An Evaluation Of Helpdesk With Gamification Using Indeks Kepuasan Masyarakat (IKM)
Gamification is a concept of game element that is applied to non-game contexts, Helpdesk is an IT (Information Technology) section. It is first contacted by a user when someone has questions or problems related to IT services. UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta as a tertiary institution also has a help desk facilities as the tools to solve problems related to IT service. Based on study, the problem that common occurs is, the user is aware of the helpdesk service facilities on campus, but they prefer to make complaints directly to the relevant division. The concept of gamification with elements of points, badges, levels, leaderboard, and rewards is applied to the helpdesk system through the RAD (Rapid Application Development) development method. The method of evaluating the helpdesk system is done in two stages, first pre-test and second post-test. It through two application which is game based helpdesk and non-game based help desk applications. Using Indeks Kepuasan Masyarakat (IKM) as the calculation method of gamification helpdesk and End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) as an indicator service of the IKM that will be tested

This study, researchers used respondent data, such as gender, age and duration of work of respondents to be able to provide information about the characteristics of respondents. The study population was employees at Batam University, which consisted of dosons and employees. The sample is determined by the number of sample members (sample size) of 60 people by proportional random sampling technique. 20 lecturers and 40 Batam university employees. This research is the result of a field study to obtain questionnaire answer data that measures five main variables in this study, namely Emotional Intelligence, Self-Efficiency, Working Spirit, Work Satisfaction to work achievement of Batam University employees. The instrument was developed based on theoretical studies, then defined in conceptual definitions, operational definitions, and developed through lattice instruments and technical techniques. Knitted data analysis uses descriptive statistics and statistical analysis to test the significance of path coefficients, descriptive statistics to present data in the form of frequency distribution tables, histograms, and the number of statistics such as media, modes, averages, variants, and foreign standards. exchange. Statistical tests are used to test the significance of path coefficients using Partial Least Square (PLS) which is a Multivariate Analysis in the second generation using structural equation modeling (SEM). PLS can be used for a small number of samples, and of course with a large number of samples will be better able to improve the accuracy of estimates. PLS does not require the assumption that data distribution must be normal or not. The construct form can use a reflective or formative model in which from the results of statistical analysis, the relationship between variables formulated in the formulation of a problem as many as 7 pieces obtained significant results
Transaction Document Security Protection In The Form Of Image File, Jpg or Tif Interbank Transfer Using Steganography And Cryptography
Information security process can be done by hiding the information on other media or by certain methods, so that other people do not realize there is some information in the media. Technique known as Steganography and Cryptography. Steganography is a technique to hide or disguise the existence of secret messages in the media reservoirs. While Cryptography disguise the meaning of a message, but do not hide that there is a message. In a bank cannot be separated in the presence of inter-bank transactions which transfer if the transfer interbank transactions done in branch offices and nominal transaction exceeds the transaction limit branch offices will require official approval in the upper branch. How do I prove the authenticity of the document transfer transaction? Therefore, a company in the banking sector needs to be a medium to prove the validity of the document sent by the branch transaction. In this case the author has designed an application with a blend of steganography and cryptography techniques that can be used in testing the validity of the transaction document. By using steganographic techniques undercover in a media that has brought and cryptographic key assignment as random, then the document that is sent in the branch office can be proved
Decision Support System For Selection Of Expertise Using Analytical Hierarchy Process Method
Facial recognition is the process of human identification using a picture of facial expression. With the widespread use of computers, it is expected that facial recognition capabilities can be adopted on such smart devices. The adoption process becomes possible with the discovery of facial recognition methods, one of which is the main component analysis or better known as PCA (Principal Components Analysis). The research started by designing a computer program using the Matlab programming language. The Program was used to test the PCA method using a number of facial imagery. Testing is divided into three categories, which are based on the number of the trainer image, based on the number of key vector features, and the determination of the threshold value. In the end it can be concluded that PCA is quite worthy to be a facial recognition method. The research Data shows a pretty good introduction result with a fairly small error rate on testing using ten training imagery, which is one error introduction of 20 Tests
Blockchain Innovation: Current and Future Viewpoints for the Travel Industry
Disintermediation of the travel industry in the modern area has the most powerful and successful innovation, obviously with the assistance of Blockchain innovation. The market structure has changed since the appearance of online travel planners. Determined to improve the system for the travel industry that as of now depends on this blockchain innovation, for which the reason for this paper was made, a subjective strategy with semi-organized meetings appears to be appropriate to decide the ideal use to draw out the fundamental capability of this blockchain innovation for the business. the travel industry as per specialists. From the consequences of meetings led just as from the aftereffects of considering the impact of blockchain on business, it tends to be inferred that blockchain innovation is a fitting new advance as far as restricting and forbidding new go betweens in the entrance of the travel industry, subsequently it will prompt the vanishing of go-betweens from the travel industry market and an increment in the framework straightforward that everybody knows
The Influence Of Locus Of Control, Self Efficacy And Discipline Of Work, Job Satisfaction On Work Motivation In The Hj Bunda Halimah Hospital Batam

Comparison Testing Functional and Usability System Mapping Land Agriculture On Platform Web and Mobile
The Agricultural Land Mapping System (SPLP) is indispensable in an agricultural country where part of the population is farmers. This system has been developed by the research team since 2019 and has resulted in web and mobile based systems. The Dutatani SPLP system was developed using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method. Before this system is further implemented in the community, this system needs to be tested in terms of functionality and usability. This research article aims to compare the functionality and reusability testing of web and mobile-based SPLP. The test was carried out using ISO / IEC 9126-4 usability metrics that focus on effectiveness and efficiency, and involve farmers and farmer groups from Gilang Harjo Village, Bantul, Yogyakarta. The results of testing the web-based and mobile-based SPLP system show that overall respondents can do all the tasks given, but it takes a long time to complete. This is influenced by internal factors of the respondents, namely the respondent's lack of experience in using mobile phones for other activities besides telephone and short messages. So that when testing, respondents need more time to adapt to the system. However, based on time on task, mobile-based SPLP testing is faster than web-based ones

The Role Of Technology In Education
Here modern technology is defined as knowledge that is transformed into products, processes, services and organizational structures. Technology is always juxtaposed with the term science. Science is a human effort to understand the phenomena and facts of nature, and to preserve that knowledge conceptually and systematically. While technology is a human effort to use science for the benefit and welfare. Because of this relationship, the development of science is always related to technological developments, and vice versa. The development of science and technology has an exponential characteristic, which is getting faster and faster, because the results of one stage become the basis and reason for the next stage. It is not surprising that not only is its development accelerating but the role of science and technology in modern society is increasing in importance. The development of science is active in all fields, namely health, agriculture, economics, social sciences, natural sciences and so on
