Entrepreneurial knowledge is important for anyone who is running a business as well as who is going to run a business. One measure of entrepreneurial knowledge is an understanding of the definition of entrepreneurship. The importance of understanding the definition of entrepreneurship because the definition of entrepreneurship provides a basic understanding of the concept, purpose, nature, and type of entrepreneurship. As one of the Private Universities in Padang City, Dharma Andalas University also needs to evaluate the implementation of entrepreneurial education through entrepreneurial knowledge that has been obtained by students in entrepreneurship courses which are compulsory subjects of the University. This study aims to determine the success of entrepreneurial education in providing knowledge about entrepreneurship and entrepreneurs from a definition perspective. This research uses qualitative methods. The selected informants are Dharma Andalas university students from all Study Programs who have participated in the Entrepreneurship course by selection through quota sampling. Data collection techniques using unstructured interviews are then analyzed using a coding process. From the results of the analysis, it is known that students' understanding of entrepreneurship is still not good.

ABSTRAK
Pengetahuan kewirausahaan penting bagi siapa saja yang sedang menjalankan bisnis maupun yang akan menjalankan bisnis. Salah satu ukuran tentang pengetahuan kewirausahaan adalah pemahaman tentang definisi kewirausahaan. Pentingnya memahami definisi kewirausahaan karena definisi kewirausahaan memberikan pemahaman dasar tentang konsep, tujuan, sifat, dan jenis wirausaha. Sebagai salah satu Perguruan Tinggi Swasta di Kota Padang, Universitas Dharma Andalas juga perlu melakukan evaluasi pelaksanaan entrepreneurial education melalui pengetahuan kewirausahaan yang telah diperoleh mahasiswa dalam matakuliah kewirausahaan yang menjadi mata kuliah wajib Universitas tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keberhasilan entrepreneurial education dalam memberikan pengetahuan tentang kewirausahaan dan pengusaha dari pespektif definisi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Informan yang dipilih adalah mahasiswa universitas Dharma Andalas dari semua Program Studi yang telah mengikuti matakuliah Kewirausahaan dengan pemilihan melalui quota sampling. Teknik pengambilan data dengan menggunakan wawancara tidak terstrukturyang kemudian dianalisis menggunakan proses coding. Dari hasil analisis diketahui bahwa pemahaman mahasiswa tentang kewirausahaan masih kurang bagus

Implementasi Model Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) dalam Perancangan Sistem Informasi UMKM
Get PDFThis research focuses on developing a Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) Information System architecture using the Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) and microservices approach. This study successfully integrated SME system services and functionalities encompassing accounting management, financial management, product analysis, stock management, invoicing, and taxation services within an SOA structure. Adopting the principles of microservices, each service was able to isolate information and ensure consistency within its scope. Using CI/CD, service mesh, and the Kubernetes platform facilitated efficient and secure code delivery and effective inter-service communication management. This research demonstrates the importance of service-oriented architecture and microservices in building a modular, flexible, and customizable SME information system that can reuse resources and reduce dependency on back-end applications. Analisis Tingkat Kematangan Learning Management System SMAN 1 Parongpong Menggunakan Framework COBIT 5 Domain DSS03 & MEA01
Get PDFInformation technology in an organization is very useful if it is used with good goals and according to the company's standard requirements. SMAN 1 Parongpong is one of the schools that has utilized information technology by using the Learning Management System learning system, namely with the existence of the SMANPAR E-Learning which started in 2019, but until now there has never been a measurement of the maturity of its system for learning. This study aims to determine the maturity level of the Learning Management System using COBIT 5.0 (Control Objectives for Information and Related Technologies), especially in the DSS (Decision, Support and System) and MEA (Monitor, Evaluate, and Assess) domains. The population in this study were students of SMAN 1 Parongpong with a total of 93 respondents, teachers with a total of 50 respondents, and the included IT party totaling 8 respondents. The data collection technique in this study is a quantitative method that will be used when analyzing the data collected through the results of questionnaires and making comparisons with guidelines from COBIT 5 between the DSS and MEA domains. The results of the research that has been done show that the use of information technology from SMANPAR E-Learning is at maturity level 4-Predictable, but it should be noted that the use of SMANPAR E-Learning is still not optimal in supporting the school's academic community with maturity level ideally 5-Optimizing with a Student/Student gap value of 1.25, Teachers of 1.25 and IT Staff of 0.44.Teknologi informasi dalam sebuah organisasi sangatlah berguna jika dimanfaatkan dengan tujuan yang baik dan sesuai standar kebutuhan perusahaan. SMAN 1 Parongpong adalah salah satu sekolah yang telah memanfaatkan teknologi informasi dengan menggunakan sistem pembelajaran Learning Management Sistem yaitu dengan adanya E-Learning SMANPAR yang dimulai dari tahun 2019, tetapi sampai saat ini belum pernah dilakukan pengukuran kematangan sistemnya terhadap pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui maturity level Learning Management System dengan menggunakan COBIT 5.0 (Control Objectives for Information and Related Technologies) khususnya pada domain DSS (Decision, Support and System) serta MEA (Monitor, Evaluate, and Assess). Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa/i SMAN 1 Parongpong dengan jumlah responden 93, guru dengan jumlah responden 50, dan pihak IT yang disertakan berjumlah 8 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif yang akan digunakan saat menganalisa data yang dikumpulkan melalui hasil kuesioner dan melakukan perbandingan dengan panduan dari COBIT 5 antara domain DSS (Decision, Support and System) dan MEA (Monitor, Evaluate, and Assess). Hasil dari penelitian yang telah dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dari Learning Management System dengan adanya penerapan E-Learning SMANPAR berada pada tingkat kematangan 4–Predictable, namun perlu diketahui bahwa penggunaan E-Learning SMANPAR masih belum maksimal dalam mendukung civitas akademik sekolah yang tingkat kematangan idealnya 5-Optimizing dengan nilai kesenjangan Siswa/Siswi sebesar 1,25, Guru sebesar 1,25 dan Pihak IT sebesar 0,44
Media Pembelajaran Animasi 3D Sistem Tata Surya Menggunakan Metode ADDIE

