    Implementasi Computer Vision untuk Terjemahkan Abjad Bahasa Isyarat SIBI pada Aplikasi Android

    This research is motivated by the constraints of the community when communicating with people with disabilities, with the aim of implementing computer vision to translate SIBI sign language to text through Android applications. Data collection involved interviews and literature studies, as well as system development using agile methods. The front-end was created with Kotlin and Jetpack Compose, while the back-end used TensorFlow models in .tflite format. The model training results alone achieved 88% accuracy. The application was tested by comparing the results of manual translation. The test showed 81.48% accuracy in bright rooms, 76.92% in dim rooms, and 80.77% outdoors. Suggestions for future research to improve accuracy in dimly lit places by processing images into negatives or adding features to turn on the flashlight.Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi kendala masyarakat saat komunikasi dengan tunawicara, dengan tujuan mengimplementasikan computer vision untuk menerjemahkan bahasa isyarat SIBI ke teks melalui aplikasi Android. Pengumpulan data melibatkan wawancara dan studi literatur, dan untuk pengembangan sistem menggunakan metode agile. Front-end dibuat dengan Kotlin dan Jetpack Compose, sementara back-end menggunakan model TensorFlow dalam format .tflite. Hasil pelatihan model sendiri mencapai 88% akurasi.     X is a digital platform that facilitates the sharing of thoughts and criticisms through written content. A multitude of individuals and organizations depend on the perspectives or sentiments of the general populace while making decisions. Consumers generally rely on the viewpoints of other consumers when it comes to evaluating a product or service that they come across on social media sites. Through the surveillance of social media activity, companies that sell products and services can gain insight into the emotion expressed by consumers towards their offerings. Nevertheless, due to the limitations of writing, which lacks the ability to transmit nonverbal cues like gestures, facial expressions, and intonation, it is often challenging to identify implicit signs such as sarcasm. Sarcasm in a tweet can lead to an erroneous evaluation of the message's sentiment. Hence, it is crucial to conduct sarcasm detection, as it can greatly enhance the outcomes of sentiment analysis. This study assesses the efficacy of four transformer models, namely IndoBERT, RoBERTa, BERT, and BERT Multilingual, in detecting sarcasm in Indonesian on X platform. The experimental results demonstrate that the IndoBERT model, which has been specifically tailored for the task, gets an impressive F1-score of 95%.X adalah platform digital yang memfasilitasi berbagi pemikiran dan kritik melalui konten tertulis. Melalui pengawasan aktivitas media sosial, perusahaan yang menjual produk dan layanan dapat memperoleh wawasan tentang emosi yang diekspresikan oleh konsumen terhadap penawaran mereka. Namun, karena keterbatasan menulis, yang tidak mampu mentransmisikan isyarat nonverbal seperti gerakan tubuh, ekspresi wajah, dan intonasi, seringkali sulit untuk mengidentifikasi tanda-tanda implisit seperti sarkas. Sarkasme dalam sebuah cuitan dapat menyebabkan evaluasi yang salah terhadap sentimen pesan tersebut. Oleh karena itu, penting untuk melakukan deteksi sarkas, karena hal itu dapat sangat meningkatkan hasil analisis sentimen. Studi ini menilai efektivitas empat model berbasis transformer, yaitu IndoBERT, RoBERTa, BERT, dan BERT Multilingual, dalam mengklasifikasi sarkas berbahasa Indonesia di platform X.     Sistem Peminjaman Barang Menggunakan QR Code Berbasis Aplikasi Android

