Legal Guarantees for the Secured Creditor to Follow Up on the Mortgaged Property Registered in the Saudi System: A Comparative Study

    No full text
Even though positive protection is achieved through general collateral for creditors as a whole, the creditor cannot claim superiority over other creditors. This means that such general collateral is not sufficient for the creditor, as it cannot eliminate all the credit risks they encounter. Consequently, the creditor resorts to collateral in the form of security related to a specific real estate asset, which provides the creditor with securities in accordance with the mortgage contract. This mortgage contract can be pursued by the creditor; however, individual monitoring is subject to formal guarantees, which means that objective guarantees cannot achieve their intended effectiveness. This situation leads the creditor to seek other types of collateral or guarantees. From the above considerations, it can be stated that the main theme of this study is to try to answer the following question: To what extent can creditor rights be preserved in light of both civil and modern legislations

    No full text
This study aimed to investigate the effect of the PQ4R strategy on the acquisition of basic mathematical concepts among seventh-grade students. To achieve this purpose, seventh-grade students were deliberately selected from a school in the Qweismeh Directorate of Education in Amman. The sample was divided into two sections: an experimental group consisting of 35 students who studied according to the PQ4R strategy, and a control group consisting of 35 students who studied using the traditional method. After confirming the reliability and validity of the tests, the results showed that there were statistically significant differences in the acquisition of mathematical concepts among the seventh-grade students due to the teaching method, favoring the experimental group. The study recommended the need to activate the role of learners in the learning process and to train teachers and supervisors to teach mathematics topics in accordance with the PQ4R strategy. No full text
This study aims to identify the principles related to the legitimacy of foreign intervention upon invitation, particularly recent interventions that have drawn the attention of states seeking to justify their military actions in foreign territories. This type of intervention has raised numerous questions regarding the legal principles governing its conditions, which vary between strictness and leniency. Notably, these interventions have often deviated from Security Council resolutions concerning the maintenance of international peace and security, despite the necessity of a strong connection to the Council\u27s work. The study is divided into two main sections: the first examines the legitimacy of foreign intervention upon invitation in internal conflicts, while the second explores the applicability of general principles to this form of intervention
