PELAKSANAAN PROGRAM REINTEGRASI SOSIAL TERHADAP NARAPIDANA DI LEMBAGA PEMASYARAKATAN KELAS IIA PADANG
This study aims to analyze the implementation of the social reintegration program for inmates at the Class IIA Correctional Institution in Padang and to identify the supporting and inhibiting factors in its implementation. Social reintegration is an essential stage in the correctional system that functions to prepare inmates to return to society with improved skills, attitudes, and mental readiness. This research employs an empirical juridical approach with data collected through interviews, observations, and documentation studies involving correctional officers, inmates, and other relevant stakeholders. The findings indicate that the implementation of the social reintegration program at the Class IIA Correctional Institution in Padang has been carried out in accordance with Law Number 22 of 2022 concerning Corrections. The program includes personality development, self-reliance training, and collaborative activities with external institutions through the Padang Correctional Center (Bapas) and community organizations. However, several challenges remain, such as limited budget allocation, insufficient number of counselors, low community participation, and the persistent social stigma against former inmates that hinders their reintegration process. Efforts to improve the effectiveness of the social reintegration program should include strengthening inter-agency coordination, enhancing psychosocial support, and establishing partnerships with businesses and vocational institutions. Thus, the main goal of the correctional system—to shape inmates into fully rehabilitated individuals who are aware of their mistakes and capable of contributing positively to society can be optimally achieve
Pengaruh Penambahan Minyak Ikan Sulfonasi Pada Proses Penyamakan Terhadap Karakteristik Kulit Kambing Tersamak Untuk Atasan Sepatu
Fatliquoring is an important component in tanned leather that serves to make the leather soft during the Fatliquoring process. Tanned leather with oiling will produce tanned leather that is limp, softer and produces high pliability, defending the leather from damage by the influence of water. In addition, the Fatliquoring process absorbs and repels water molecules. The tanning process generally starts from rawhide, hair removal, weak removal, neutralization, pickle mineral tanning, vegetable tanning, re-tanning, and finishing. The purpose of this research is to apply fish oil so that it can change the properties of tanned leather to become softer, more flexible, more clayey, more flexible and the elephant surface becomes smoother. The research method is various treatments of sulfone Fatliquoring fish oil concentration on tanned goat skin. The materials used in this experiment were salt-tanned goat skins. Analysis of the quality of tanned leather is determined from the characteristics of tanned leather measuring the physical and organoleptic properties of tanned leather. Implementasi PPID Dalam Mendukung Transparansi Informasi di Politeknik Pariwisata Bali
As a vocational higher education institution in the field of tourism, Politeknik Pariwisata Bali has an obligation to provide the public with access to information that is easy, fast, and accountable. This study discusses the implementation of the Public Information and Documentation Officer (PPID) as the main instrument to support information transparency at Politeknik Pariwisata Bali. The system was developed using the Waterfall method with PHP as the programming language and MySQL as the database. The testing process was carried out using the blackbox testing method to ensure that each system function operates as required. The implementation results show that the developed PPID system is capable of providing services for information requests, complaints, and public aspirations in a more effective and integrated manner.Sebagai institusi pendidikan tinggi vokasi di bidang pariwisata, Politeknik Pariwisata Bali memiliki kewajiban untuk menyediakan akses informasi yang mudah, cepat, dan akuntabel bagi masyarakat. Penelitian ini membahas implementasi Pejabat Pengelola Informasi dan Dokumentasi (PPID) sebagai sarana utama dalam mendukung keterbukaan informasi di Politeknik Pariwisata Bali. Sistem dikembangkan menggunakan metode Waterfall dengan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan basis data MySQL. Proses pengujian dilakukan dengan metode blackbox testing untuk memastikan setiap fungsi sistem berjalan sesuai kebutuhan. Hasil implementasi menunjukkan bahwa sistem PPID yang dibangun mampu menyediakan layanan permintaan informasi, pengaduan, serta aspirasi masyarakat secara lebih efektif dan terintegrasi
PENGARUH PERANG DAGANG AMERIKA SERIKAT–TIONGKOK TERHADAP PEREKONOMIAN INDONESIA DAN GLOBAL