This research aims to develop and provide 3D animation-based learning media using the ADDIE method as a more interactive and effective learning tool for solar system concepts. 3D animation learning media for the solar system was developed using the ADDIE method. This animation is designed to explain solar system concepts with interesting visualizations, including accurate scale comparisons between planets. This research includes the development of 3D learning animation media, implementation testing in class 11 social studies, as well as evaluation using questionnaires to measure effectiveness and student responses. The research results showed a positive response from students. Pengaruh Persepsi Mahasiswa Terhadap Minat Memilih Profesi Sebagai Akuntan Publik
Get PDFThis study aims to determine and analyze: (1) the effect of financial rewards on the interest in choosing a profession as a public accountant, (2) the effect of professional training on the interest in choosing a profession as a public accountant, (3) the influence of social values on the interest in choosing a profession as an accountant. the public, (4) the influence of the work environment on the interest in choosing a profession as a public accountant, and (5) the effect of labor market considerations on the interest in choosing a profession as a public accountant.
The type of research used in this research is quantitative research. This study uses a population of undergraduate students in Accounting, Faculty of Business and Economics, Dharma Andalas University. This study used a sample of S1 students from the 2018 2019 class of Accounting Department, Faculty of Business and Economics, Dharma Andalas University, which amounted to about 130 students. Prerequisite analysis test includes normality test, multicollinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results of this study financial awards have a negative and insignificant effect on the interest in choosing a profession as a public accountant. Professional training has a negative and insignificant effect on interest in choosing a profession as a public accountant. Social values have a positive and significant effect on interest in choosing a profession as a public accountant. The work environment has a positive and significant effect on the interest in choosing a profession as a public accountant.. Labor market considerations have a positive and significant effect on interest in choosing a profession as a public accountant, and there is an effect of financial rewards, professional training, social values, work environment, labor market considerations together have a significant effect on the interest in choosing a profession as a public accountant in undergraduate students of Accounting Faculty of Economics and Business, Dharma Andalas University
ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis : (1) pengaruh penghargaan finansial terhadap minat memilih profesi sebagai akuntan publik, (2) pengaruh Pelatihan profesional terhadap minat memilih profesi sebagai akuntan publik, (3) pengaruh Nilai-nilai sosial terhadap minat memilih profesi sebagai akuntan publik, (4) pengaruh Lingkungan kerja terhadap minat memilih profesi sebagai akuntan publik, dan (5) pengaruh Pertimbangan pasar kerja terhadap minat memilih profesi sebagai akuntan publik. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah penelitian secara kuantitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan populasi mahasiswa S1 Akuntansi Fakultas Bisnis dan Ekonomi Universitas Dharma Andalas, Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel mahasiswa S1 Angkatan 2018,2019 Jurusan Akuntansi Fakultas Bisnis dan Ekonomi Universitas Dharma Andalas yang berjumlah sekitar 130 mahasiswa. Uji prasyarat analisis meliputi uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas, dan uji heteroskedastistas. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis regresi liniear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini Penghargaan finansial berpengaruh negarif dan tidak signifikansi terhadap minat memilih profesi sebagai akuntan publik.. Pelatihan professional berpengaruh negarif dan tidak signifikansi terhadap minat memilih profesi sebagai akuntan publik. nilai-nilai sosial berpengaruh positif dan signifikansi terhadap minat memilih profesi sebagai akuntan publik. Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikansi terhadap minat memilih profesi sebagai akuntan publik. Perancangan Sistem Informasi Kepegawaian Berbasis Web Pada Desa Muktiwari
Get PDFThe village government is now increasingly advanced and smooth with the help of various kinds of technology ranging from applications and other supports. The computer is one of the tools that makes it easier in the form of making software and hardware.At this time, Muktiwari village is still conducting data collection manually, specifically for storing personnel data so that there is a high possibility of data errors, delays in the process of searching for employee data and the availability of required data. The method used in this study is direct observation of the administrative staff responsible for the data system,apart from field research, the author also conducts a literature study, namely by collecting sources relevant to the problems that occur. The design of this personnel information system will also use software design with a prototype model.The purpose of designing this system is to simplify the work process of employees and reduce repetitive performance, so that employee data can be stored neatly if at any time data is needed. The results of the design of the Muktiwari village staffing system will be able to increase efficiency and effectively improve the shortcomings of the existing system.
Pemerintahan desa saat ini sudah semakin maju dan lancar dengan bantuan berbagai macam teknologi mulai dari aplikasi serta pendukung lainnya. Komputer salah satu peralatan yang mempermudah dalam bentuk pembuatan software dan hardware. Pada saat ini desa Muktiwari masih melakukan pendataan secara manual, khusus pada penyimpanan data-data kepegawaian sehingga besar kemungkinan terjadi kesalahan data, keterlambatan proses pencarian data pegawaiserta kesedian data yang di perlukan. Metode yang di lakukan dalam penelitian ini yaitu observasi lansung kepada pegawai bagian administrasi yang bertanggung jawab dalam Sistem data, selain dari penelitianlapangan, penulis jugamelakukan studi pustaka yaitu dengan mengumpulkan sumber yang relevan dengan masalah yang terjadi. Perancangan sistem informasi kepegawaian ini juga akan menggunakan perancangan perangkat lunak dengan model prototype. Tujuan perancangan sistem ini Untuk mempermudah proses kerja dari pegawai dan mengurangi kinerja yang berulang-ulang, sehingga data-data pegawai dapat disimpan dengan rapi jika sewaktu-waktu data diperlukan.Hasil perancangan sistem kepegawaian desa Muktiwari ini akan mampu meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektif memperbaiki kekurangan dari sistem yang telah ada.

