ANALYSIS OF THE EFFECTIVENESS OF MUHAMMADIYAH, CILEDUG BRANCH, TANGERANG CITY IN THE MEMBERSHIP CADERIZATION PROCESS
Get PDFMuhammadiyah is the largest Islam movement organization in Indonesia, as well as a renewal movement guided by the Al-Quran and Hadits. Muhammadiyah cadres arepeople who are elected as members to be responsible for leading Muhammadiyah. The purpose of this study was to find out and explore the process of regeneration at the Ciledug Branch of Muhammadiyah which was considered lacking in regeneration. Muhammadiyah Ciledug Branch is quite active in regular Muhammadiyah study activities. This study uses qualitative research methods to collect data from the Ciledug Branch Manager.Tangerang City through interviews, observations, and documentation. In the results of this study, it turned out that the Muhammadiyah Ciledug Branch was sufficient in membership regeneration, through business charity, routine studies were able could be agents of enewal in improving the quality of cadre membership of Muhammadiyah Ciledug Branch, Tangerang City though business charities.
Muhammadiyah ialah organisasi gerakan islam yang terbesar di Indonesia, selain itu sebagai gerakan pembaharuan berpedoman pada Al-Quran dan Hadits. Kader Muhammadiyah adalah orang yang dipilih sebagai anggota untuk dapat bertanggung jawab dalam memimpin Muhammadiyah. Tujuan penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui dan mendalami proses kaderisasi pada Muhammadiyah Cabang Ciledug dianggap kurang dalam melakukan kaderisasi. Muhammadiyah Cabang Ciledug termasuk cukup aktif dalam kegiatan kajian Muhammadiyah secara rutin. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif mengumpulkan data dari Pimpinan Cabang Ciledug Kota Tangerang melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Pada hasil dari penelitian ini ternyata Muhammadiyah cabang ciledug cukup dalam kaderisasi keanggotaan, melalui amal usaha, kajian rutin mampu menghasilkan kaderisasi Muhammadiyah yang berkomitmen, berwawasan luas dalam ajaran islam, dapat menjadi agen pembaharuan dalam meningkatkan kualitas kaderisasi keanggotaan Muhammadiyah Cabang Ciledug Kota Tangerang melalui amal usaha
HOMESCHOOLING AND ISLAMIC EDUCATION IN INDONESIA
Get PDFHomeschooling which is also called home education is education for children that is carried out at home and is specifically given by a teacher or a professional tutor. Homeschooling in the modern sense is an alternative to formal education in developed countries. In other words, the practice of homeschooling moves schools from a public area to a more private area, namely to the home. There are many pros and cons regarding this issue. To understand more about the problems surrounding home schooling, through library research, it is tried to be traced. From the results of the library search, it is concluded that homeschooling seems to be more recommended for developed countries or parents who understand and control the world of education. This concerns teaching and learning facilities and infrastructure that must be truly adequate for the success of this program.
Homeschooling yang juga disebut pendidikan di rumah merupakan pendidikan bagi anak-anak yang dilaksanakan di rumah dan secara khusus diberikan oleh guru atau seorang tutor professional. Homeschooling dalam pengertian modern, merupakan alternatif pendidikan formal di negara-negara maju. Dengan kata lain, praktek homeschooling memindahkan sekolah dari area umum ke area yang lebih privat, yakni ke rumah. Pro-kontra banyak bermunculan berkenaan dengan isu ini. Untuk memahami lebih lanjut mengenai permasalahan seputar home schooling, melalui penelitian kepustakaan dicoba ditelusuri. Dari hasil penelusuran Pustaka, disimpulkan bahwa homeschooling tampaknya lebih direkomendasikan bagi negara yang sudah maju atau orangtua yang memahami dan menguasai dunia Pendidikan. Hal ini menyangkut sarana dan prasarana belajar-mengajar yang harus benar-benar memadai demi suksesnya program ini
POKEDIS (PODCAST LEADERSHIP IN ISLAM) AS EDUCATION MEDIA ABOUT LEADERSHIP IN ISLAM FOR STUDENTS
Get PDFLeaders according to Islam are very close to the figure of the Prophet Muhammad SAW who is a role model for Muslims. Leadership in Islam aims to show the way to Allah SWT and achieve His pleasure. As a leader, we must have 4 mandatory characteristics for the Apostle that we can emulate, including Siddiq, Amanah, Tabligh and Fathanah. In addition, a leader who should also have Islamic leadership qualities, namely fair, istiqamah, open and visionary. Many leaders do not imitate the Prophets and Apostles, especially among students. Therefore, the author conducted research on how the product that the author developed could educate students about leadership in Islam. The author's purpose is to find out how to design educational podcast media about Islamic leadership and find out podcast media products for education about Islamic leadership for students. In this study, the author uses a Design and Development (D&D) model research methodology using the ADDIE research procedure (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation) where researchers will design, develop and develop a product that has been developed, namely a podcast entitled "POKEDIS (Podcast Leadership in Islam). The results of the assessment of 55 student respondents that the POKEDIS product was highly accepted as a medium of education about leadership in Islam by 63.6% and several other students stated that it was acceptable with a score of 30.9%. So that the POKEDIS product that the author developed can be accepted as an educational medium about leadership in Islam.
