    Building an information system in Sri Purnomo village requires IT governance from planning to implementation, so as to produce an organization that is able to achieve its goals optimally. Especially for village governments who want to run good-governance. Payroll operations and attendance attendance are currently done manually so that it slows down payroll calculations. Therefore it is necessary to collect data on the status of attendance, easy to find, and accessible to interested parties at any time, so that payment of salaries given to village officials is in accordance with applicable regulations. The Open This research focuses on the goal of designing an enterprise architecture in the form of a blueprint which includes business architecture, data architecture and application architecture to support Sri Purnomo Village information systems, especially attendance and payroll information systems. The Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF) offers a comprehensive method for managing, creating, and practicing existing business information architecture in the village. The use of Enterprise Architecture in the village of Sri Purnomo provides a clear picture of the system to be developed in the future and system integration

    Artificial intelligence has undergone rapid evolution, reaching a level of sophistication where it is now considered a personal assistant, aiding humans in their daily tasks. The potential of artificial intelligence can be observed in almost every sector of life including the business sector. Limited resources and skill capabilities especially for micro, small, and medium enterprises tend to hinder progress. However, given the current advanced level of artificial intelligence, it has emerged as an innovative and cost-effective solution to support business actors. This research systematically examines and discusses the potential of utilizing artificial intelligence in the business sector from credible and scientific sources. A systematic literature review methodology is used for this study. The review encompasses Scopus-indexed journals published between 2019 and 2023, with additional open-access publications. Based on the research findings, 106 studies were found, however, after the screening process the number of studies is reduced to 13 articles. Customer churn management emerged as the most prominent utilization of artificial intelligence. On the other hand, from a technological perspective, optimization technique emerged as the most frequently addressed topic in the examined studies.  Kecerdasan buatan saat ini telah berkembang pesat, bahkan kecanggihannya dapat dianggap sebagai asisten pribadi manusia dalam menunjang pekerjaan sehari-hari. Potensi kecerdasan buatan dapat dilihat hampir di seluruh sektor kehidupan, salah satunya adalah sektor bisnis. Minimnya sumber daya serta kemampuan keterampilan bagi skala usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah cenderung menjadi penghambat, namun kecanggihan kecerdasan buatan saat ini telah menjadi solusi inovatif sebagai asisten para pelaku usaha dengan beban yang rendah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengulas dan membahas potensi pemanfaatan kecerdasan buatan pada sektor bisnis secara sistematik melalui sumber pustaka yang bersifat kredibel dan ilmiah. Adapun metode dan pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu berjenis Systematic Literature Review. Penelitian diperoleh melalui sumber pustaka Scopus dengan kriteria utama yaitu karya tulis berjenis artikel jurnal, terpublikasi dalam rentang tahun 2019 hingga 2023, dan jenis publikasi bersifat terbuka. Berdasarkan hasil penelusuran diperoleh 106 penelitian, namun setelah melalui proses penyaringan maka jumlah penelitian yang diambil dan dibahas yaitu sejumlah 13. Prediksi customer churn menjadi implementasi yang paling dominan dibandingkan dengan tujuan lainnya, sedangkan dari sisi teknologi yaitu teknik optimalisasi merupakan yang paling banyak diangkat dalam penelitian

    This research is motivated by the difficulty of the Lazy Minting NFT process in the Rarible Marketplace. The NFT Lazy Mining process on the Rarible Marketplace can be said to be inefficient because the process still has to be done one by one. Not to mention other problems that arise such as wrong numbering and typing errors or typos. This resulted in the Lazy Minting NFT process on the Rarible Marketplace becoming less effective. This problem will make it difficult for NFT creators if they have a large number of digital works. Therefore, this research aims to build an automated NFT Lazy minting system on the Rarible Marketplace on the Ethereum Blockchain using AutoIt, so that the NFT Lazy minting process on the Rarible Marketplace becomes more effective and efficient. The method used in the development of the Lazy Minting NFT automation system in the Rarible Marketplace is Agile Development. This research resulted in a Lazy minting NFT automation system on the Rarible Marketplace on the Ethereum Blockchain. The conclusion of this study is that the application of this system is able to make the NFT Lazy mining process on the Rarible Marketplace more effective and efficient.     Sejak didirikannya pada tahun 1981 bangunan di Kampus Proklamator I Universitas Bunghatta sudah mengalami banyak perubahan baik dalam segi bentuk dan aspek lainnya. Berdasarkan pengamatan empiris saat ini perhatian terhadap perawatan bangunan masih kurang, dukungan secara usia bangunan gedung sangat membutuhkan upaya pemeliharaan dengan menjaga fasilitas dalam kondisi sebagaimana mestinya dan agar degradasi diminimalisir, serta mengoptimalkan usia pakai fasilitas bangunan gedung yang berujung memberikan kepuasan dalam hal kenyamanan civitas akademika sebagai pengguna dapat meningkatkan produktivitas. Oleh karena itu perlunya mengetahui gambaran kepuasan atas kenyamanan pengguna terhadap pemeliharaan bangunan gedung. Metode yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini yaitu deskriptif kuantitatif dimana pengumpulan data melalui kuisioner, pendistribusian dengan Google Form. Penentuan variabel penelitian dari literatur dan berdasarkan Permen PU No 24/PRT/M/2008 tentang Pedoman dan Pemeliharaan Perawatan Bangunan Gedung .Hasil Analisis tingkat kepuasan pengguna dari Komponen Arsitektural sebesar 63.96% berada di Puas, Komponen Mekanikal  sebesar 55.70 % berada di tingkat Cukup Puas, Komponen Elektrikal sebesar 72.367 % berada di Puas, dan Sarana Prasarana Utilitas sebesar 76.20 % berada di tingkat Pua