Realisasi layanan panas bagi dokter adalah untuk menyembuhkan paten melalui pendanaan yang sangat menakutkan yang didasarkan pada pengetahuan dan pengalamannya. Sedangkan pasien berkewajiban untuk mengungkapkan secara jujur apa yang pernah dideritanya agar dokter dapat mendiagnosa sebagai upaya untuk memilih terapi yang sesuai untuk saat ini. Pengaruh Keadilan Organisasi Terhadap Perilaku Inovatif Dengan Kepercayaan Organisasi Sebagai Mediasi
Get PDFThe purpose of this research is to see the effect of organizational justice on innovative work behavior, as well as to prove the role of organizational trust in mediating the effect of organizational justice on innovative work behavior. The method used in this research is quantitative research which explains that the research paradigm emphasizes understanding of problems in social life based on the conditions of reality or natural settings that are holistic, complex and detailed. This research is descriptive and verificative in nature. The population of this research is members of Battalion Arhanud 13/PYB, totaling 525 people. Using the N population table developed by Krejcie and Morgan, the sample size is 217. The sample determination method used in this study is simple random sampling method. Data collection was carried out by means of field research, by submitting a structured questionnaire. Perceptions of organizational justice are measured by OJS (Moliner, 2004), organized by 12 items. Organizational trust is measured using Gabarro and Athos (1976) in Interpersonal Relations and Communications; which consists of 7 items as follows (Alshaabani, et al., 2022). Innovative behavior is measured by assessing how far each individual contributes to work based on Janssen (2000), totaling 9 items. The analysis technique used is the structural equation modeling (Structural Equation Modeling-SEM) based on variance or partial least squares (PLS). The results of the study found that organizational justice had a significant positive effect on innovative work behavior and organizational trust mediated the effect of organizational justice on innovative work behavior

Based on the provisions of Law concerning Consumer Protection, in supervision there are still fast food products that have expired found during supervision. The problem of this research is that it first discusses how the implementation of supervision carried out by BPOM over the circulation of Expired Fast Food Packaging Products in Padang City. Second, it discusses what are the forms of Consumer Protection against users of Expired Fast Food Packaging Products in Padang City.. From the discussion it can be concluded that the research entitled consumer protection against users of fast food packaging products in Padang City, the losses incurred to consumers are fully borne by the business actors.Penjualan dan masih beredarnya produk makanan kemasan cepat saji kedaluwarsa di Kota Padang sangat perlu diperhatikan, sebab yang berkaitan dengan makanan akan berpengaruh pada keamanan dan kesehatan konsumen.
