No full textIn this article, we delve into the vital importance of digital tools in education and the dissemination of cultural heritage. We draw attention to how digital technologies employed in Morocco promote widespread access to culture. Our main objective is to understand how cultural heritage education activities using these tools can make learning about our heritage more dynamic and engaging, and enable learners to actively participate in the preservation of cultural heritage. The article also highlights specific cases of successful partnerships between the cultural and educational fields, emphasizing inventive educational initiatives. It explores the realm of digital resources such as virtual reality, virtual museum tours, and educational applications, showing how digitization promotes understanding of our heritage and highlights cultural identity.

Detecting Ideological Bias in Trump\u27s Tweets: Trump\u27s Peace Plan as a Case Study
Get PDFThis study aims to explore the extent of ideological bias in the discourse of elected U.S. President Donald Trump on social media platforms, specifically Twitter (now known as X), regarding his peace plan, commonly referred to as the Deal of the Century. The study employs Critical Discourse Analysis (CDA) to examine all of Trump’s tweets related to the Deal of the Century, seeking to answer the following research questions: How did Trump portray the parties affected by the deal in his tweets? What rhetorical strategies did he employ to present the deal? The analysis spans the period from the announcement of the economic component of the deal on June 22, 2019, to the unveiling of its political component on January 28, 2020. The study adopts Fairclough’s (1993) framework for CDA, focusing on lexical analysis to identify linguistic and semantic patterns. The findings reveal that Trump’s Twitter discourse during the specified period incorporated rhetorical substitution strategies that portrayed Palestinians negatively while highlighting Israelis and the U.S. administration as proactive agents of peace. The analysis further uncovers a clear ideological bias in the discourse, categorizing the involved parties into a polarized binary: either for peace or against it, without offering historical contexts to justify opposition or support for any party
Defenses Not Cleansed by the Endorsement of a Check in Light of Legal Provisions and Judicial Rulings: A Comparative Study
Get PDFThe study deals with the rule of defenses that are not cleansed by endorsement in a check and the scope of its application in law and jurisprudence. According to the rule, the rule of purifying defenses stems from the principle of independence of signatures, such that each signature on a check is independent of the other, meaning that the obligation signed by virtue of this signature has no relation to the other signatures on the check. For example, if the drawer’s obligation is invalid for any reason, this invalidity does not extend to the holder who did not intend to harm the debtor, but rather its effect is limited to the drawer and the beneficiary only. objectives: The aim of this study is to clarify the effects of ownership-transferring endorsement of a check, supported by recent court rulings and scholarly opinions on each matter. This is particularly relevant to numerous cases pending before the courts, highlighting the significant need for clarity. Methodology: The study employs an analytical, inductive, and descriptive approach, analyzing and describing legal texts, in addition to using a comparative methodology. Results: This rule in law and jurisprudence was not taken broadly; the legislator and jurisprudence have provided exceptions to this rule, if the debtor may adhere to some defenses against the bearer of the check if he intended to harm the debtor when receiving the check from the endorser, and the debtor also has the right to adhere to some defenses against the bearer of the check even if he did not intend to harm the debtor. Recommendations: We call on Jordanian law to amend Article (147) of the Jordanian Commercial Law. We also call on Jordanian law to amend Article (249/2) of the law, to include the rest of the other acts
Attitudes of President Obama and President Trump towards Iran\u27s Nuclear Program in the Period 2009-2021: A Comparative Study
Get PDFObjectives: The research aims to shed light on a historical successor to US-Iranian relations, explain Iran\u27s motives for establishing the nuclear program, and review the attitudes of Iranian leaders towards the development of this program, with a focus on the impact of the development of the Iranian nuclear program on the policy of both US President Barack Obama and US President Donald Trump towards Iran in the period (2009-2021). Methods: The research used the descriptive comparative approach along with both the historical and systems analysis methods. Results: The research showed that despite the different strategies, orientations, methods and backgrounds of successive US administrations (Democratic and Republican) in dealing with the Iranian issue and the nuclear program, they seek to achieve one goal, which is to preserve the interests of the United States of America in the Middle East and to strengthen its presence as a great power in the region. Conclusions: The difference between the American administrations during the presidency of both Barack Obama and Donald Trump in dealing with this crisis was in methods and tools while agreeing in essence. When Obama sought to conclude a nuclear agreement with Iran, he aimed to resolve the dispute using peaceful means with Iran, to prevent it from reaching the stage of manufacturing nuclear weapons through the nuclear program, with the aim of preserving American interests in the region, but Trump sought to achieve interests more radically and using military force
Consumer Perception of Halal Products Availability in Traditional Markets: The Role of Traceability
Get PDFThis research aims to examine how traceability affects consumer trust in halal products and traditional markets. A survey questionnaire was developed and a Total of 300 completed responses were collected using cross-sectional quantitative research methodology through structured questionnaires, with the help of Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) to verify if technology bringing convenience into our lives has impact on healthcare delivery service providing organizations. The findings reveal that product, process, genetic, and input traceability has a moderate to high effect on trust of the consumer behavior towards purchasing halal products. Product traceability to guarantee the safety, halal certification and regional origin of indicated products; process at technical integrity level that incorporates cleaning measures in food processing including hygiene control as well technical integrity also assured the cleanliness or production processes trustworthy (fits with / conducive); genetic contribute on verifying authenticity and quality assurance whereas input involved on confirming sourced-origin raw material. This study has several limitations such as the convenience sampling, which may not perfectly reflect on overall traditional market consumers; and it was a cross-sectional design so that we cannot track changes in consumer confidence. Similarly, there is potential social desirability response bias in the responses which may further compromise data authenticity. Longitudinal studies tracking changes in consumer confidence as traceability systems are improved, and comparative approaches between original/traditional market set-ups versus modernized etc. would be future areas of investigation to discern the effectiveness/impact that quality assurance programs have on improving value chains for small producers worldwide. Adding block chain could provide records that more secure, transparent and cannot be changed. This also would increase trust between companies and consumers even further