The trade war between the United States and China since 2018 has generated systemic impacts on the global economy. Reciprocal tariff policies implemented by both countries have not only disrupted international trade flows but also increased global economic uncertainty, affecting developing countries such as Indonesia. This article aims to analyze the impact of the US–China trade war on the global economy and its implications for Indonesia. This research employs a normative legal research method with an international political economy approach, based on literature review of international institutional reports, national statistical data, and relevant academic studies. The findings indicate that the trade war has slowed global trade, disrupted global supply chains, increased exchange rate volatility, and reshaped foreign investment patterns. For Indonesia, the trade war has led to declining export performance in certain commodities, pressure on the rupiah, while simultaneously creating opportunities for market diversification and industrial relocation. The study highlights the importance of adaptive and resilience-based national economic policies in responding to global economic conflicts
Penerapan Prinsip-Prinsip Good Corporate Governance Pada Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kota Bukittinggi, Sumatera Barat
This study was conducted to measure performance using the principles of Good Corporate Governance (GCG), which is operationally based on legal foundations or regulations of a sharia nature based on the Qur’an and The Hadith of the Prophet. The research was conducted qualitatively by describing the facts and information available in the field. Data source were obtained from observations and interviews with employees working in the institution. Furthermore, this research was conducted at one of the government office, namely the Population and Civil Registration Office (DUKCAPIL) in Bukittinggi City, West Sumatera. Based on the research results, it shows that each of the GCG Principles has been applied at the DUKCAPIL Office in Bukittinggi. The GCG principles include transparency where the vision, mission and products as well as risk management, have been well implemented and published through the DUKCAPIL office Website. Accountability in the form of sustainable performance managed in accordance with applicable regulations. Responsibility which includes compliance with applicable laws as stated in PBI Regulation No. 11/33/PBI/2009 dated December 7, 2009 concerning the implementation of GCG for each government office, as well as social responsibility to the general public. Independence, meaning managing professionally and without any conflicts of interest while avoiding pressure from any party. Fairness and equality in fulfilling the stakeholders’ rights arising from applicable laws and regulations, and also receiving equal treatment without discrimination in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations.
Abstrak
Penelitian ini dilakukan dalam rangka mengukur kinerja dengan menggunakan prinsip-prinsip Good Corporate Governance (GCG) yang menjadi operasionalnya tetap berlandaskan dengan dasar-dasar hukum, atau peraturan-peraturan yang sifatnya syari’ah dengan berlandaskan Al-Qur’an dan Hadis Nabi. Penelitian dilakukan secara kualitatif dengan mendeskripsikan fakta-fakta dan keterangan yang ada di lapangan. Sumber data diperoleh dari wawancara kepada pegawai yang bekerja di instansi tersebut. Selanjutnya, penelitian ini dilakukan pada salah satu Lembaga Aparatur Negara yaitu Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil (DUKCAPIL) Kota Bukittinggi, Sumatera Barat. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa setiap prinsip-prinsip GCG telah diterapkan pada Dinas DUKCAPIL Kota Bukittinggi. Adapun prinsip-prinsip GCG itu meliputi Keterbukaan (transparency) yakni visi, misi dan produk-produk serta pengelolaan resiko sudah diterapkan dengan baik dan dipublikasikan melalui website Dinas DUKCAPIL Kota Bukittinggi, pertanggungjawaban (accountability) berupa kinerja yang berkesinambungan sudah dikelola sesuai dengan peraturan yang berlaku, tanggung jawab (responsibility) meliputi kepatuhan terhadap perundang-undangan yang berlaku dalam aturan PBI No. 11/33/PBI/2009 tanggal 07 Desember 2009 tentang pelaksanaan Good Corporate Governance (GCG) bagi setiap Dinas yang bersifat kenegaraan serta tanggung jawab sosial kepada masyarakat umum, independen (independency) ini berarti mengelola secara profesional dan tanpa ada benturan kepentingan serta dapat menghindari tekanan kepentingan dari pihak mana pun, kewajaran dan kesetaraan (fairness) dalam memenuhi hal-hak stakeholders yang timbul berdasarkan peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku dan juga mendapatkan perlakuan yang setara tanpa diskriminasi sesuai dengan peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlak
Desain Attack Tree Berdasar Metrik Time Pada Eksploitasi GraphQL Dengan Information Disclosure Vulnerability
