    Klasifikasi Citra Alat Musik Marakas, Gitar, dan Drum Menggunakan Metode K-Means dan GLCM

    The development of digital image processing technology enables automatic object identification with high accuracy. This study aims to classify images of musical instruments, namely maracas, guitars, and drums, using a combination of K-Means-based color segmentation and Gray Level Co-Occurrence Matrix (GLCM) feature extraction. The process begins with converting RGB images into the Lab color space, followed by object segmentation using the K-Means clustering algorithm to separate the main object from the background. Subsequently, shape features (metric, eccentricity) and texture features (contrast, correlation, energy, homogeneity) are extracted using GLCM. The extracted features are then compared with a feature database using a distance-based approach to determine the object class. Experimental results show that the system can successfully recognize maracas, guitar, and drum images with a satisfactory accuracy level. This research demonstrates that the combination of K-Means and GLCM methods can serve as an effective approach for musical instrument image classification and has the potential to be further developed for object recognition in other fieldsPerkembangan teknologi pengolahan citra digital memungkinkan dilakukannya identifikasi objek secara otomatis dengan tingkat akurasi yang tinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengklasifikasikan citra alat musik, yaitu marakas, gitar, dan drum, menggunakan kombinasi metode segmentasi warna berbasis K-Means dan ekstraksi ciri tekstur Gray Level Co-Occurrence Matrix (GLCM). Proses diawali dengan konversi citra RGB ke ruang warna Lab, dilanjutkan dengan segmentasi objek menggunakan algoritma K-Means clustering untuk memisahkan objek utama dari latar belakang. Selanjutnya dilakukan ekstraksi ciri bentuk (metric, eccentricity) dan tekstur (contrast, correlation, energy, homogeneity) menggunakan GLCM. Data ciri yang diperoleh kemudian dibandingkan dengan basis data menggunakan metode jarak untuk menentukan kelas objek. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa sistem mampu mengenali citra alat musik marakas, gitar, dan drum dengan tingkat keberhasilan yang baik. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa kombinasi metode K-Means dan GLCM dapat digunakan sebagai pendekatan efektif dalam klasifikasi citra alat musik, serta berpotensi dikembangkan lebih lanjut untuk sistem pengenalan objek pada bidang lain

    There are problems in managing mosque fundraising, namely lack of clarity and lack of responsibility in reporting which can cause mosque financial reports to the congregation to be simplistic.This research examines various aspects that need to be considered when raising funds for mosques via online platforms or involving websites and crowdfunding. The focus of the research is focused on analyzing strategies, obstacles and solutions that arise in implementing mosque fundraising using website and crowdfunding platforms. The aim of this research is to analyze the system creation process that emerges in implementing mosque fundraising using website and crowdfunding platforms. The method used in this research is a software development method which involves steps such as communication, planning, system design, program creation, and system testing. The system can operate effectively and meet user needs as well as the mosque's fundraising goals. Evaluation of feedback from users during testing helps determine the extent to which the system meets their expectations and needs.Terdapat permasalahan dalam pengelolaan penggalangan dana masjid yaitu ke tidak jelasan dan kurangnya tanggung jawab dalam pelaporan dapat menyebabkan laporan keuangan masjid kepada umat bersifat sederhana. Penelitian ini mengkaji berbagai aspek yang perlu dipertimbangkan ketika melakukan penggalangan dana untuk masjid melalui platform online atau melibatkan website serta crowdfunding. Fokus penelitian difokuskan pada analisis strategi, hambatan, dan solusi yang muncul dalam pelaksanaan penggalangan dana masjid menggunakan platform website dan crowdfunding. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu menganalisis proses pembuatan sistem yang muncul dalam pelaksanaan penggalangan dana masjid menggunakan platform website dan crowdfunding. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode pengembangan perangkat lunak yang melibatkan langkah-langkah seperti komunikasi, perencanaan, desain sistem, pembuatan program, dan pengujian sistem. Sistem dapat beroperasi secara efektif dan memenuhi kebutuhan pengguna serta tujuan penggalangan dana masjid. Evaluasi umpan balik dari pengguna selama uji coba membantu menentukan sejauh mana sistem ini memenuhi harapan dan kebutuhan mereka