    Settlements environmental health requirements that continue to grow and develop include 7 aspects. Stakeholders have difficulty classifying the environmental health of settlements, it takes a long time, is not accurate, and is incomplete. The settlements environmental health expert system application is built on a website using the Certainty Factor Method. Expert system application development adopts the Expert System Development Life Cycle (ESDLC) method. Applications are designed starting from reasoning and scoring, database design, context diagrams, and system flow charts. Expert system applications based on design were developed using the Notepad++ editor to write Hypertext Preprocessor (PHP) programs with the CodeIgniter framework. XAMPP is used to run databases using MySQL and Apache for local servers. The results of the comparison between manual calculations and applications have the same score. This can be used as evidence that the expert system application built can be used to help classify settlements environmental health. The results of the classification can be used as a reference for policies and forms of environmental health reporting in settlements every year by stakeholders.Persyaratan kesehatan lingkungan permukiman yang terus tumbuh dan berkembang meliputi 7 aspek. Pemangku kepentingan kesulitan mengklasifikasikan kesehatan lingkungan permukiman, membutuhkan waktu yang lama, kurang akurat, dan kurang lengkap. Aplikasi sistem pakar kesehatan lingkungan permukiman dibangun berbasis website menggunakan Metode Certainty Factor. Pengembangan aplikasi sistem pakar mengadopsi metode Expert System Development Life Cyrcle (ESDLC). Aplikasi dirancang mulai dari penalaran dan pemberian nilai skor, rancangan database, diagram konteks, dan bagan alir sistem. Aplikasi sistem pakar berdasarkan rancangan dikembangkan dengan editor Notepad++ untuk menuliskan Program Hypertext Preprocessor (PHP) dengan framework CodeIgniter. XAMPP digunakan untuk menjalankan database menggunakan MySQL dan Apache untuk server lokal. Hasil perbandingan antara perhitungan manual dan aplikasi mempunyai nilai skor yang sama. Hal tersebut dapat dijadikan bukti bahwa aplikasi sistem pakar yang dibangun dapat digunakan untuk membantu klasifikasi kesehatan lingkungan permukiman. SIMRS regulation aims to improve efficiency, effectiveness, professionalism, performance, and hospital access and services. RSIA Gizar will start implementing SIMRS in 2021, but the current system is still not optimal because patient registration is still done directly at the hospital, cannot be done online, which makes patient registration services slow. The method of data collection used in the preparation of this Final Project is the method of observation, interviews, literature study and the software development model using the waterfall method. So that the Design of an Outpatient Patient Registration Information System uses the waterfall method.     Black box testing is so important because the technique is able to identify errors in functions, interfaces, information models and access to outside information sources. In the implementation often arises the problem of testers not being sure whether the software being tested has actually passed the testing stage. This happens because there may still be some untested execution paths. Testers should create every possible combination of input information for the test. Choosing input information to find errors is a problem for testers because it has a high probability, so the test case design can automatically be a solution. In this implementation, the web that will be tested using black-box testing is a Library Information System. The SMC Library website will be tested using black-box testing where the test only aims to see if the program is in accordance with the desired function of the program.     The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence recruitment, selection and job placement have on employee performance at PT PLN (Persero) Teluk Sirih Generation Implementation Unit, Teluk Kabung, Bungus District, Padang City. The research method used is quantitative with a sample of 123 respondents, data collection methods used are questionnaires and questionnaires. The results of the t-test in this study were partially recruited (X1), the value of tcount > ttable (4.149 > 1.657) with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05, meaning that the recruitment variable partially had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The selection variable on employee performance has a value of tcount < ttable (1.131 < 1.657) with a significant value of 0.260 > 0.05, meaning that partially the selection variable has no positive and significant effect on employee performance. The variable of job placement on employee performance has a value of tcount > ttable (6.139 > 1.657) with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05, meaning that partially variable placement has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.  The results of the F test found that recruitment, selection, and work placement together had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT PLN (Persero) Teluk Sirih Generation Implementation Unit, Teluk Kabung, Bungus District, Padang City, with a significant value < 0.05 The results of the coefficient of determination test are known to be the Adjusted R Square value with a value of 0.684 or 68.4%, meaning that the independent variable influence (Recruitment (X1), Selection (X2) and Work Placement (X3)) on the influence variable of Employee Performance (Y) is 68.4%, the remaining 31.6% is influenced by other variables not explained in this stud