Graph Query Language (GraphQL) is a query language designed to manage interactions between clients and Application Programming Interfaces (APIs). GraphQL was created to facilitate data exchange between the backend and frontend, providing a clear and easily understandable data description. As GraphQL continues to gain popularity, the need for best security practices and tools to test and protect GraphQL APIs will become increasingly important. Like other technologies, GraphQL also has some weaknesses; one of them is its introspection feature, which can reveal sensitive information that should not be exposed. Therefore, this research aims to identify information disclosure vulnerabilities in GraphQL APIs and to find the most effective time between two security modes implemented: before and after hardening. Two methods and two tools are used to implement this, namely Introspection with InQL and Field Suggestion with Clairvoyance. This research is visually represented through an Attack Tree to provide a comprehensive overview of exploitation paths and potential attacks. After implementation, the results showed that the most successful and efficient exploitation method for information disclosure vulnerability before hardening was the Field Suggestion Method, with a total time of 7.94 seconds. The most efficient time before and after hardening turned out to be the same, with the Field Suggestion Method taking a total of 8.99 seconds after hardening. Thus, based on this time comparison, it can be concluded that the shorter the time required, the quicker an attacker can obtain harmful information from GraphQL.Graph Query Language (GraphQL) adalah sebuah bahasa query yang dirancang untuk mengatur interaksi antara klien dan Antarmuka Pemrograman Aplikasi (API). GraphQL diciptakan untuk memudahkan pertukaran data antara backend dan frontend, memberikan deskripsi data yang jelas dan mudah dimengerti. GraphQL terus mendapatkan popularitas, kebutuhan akan praktik terbaik keamanan dan alat untuk menguji dan melindungi API GraphQL akan semakin penting. Seperti teknologi lainnya, GraphQL juga memiliki beberapa kelemahan, salah satunya adalah fitur introspection nya dapat mengungkapkan informasi sensitif yang seharusnya tidak terekspos. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menemukan kerentanan information disclosure vulnerability pada GraphQL API dan mencari waktu yang paling efektif dari dua mode keamanan yang diterapkan yaitu mode sebelum dan sesudah herdening. Terdapat dua metode dan dua bantuan Tools yang digunakan dalam mengimplementasikannya, yaitu Introspection with InQL dan Field Suggestion with Clairvoyance. Penelitian ini direpresentasikan secara visual melalui Attack Tree untuk memberikan gambaran menyeluruh mengenai jalur eksploitasi dan potensi serangan. Setelah dimplementasikan, didapatkan hasil bahwa metode eksploitasi information disclosure vulnerability yang berhasil dilakukan dan paling efisien sebelum hardening adalah Field Suggestion Methodss dengan total waktu 7,94s. Waktu paling efisien sebelum dan setelah hardening ternyata sama, yaitu Field Suggestion Methods dengan total waktu 8,99s setelah hardening. Dengan demikian, dari hasil perbandingan waktu tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa semakin singkat waktu yang dibutuhkan, maka semakin cepat penyerang memperoleh informasi berbahaya dari GraphQL
Rancang Bangun Sistem Inventory Pada Izara Batik Menggunakan Metode Prototype
Inventory as a system in a company related to the stock of goods is required to provide all information about the availability of raw materials, semi-finished goods or finished goods. Inventory of goods is an activity that will always change and as the main element that will continue to rotate. If the Inventory is too large, it can cause high cost burdens so that it needs to be minimized while still meeting consumer demand. Therefore, to overcome this problem, a system is needed to be able to manage and monitor the availability of goods in order to meet consumer demand effectively and efficiently. The design of the Inventory system at Izara Batik using the Prototype method aims to manage and monitor the availability of existing goods with actual consumer needs more effectively and efficiently. The Prototype method has the first stage, namely communication, quick plan, modeling quick design, construction of Prototype, deployment delivery and feedback. The system that has been built is then tested using alpha testing, namely blackbox testing. The test results show that all functions operate properly and according to their functions. Therefore, this Inventory system is able to overcome problems at Izara Batik, making the transaction process in the warehouse easier and more efficient and the data on goods owned can be managed better.Inventory sebagai sistem dalam perusahaan berkaitan dengan persediaan barang dituntut untuk memberikan segala informasi tentang ketersediaan bahan baku, barang setengah jadi atau barang jadi. Inventory barang menjadi aktivitas yang akan selalu mengalami perubahan dan sebagai elemen utama yang akan terus berputar. Jika persediaan terlalu