate the use of Articulate Storyline Learning media, to identify the quality of Articulate Storyline media in fiqh learning. Research using a formative evaluation model, evaluation is carried out through 2 stages, namely: 1) review by media experts, and 2) review by material experts. Data collection techniques in the form of questionnaires, as well as data analysis techniques, are carried out through descriptive statistics with Likert scale measurement scales. The consequences of the review showed that the evaluation of Articulate Storyline learning media in fiqh learning is fitting to be utilized as a learning medium. Media excellence is evident from the results of its media experts = 80,43%, including the level of “ very good”. The overall research results of Articulate Storyline learning media are appropriate for use as a learning mechanism of fiqh learning.Media pembelajaran Articulate Storyline ialah aplikasi lunak yang bisa dipakai untuk presentasi. Articulate Storyline mempunyai kegunaan sama seperti Microsoft Power Point, juga mempunyai berbagai kenggulan serta bisa menciptakan presentasi yang sangat komprehensif serta kreative. Reset ini mempunyai tujuan untuk mengevaluasi pemanfaatan media pembelajaran Articulate Storyline, guna mengidentifikasi kualitas media Articulate Storyline dalam pembelajaran fiqih. Reset menggunakan model evaluasi formatif, evaluasi dilakukan melalui 2 tahapan yakni : 1) review oleh pakar media, 2) review oleh pakar materi. teknik pengumpulan data berupa kuisioner, serta teknik analisis data dilakukan melalui statistic deskriptif dengan skala pengukuran skala likert. Hasil dari reset menunjukan evaluasi pemanfaatan media pembelajaran Articulate Storyline dalam pembelajaran fiqih ini tepat untuk dijadikan media dalam pembelajaran. Keunggulan media terbukti dari hasil review pakar media yakni = 80,43%, termasuk taraf “sangat baik” dan hasil review pakar materi yakni = 80,43%, termasuk taraf “sangat baik”. Hasil keseluruhan reset media pembelajaran Articulate Storyline ini cocok dipakai sebagai pelantara belajar dalam pelajaran fiqi
OPTIMIZING PRIMARY SCHOOL STUDENTS' PARENTAL INVOLVEMENT IN ONLINE LEARNING
Get PDFThe new method of online learning at home has raised some serious concerns for parents. The present study aims to identify the obstacles students might face in online learning; based on the obstacles, the study intends to formulate several recommendations for improvement regarding online learning in primary school. The research method is a survey with 109 parents of elementary school students as the respondents. The data were collected by closed and open questionnaires and were further analyzed in a descriptive by applying a percentage. The results showed that: a) parents are often overwhelmed in assisting their children during the online learning process; b) as professional educators, teachers still bear an important role within the learning process that is irreplaceable by the parents (who have lesser pedagogic competence compared to the teacher); c) the involvement of parents, particularly mothers, is essential within online learning assistance to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable learning experience; d) intensive communication and coordination between parents and teachers/school authoritative is necessary for online learning preparation; e) teachers are encouraged to optimize their pedagogic competence to employ creative methods and interactive learning media; f) in the practical situation, teachers focus on developing motoric aspects and emotional development (particularly arts and religion).Perubahan pembelajaran bagi anak-anak secara on-line di rumah secara umum mencemaskan dan merepotkan para orang tua. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentikasi berbagai hambatan pembelajaran on line bagi anak sekolah dasar, dan dapat dilakukan perbaikan pembelajaran di masa pendidikan daring. Metode penelitian menggunakan survei dengan responden sebanyak 109 orang tua yang mempunyai anak usia sekolah Sekolah Dasar. Pengambailan data menggunakan kuesioner tertutup dan terbuka, dan analisis data secara deskriptif dengan menggunakan ukuran prosentase (%). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: a) para orang tua dibuat kewalahan dalam pendampingan anak-anak ketika proses pembelajaran on-line dimulai; b) Peran guru sebagai pendidik professional ternyata tidak mudah untuk digantikan oleh peran orang tua, yang selama ini menyerahkan pendidikan anak-anaknya kepada Lembaga Sekolah; c) diharapkan keterlibatan aktif para orang tua dalam pendampingan belajar on-line yang akan membuat pembelajaran menjadi nyaman dan menyenangkan; d) diperlukan media komunikasi dan koordinasi yang lebih intensif antara orang tua dan guru/sekolah maupun diantara para orang tua dalam persiapan/pelaksanaan pembelajarn on-line; e) diperlukan kompetensi pedagogik guru yang optimal (kemampuan penggunaan metode kreatif, variative, dan dengan media interaktif; f) guru lebih mengembangkan aspek ‘motorik’ (learning to do) dan ‘olah rasa’ (seni budaya & agama