Breaking the silence often represents an act of great violence for the student. Who is the player ? who is the played ? For around fifteen years, to understand the micro-rituals, the unspoken gestures of daily life, teaching throught theatre or role-playing has been provided in our schools and universities.
Why the choice of dramatic play? Theater presents this rare particularity of designating in a clear and visible way the two inseparable instances of all cultural practice: the actor and the spectator. If many teachers use the theatrical act in their pedagogy, does it not each time demonstrate the communicative nature of all human activity. Play is much more then learning a role : it is not the simple opposite of work, relaxation, leisure : and the playful activity does not summarily counterbalance the functional or professional activity. Also, we will try to show that dramatic acting is “learning language throught the body”

Relationship between Governments Spending on Education Sector and Economic Growth in Tanzania
Get PDFInvestment of education for every government are very critical to promote economic growth for both reached and emerging countries. The study aimed to assess the relationship between government spending on education and Tanzanian economic growth from 1990 to 2024. The study used a time series research design (longitudinal data) using a quantitative technique. The research employed documentary review to collect secondary data from 1990-2024 (34 Observations). The data were analysed inferentially and descriptively statistics. The study indicated that government spending in education had a positive and statistically significant impact on short-term economic growth but no relevant impact in the long run (P-value \u3c 0.05). The research found that government education investment had a significant impact on the country\u27s GDP and economic development. To enhance the effect of government education spending, the study recommends that Tanzania focus on well-planned education programs that meet both short-term economic needs and long-term sustainability. This study assisted policymakers, planners, and other stakeholders in boosting Tanzania\u27s economic growth and societal well-being
Technology in International Relations: A Theoretical Perspective on Understanding US-Chinese Tech War
Get PDFThe massive technological boom that the international scene has witnessed recently has contributed to rearranging the structure of the international system, as the importance of the technological factor in the equation of the relative power of the state has increased. This has led to an increase in the intensity of competition between the major international powers, especially between the United States and China, which has prompted many analysts to restore the concept of the US-China technological war, or what Known as “Cold War 2.0). In this context, this paper seeks to develop a comprehensive framework that combines the theoretical and practical aspects of the relationship between technology and international relations by applying it to the case of US-Chinese relations. The paper uses the “Technopolitics Approach” developed by scholars such as Carr, Hoijtink, Leese, MacCarthy, and Fritsch. This theory acknowledges that technology should not be viewed as good, bad, or even neutral. It also assumes that technology and politics are shaping and reshaping each other through different multifaceted ways. Despite the consolidated pressures imposed by the US measures, China was able to develop counter-strategies to confront the technological war, which allowed it not only to limit its effects but also to increase its ability to rely on itself in some technological aspects. The value of this paper lies in its inclusion of both the theoretical aspect by shedding light on the various interpretations of the role of technology in international relations theories, as well as the empirical side by analyzing the US-Chinese tech war and cooperation prospects

Get PDFهدف المقال الكشف عن السايبركوندريا وعلاقتها بأعراض اضطراب التشوه الوهمي للجسم لدى طلبة جامعة اليرموك، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (692) طالبًا وطالبة، اختيروا بالطريقة المتيسرة. أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن مستوى السايبركوندريا لدى طلبة جامعة اليرموك متوسط، ووجود فرق دال إحصائيًا في تقديرات أفراد عينة الدراسة لمستوى السايبركوندريا في الأبعاد جميعها تبعًا لمتغير الجنس لصالح الإناث، وفرق دال إحصائيًا في الأبعاد جميعها باستثناء بُعد عدم الثقة تبعًا لمتغير المعدل التراكمي لصالح جيد فما دون، وعدم وجود فرق دال إحصائيًا في الأبعاد جميعها تبعًا لمتغير الكلية. وأشارت النتائج إلى أن مستوى أعراض اضطراب التشوه الوهمي للجسم لدى طلبة جامعة اليرموك منخفض، وعدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيًا في تقديرات أفراد عينة الدراسة لمستوى أعراض اضطراب التشوه الوهمي للجسم في الأبعاد جميعها تبعًا لمتغيري الجنس، والكلية، ووجود فرق دال إحصائيًا في الأبعاد جميعها باستثناء بُعد عدم الاستحقاق والجدارة تبعًا لمتغير المعدل التراكمي لصالح جيد فما دون. وأخيرًا، كشفت نتائج الدراسة عن وجود علاقة موجبة دالة إحصائيًا بين السايبركوندريا وأعراض اضطراب التشوه الوهمي للجسم لدى طلبة جامعة اليرموك.
The article aimed to discover Cyberchondria and its relationship with Body Dysmorphic Disorder symptoms among Yarmouk University students. The sample consisted of (692) students selected by availability. The results showed that Cyberchondria levels were moderate among Yarmouk University students. There were statistically significant differences in Cyberchondria levels across all dimensions, favoring females, along with statistical significance in all dimensions except the “distrust” dimension, favoring students with good and below GPAs. Additionally, there was a statistically significant difference in all dimensions for the academic facility variable. Furthermore, Body Dysmorphic Disorder symptom levels were low. There were no statistically significant differences in Body Dysmorphic Disorder symptom levels across all dimensions for the variables, sex, and academic facility. However, there were statistically significant differences in all dimensions except the “worthlessness and competence” dimension among the GPA variable, favoring students with good and below GPAs. Finally, there was a positive correlation between Cyberchondria and Body Dysmorphic Disorder symptoms among Yarmouk University students
