    Efektivitas Situs Web lpmdinamika.co dalam Menyebarkan Informasi kepada Mahasiswa Kota Medan

    This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of lpmdinamika.co as an information delivery platform for students in Medan. The research employed a descriptive qualitative approach using in-depth interviews and content observation. Participants were selected from four universities in Medan: UIN SU, USU, Unimed, and UMSU. The findings reveal that lpmdinamika.co is considered effective in terms of accessibility, content consistency, and relevance. The website is utilized not only by UIN SU students but also by students from other universities, indicating its broad reach and inclusiveness. Additionally, keyword insights show high engagement with campus-related topics, student opinions, and academic content. Despite these strengths, the study also identifies several technical issues, such as inappropriate ads and occasional slow access, which may hinder user experience. These challenges highlight the importance of regular website maintenance and improvements in technical infrastructure. Overall, lpmdinamika.co fulfills its function as a digital campus media platform that meets student information needs, yet continuous enhancement is essential to maintain its reliability and effectiveness

    The use of parking services in public spaces in Padang City often causes polemics due to losses suffered by consumers, such as loss of vehicles or damage due to the negligence of service providers. This study aims to analyze the legal protection provided to parking service users in Padang City based on Law Number 8 of 1999 concerning Consumer Protection and regional derivative rules. This study uses normative juridical methods and legislative approaches as well as case studies in several parking points in Padang City. The results of the study show that consumers who use parking services still do not receive adequate protection due to weak supervision, the absence of minimum service standards, and the unclear liability clause between service providers and consumers. Therefore, it is necessary to affirm regulations and strengthen the legal responsibility of parking service providers as business actors

    MENGKAJI ULANG KONSEP KEADILAN MENURUT ABU ZAHRAH DAN IMPLIKASINYA TERHADAP HUKUM TATA NEGARA

    This article re-examines the concept of justice in the thought of Muhammad Abu Zahrah and its relevance to constitutional law. Abu Zahrah views justice as a foundational principle of Islamic law, with universal and integrative implications. Based on his interpretation of QS. An-Nisā’ (4:58) and QS. An-Naḥl (16:90), this study reveals that justice in his view encompasses theological, moral, and institutional dimensions. He classifies justice into three domains: justice toward God, toward the self, and toward others. In the context of governance, Abu Zahrah emphasizes that power must be exercised as a trust grounded in substantive justice. Any ruler who fails to uphold justice is deemed to have violated the core of Islamic legal ethics. The article demonstrates that Abu Zahrah's concept of justice offers a robust normative basis for constitutionalism, governmental accountability, and the rule of law. Through a normative-contextual approach, his ideas remain highly relevant to the development of a just and inclusive legal system in Indonesia.     Analisis Pengaruh Akuntansi Hijau Terhadap Kinerja Keuangan Dengan Peran Mediasi Tanggung jawab Sosial Perusahaan

     This study aims to examine the effect of Green Accounting on Financial Performance with Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) as a mediating variable. This research adopts a quantitative approach using secondary data obtained from the official website www.idx.co.id and company websites. The population in this study includes energy sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the period 2020 to 2023. The sample was selected using purposive sampling, resulting in 152 valid observation data points for analysis. The analytical technique used is multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS version 21 software. The results show that Green Accounting has a positive and significant effect on Financial Performance and also has a positive and significant effect on Corporate Social Responsibility. However, Corporate Social Responsibility does not have a significant effect on Financial Performance. Nevertheless, the Sobel test results indicate that Corporate Social Responsibility is able to indirectly mediate the relationship between Green Accounting and Financial Performance. These findings support the strategic role of green accounting and CSR in shaping sustainable financial performance in the energy sector.   Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh Green Accounting terhadap Kinerja Keuangan dengan Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) sebagai variabel mediasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis data sekunder yang diperoleh dari situs resmi www.idx.co.id dan website perusahaan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan sektor energi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) selama periode 2020 hingga 2023. Pemilihan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling, sehingga diperoleh 152 data observasi yang layak dianalisis. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan software SPSS versi 21. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Green Accounting berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Keuangan, serta berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Corporate Social Responsibility. Namun, Corporate Social Responsibility tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Keuangan. Meski demikian, hasil uji Sobel menunjukkan bahwa Corporate Social Responsibility mampu memediasi secara tidak langsung hubungan antara Green Accounting dengan Kinerja Keuangan.     Pengaruh Penggunaan QRIS Terhadap Pola Makan Konsumtif Gen Z Mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Dharma Andalas

