    AbstractCopyright is a form of intellectual property that protects works of art, literature and science. In the creative industries, copyright protection is essential to prevent infringement and ensure the rights of creators. In this journal, we will discuss strategies for preventing and legally protecting copyright infringement in the creative industries, as well as providing relevant references and footnotes Copyright protection is very important to guarantee the quality and authenticity of the works created.     Rancang Bangun Sistem Aplikasi Bank Sampah Online Berbasis Android Di Bank Sampah Lintas Winongo

    Lintas Winongo Waste Bank in Kampung Badran, Jetis, Yogyakarta, has been serving as a community facilitator in addressing waste issues in Kampung Badran since 2009. Despite having numerous customers, the waste bank management is still conducted manually, leading to various service issues such as bookkeeping transactions and waste management that rely on manual processes. The sustainability of using a manual system also poses the potential for data damage and the risk of errors in the data input stage, negatively impacting the overall efficiency and accuracy of waste management. Therefore, an application system for the waste bank is needed to facilitate transactions for both customers and waste bank operators in waste management. This research employs the waterfall method with a focus on the needs of Lintas Winongo Waste Bank. The system testing involves the black box testing method. The results of this study provide convenience for both customers and waste bank operators in every transaction process. The use of this system is expected to simplify and expedite the waste deposit process conducted by customers, aiming to increase community interest in utilizing waste bank services.Bank Sampah Lintas Winongo di Kampung Badran, Jetis, Yogyakarta telah menjadi fasilitator masyarakat dalam menangani permasalahan sampah di Kampung Badran sejak 2009. Meskipun telah memiliki banyak nasabah, pengelolaan bank sampah ini masih dilakukan secara manual yang menyebabkan sejumlah permasalahan dalam layanannya seperti transaksi pembukuan dan manajemen pengelolaan sampah yang masih bergantung pada proses manual. Keberlanjutan penggunaan sistem manual juga menimbulkan potensi kerusakan data dan risiko kesalahan pada tahap input data, yang dapat berdampak negatif pada efisiensi dan akurasi pengelolaan sampah secara keseluruhan. Maka dari itu diperlukan sistem aplikasi bank sampah yang dapat mempermudah transaksi baik dari sisi nasabah maupun pengelola bank sampah dalam pengelolaannya. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode waterfall dan berfokus pada kebutuhan Bank Sampah Lintas Winongo. Adapun dalam pengujian sistem digunakan metode black box teting. Hasil dari penelitian ini mampu memberikan kemudahan bagi nasabah dan pengelola bank sampah dalam setiap proses transaksi. Penggunaan sistem ini diharapkan dapat mempermudah dan mempercepat proses penabungan sampah yang dilakukan oleh nasabah, dengan tujuan meningkatkan minat masyarakat dalam penggunaan layanan bank sampah

    Analisis Arsitektur Convolutional Neural Network Untuk Klasifikasi Citra Bunga

    Characteristic recognition of biological sciences is increasingly popular in scientific research, especially by utilizing computation.Indonesia is one of the countries with the largest biodiversity in the world, currently, Indonesia has identified and named 19,232 species of flowering plants.Flower image classification has attracted the interest of many researchers to investigate new methods.One of the widely used methods is deep learning and neural network methods.Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) is one of the most commonly used deep learning methods in image processing.  This study aims to analyze the performance of flower image classification using VGG16 and NasNetMobile architecture with fine tune and without fine tune.The NasNetMobile architecture model with fine tune achieved the best accuracy of 99.15%, while the NasNetMobile architecture model without fine tune achieved the lowest accuracy of 97.45%.Pengenalan karakteristik tentang keilmuan hayati makin popular dalam penelitian ilmiah, khususnya dengan memanfaatkan komputasi. Indonesia merupakan salah satu negara dengan keanekaragaman hayati terbesar di dunia, Saat ini, Indonesia telah mengidentifikasi dan memberi nama pada 19.232 spesies tanaman berbunga. Klasifikasi citra bunga telah menarik minat banyak peneliti untuk menyelidiki metode-metode baru. Salah satu metode yang banyak digunakan adalah metode deep learning dan neural network. Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) adalah salah satu metode deep learning yang paling umum digunakan dalam pengolahan citra.  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kinerja klasifikasi citra bunga menggunakan arsitektur VGG16 dan NasNetMobile dengan fine tune dan tanpa fine tune. Model arsitejtur NasNetMobile dengan fine tune mencapai akurasi terbaik sebesar 99.15%, sedangkan model arsitektur NasNetMobile tanpa fine tune mencapai akurasi terendah sebesr 97.45%

    Implementasi Arsitektural Resnet-34 Dalam Klasifikasi Gambar Penyakit Pada Daun Kentang