    The mechanism of borrowing items in an institution or company is an important task to be carried out because with the right and organized system, the availability of items, which are assets of the institution and/or company, can be maximized. Information regarding the availability and completeness of items can be obtained from the item borrowing data. A poorly implemented borrowing mechanism can result in unrecorded borrowed assets, leading to loss and ineffective use of items. Several studies have been conducted on item borrowing systems that utilize information technology, including web-based and Android-based systems. Therefore, this study aims to enhance the existing item borrowing system, where the system will utilize qr codes and a real-time firebase database, and will be based on the Android platform. The method used in designing this system is the waterfall method, which follows a sequential software development life cycle approach starting from the stages of analysis, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. With this system, it is expected that item borrowing in institutions and/or companies will become more efficient and organized, allowing all employees to maximize the use of items, and enabling them to be aware of the status of items that are being borrowed or are scheduled to be borrowedMekanisme peminjaman barang di sebuah instansi atau perusahaan merupakan hal yang penting dilakukan, karena dengan sistem yang tepat dan rapi, ketersedian barang yang merupakan aset dari instansi dan/atau perusahaan dapat dimaksimalkan. Informasi mengenai ketersedian, dan kelengkapan barang dapat diperoleh dari data peminjaman barang. Mekanisme peminjaman barang yang kurang baik dapat menyebabkan aset-aset yang dipinjam tidak tercatat dan mengakibatkan kehilangan dan ketidakefektifan penggunaan barang. Terdapat beberapa penelitian mengenai sistem peminjaman barang yang telah dilakukan dan memanfaatkan teknologi informasi, baik berbasis web ataupun android. Sehingga penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperkaya sistem peminjaman barang yang telah ada, dimana pada penelitian ini sistem peminjaman barang akan menggunakan qr code dan database realtime firebase serta berbasis android. Metode yang digunakan dalam perancangan sistem ini adalah menggunakan metode waterfall, dimana metode ini menggunakan pendekatan alur hidup perangkat lunak yang berurutan dimulai dari tahapan analisa, desain, implementasi, pengetesan dan perawatan. Dengan sistem ini diharapkan peminjaman barang di instansi dan/atau perusahaan menjadi lebih efisien dan rapi, sehingga penggunaan barang dapat dimaksimalkan oleh semua karyawan, serta semua karyawan dapat mengetahui status dari barang yang akan dan sedang dipinjam tersebut

    Sistem Perhitungan Estimasi SPP pada SMAN 1 Cibungbulang Berbasis Web Dengan Menggunakan Metode ABC (Activity Based Costing)

    This study aims to develop a web-based SPP estimation system using the Activity Based Costing (ABC) method in school administration. In the context of increasing educational costs, the ABC approach offers a solution for managing costs efficiently and transparently. Quantitative data, such as SPP rates, are used in this study to calculate the precise costs in developing the system. Although speculative, this system is expected to enhance educational services by providing more timely and accurate information, as well as promoting the adoption of innovative cost management methods in other educational institutions. The implementation of a web-based information system with the ABC method at SMAN 1 Cibungbulang is considered efficient, transparent, and improves cost accuracy, thus providing more accurate information. The analysis results show that the SPP costs in 2023 originated from the total unit level-costs (5 activities), plant-level costs (2 activities), and product-level costs (1 activity), each producing Rp. 6,043,166, Rp. 23,005, and Rp. 2,445 per unit, totaling Rp. 6,068,666 per year or Rp. 505,722 per month. Additionally, the activity cost burden on products reached Rp. 193,431,640 per year. This study contributes to a deeper understanding of ABC implementation in the education.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem estimasi SPP berbasis web menggunakan metode Activity Based Costing (ABC) dalam administrasi sekolah. Dalam konteks biaya pendidikan yang semakin meningkat, pendekatan ABC menawarkan solusi untuk mengelola biaya secara efisien dan transparan. Data kuantitatif, seperti tarif SPP, digunakan dalam penelitian ini untuk menghitung biaya yang tepat dalam pengembangan sistem. Meskipun bersifat spekulatif, sistem ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan layanan pendidikan dengan memberikan informasi yang lebih tepat waktu dan akurat, serta mendorong adopsi metode manajemen biaya inovatif di lembaga pendidikan lainnya. Implementasi sistem informasi berbasis web dengan metode ABC di SMAN 1 Cibungbulang dianggap efisien, transparan, dan meningkatkan akurasi biaya, sehingga memberikan informasi yang lebih tepat. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa biaya SPP tahun 2023 berasal dari total biaya unit level (5 aktivitas), biaya plant level cost (2 aktivitas), dan biaya product level cost (1 aktivitas), dengan masing- masing menghasilkan Rp. 6.043.166, Rp. 23.005, dan Rp. 2.445 per unit, total Rp. 6.068.666 per tahun atau Rp. 505.722 per bulan. Selain itu, beban biaya aktivitas pada produk mencapai Rp. 193.431.640 per tahun. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi dalam pemahaman lebih lanjut tentang implementasi ABC dalam konteks pendidikan dan pentingnya penggunaan sistem informasi berbasis web untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan transparansi dalam administrasi sekolah

