Segmentasi Layanan Jasa Kantor Akuntan Publik Menggunakan Algoritma K-Means Clustering
Get PDFKantor Akuntan Publik (KAP) XYZ is a business entity that provides audit, accounting, taxation, and financial consulting services to clients. In providing these services, KAP XYZ is required to always deliver the best and most professional service. Therefore, KAP XYZ needs to evaluate the services it has provided. This study aims to perform segmentation of the services offered using the K-Means Clustering method and the Davies-Bouldin Index (DBI) test to find the best cluster. Data processing is carried out using the RapidMiner application. The data used consists of 500 service records to clients, with the k values tested being 3, 4, 5, 6, and 7. The results of the test show the lowest DBI value at k=5 with a score of 0.949, resulting in 5 clusters. Cluster 1 shows the best performance, accounting for 37% of the total services, with 187 services provided to 69 clients. This segmentation provides insights that can be used by KAP management for evaluation and the development of strategies to improve service quality.Kantor Akuntan Publik (KAP) XYZ merupakan badan usaha yang menyediakan jasa audit, akuntansi, perpajakan, dan konsultasi keuangan kepada klien, dalam hal pemberian jasa, KAP XYZ dituntut untuk selalu memberikan pelayanan terbaik dan profesional. Oleh karena itu KAP XYZ memerlukan evaluasi terhadap jasa yang telah diberikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan segmentasi terhadap jasa yang diberikan dengan menggunakan metode K-Means Clustering dan pengujian Davies Bouldin Index (DBI) untuk mencari cluster terbaik. Pengolahan data dilakukan menggunakan aplikasi RapidMiner. Data yang digunakan adalah data pemberian jasa kepada klien sebanyak 500 pekerjaan, dengan nilai k yang diuji yaitu 3, 4, 5, 6, dan 7. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan nilai DBI terendah pada k=5 dengan skor 0,949, yang menghasilkan 5 cluster. Cluster 1 menunjukkan performa terbaik dengan 37% dari total jasa, yaitu 187 layanan kepada 69 klien. Segmentasi ini memberikan wawasan yang dapat digunakan manajemen KAP untuk evaluasi dan penyusunan strategi peningkatan kualitas layanan

Get PDFThe Higher Education, Research, and Development Council of Muhammadiyah oversees various associations with diverse activities, yet data management is still conducted manually, making it inefficient and prone to errors. This study aims to develop a web-based association management information system using the Laravel and Filament frameworks. The Waterfall method is applied in the development process, which includes requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The system implements Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) to manage user access rights according to their roles. Key features include data management for associations, members, activity types, and activity history. Black Box testing results show that the system functions according to specifications, and usability evaluation indicates that the system is user-friendly. The developed system significantly improves efficiency, accuracy, and structured management of association activities. In conclusion, this information system provides an effective solution for association management and can be adopted by similar organizations to enhance operational efficiency.Majelis Pendidikan Tinggi, Penelitian, dan Pengembangan Muhammadiyah membawahi berbagai asosiasi dengan beragam kegiatan, namun pengelolaan data masih dilakukan secara manual sehingga kurang efisien dan rawan kesalahan. Metode Waterfall digunakan dalam proses pengembangan, meliputi analisis kebutuhan, desain sistem, implementasi, pengujian, dan pemeliharaan. Sistem ini juga menerapkan Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) untuk mengatur hak akses pengguna sesuai peran. Fitur utama mencakup pendataan asosiasi, anggota, jenis kegiatan, dan riwayat kegiatan. Hasil pengujian Black Box menunjukkan sistem berfungsi sesuai spesifikasi, dan evaluasi usability menunjukkan sistem mudah digunakan. Sistem ini terbukti meningkatkan efisiensi, akurasi pencatatan, serta pengelolaan kegiatan asosiasi secara terstruktur. Kesimpulannya, sistem informasi ini efektif untuk manajemen asosiasi dan dapat diadopsi oleh organisasi serupa guna menunjang efisiensi operasional

This activity was carried out by providing material related to knowledge about financial reports in accordance with current accounting standards. Integration of Artificial Intelligence in Personal Financial Management: A Study of Adaptive System Development for the Digital Generation
No full textThe digital transformation era presents new challenges in personal financial management, particularly for millennials and Gen Z, who are prone to consumptive behavior, the Fear of Missing Out (FOMO), and low financial literacy. This study aims to explore the potential development of an adaptive system based on artificial intelligence to improve the effectiveness of personal finance management. Using a qualitative approach through literature and bibliometric analysis, the study employs VOSviewer to identify dominant themes such as financial behavior, financial education, and personal financial planning, with limited representation of AI integration and adaptive systems. This indicates a research gap that offers strategic opportunities for innovation in finance systems. The study formulates the need for intelligent features such as spending pattern analysis, personalized financial recommendations, and automatic adjustments based on user profiles. These findings are expected to serve as a conceptual foundation for developing smarter and more adaptive personal finance systems aligned with the characteristics of the digital generation

Implementasi Algoritma K-Means untuk Klasifikasi Citra Biota Laut: Gurita, Lobster, dan Kerang Laut
Get PDFAdvances in digital image processing technology and machine learning, such as clustering, have contributed to increased efficiency in various sectors, including marine and fisheries. Octopus, lobsters, and shellfish are high-value fishery commodities that have traditionally been classified manually, with the potential for subjectivity and inefficiency. This study aims to develop a digital image classification model for marine biota using the K-Means Clustering method equipped with image processing techniques. The methods applied include converting the RGB color space to L*a*b, segmentation with K-means, shape feature extraction (metric, eccentricity) and GLCM texture (contrast, correlation, energy, homogeneity). The results show that this method is effective in identifying the three types of marine biota with an average accuracy of 95% based on testing on 30 images. The implementation of K-means Clustering has been proven to be accurate and consistent in the automation of marine biota classification
Analisis Sentimen Masyarakat Terhadap Isu Migrasi Rohingya Ke Indonesia
Get PDFThe phenomenon of the Rohingya refugee exodus is something that attracts a lot of public interest on social media. This study aims to see how the public represents the phenomenon of the presence of Rohingya refugees in Indonesia on X social media with the Decision tree 5.0 algorithm and Naive bayes with the keyword "rohingya". The results of the study showed that negative sentiment is still dominant on X social media with an average of 49.5%, positive sentiment 18.5% and neutral sentiment 27%. For validity testing using the K-Fold Validation method, it shows that the naïve Bayes algorithm has a better level of accuracy with an accuracy level of 83% while the decision tree only has an accuracy level of 78%. The results of the study indicate that Indonesian people through X social media still tend to give a negative attitude towards the presence of Rohingya refugees in Indonesia.Fenomena eksodus pengungsi Rohingya merupakan hal yang menarik banyak minat masyarakat di media sosial. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat bagaimana representasi masyarakat terhadap fenomena kehadiran pengungsi Rohingya di Indonesia dalam media sosial X dengan algoritma Decision tree 5.0 dan Naive bayes dengan keyword “rohingya”. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sentimen negatif masih dominan di sosial media X dengan rata-rata 49,5%, sentimen positif 18,5% dan sentimen netral 27%.