    This research develops and implements an image classification method using the Residual Network (ResNet) architecture to identify potato leaf diseases, achieving an accuracy of around 97%. The dataset used consists of 2152 potato leaf images, categorized into three classes: early blight, late blight, and healthy. The selected model is ResNet-50, known for its ability to address the vanishing gradient problem, allowing for the training of very deep networks. The model training process involves data augmentation to enhance dataset diversity and prevent overfitting. Additionally, hyperparameter optimization was performed to maximize the model's performance. Evaluation of the model shows that ResNet-50 can achieve an accuracy of approximately 97% on the test data, indicating the model's high capability in accurately recognizing and classifying the condition of potato leaves. These results demonstrate the significant potential of using ResNet in plant disease image classification applications, which is crucial for decision-making in agricultural management. This research underscores the importance of deep network architectures and data augmentation techniques in improving the performance of deep learning models.Penelitian ini mengembangkan dan mengimplementasikan metode klasifikasi gambar menggunakan arsitektur Residual Network (ResNet) yang merupakan arsitektur CNN untuk mengidentifikasi penyakit daun kentang, yang berhasil mencapai akurasi sekitar 97%. Dataset yang digunakan terdiri dari 2152 gambar daun kentang, yang dikategorikan ke dalam tiga kelas: early blight, late blight, dan healthy. Model yang dipilih adalah ResNet-34, yang terkenal dengan kemampuannya untuk mengatasi masalah vanishing gradient dan memungkinkan pelatihan jaringan yang sangat dalam. Proses pelatihan model melibatkan augmentasi data untuk meningkatkan keragaman dataset dan mencegah overfitting. Selain itu, optimisasi hyperparameter dilakukan untuk memaksimalkan kinerja model.     This article examines the development of guarantee law in Indonesia over time, focusing on regulatory changes and their impact on the banking system and the economic sector. Along with economic growth and social dynamics, legal guarantees in Indonesia have undergone significant transformations, especially in the context of providing guarantees for debts and protecting creditors. This study analyzes the main developments in guarantee regulations, starting from Law No. 4 of 1996 concerning the Liability of Rights, to the implementation of the fiduciary guarantee system which is increasingly used in financing transactions. Using a normative legal approach and legal analysis, this article also discusses the challenges faced in the implementation of guarantee law and its role in strengthening the Indonesian financial system. The results of the study show that although there has been significant progress, there are still various problems related to legal permits and their implementation that need more attention in order to create legal certainty and protection for all parties involved

    P3-TGAI is a cash-intensive program from the Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing with APBN funds to support one of the development priority agendas contained in the 2020-2025 RPJM, namely strengthening infrastructure aimed at supporting economic activity and encouraging equitable national development. This research was conducted in the construction of P3A Maju Jaya irrigation canal, Sembubuk Village, Muaro Jambi Regency in the recipient of the Acceleration of Irrigation Water Use Improvement Program (P3-TGAI). The purpose of this study was to determine the difference in costs applied in the field with the standard regulations of the Governor of Jambi Province, the type of research used is mixed method. The data analysis technique method used for data processing is the usual Excel calculation method. The results showed that the irrigation channel of P3A Maju Jaya, Sembubuk Village, Muaro Jambi Regency if done using the shop survey price, the volume length of the channel is greater than using the price of the Jambi Provincial Governor's regulation, where for the channel work with a fund of Rp. 195,000,000 if done using the shop survey price, the volume length of the channel can be obtained up to 290 m.&nbsp

    In recent years, the modern era has facilitated many changes with the assistance of internet and technology. The concept of digital transformation has attracted many enthusiasts from various sectors, including the banking industry. In today's digital era, the banking industry is rapidly shifting from traditional platforms to digital, one form of proof of innovation formed due to digital changes is digital bank applications. The goal of this study is to examine the variables influencing the conduct of customer’s intentions and usage behaviour when it comes to digital bank application adoption. The research model used is an integration between Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and Unified Theory of Acceptance and The Use of Technology2 (UTAUT2) with an additional influencing factor that is Trust. The analysis used is PLS-SEM run by SmartPLS software version 4. The analysis's findings indicate that "Behavioral Intention" is influenced by the variables "Perceived Usefulness," "Price Value," "Trust," and "Habit". While the variables "Perceived Ease of Use", "Social Influence", and "Hedonic Motivation" found to have no effect. The variable "Behavioral Intention" also has a significant impact on "Use Behavior".Beberapa tahun terakhir, era modern telah memfasilitasi banyak perubahan dengan bantuan internet dan teknologi. Konsep dari transformasi digital telah menarik banyak peminat dari berbagai sektor, termasuk industri perbankan. Di era digital saat ini, industri perbankan dengan cepat beralih dari platform tradisional menjadi digital, salah satu bentuk bukti inovasi yang terbentuk akibat perubahan digital adalah aplikasi bank digital. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengidentifikasi variabel yang berpengaruh terhadapi niat berperilaku pengguna dan perilaku aktual (usage behavior) terkait adopsi aplikasi perbankan digital. Model penelitian yang digunakan adalah integrasi antara TAM (Technology Acceptance Model) dan Unified Theory of Acceptance and The Use of Technology UTAUT2 (Unified Theory of Acceptance and The Use of Technology2) dengan variabel tambahan berupa Trust. Analisis yang digunakan adalah PLS-SEM dijalankan oleh perangkat lunak SmartPLS versi 4. Hasil perhitungan yang diperoleh bahwa variabel “Perceived Usefulness”, “Price Value”, “Trust”, dan “Habit” secara positif berpengaruh terhadap “Behavioral Intention”.     Analisis Requirement Engineering pada Integrasi Pasca-Merger Sistem Biller Message Switching dan Aggregator