ANALISIS KEPUTUSAN PEMBELIAN SECARA ONLINE PADA MARKETPLACE BATIK PEKALONGAN

Upaya yang harus dilakukan saat ini diantaranya adalah dengan menggunakan melalui media digital dengan penerapannya secara online. Penelitian ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk menganalisa keputusan pembelian secara online pada marketplace Batik pekalongan. Dengan sampel berjumlah 96 responden. Data diperoleh dengan pembagian kuesioner kepada pengrajin dan konsumen batik pekalongan . Hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa 1). Produk mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian secara online pada marketplace batik pekalongan dengan kualitas dan corak atau motif batik yang beraneka ragam. 2). POLICY DIRECTIONS FOR OPTIMIZING REGIONAL OWNED BUSINESS ENTITIES MANAGEMENT FOR INCREASING REGIONAL INCOME BASED ON GOOD CORPORATE GOVERNANCE
Get PDFBadan Usaha Milik Daerah (Local Government Enterprise/LGE) is appointed to increase locally generated revenue (PAD) refer to Government Regulation No. 54/2017. However, some of those enterprises did not contribute significantly, for example LGE in Kota Bekasi. The root cause of the failure according to Financial Supervisory Agency (BPK) at least due to six factors: (1) governance system, (2) LGE Development Planning has not been well elaborated so that clear to everyone; (3) No clear vision and mission of LGE; (4) no transperancy in staffing recruitment especially for directors and commissioners; (5) low respond for business permit; and (6) lack of capital. Using qualitative method, the study focus on what the key policy for optimalize LGE management to meet statutory order. Using study document supporting with interview, observation, and documentation, the result of the study shows that the key policy is in four aspect, i.e.: (1) good corporate governance arrangement; (2) clear staff recruitment arrangement; (3) clear evaluation procedur; and (4) profit use arrangement. The recommendation based on the study is further study in different local government could be drawing the picture of the problem comprehensively
FACTORS RELATED TO COMPLIANCE WITH THE IMPLEMENTATION OF COVID-19 VACCINATION AT THE AGE OF 18 TO 78 YEARS IN SETIA ASIH V ILLAGE, TARUMAJAYA DISTRICT, BEKASI REGENCY
Get PDFThe increase in the corona virus in Indonesia has made the Government issue policy efforts to accelerate tackling Covid-19, the policy is vaccination. The government requires the public to be vaccinated in both doses, one, two, and booster, the factors that influence people's compliance to follow the vaccine one of which is knowledge in this case compliance plays an important role to reduce mortality and excessive nursing. The purpose of the study was to find out the factors related to compliance with Covid-19 vaccination in rt.01/rw.011 at the age of 18 to 78 years in the village of Setia Asih, Tarumajaya sub-district, Bekasi district. Correlative descriptive research method with a cross sectional approach the population in this study was 225 respondents, the sample was taken by purposive sampling technique as many as 144 respondents. The analysis used univariate and bivariate using chi-square with a = 5%. The results showed that the occupation was p0.001 <0.05, and knowledge was p0.015 <0.05. The conclusions of this study have a relationship between work and knowledge with Covid-19 vaccination compliance, while gender, age and education factors have no relationship with Covid-19 vaccination compliance in Rt. People who have not carried out the second dose or booster vaccination, are expected to continue to follow the Covid-19 vaccination to maintain immunity against the transmission of a disease

Consumer demand is influenced by many factors, such as price, consumer income, tastes, expectations and level of maslahah. While the producer's supply is also influenced by many factors, such as mashlahah, profit, and price. The interaction between supply and demand that will form the balance point can be changed from the demand or supply side, either as a result of structured deviations or unstructured deviations. Perfect competition market will be able to produce fair prices for sellers and buyers. Therefore, if the market mechanism is disrupted, price justice will not be achieved. Islam places the market in an important position in the economy. And also Islam is very concerned with the concept of fair prices and perfect market mechanisms. So the role of the government is very important to further guarantee the perfect market mechanism activities such as adopting price intervention policies that remain grounded in justice.