besar, maka dapat menyebabkan tingginya beban biaya sehingga perlu diminimalisir dengan tetap memenuhi permintaan konsumen. Oleh karena itu, untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut, maka dibutuhkan sistem untuk bisa mengelola dan memantau ketersediaan barang agar dapat memenuhi permintaan konsumen secara efektif dan efisien. Rancang bangun sistem Inventory barang pada izara batik menggunakan metode Prototype bertujuan untuk mengelola dan memantau ketersediaan barang yang ada dengan kebutuhan konsumen yang sebenarnya dengan lebih efektif dan efisien. Metode Prototype memiliki tahapan pertama yaitu communication, quick plan, modelling quick design, construction of Prototype, deployment delivery and feedback. Sistem yang sudah dibangun tersebut selanjutnya diuji menggunakan alpha testing yaitu blackbox testing. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa semua fungsi beroperasi dengan baik dan sesuai fungsinya. Oleh karena itu, sistem Inventory ini mampu mengatasi permasalahan di izara batik, menjadikan proses transaksi di gudang lebih mudah dan efisien dan data barang yang dimiliki dapat terkelola dengan lebih baik
Perancangan Sistem Informasi Laporan Pembayaran Iuran Komite Pada SMK Negeri 1 Kota Sorong
SMK Negeri 1 Sorong City is one of the largest vocational high schools in Sorong City, Southwest Papua. Management of committee dues payment reports at SMK Negeri 1 Sorong City is still very manual, namely by recording using book. This matter results in various problems, such as frequent damage to data storage media, errors in data recording and data loss, which hinders financial reporting. In this research, data collection was carried out through two types of data, namely primary data and secondary data. The waterfall method is the system development method used in this research. Program modeling tools, namely UML, include use case diagrams. The test used in this research is black box testing. The conclusion of this research is a web based committee dues payment reporting information system can be used as an efficient medium for reporting committee dues payment transactions.SMK Negeri 1 merupakan salah satu SMK terbesar di Kota Sorong. Papua Barat Daya. Pengelolaan laporan pembayaran iuran komite di SMK Negeri 1 Kota Sorong masih sangat manual yaitu dengan pencatatan menggunakan buku. Hal tersebut mengakibatkan berbagai permasalahan seperti seringnya terjadi kerusakan pada media penyimpanan data, kesalahan pencatatan data, dan kehilangan data sehingga menghambat pelaporan keuangan. Dalam penelitian ini pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui dua jenis yaitu data primer dan sekunder. Metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode waterfall. Alat bantu pemodelan program yaitu UML meliputi use case diagram. Pengujian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pengujian black box. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini yaitu sistem informasi pelaporan pembayaran iuran komite berbasis web dapat digunakan sebagai media pelaporan transaksi pembayaran iuran komite yang efisien
Pemanfaatan Jerami Padi Sebagai Bahan Baku Pembuatan Kertas Ramah Lingkungan Di SMK Dan SMA Lubuk Basung
Rice is the largest agricultural commodity in West Sumatra. It has an impact on the abundance of rice straw waste. Rice straw consists of 37.7% cellulose, 22.0% hemicellulose and 16.6% lignin. With its high cellulose content, rice straw has the potential to be utilised as a raw material for papermaking. On the other hand, small-scale cardboard industries that use raw materials from the pulp/paper industry's organic solid waste (sludge) are currently experiencing difficulties in the continuity of supply of other fibre materials as a mixture of organic solid waste, so processing rice straw into pulp through the kraft process with NaOH chemicals is expected to be an alternative raw material for the paper industry. In addition, the utilisation of rice straw into paper is also expected to reduce the waste produced. The service activity aims to provide information and training on making paper from rice straw to students at the secondary school level. From the activities, students were very enthusiastic in practicing paper making and making crafts from rice stalks

This study explores how the proper use of technology can serve as an effective tool to develop children’s skills such as critical thinking, creativity, communication, and collaboration. By integrating digital media, educational applications, and interactive learning methods, children can engage in learning in a more interesting and relevant way for the demands of the modern age. However, the use of technology must be balanced with wise guidance and supervision from both parents and educators to prevent potential negative impacts. The findings show that when used optimally, technology can be a powerful instrument in shaping resilient, adaptive, and competitive children, well-prepared for the era of the Golden Generation
