PERTIMBANGAN HAKIM DALAM SENGKETA PAGANG GADAI (ANALISIS PERKARA NOMOR 22/PDT.G/2022/PN.PMN)
Get PDFThis article is an analysis of the considerations of the panel of judges at the Pariaman District Court in examining, deciding and adjudicating cases of pawn broker disputes or default claims between the pawnbroker/owner of the pawned object and the pawnbroker/owner of the pawned object. Pagang pawn is a traditional pawn that is still practiced and found in the Minangkabau customary law community, by mortgaging land or rice fields belonging to the clan to other parties with transactions in the form of gold or jewellery. As a legal state that provides legal certainty and protection for every citizen, Indonesia since 1960 has issued a Government Regulation in Lieu of Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 56 of 1960 concerning Determination of the Area of Agricultural Land, one of the articles in this regulation contains provisions that regulate the time period. pledging land and agricultural land. So the problem formulation in this paper is: 1. Implementation of Pawning According to Minangkabau Customary Law, 2. Judge's considerations in deciding the pawn dispute in case Number 22/Pdt.G/2022/PN.PmnTulisan ini merupakan analisis terhadap pertimbangan majelis hakim Pengadilan Negeri Pariaman dalam memeriksa, memutus, dan mengadili perkara sengketa pagang gadai atau gugatan Wanpretasi antara pamagang gadai / penguasa benda gadai dengan panggadai / pemilik benda gadai. Pagang gadai merupakan gadai tradisional yang masih dipratekan dan ditemukan pada masyarakat hukum adat Minangkabau, dengan menggadaikan tanah atau sawah milik kaum kapada pihak lain dengan transaksi berupa emas atau perhiasan.Sebagai negara hukum yang memberikan kepastian dan perlindungan hukum bagi setiap warga negaranya, Indonesia sejak tahun 1960 telah menerbitkan Peraturan Pemerintah Pengganti Undang-Undang Republik Indonesia Nomor 56 Tahun 1960 tentang Penetapan Luas Tanah Pertanian yang salah satu pasal didalam peraturan tersebut terdapat ketentuan yang mengatur jangka waktu gadai tanah serta lahan pertanian. Sehingga yang menjadi rumusan masalah dalam tulisan ini yakni : 1. Pelaku UMKM dituntut untuk bisa membuat pembukuan baik secara manual maupun secara digital. Pembukuan secara digital dapat dengan menggunakan aplikasi Bukukas melalui Smartphone. Manfaat yang diperoleh dari penggunaan aplikasi ini ad tersebutalah memudahkan dalam membuat pencatatan keuangan,sederhana, agar dapat meningkatkan kapasitas, kualitas, serta kompetensi dalam menyusun laporan keuangan berbasis aplikasi sehingga pelaku UMKM dapat menggunakan aplikasi BukuKas secara mandiri . Pengabdian ini di laksanakan di UMKM Lubuk Minturun, dengan menghadirkan kurang lebih 20 orang dari berbagai jenis usaha seperti kuliner, penjlan bunga, produksi keripik dan makanan ringan. Hambatan yang sering dihadapi pelaku UMKM tidak adanya pencatat pembukuan dan transaksi keuangan dan ada juga pencatatan secara manual, sehingga mereka kesulitan dalam menentukan laba dan jumlah persediaan. Oleh karena itu, dengan memberikan pelatihan penggunaan aplikasi BukuKas dapat membantu mereka mencatat transaksi keuangannya dan bisa memasarkan produk yang dihasilkan melalui sosial media. Metode yang dirancang dalam kegiatan ini dimulai dari memberikan praktek langsung tentang penggunaan aplikasi BukuKas. Setelah diberikan pelatihan ini, pelaku UMKM sudah bisa mengoperasikan aplikasi tersebut mulai dari input transaksi harian sampai membaca laporan keuangan

By utilizing herbal plants, namely by utilizing andaliman plants which contain terpenoids which have antioxidant and antimicrobial activity. This research method is experimental using a completely randomized design (CRD) with 16 male white rats with 4 treatment groups. The negative group was induced by distilled water for 14 days. positive control was induced by borax for 14 days, treatment groups 1 & 2 were induced by borax and andaliman extract for 14 days (P1=350 P2=400 mg/kg BW). The data obtained were tested using analysis of variance (ANOVA). The results of the one way ANOVA test on the observation of the number of erythrocytes showed a significant level of p = 0.00 which indicated that the induction of borax had a significant effect on the number of erythrocytes (p <0.05) and the results of the one way ANOVA test on the observation of the amount of hemoglobin showed a significant level of p = 0.047 which indicates that the induction of borax had a significant effect on the amount of hemoglobin (p <0.05)

