An Exhaustive Analysis of Stress on Faculty Members Engaged in Higher Education
Higher education is the face of innovation for any country. The quality and dedication of professors help to maintain quality in this process. With time, parameters were raised to check the quality of professor attributes. In this paper, we discuss all possible parameters taken by universities to evaluate faculty performance. Gradually it grew overhead pressure on professors and impacted the teaching-learning process. Our paper focused on stress parameters with possible solutions for the same issue. The process consists of several parameters to evaluate an employee's performance, such as no publications in conferences and journals, no patents filed, additional responsibilities performed, other qualifications achieved, result in the analysis of courses taught, etc. Still, it also puts a lot of pressure on both of them because they have to balance all this extra work and teaching. This paper focuses on different faculty assessment parameters and their impact on the faculty teaching-learning process. We also propose possible solutions on how this stress can be alleviated, and the existing strategy can be simplified
Blockchain Education: as a Challenge in the Academic Digitalization of Higher Education
Over time, there haven't been many significant challenges to the higher education model. Even if the organization of lectures and learning experiences has changed due to the incorporation of increasingly sophisticated technologies, study themes are still evolving. The work being given here is an analysis of blockchain technology and its potential applications in the field of education, with a focus on the potential for upending the current value chain of academic institutions. Institutions act as central authority for providing and approving student knowledge as well as as a bridge between professors and those who would benefit from it (students). The main advancement of blockchain technology is the unbreakable digital transaction ledger, which can record almost any type of value exchange. They open up new possibilities when paired with other cutting-edge technologies like the internet of things and big data. They provide new opportunities for the decentralized sharing of education and the recording of knowledge and skills when paired with other cutting-edge technologies, such as the internet of things and big data. The end results include a thorough examination of the advancement of blockchain technology for educational purposes and a forecast of potential disruptions for educational institutions. There are currently apps targeted at decentralizing educational institutions using blockchain technology, which is developing at an ever-increasing rate. In the interim, a wider group of adepts continue to adopt the technique

Design Dashboard Monitoring Teacher Performance Assessment at Cinta Kasih Tzu Chi High School
Teachers are one of the main components in the world of education where they have a role in improving the quality of education. Where the quality of this education can be seen from the quality of teachers, but the quality of teachers is not only determined by the way of teaching and learning in the classroom, therefore it is necessary to conduct an assessment of teacher performance to measure the duties and responsibilities and obligations of each teacher. So to make it easier to analyze data and see the quality of teachers, a dashboard is designed to monitor teacher performance assessments that have been set by Cinta Kasih Tzu Chi High School based on document studies and interviews with school principals. Dashboard is one solution to present data in the form of visualization which is considered to provide clarity of information to be conveyed. This dashboard design uses a user centric method to describe the end-user design process that influences how a design is formed by utilizing Google Data Studio which will present information based on key performance indicators in graphic form to make it more interactive and easy to understand

Design and Build Academic Website with Digital Certificate Storage Using Blockchain Technology
A certificate is a form of award that is obtained by someone after completing a competency test or certain learning. Certificates must be generated and stored in a safe and secure manner to prevent alteration of content or even falsification. Blockchain technology is a technology that allows secure storage processes at low costs. Security is guaranteed because everyone can take part in storing data with a distributed ledger. Based on the results of research and system design, it can be concluded that the process of making blockchain technology as a medium for issuing certificates and their validation can be made using Ethereum's program, namely Geth, and storing data using smart contracts issued on the blockchain network. The results of the reliability testing of the system show that the system has successfully processed 200 transactions in approximately 8 seconds. For scalability testing, it is estimated that 10 million blocks require a storage capacity of 22.6 GB to become a node or miner on this blockchain network