    Tren Pengembangan Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Metode Simple Additive Weighting: Systematic Literature Review

    The advancements in digital transformation era have impacted the complexity of decision-making processes across various sectors, especially with the increasing volume of large and diverse data. In this context, efficient tools were required to objectively evaluate multi-criteria alternatives. Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) emerged as one of the most widely used methods in Decision Support Systems (DSS). However, systematic reviews discussing the development and implementation of this method in various contexts remained very limited. This study aimed to conduct a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) on the development of SAW-based DSS with a focus on identifying application platforms, design methods, and their benefits. This study employed a Systematic Literature Review approach following the Kitchenham guidelines. The findings showed that web-based platforms dominated DSS development due to their flexibility, accessibility, and ability to support real-time decision-making. Furthermore, the Prototyping design method was frequently used as it allowed dynamic adjustments of the system to meet user needs. The application of the SAW method consistently demonstrated improvements in accuracy, time efficiency, transparency, and user trust in the decision-making process.Kemajuan transformasi digital telah membawa dampak pada kompleksitas proses pengambilan keputusan di berbagai sektor, terutama dengan meningkatnya volume data yang besar dan beragam. Dalam konteks ini, diperlukan alat yang efisien untuk mengevaluasi alternatif multi-kriteria secara objektif. Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) telah muncul sebagai salah satu metode yang banyak digunakan dalam Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK). Namun, kajian sistematis yang membahas pengembangan dan penerapan metode ini dalam berbagai konteks masih sangat terbatas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan Systematic Literature Review (SLR) terhadap pengembangan SPK berbasis SAW dengan fokus pada identifikasi platform aplikasi, metode perancangan, dan manfaat penerapannya. Dalam penelitian ini, digunakan metode Systematic Literature Review dengan pendekatan yang mengikuti panduan Kitchenham. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa platform berbasis web mendominasi pengembangan SPK karena fleksibilitas, kemudahan akses, dan kemampuannya untuk mendukung pengambilan keputusan secara real-time. Selain itu, metode perancangan Prototyping sering digunakan karena memungkinkan penyesuaian sistem yang dinamis terhadap kebutuhan pengguna. Penerapan metode SAW secara konsisten terbukti meningkatkan akurasi, efisiensi waktu, transparansi, dan kepercayaan pengguna dalam proses pengambilan keputusan

    Perkembangan teknologi mobile memberikan kemudahan dalam berbagai aspek kehidupan, salah satunya adalah pengelolaan informasi seperti nomor rekening bank. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengembangkan aplikasi “Rekeningku”, sebuah platform yang memungkinkan pencatatan nomor rekening bank. Proses pengembangan menggunakan model Waterfall, yang meliputi tahapan analisis kebutuhan, pengembangan, perancangan sistem, implementasi, pengujian, dan pemeliharaan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi ini dapat berfungsi dengan baik dan memberikan kemudahan bagi pengguna dalam mengelola nomor rekening pribadi maupun orang lain. Evaluasi pengguna menunjukkan kepuasan terhadap fitur dan kemudahan dalam menggunakan aplikasi ini.&nbsp

    Analisis Perbandingan Kompleksitas Waktu Algoritma Mst Dalam Penyusunan Jaringan Pipa Air Bersih