Get PDFBased on Ratyanake's research (2018), it shows that blue light hitting the eyes for a long period of time can trigger photoreceptor (light-sensitive) cells to produce toxic molecules that are harmful to the eyes. Based on the Jhonson survey in Indonesia in 2019 in Raharjo (2019), there are 97% of Indonesian people who feel disturbed when they get excessive and blinding light in their eyes in their daily activities. In this study, researchers used secondary and primary data as research data, secondary data was taken from optical sales data and primary data was taken by giving questionnaires to consumers of Optik X mobile area, the sample used in this study amounted to 30 people, for data processing the author uses SPSS 25 software. The results of this study indicate that there is an influence between the blue cut lens and the response that has a positive and significant effect on the comfort of gadget users in the Optik X mobile area, this is based on a hypothesis test (partial t test) with the results of the t value of 6.254 > t table 2,051. This means that H1 is proven correct, so it can be concluded that there is an influence between the use of blue cut lenses on the comfort of gadget users in the Optical Melawai mobile area of West Jakarta

Pengaruh Partisipasi Penyusunan Anggaran, Kejelasan Sasaran Anggaran, Profesionalisme Terhadap Kinerja Aparatur Pemerintah Daerah Kota Bukittinggi
Get PDFThis study intends to: (1) describe how local government officials' performance in the City of Bukittinggi is affected by their involvement in budgeting. (2) explains how the performance of local government representatives in Bukittinggi City is impacted by the clarity of budget targets. (3) Describe how professionalism affects how local government representatives in the City of Bukittinggi perform. The Regional Apparatus Organization (OPD) in the Regional Government of the City of Bukittinggi is the subject of this study. The 409-person population of the 30 OPD where the questionnaire was distributed was the source of the primary data. The sample in this study was the team responsible for creating the budget, which included the 72-person Regional Government of Bukittinggi City's Head of Service, Head of Planning Sub-division, and Technical Implementation Officers for Activities. utilizing a quantitative strategy and PLS SEM model data analysis. The findings of this study suggest that: (1) Local government officials' performance in the City of Bukittinggi is positively and significantly impacted by their involvement in budgeting. (2) The performance of the local government apparatus of the City of Bukittinggi is positively and significantly impacted by the clarity of the budget targets; (3) The performance of the regional government apparatus of the City of Bukittinggi is negatively and insignificantly impacted by professionalism.
ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) menguraikan pengaruh partisipasi penyusunan anggaran terhadap kinerja aparatur pemerintah daerah Kota Bukittinggi. (2) menguraikan pengaruh kejelasan sasaran anggaran terhadap kinerja aparatur pemerintah daerah Kota Bukittinggi. (3) menguraikan pengaruh profesionalisme terhadap kinerja aparatur pemerintah daerah Kota Bukittinggi. Objek penelitian ini adalah Organisasi Perangkat Daerah (OPD) di Pemerintah Daerah Kota Bukittinggi. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dengan menggunakan kuisioner yang di sebar pada 30 OPD dengan populasi 409 orang. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah aparatur yang terlibat dalam penyusunan anggaran yang terdiri dari Kepala Dinas, Kasubag Perencanaa dan Pejabat Pelaksana Teknis Kegiatan pada Pemerintah Daerah Kota Bukittinggi sebanyak 72 Orang. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan analisis data menggunakan model SEM PLS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) partisipasi penyusunan anggaran berpengaruh posistif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja aparat pemerintah daerah Kota Bukittinggi. (2) kejelasan sasaran anggaran berpengaruh posistif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja aparat pemerintah daerah kota Bukittinggi, (3) Profesionalisme berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja aparat pemerintah daerah Kota Bukittinggi

The factors such as healthcare quality, hospital ‘s brand image, cost competitiveness, government involvement, country knowledge (safe and security, accessibility, price reasonableness) and social aspects factors (word of mouth communication, user generated social media), medical expertise, cultural adaptability, accessibility are the factors that determine the success of medical tourism. Tujuan dari pembuatan artikel ini adalah untuk menemukan faktor-faktor yang mendukung kesuksesan dari medical tourism di Malaysia. Kajian ini dalam bentuk artikel konsepsual dimana penulis melakukan review dari kajian kajian penulisan terdahulu yang terkait dengan faktor faktor yang mendukung keberhasilan medical tourism di Malaysia. Faktor-faktor seperti kualitas pelayanan Kesehatan, brand image daripada rumah sakit, biaya yang kompetitive, keikutsertaan pemerintah, pengetahuan akan negara dan aspek social, dan kemampuan beradaptasi terhadap budaya merupakan faktor faktor yang menentukan keberhasilan dari pada medical tourism. Diakhir artikel ini, penulis melakukan diskusi akan penemuan peneman, merangkum dan memberikan rekomendasi untuk penelitian mendatang