 
EFEKTIFITAS PENINDAKAN TINDAK PIDANA PELANGGARAN LALU LINTAS MENGGUNAKAN E-TILANG (STUDI KASUS SATUAN LALU LINTAS POLRESTABES BANDUNG)
Get PDFSalah satu tujuan dibentuknya Undang-Undang Nomor 22 Tahun 2009 Tentang Lalu Lintas dan Angkutan Jalan yaitu untuk terwujudnya pelayanan lalu lintas dan angkutan jalan yang aman, selamat, tertib, lancar dan terpadu dengan moda angkutan lain untuk mendorong perekonomian nasional, memajukan kesejahteraan umum, memperkukuh persatuan dan kesatuan bangsa, serta mampu menjunjung tinggi martabat bangsa. Dalam upaya penegakan hukum lalu lintas di jalan raya, khususnya di wilayah perkotaan seperti di Kota Bandung terhadap pelanggar lalu lintas di jalan raya telah diterapkan Elektronik-Traffic Law Enforcement (E-TLE) yaitu sistem yang memotret pelanggaran di jalan raya melalui kamera CCTV, kamera pengintai tersebut tersambung langsung ke TMC. Permasalahan yang diteliti adalah : 1) bagaimana pengaturan E-TLE dan sanksinya dalam hukum positif Indonesia, 2) bagaimana pelaksanaan penegakan hukum pidana tilang elektronik (ETLE) terhadap pelanggar lalu lintas di Kota Bandung, 3) bagaimana kebijakan Poltabes Bandung merespon kendala yang di hadapi dalam penindakan e tilang. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian hukum secara yuridis empiris. Dalam penelitian ini penulis menjabarkan tentang Das Sollen Das Sein atau kesesuaian harapan penegakan hukum terhadap pelanggaran lalu lintas yang dikenakan sanksi pidana berdasarkan ketentuan dalam Undang-Undang Nomor 22 Tahun 2009 Tentang Lalu Lintas Dan Angkutan Jalan dengan kenyataan yang terjadi dalam penegakan hukum terhadap pelanggaran lalu lintas. Hasil penelitian menggambarkan bahwa pengaturan E-TLE yaitu Pasal 272 Undang Undang Nomor 22 Tahun 2009 tentang Lalu Lintas Dan Angkutan Jalan dan Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 80 Tahun 2012 tentang Tata Cara Pemeriksaan Kendaraan Bermotor Di Jalan Dan Penindakan Pelanggaran Lalu Lintas Dan Angkutan Jalan. Pelaksanaan tilang elektronik (ETLE) terhadap pelanggar lalu lintas di wilayah hukum Polrestabes Bandung Kota Bandung belum efektif karena pelaksanaan tilang elektronik (ETLE) belum sesuai dengan tujuan yang diharapkan dari program E-Tilang. E-Tilang yang seharusnya dilakukan berbasis elektronik (tanpa menggunakan surat tilang) pada prakteknya masih menggunakan surat tilang. Selain itu masih banyak masyarakat yang belum tahu mengenai prosedur penyelesaian perkara pelanggaran lalu lintas dengan E-Tilang sehingga banyak masyarakat yang kesulitan ketika akan melakukan proses pembayaran denda maupun pengambilan barang yang disita sebelummnya. Kendala yang di hadapi dalam penindakan e tilang yaitu belum optimalnya koordinasi antara Kepolisian, Pengadilan Negeri, Kejaksaan Negeri dan Bank Rakyat Indonrsia (BRI) selaku instansi yang berkaitan langsung dalam program E-Tilang, kurangnya sosialisasi kepada masyarakat sehingga masih banyak masyarakat yang belum mengerti E-Tilang baik itu program maupun alur pelaksanaannya, kurangnya keperdulian masyarakat untuk belajar dan mencari tahu mengenai program E-Tilang dalam proses penyelesaian perkara pelanggaran lalu lintas
EXPLORING EFL STUDENTS’ AWARENESS OF THE DIFFERENCES BETWEEN AMERICAN AND BRITISH VARIETIES