Pemimpin menurut Islam sangat erat kaitannya dengan sosok Nabi Muhammad SAW yang merupakan suri tauladan bagi umat muslim. Kepemimpinan dalam Islam bertujuan untuk menunjukkan jalan kepada Allah SWT dan mencapai ridha-Nya. Sebagai seorang pemimpin haruslah memiliki 4 sifat wajib bagi Rasul yang bisa kita teladani diantaranya Siddiq, Amanah, Tabligh dan Fathanah. Selain itu, pemimpin yang semestinya juga memiliki sifat-sifat kepemimpinan Islami yaitu adil, istiqamah, terbuka dan visioner. Banyak pemimpin yang tidak meneladani para Nabi dan Rasul terutama di kalangan mahasiswa. Maka dari itu, penulis melakukan penelitian tentang bagaimana produk yang penulis kembangkan bisa mengedukasi mahasiswa mengenai kepemimpinan dalam Islam. Tujuan penulis yaitu untuk mengetahui bagaimana desain media podcast edukasi mengenai kepemimpinan Islam dan mengetahui produk media podcast untuk edukasi mengenai kepemimpinan Islam bagi kalangan mahasiswa. Dalam penelitian ini, penulis menggunakan metodologi penelitian model Design and Development (D&D) dengan menggunakan prosedur penelitian ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation) dimana peneliti akan merancang, mengembangkan dan mengevaluasi produk yang telah dikembangkan yaitu podcast yang berjudul “POKEDIS” (Podcast Kepemimpinan dalam Islam). Hasil penilaian dari 55 responden mahasiswa bahwa produk POKEDIS sangat diterima sebagai media pendidikan tentang kepemimpinan dalam Islam sebesar 63,6% dan beberapa mahasiswa lainnya menyatakan dapat diterima dengan skor 30,9%. Sehingga produk POKEDIS yang penulis kembangkan dapat diterima sebagai media edukasi mengenai kepemimpinan dalam Islam
KEANEKARAGAMAN DAN KELIMPAHAN CAPUNG (ODONATA: ANISOPTERA) DI LAPANGAN WATU GAJAH TUBAN
Get PDFOdonata merupakan ordo dengan tingkat keanekaragaman dan kelimpahan terbesar di antara filum Arthropoda lain tetapi banyak yang belum teridentifikasi. Capung menyukai habitat daerah terbuka hijau, utamanya rerumputan. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis keanekaragaman dan kelimpahan insekta capung (Odonata: Anisoptera) di Lapangan Watu Gajah Kecamatan Semanding Kabupaten Tuban. Lapangan Watu Gajah termasuk ruang terbuka hijau yang mendukung kelangsungan hidup insekta, salah satunya capung. Kondisi iklim Lapangan Watu Gajah dengan rata-rata suhu 290C, ketinggian 40 mdpl, kecepatan angin 13 km/h, curah hujan 1,9 mm, kelembaban 70,33%, dan intensitas cahaya 4259,33 lux. Penelitian dengan metode jelajah (Cruising method) menggunakan jala insekta dan teknik hand sampling pada 3 titik area. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh 6 spesies capung. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan rumus kelimpahan relatif, indeks keanekaragaman Shannon-Winner, dan indeks dominansi Shimpson. Hasil perhitungan indeks keanekaragaman capung tergolong rendah, yaitu 1,57 dan indeks dominansi 0,226 termasuk dalam kategori sedang. Lapangan Watu Gajah menjadi habitat ideal yang sesuai untuk kelangsungan hidup capung (Odonata: Anisoptera)
PENERAPAN 5S DI GUDANG ARSIP DOKUMEN PT. ASTRA AGRO LESTARI Tbk.