    Information system integration is one of the crucial activities in Post-Merger Integration (PMI). Information system integration must be carried out with careful planning so that the objectives of mergers and acquisitions can be achieved. Therefore, it is necessary to collect needs from each stakeholder to define the scope and approach of the integration that will be carried out. This research aims to understand the phenomenon of integration project management of the Biller Message Switching and Aggregator system happened on the XYZ Financial Institution's Post-Merger Integration (PMI) activity. The research method is analysis descriptive using the Post-merger Integration Specific Requirements Engineering model to describe the integration process in 3 phases, namely the initial assessment phase, decision and planning, and execution. The research results show that all three entities’ systems have different system specifications and architecture. New system architecture decisions are determined from dependencies on the existing system and the number of billers served. The implementation of the new system is carried out based on the results of previous planning and involves billers to socialize the migration system services. This research provides input for the information systems integration process in the company's merger and acquisition process so that it is carried out systematically and structured.Integrasi sistem informasi adalah salah satu aktivitas krusial dalam Post-Merger Integration (PMI). Integrasi sistem informasi harus dilakukan dengan manajemen proyek yang matang agar tujuan merger dan akuisisi dapat dicapai. Oleh karena itu, perlu dilakukan identifikasi requirement dari masing-masing stakeholder untuk menjelaskan scope dan approach integrasi sistem informasi yang akan dilakukan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami fenomena manajemen proyek integrasi sistem Biller Message Switching dan Aggregator pada aktivitas Post-Merger Integration (PMI) Institusi Keuangan XYZ. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dengan menggunakan model Post-merger Integration Specific Requirements Engineering untuk memetakan proses integrasi dalam 3 fase yaitu fase initial assessment, decision and planning, dan execution. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ketiga entitas merger memiliki spesifikasi dan arsitektur sistem yang berbeda. Keputusan arsitektur sistem baru ditentukan dari dependensi terhadap sistem as-is dan jumlah biller yang dilayani. Eksekusi implementasi sistem baru dilakukan berdasarkan hasil perencanaan sebelumnya dan melibatkan biller untuk sosialisasi migrasi sistem layanan. The Cawan Dadap Foundation is a foundation that operates in the education sector which currently has 5 schools, namely SMAS Bethel, SMP Bethel Kosambi, SDS Bethel Kosambi, Kindergarten Bethel Kosambi, SD Agape Kudus. The problems they are facing at the moment require a system. library application and also an inventory application system which will help their business processes, the library application system will help with purchasing, borrowing, and also checking books at each of their schools, the inventory application system is useful for knowing what kind of goods I need lacking or want to add more and know the stock units of their goods. So the researchers used the TOGAF ADM framework which can help in the process of building the application system that they want the Cawan Dadap Foundation to use. The results of this research produce an application system design that will be useful in creating the application system.Perkembangan teknologi sistem informasi telah membawa dampak signifikan terutama bagi sektor pendidikan, merubah paradigma pembelajaran dan menghadirkan peluang baru.Seiring berkembangnya teknologi maka teknologi yang digunakan juga harus diperbarui dan disesuaikan dengan proses bisnis yang ada pada Yayasan Cawan Dadap.     Based on the results of a preliminary study, namely the results of interviews and observations with Basic Programming subject teachers. The researcher found that in the main material of Using Arrays in the Basic Programming subject, the teacher was the only main and only source in the class, especially in the basic programming subject. This makes it difficult for students to receive the material without guidance from the teacher. If in this process the teacher continues to use the same method, it will have an impact on the development of students in the class which includes the level of student understanding and the student development process regarding the material being taught. The purpose of developing module media is to create an effort to solve learning problems through needs analysis, so that through this media it is hoped that it can increase the achievement of learning objectives and improve student learning outcomes. This media development uses the ADDIE development model. The trial implementation was carried out in several stages, namely validation of material experts, media experts, and trials on students. The data collection method used structured interviews, questionnaires, and tests. The data analysis technique used the P formula which was used to measure percentages, then for the test instrument using the formula Rpbis and T-test in Class XI Multimedia at SMA Negeri 2 Gunung Talang Solo
