Web-based Population Administration Service Information System In Kutabumi Tangerang Village
The Kutabumi Kelurahan office is an office that carries out several activities to carry out government affairs, such as empowerment and service to the community. Population administration services are important in a government agency in the Kutabumi District Office. Problems that occur include the making of a request letter that is still semi-computerized using Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel. So that the impact on services that are less effective and maximal to the needs of its residents. The system certainly has many weaknesses including the accumulation of paper and vulnerable to data loss because the data is not stored in the database. To improve the existing quality services at the Kutabumi Village Office, an administrative service system is needed so that administrative services are more effective and efficient. The analytical method used by researchers is the PIECES method (Performance, Informance, Economy, Control, Efficiency, Service). With this administration system, it can facilitate the process of requesting requirements regarding population administration and facilitate service staff in the process of population administration report activities
Virtual Link Aggregation Network Performance Using MikroTik Bonding
Quality of Service in a network is a big thing that must be resolved and dealt with as best as possible. The limitation of the maximum transfer rate in network devices creates an obstacle in the process of transferring data packets. To maximize the transfer rate in network devices, you can use Virtual Link Aggregation which can offer bandwidth optimization and failover in the network. Link aggregation is a solution in combining several physical links into one logical link. The method used in this research is to consider the allocation of bandwidth, load balancing and failover in the link aggregation. From the results of the link aggregation test using two (2) interface bonding, the results of the bandwidth averages when there is a UPD data packet transfer to 0 bps / 184.9 Mbps, which was previously around 0 bps / 91.6 Mbps. While the result of the bandwidth averages when the TCP data packet transfer occurs is 0 bps / 105.5 Mbps, which was previously around 0 bps / 93.8 Mbps. The processing of a Trade Business Permit (SIUP) which has been done manually, which is submitted directly to the Jayapura City Office of Industry and Trade, can be done by accessing it via an Android phone. The research methods used are 1) Data collection methods are carried out through literature studies, interviews and documentation, 2) application development methods with communication stages, planning quickly, designing quickly, modeling and designing quickly, forming prototypes, software to users and feedback. Influence Of Work Discipline, Ethics, Communication, Work Satisfaction On Employee Work Loyalty In Batam University
This study, researchers used respondent data, such as gender, age and duration of work of respondents to be able to provide information about the characteristics of respondents. The study population was employees at Batam University, which consisted of dozens and employees. The sample is determined by the number of sample members (sample size) of 90 people by proportional random sampling technique. 45 lecturers and 45 Batam university employees. This research is the result of a field study to obtain questionnaire answer data that measures five main variables in this study, namely Work Discipline, Ethics, Communication, Job Satisfaction of work Loyalty at Batam University employees. The instrument was developed based on theoretical studies, then defined in conceptual definitions, operational definitions, and developed through lattice instruments and technical techniques. Knitted data analysis uses descriptive statistics and statistical analysis to test the significance of path coefficients, descriptive statistics to present data in the form of frequency distribution tables, histograms, and the number of statistics such as media, modes, averages, variants, and foreign standards. exchange. Statistical tests are used to test the significance of path coefficients using Partial Least Square (PLS) which is a Multivariate Analysis in the second generation using structural equation modeling (SEM). PLS can be used for a small number of samples, and of course with a large number of samples will be better able to improve the accuracy of estimates. PLS does not require the assumption that data distribution must be normal or not. The construct form can use a reflective or formative model in which from the results of statistical analysis, the relationship between variables formulated in the formulation of a problem as many as 7 pieces obtained significant results

In an effort to support the paperless program, utilization of technology for Attitude Competency Assessment in 2013 curriculum is needed, so there needs to be a system that can facilitate the assessment process of attitude competency that is more concise, efficient and Paperless. In this study there are 3 (three) methods used: Observation, library study, and prototyping. The results of this research in the form of prototype input competency assessment of social and spiritual attitude is packaged in the form of questionnaire, which is expected to assist in the processing of assessment data.

Optimization the Naive Bayes Classifier Method to diagnose diabetes Mellitus
World Health Organization (WHO) states that Diabetes Mellitus is the world's top deadly disease. several studies in the health sector including diabetes mellitus have been carried out to detect diseases early. In this study optimization of naive bayes classifier using particle swarm optimization was applied to the data of patients with 2 classes namely positive diabetes mellitus and negative diabetes mellitus and data on patients with 3 classes, those who tested positive for diabetes mellitus type 1, diabetes mellitus type 2 and negative diabetes mellitus. After testing, the algorithm of Naive Bayes Classifier and Naive Bayes Classifier based on Particle Swarm Optimization, the results obtained are the Naive Bayes Classifier method for 2 classes and 3 classes each producing an accuracy value of 78.88% and 68.50%. but after adding Particle Swarm Optimization the value of accuracy increased respectively to 82.58% and 71, 29%. The classification results for 2 classes have an accuracy value higher than 3 classes with a difference of 11.29