Get PDFPT Astra Agro Lestari Tbk khususnya pada department pajak ini memiliki gudang untuk penyimpanan dokumen-dokumen yang berkaitan dengan departemen tersebut. Gudang penyimpanan arsip dokumen pajak tersebut berlokasi di pergudangan bizpark 2 memiliki permasalahan belum baiknya penerapan 5S Seiri (Sort), Seiton (Straighten), Seiso (Shine), Seiketsu (Standardize), dan Shitsuke (Sustain). Dalam bahasa Indonesia diterjemahkan sebagai 5R yang berarti ringkas, rapi, resik, rawat, dan rajin. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah melakukan perbaikan melalui implementasi 5S pada area gudang arsip dokumen di PT. Astra Agro Lestari Tbk. Metode-metode yang digunakan adalah metode 5S dengan menggunakan kuesioner dalam mengidentifikasi, menganalisa serta mengetahui dampak penerapan 5S dilapangan. Hasil olahan data kuisioner jumlah responden dan presentase sesudah penerapan 5s menunjukan pada aspek seiri dengan responden 136 orang presentase 20%. Aspek seiton nilai responden 140 orang dengan presentase 20% dan kumulatif 20%, seiso nilai responden 139 orang presentase 20%. Aspek seiketshu dengan responden 137 nilai presentase 20%, aspek shitsuke responden 134 nilai presentase 20%. Hasil output diatas menunjukkan bahwa masalah yang spredrering terjadi pada gudang arsip dokumen sudah lebih baik dari batas penilaian yang telah di tetapkan oleh perusahaan sebesar 20.0%. Maka dapat di simpulkan penerapan 5S di gudang arsip dokumen PT. Astra Agro Lestari Tbk berhasil di terapkan dan menjadi lebih baik

The number of companies that were sampled in this study were 12 companies. Determination of the sample in this study using purposive sampling technique. Testing the hypothesis in this study using the Panel Data analysis method using the E-VIEWS 10 program. The results showed that:(1) Profit Growth had no effect on Earnings Quality, (2) Investment Opportunity Set had no significant effect on Earnings Quality, (3) and Firm Size had no effect on Earnings Quality

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of Profitability, Firm Size and Leverage on Income Smoothing (empirical study on basic and chemical industrial sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2016-2020). The population in this study amounted to 69 basic and chemical industrial companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling, obtained a sample of 29 companies. The type of data used is secondary data sourced from the official website www.idx.co.id. The analytical method used in this research is logistic regression analysis. Based on the results of this study, it can be seen that profitability as measured by ROA has no effect on income smoothing, company size has a negative effect on income smoothing, leverage has no effect on income smoothing as measured by the debt to equity ratio (DER)

Purely, Al-Afghani lived in Egypt for eight years. According to the Egyptian community, Al-Afghani simultaneously had no small influence on Muslims. According to the Egyptian intellectual M.S. Madkur Al-Afghanilah, who raised the intellectual movement in Egypt, this country achieved progress. Al-Afghani's Islamic thought is not just a discourse that becomes Islamic knowledge but becomes a movement. The progressive ones even became the inspiration for the Islamic revolutionary movements that emerged in the 20th century; this research is a literature study that concludes that Al-Afghani influenced the direction of the Islamic world figures such as Hassan Al Banna and his Muslim Brotherhood, Abul A'la al-Maududi. With the Jamaah Islam and arrival in Indonesia, Muhammad Natsir appeared with his Masyumi.

Al-Afghani menetap di Mesir selama delapan tahun, menurut fihak masyarakat Mesir Al-Afghani mempunyai pengaruh yang tidak kecil bagi umat Islam di sama. Menuruat inteletual Mesir M.S. Madkur Al-Afghanilah yang membangkitkan gerakan intelektual di Mesir, sehingga negara ini mencapai kemajuan. Pemikiran Islam Al afghani bukan hanya sekedar wacana yang menjadi ilmu pengetahuan Islam, akan tetapi menjadi sebuah gerakan. Get PDFThis study aims to determine the results of the evaluation of the implementation of strategies that have been implemented so far using Management by Objectif (MBO). This research was conducted at PT Beta Medical as a Medical Device Company in Indonesia. MBO is used in this study as an analytical tool because this company is a family company and this company is not so complex and not large-scale, only being the sole and non-single distributor of medical devices imported from the manufacturing countries. So to achieve this goal, this study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection techniques were carried out through interviews, observations, and documentation studies. Data analysis procedures are data reduction, data display, and verification. While the research subject is Mr. Andre Marthino, B.Mgt, MIB as the Marketing Director at PT Beta Medical and also as the son of the owner of the company PT Beta Medical, namely Mr. Drs. Ec. Amiruddin M. Noer, MBA. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the strategy that has been implemented by PT Beta Medical is still very ineffective because the targets set by the company have not been achieved for the last two years. Most likely in the following year it will not be achieved. All of this can happen because the implementation process is not so good, clear and focused on each division which results in many obstacles and problems faced by the company
