These writers that considered in this study for interview are Zaynab Hifni, Maysa\u27 al-Subayhi, Amal Sata, Layla I-Guhani and Badriyya I-Bisr. The objective of this study is to show that in Saudi literature there are many Saudi women who have had the courage and ability to record their views regarding women\u27s roles, responsibilities, and their social relationships in Saudi Arabia. Perhaps, the changes that come to women\u27s (and men\u27s) lives are slow, but Saudi women writers have shown optimism about women\u27s new possibilities and their being effective members of society

Methodology: It was reached to the results by theoretical analysis and quantitative standard, The Researchers using mainly the Canonical Cointegrating Regression (CCR), Dynamic Ordinary Least Square Method (Dynamic OLS) and Fully Modified Least Square Method (Fully-Modified OLS) by following the methodology which used by Hajaya and Edie Nat (2017) and Scully (1998 - 2003) based on the work of Barro (1990). Results: The study found that the Palestinian government could have increase the public expenditure as a share of GDP to the proportion (17.7%) - if it were following a balanced budget and the absence of budget deficit which constitute the optimal size of public expenditure that offers the best contribution to improving growth rates economic. This difference between optimal expenditure proportion and the proportion of the real current expenditure is a decrease in the efficiency of expenditure could have been achieved by the government in the absence of those financial problems. Recommendation: The study concluded with a set of recommendations, the most important of which are rationalizing and reducing government spending and raising its efficiency, and on the other hand, searching for flexible and permanent sources of government funding
The 2023-2024 school year is unlike any other in terms of Moroccan language policy. The Ministry of National Education, Preschool and Sports has issued a circular calling on its various officials, players and stakeholders to generalize the use of the English language from secondary school level upwards. This new configuration, whose ultimate aim is to establish “linguistic pluralism in a progressive and balanced way”, starts with a sample of 10%, but intends to reach 100% in all public colleges by the 2025-2026 season. So what are the reasons for this choice? What does it say about the linguistic situation in Morocco and the issues involved? Would the addition of a “new” language to the linguistic landscape be a salutary choice, or simply a stratification of a millefeuille of languages that would further contribute to the prevailing elitism and deepen inequalities? How can English succeed when linguistic mastery - of all languages - remains unsatisfactory and falls short of the expectations and challenges that Morocco intends to raise? Could English finally be the language of transition

The study aimed to examine the predictive role of attachment patterns in Ambivalence over Emotional Expression among Baghdad University Students and to determine whether there are statistically significant differences in emotional ambivalence over emotional expression attributed to gender and specialization. The sample consisted of 400 male and female students from the University of Baghdad, selected in the Convenience way. To achieve the study\u27s results, the scales of conflict over Emotional Expression Ambivalence (King and Emmons’, 1990) and adult Attachment Styles (Abu Ghazal and Jaradat, 2009) were administered after examining their validity and reliability. The study results showed that the ambivalence over emotional expression among Baghdad University students was moderate. There are no significant differences in ambivalence over emotional expression due to gender and specialization. The study also revealed that with each standard unit increase in anxious attachment, ambivalence over emotional expression increases by 0.351. There is no statistically significant contribution for both secure attachment and avoidant attachment in the prediction of ambivalence over emotional expressio
The aim of the article was to reveal the gap between perceptions and expectations regarding the quality of services provided by research centers in Palestinian universities from the perspective of experts and specialists in these centers. For this purpose, a purposive sample of (42) individuals was selected from directors of research centers and specialists working and supervising at research centers in Palestinian universities. The SERVQUAL gap scale was used to measure service quality. The results of the study showed that there is a positive, non-statistically significant gap between the study individuals\u27 perceptions and their expectations of the overall level of services provided by research centers in these universities, which is a simple indicator of the high level of service provided by these centers. The results also showed a positive, non-statistically significant difference in the areas of: social empathy, responsiveness, and safety and security, respectively. The results also showed a negative difference, but below the level of statistical significance, in the areas of: tangible material aspects and reliability, respectively. The results also showed a positive, statistically significant gap in the following service elements: the speed of university research centers in providing services, the desire of employees to assist researchers and students, and the provision of opportunities for relationships and acquaintances among researchers, respectivel

Oniomania and its Relationship with Self- Concept Among QOU Students
The study aims to identify the levels of compulsive shopping and their relationship to the self-concept of Al-Quds Open University students. It also aims to determine the differences in each of these levels in regards with the variables of gender, place of residence, and economic level. The descriptive correlational approach was employed through the application of compulsive shopping and self-concept scales on an available sample, the size of which was (365) students from Al-Quds University. Among them are (117) male students and (239) female students. The results of the study show that the arithmetic mean of compulsive shopping as a whole, reached an average of (2.86) with a percentage (57.2%), and that the arithmetic mean of the physical self-concept as a whole was high (4.17), with a percentage of (83.4%). The results also indicate that there are statistically significant differences between the average scores of the sample’s responses to the two scales in the domain of compulsive shopping: the pleasure resulting from the purchase, and the negative feelings resulting from the purchase which are attributed to the variable of (gender), in favor of the females. The results show, as well, that there are statistically significant differences between the means of the self-concept that are attributed to the gender variable in favor of the females. Furthermore, the results point out that there is no correlation between compulsive shopping and self-concept among Al-Quds Open University students, as the value of the Pearson correlation coefficient was (085.