    The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, attitude toward using and actual usage on the consumptive eating patterns of gen Z at Faculty Economics and Business Dharma Andalas University partially and simultaneously. Primary data sources from field research and secondary data from library research. The type of research is associative with a quantitative approach. The research population was 357 people, the number of research samples was 200 people determined by purposive sampling with a simple random sampling technique. Data collection methods used questionnaires, interviews and observations. Before the data was processed, it met all instrument tests and classical assumption tests for the research variables perceived ease of use (X1), perceived usefulness (X2), attitude toward using (X3), actual usage (X4) and consumptive eating patterns (Y). The results of multiple linear regression obtained Y = 0.096 + 0.446 X1 + 0.302X2 + 0.279X3 + 0.251X4 + e. The results of partial and simultaneous hypothesis testing at a significance level of 5% show that perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, attitude toward using and actual usage have a significant positive effect on the consumptive eating patterns of gen Z at Faculty Economics and Business Dharma Andalas University.   Abstrak Tujuan penelitian  mengetahui pengaruh perceived ease to use, perceived usefullness, attitude toward using dan actual usage terhadap  pola makan konsumtif gen Z Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Dharma Andalas secara parsial dan simultan. Sumber data  primer    dari field research dan data sekunder dari library research. Jenis penelitian bersifat asosiatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian 357 orang, jumlah sampel penelitian 200 orang ditentukan secara purposive sampling dengan teknik simple random sampling. Metode pengumpulan data  menggunakan angket, wawancara dan observasi.         Sebelum data diolah memenuhi semua uji instrumen dan uji asumsi klasik untuk  variabel  penelitian perceived ease to use (X1),  perceived usefullness (X2),  attitude toward using (X3),  actual usage (X4) dan  pola makan konsumtif (Y).  Hasil regresi linier berganda didapat  Y = 0.096 + 0.446 X1 + 0.302X2  + 0.279X3 + 0.251X4 + e. Hasil uji hipotesis secara parsial dan simultan pada tingkat signifikansi 5% menunjukkan bahwa perceived ease to use,  perceived usefullness,  attitude toward using dan actual usage berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap pola makan konsumtif gen Z Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Dharma Andalas

    Pengujian UI / UX Game Genshin Impact Menggunakan Cognitive Walkthrough

    Games as a medium of entertainment have taken root in society, even now games are starting to shift to become an alternative learning medium. One of the games that has many players in Indonesia is Genshin Impact, which is a role-playing game (RPG) genre. Genshin Impact is a combination of action and RPG games that combine open world elements. Genshin Impact has interesting graphics and storylines, but the success factor of a game is not only graphics and storylines, but also good UI/UX design. The design of the user interface (UI) must carefully consider human psychology and physiology factors, considering factors such as color, shape, and gameplay layout that can affect the quality of UI/UX. This study focuses on testing the UI/UX of the Genshin Impact game using the cognitive walkthrough (CW) method. Based on test data from 20 respondents, it was found that in general Genshin Impact has a good UI UX, but has shortcomings related to the use of icons, including icons that do not match player expectations, icons that confuse players, and the absence of information on the icon.Game sebagai media hiburan telah mengakar dalam masyarakat, bahkan saat ini game mulai bergeser menjadi salah satu alternatif media pembelajaran. Salah satu game yang pemainnya cukup banyak di Indonesia adalah Genshin Impact yang bergenre role-playing game (RPG). Genshin Impact adalah perpaduan antara permainan aksi dan RPG yang memadukan elemen open world. Genshin Impact memang memiliki grafis dan jalan cerita yang menarik, namun factor keberhasilan sebuah game tidak hanya terkait grafis dan jalan cerita, melainkan juga desain UI/UX yang baik. Perancangan user interface (UI) harus memperhitungkan dengan cermat faktor psikologi dan fisiologi manusia, mengingat faktor seperti warna, bentuk, dan tata letak gameplay yang dapat mempengaruhi kualitas UI / UX. Penelitian ini fokus melakukan testing UI/UX dari game Genshin Impact menggunakan metode cognitve walkthrough (CW). Berdasarkan data hasil pengujian terhadap 20 orang responden, didapatkan bahwa secara umum Genshin Impact memiliki UI UX yang cukup baik, namun memiliki kekurangan terkait penggunaan icon, antara lain icon yang tidak sesuai ekspetasi pemain, icon yang membingungkan pemain, serta tidak adanya keterangan pada icon

    Penerapan Metode Agile Pada Perancangan Sistem Informasi Pengajuan Nomor Surat di Pemerintahan Desa