    PT. Tiara Giri Agrapana is a tourism organization. The problem is that the warehouse administrator checks goods manually, and makes data reports on incoming and outgoing goods, there are often differences in the amount of stock, and employees have difficulty finding stock. The research aims to make it easier for administrators to compile monthly and annual stock reports, arrange picking up goods, and pick up goods by employees more easily than previous methods. The waterfall method is carried out sequentially from requirements analysis, design, development, testing, and maintenance. The system is designed using PHP language, MySQL, and Laravel framework. The black-box testing method was used as unit testing, the system was tested using SUS from 20 respondents with a result of 92.25, including the usable category. It was concluded that users well received the system. This research is expected to produce an information system that can simplify the work of warehouse administrators in making monthly and annual reports on goods data, time efficiency for entering and storing goods data, and make it easier for employees to submit goodsTiara Giri Agrapana merupakan organisasi bidang pariwisata.     The RT/RW Net business is a promising business opportunity in the digital era, this business provides easy and cheap internet access for the community. However, currently the voucher purchase transaction process is quite complicated. Customers or resellers must come to the sales location, problems occur when RT/RW Net business actors are busy. This causes RT/RW Net business actors to not have time to print WiFi vouchers and carry out WiFi voucher sales transactions. This causes a decrease in sales turnover. The traditional voucher purchasing system through printing vouchers is considered ineffective and inefficient. This research aims to make it easier for customers or resellers to purchase wifi vouchers. The application development process uses the Waterfall method. Android application uses Kotlin, web management application uses Laravel, Payment Gateway uses Xendit, and user management uses Radius. The results of this application make it possible to purchase Wifi vouchers easily and quickly via smartphone.     Analisis Efek Merger Terhadap Kinerja Perusahaan Pada PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia

    Abstract This research aims to compare how companies perform before and after the merger. The object of this research is a sharia commercial bank that has carried out a merger, namely a merger between 3 sharia commercial banks to become Bank Syariah Indonesia. The research period is 2 years before the merger (2019-2020) and two years after the merger (2021-2022). The financial performance compared is Return on Assets (ROA), Return on Equity (ROE), Net Profit Margin (NPM), Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR) and Cost to Income Ratio (CIR). The difference test uses a paired sample t-test in SPSS 25. The results of the paired sample t-test show that the overall ratios compared are no different before and after the merger.   Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan membandingkan bagaimana kinerja perusahaan sebelum dan sesudah dilakukan merger. Objek penelitian ini adalah bank umum syariah yang pernah melakukan merger yaitu merger antara 3 bank umum syariah menjadi Bank Syariah Indonesia. Periode penelitian adalah 2 tahun sebelum merger (2019-2020) dan dua rahun setelah merger (2021-2022). Kinerja keuangan yang dibandingkan adalah Return on Asset (ROA), Return on Equity (ROE), Net Profit Margin (NPM), Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR) dan Cost to Income Ratio (CIR). Uji beda menggunakan paired sampel t-test pada SPSS 25.     Perancangan Video 3D mengenai Senjata Tradisional dari Asia Timur

    A three-dimensional object is an object that has the attributes length, width and height. With the fast improvement of technology, there are various ways to distribute information. One of the way is to create an 3D based animation video. 3D object video is a video that shows an 3D model with huge amount of detail to look as close to reality as possible from different angle. The objective of this research is to design a video animation based on 3D object to spread information about the traditional weapon of East Asia. This research uses qualitative method by interview to 30 university students as respondent. Multimedia Development Life Cycle is used as the method to produce the video. Based on the answer that was collected from the interview we can come to an agreement that with the assistance of 3D animation, information can be easier to understand because of the 3D object. The result of this research is a 3D animation video about the traditional weapon of East Asia.Objek tiga dimensi adalah suatu objek yang memiliki atribut panjang, lebar, dan tinggi. Dengan perkembangan teknologi yang pesat, muncul berbagai cara untuk membagikan informasi. Salah satu caranya adalah dengan membuat video animasi berbasis 3D. Video objek 3D adalah video yang menampilkan model objek dengan detail sehingga terlihat seperti barang yang nyata yang dapat dilihat dari berbagai sisi. Tujuan dari penelitian yang dilakukan ini adalah untuk merancang sebuah video animasi berbasis objek tiga dimensi untuk membantu menyebarkan informasi mengenai senjata tradisional Asia Timur. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan kualitatif dengan wawancara kepada 30 responden mahasiswa. Perancangan video menggunakan metode Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC). Berdasarkan jawaban yang dikumpulkan dari wawancara yang dilakukan dapat dinyatakan bahwa adanya objek 3D dalam video animasi informasi dapat lebih mudah dipahami karena adanya referensi objeknya.  Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sebuah video animasi tiga dimensi mengenai senjata tradisional Asia Timur