    The availability of clean water is the top priority for the survival of the community. Therefore, efforts are needed to distribute clean water evenly, including by building a pipeline network that reaches every house in an area. The Drinking Water Supply and Sanitation System Management Group (KPSPAMS) of Ulakan Village, Karangasem Regency, built a water pipeline network to overcome the problem of lack of clean water experienced by local residents, especially during the dry season. However, development is still often not optimal because there is a pipe rotation (circuit) that causes the length of the pipe not to be optimized and the overall cost to be higher. Thus, the preparation of an efficient and effective pipeline network is the main focus. The location studied is part of Ulakan Village, Manggis District, Karangasem Regency. This study aims to find the most optimal pipeline network arrangement through a comparison of three Minimum Spanning Tree (MST) algorithms, namely the Kruskal, Prim and Sollin algorithms. This study represents the pipeline graph into an edge list. Furthermore, with the three algorithms, the list is analyzed based on the complexity of time and computer programs to find the Minimum Spanning Tree (MST). This research seeks to provide a practical solution of the comparison of the three algorithms with a focus on theoretical understanding and experimental results.Ketersediaan air bersih menjadi prioritas utama bagi keberlangsungan hidup masyarakat. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan upaya untuk mendistribusikan air bersih secara merata, termasuk dengan membangun jaringan pipa yang menjangkau setiap rumah di suatu wilayah. Kelompok Pengelolaan Sistem Penyediaan Air Minum dan Sanitasi (KPSPAMS) Desa Ulakan, Kabupaten Karangasem, membangun jaringan pipa air untuk mengatasi masalah kekurangan air bersih yang dialami oleh warga setempat, terutama pada saat musim kemarau. Namun, pembangunan masih sering tidak optimal karena terdapat perputaran pipa (sirkuit) yang menyebabkan panjang pipa tidak teroptimalkan dan biaya keseluruhan menjadi lebih tinggi. Dengan demikian, penyusunan jaringan pipa yang efisien dan efektif menjadi fokus utama. Lokasi yang diteliti adalah sebagian wilayah dari Desa Ulakan, Kecamatan Manggis, Kabupaten Karangasem. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mencari susunan jaringan pipa yang paling optimal melalui perbandingan tiga algoritma Minimum Spanning Tree (MST) yaitu Kruskal, Prim dan Sollin. Penelitian ini merepresentasikan graf jaringan pipa ke dalam edge list. Selanjutnya dengan ketiga algoritma, list tersebut dianalisis berdasarkan kompleksitas waktu dan program komputer untuk menemukan Minimum Spanning Tree (MST). Penelitian ini berusaha memberikan solusi praktis dari perbandingan ketiga algoritma dengan fokus pada pemahaman teoritis dan hasil eksperimen

    Designing a Chatbot Application Using the Flask Framework and Rule-Based Algorithm

    This research aims to develop a website based chatbot application implemented at PT. International Hardware Indo using the Flask framework and Rule-Based algorithm. The application is designed to improve customer service efficiency by providing quick answers to frequently asked questions, reducing the workload of customer service, and addressing operational time constraints. The chatbot development process follows the Waterfall methodology, which includes requirements analysis, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The Rule-Based algorithm is employed to map user input to the company dataset through logical "IF-THEN" rules. The research results demonstrate a chatbot accuracy rate of 90%, as measured through black box testing, despite limitations in handling input outside the trained dataset. The chatbot is designed with hybrid navigation, a simple interface, and cross-platform device compatibility. This research contributes to the development of chatbot based information systems that are widely accessible to customers, thereby enhancing user experience and improving operational efficiency for the company

    Penelitian bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman kepada mahasiswa Pelajar Mahasiswa Damal (APMD) Kabupaten Puncak Papua yang berada di Kota Jayapura pentingnya pembangunan di wilayah Tanah Papua. Berdasarkan data bahwa Papua masih digolongkan sebagai 10 daerah termiskin di Indonesia. Generasi muda di kalangan pelajar maupun mahasiswa merupakan harapan bangsa dalam hal Pembangunan, terutama di wilayah Papua. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut, tim pengabdian dari Program Studi Antropologi memberikan pemahaman kepada seluruh penghuni asrama APMD Kota Jayapura agar setelah lulus menjadi sarjana dapat mengimplementasikan ilmu terhadap Pembangunan di daerah masing-masing. Pengabdian ini dilakukan di Gedung Asrama Pelajar Mahasiswa Damal (APMD) Kabupaten Puncak Papua pada tanggal 30 Juli 2024 dengan metode pemberian materi dan diskusi mengenai permasalahan yang terjadi di wilayah Kabupaten Puncak Papua. Adapun hasil dari pengabdian ini yaitu, seluruh mahasiswa sangat antusias ketika diskusi mengenai papua dan pembangunan pada masa yang akan datang. Pembangunan di Papua dalam berbagai aspek sangat dibutuhkan oleh masyarakatnya, karena Pembangunan dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakatnya

    The existence of tourist attractions in Puncak Lawang is a special attraction for the existence of tourist attractions in Puncak Lawang, especially those who want to enjoy the natural atmosphere at Puncak Lawang. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of attractiveness, accessibility and facilities on the decision to visit the Puncak Lawang tourist attraction. The object of this study was at Puncak Lawang which is located in Agam Regency. The population in this study were consumers who had visited the Puncak Lawang tourist attraction with an unknown number. According to Rosoe's theory (2012) that for the sample is 10 x the number of research variables, namely 10 x 4 = 40 samples. So the number of samples in this study is 40 respondents. The results of this study The tourist attraction variable has a significant effect on the decision to visit the Puncak Lawang tourist attraction. This is evidenced by the t-count value of 2.780 which is greater than the t-table of 1.68385 (2.789> 1.68385) with a significance level of 0.008 meaning less than 0.05 (0.008 <0.05). The accessibility variable has a significant effect on the decision to visit the Puncak Lawang tourist attraction. This is evidenced by the t-count value of 2.216 which is greater than the t-table of 1.68385 (2.216> 1.68385) with a significance level of 0.033 meaning less than 0.05 (0.033 <0.05). The facility variable has a significant effect on the decision to visit the Puncak Lawang tourist attraction. This is evidenced by the t-value of 2.606 which is greater than the t-table of 1.68385 (2.606> 1.68385) with a significance level of 0.013 meaning it is less than 0.05 (0.013 <0.05). The variables of tourist attraction, accessibility and facilities have a significant effect on the decision to visit the Puncak Lawang tourist attraction. This is evidenced by the F-value of 16.101> F-table 2.86 with sig = 0.000 <0.05. The variables of tourist attraction, accessibility and facilities have a joint contribution of (0.573 x 100%) = 57.3% to the dependent variable, namely the decision to visit (Y) while the rest (100% - 57.3%) = 42.7% of the decision to visit is influenced by other variables not examined in this study

    The purpose of the study conducted was to measure the effectiveness of the realization of the levy and the contribution to PAD and find out the factors that resulted in the non-achievement of the regional levy target and how to overcome obstacles that resulted in the non-achievement of the regional levy target. The research method used is qualitative descriptive analysis. The analysis carried out shows that the effectiveness of the Regional Levy of Padang City in 2019 - 2023 has not been maximized because its effectiveness is still below 100%. In addition his contribution to PAD is sorely lacking.. The factors that result in the non-achievement of the regional levy target are inadequate facilities, lack of inadequate human resources services, and lack of socialization, economic factors and low public awareness. ways to overcome these obstacles are to budget funds to improve or improve facilities, improve services, provide training, and maximize socialization and increase awareness of the importance of regional levies

    In the analysis of decision making on problems based on subjective personal analysis without using a particular method, there is usually a high error rate so this will endanger decision making which will lead to regret. There are several types of methods and one of them is the Decision Support System (DSS) method which can be used for the decision making process, but there are 2 methods that are often used in analyzing the decision making process, namely the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method and Technique For Others Referencean by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS). To find out the best name between the two methods, several weighting changes were made and the test results showed similarities in the decision making (problem solving) process. The purpose of this research is whether decision making can use one of the SAW or TOPSIS methods. From this, it can result in a ranking of the 2 methods that produce the best solutions, which will determine strategic locations to increase the turnover of printing businesses (MSMEs)