    The rapid advancement of information technology impacts various aspects of life, including the government sector. This study aims to design and develop a web-based letter number submission information system for village administration using the Agile method. This system is expected to make administrative processes more efficient and faster. Additionally, the digital service simplifies the process for both village officials and the community by eliminating the need for time-consuming manual procedures. Using the Agile method, the system is designed as expected. Based on White Box and Black Box testing, the system functions as intended. With these results, the system can be implemented to enhance administrative service efficiency at the village level.Perkembangan teknologi informasi semakin pesat dalam berbagai aspek kehidupan, termasuk di sektor pemerintahan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengembangkan sistem informasi pengajuan nomor surat di pemerintahan desa berbasis web menggunakan metode Agile. Dengan sistem ini, diharapkan proses administrasi menjadi lebih efisien dan cepat. Selain itu, layanan digital ini mempermudah perangkat desa serta masyarakat dalam mengajukan nomor surat tanpa harus bergantung pada proses manual yang memakan waktu.     Peningkatan Keamanan Sistem Informasi Berbasis Laravel 12 dengan Rate Limiting dan Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)

    This study aims to enhance the security of a Laravel  12-based news information system by implementing Rate Limiting and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC). The current website-based information system is vulnerable to hacking and redirection to online gambling sites, indicating serious security weaknesses in the programming. Leveraging the robust capabilities of Laravel  12, this research implements security features such as rate limiting to prevent brute force attacks and RBAC to manage user access rights based on roles. In addition, it utilizes the advanced security features of Spatie Role Permissions in Laravel  12 to achieve layered protection. This is supported by the use of the MariaDB database in conjunction with Laravel 's Spatie Permissions package for more structured permission management. The research method employed is evaluative with a quantitative and descriptive approach, used to measure and analyze the quality of the software code before and after improvements. The results of this study provide a more secure solution for the information system.  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keamanan sistem informasi berita berbasis Laravel  12 dengan menerapkan Rate Limiting dan Role-Based Access Control (RBAC). Sistem informasi yang dibangun berdasarkan website saat ini rentan diretas dan dialihkan ke situs judi online, hal ini menunjukkan adanya kerentanan keamanan yang serius, dari sebuah pemrograman. Dengan memanfaatkan kemampuan yang handal dari Laravel  12, penelitian ini mengimplementasikan fitur keamanan seperti rate limiting untuk mencegah serangan brute force dan RBAC untuk mengatur hak akses pengguna berdasarkan peran. Disamping itu juga memanfaatkan keamanan lanjutan dari Spatie Role Permissions Laravel  12 sehingga tingkat pengamanan yang berlapis, hal ini bisa dilakukan pada database MariaDB yang digunakan bersama Laravel  Spatie Permissions untuk manajemen izin yang lebih terstruktur. Metode penelitian yang dipakai adalah evaluatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan deskriptif yang digunakan untuk mengukur dan menganalisis kualitas kode perangkat lunak sebelum dan sesudah proses perbaikan dilakukan.     Implementasi Transformasi Homografi dan YOLO v4-Tiny untuk Deteksi Botol dan Kaleng

    The increasing presence of inorganic waste such as plastic bottles and cans poses a serious environmental threat and demands efficient detection solutions. This study aims to develop a real-time detection and position estimation system for inorganic waste using the YOLO v4-Tiny algorithm combined with homography transformation. A total of 3,388 labeled images were prepared and augmented via the Roboflow platform. The detection model was trained using the Darknet framework, while homography was applied to estimate object positions in real-world coordinates. System performance was evaluated based on precision, recall, F1-score, mean Average Precision (mAP), and Intersection over Union (IoU). The results show a mAP of 86.43%, precision of 77%, recall of 90%, and an average IoU of 62.33%. The system achieved a frame rate of 3–5 FPS, demonstrating its potential for low-power embedded devices. This approach is suitable for real-time waste monitoring using computer vision in constrained environments.Peningkatan jumlah sampah anorganik seperti botol plastik dan kaleng menimbulkan masalah serius terhadap lingkungan dan membutuhkan solusi deteksi yang cepat dan efisien. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem pendeteksian dan estimasi posisi objek sampah anorganik menggunakan algoritma YOLO v4-Tiny yang dikombinasikan dengan transformasi homografi. Sistem ini dirancang agar dapat diimplementasikan secara real-time pada perangkat berdaya komputasi rendah seperti Raspberry Pi 5. Proses dimulai dari pengumpulan 3.388 citra sampah, pelabelan menggunakan Roboflow, serta augmentasi untuk memperkaya variasi data. Model YOLO v4-Tiny dilatih menggunakan framework Darknet, sementara transformasi homografi digunakan untuk menghitung posisi objek dalam koordinat dunia nyata. Evaluasi dilakukan dengan mengukur presisi, recall, F1-score, dan rata-rata intersection over union (IoU). Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa model mencapai mAP sebesar 86,43%, precision 77%, recall 90%, dan rata-rata IoU sebesar 62,33%. Sistem mampu mendeteksi dan mengestimasi posisi objek dengan tingkat akurasi tinggi dan frame rate berkisar antara 3–5 FPS. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan yang diusulkan efektif untuk aplikasi pemantauan sampah berbasis visi komputer secara real-time