Get PDFThe objectives of this research are to explore how the EFL students aware toward American and British English and to know EFL students’ perception towards both varieties that influence their learning experiences. This qualitative descriptive research conducted the ethnonarrative approach, which were analyzed descriptively through collecting the data, reducing inappropriate data, displaying and concluding data. The results revealed that the way how the EFL students aware toward American and British English were the participants watch television programs to do self-understanding, they learned both varieties in school and took the TOEFL and IELTS exam, they also frequently use American English to make a conversation as their process of socialization. The EFL students’ perception towards both varieties that influence their learning experiences were different. The first participant thought that British English is way much professional, had unique grammatical and vocabularies. PENGEMBANGAN MODUL MULTIMEDIA INTERAKTIF BERBASIS SKENARIO PADA MATA KULIAH KOMUNIKASI ANTARBUDAYA & RESOLUSI KONFLIK
Get PDFPenelitian pengembangan ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan sebuah modul multimedia digital interaktif pada Mata Kuliah Komunikasi Antarbudaya dan Resolusi Konflik di Universitas Multimedia Nusantara. Penelitan pengembangan ini menggunakan model ADDIE yang terdiri dari lima tahapan yang dilakukan yaitu analysis, design, develop, implementation, dan evaluation. Produk yang dihasilkan adalah modul digital interaktif yang menggunakan berbasis skenario dan disusun di dalam platform moodle elearning.umn.ac.id. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan wawancara, angket, dan tes yang kemudian dianalisis secara kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Proses uji coba dalam penelitian ini melibatkan para ahli dan pengguna. Para ahli yang dilibatkan adalah ahli materi, ahli desain pembelajaran, dan ahli media pembelajaran. Uji coba pengguna dilakukan dengan melibatkan responden mahasiswa Program Studi Ilmu Komunikasi. Para ahli dan pengguna diberikan kesempatan untuk menggunakan produk multimedia interaktif dan memberikan respon dari kuesioner yang diberikan. Hasil analisis akhir menunjukkan tingkat kevalidan dan kelayakan produk sebesar 84%. Selanjutnya dilakukan uji evaluasi dengan menggunakan n-gain score untuk mengukur efektivitas produk dengan menggunakan tes 20 soal pretest dan posttest. Hasilnya didapat n-gain score sebesar 71%. Berdasarkan data tersebut dapat dikatakan produk layak digunakan dan cukup efektif untuk menjadi media pembelajaran pada mata kuliah komunikasi antarbudaya dan resolusi konflik.This development research aims to produce an interactive digital multimedia module in the Intercultural Communication and Conflict Resolution Course at Universitas Multimedia Nusantara. This development research uses the ADDIE model which consists of five stages, namely analysis, design, develop, implementation, and evaluation. The resulting product is an interactive digital module that uses scenario-based and is compiled on the elearning.umn.ac.id moodle platform. Data collection in this study used interviews, questionnaires, and tests which were then analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively. The trial process in this study involved experts and users. The experts involved are material experts, learning design experts, and instructional media experts. The user trial was carried out by involving students from the Communication Studies Program. Experts and users are given the opportunity to use interactive multimedia products and provide responses to the given questionnaire. The results of the final analysis show the level of product validity and feasibility is 84%. Furthermore, an evaluation test was carried out using the n-gain score to measure the effectiveness of the product by using a test of 20 questions pretest and posttes. The result is an n-gain score of 71%. Based on these data, it can be said that the product is feasible to use and effective enough to be a medium of learning in intercultural communication and conflict resolution courses
