Analysis of Cyber Diplomacy and its Challenges for the Digital Era Community
This paper looks at digital strategy and what it can do to promote a peaceful global local area in the age of computers. Cyberspace holds a key position and particular relevance in international affairs. This subject has gained popularity as most international entertainers have developed their global strategy and implemented various tactics to pursue their primary goals online. For instance, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs' use of social media to promote the country, its policies, and its ideals are clear evidence of this. Unfortunately, not all online activities are calm. China and the US are at odds over cyber security, and two groupings of countries are vying for control of the field internationally. Because of this conflict of interest between the countries, cyber diplomacy is required to arbitrate and prevent open cyber war. Cyber diplomacy is an international practice that results from efforts to create an international cyber community by connecting the national interests of nations with the dynamics of the global community. To fulfill the traditional duties of diplomacy in cyberspace, such as promoting trust and peace among stakeholders, cyber diplomacy is to do so. This paper uses English School diplomacy theory to analyze the potential of cyber diplomacy for peaceful cyberspace use. Digital tact consists of two main components: an effort to prevent internet deterioration and a globally coordinated apparatus for creating common digital standards

Study of Kumaon Language for Natural Language Processing in End-to-End Conversation Scenario
Natural language processing is one of the essential activities of artificial intelligence. There is an excellent need for chatbots that require integration into artificial intelligence applications. The local language makes the process easier. Our research aims to analyze the possibilities and challenges of implementing a chatbot in the Kumaon language. We also provide a detailed survey of the Kumaon language and map it to other languages to make it easier to process it for industrial use. This chatbot can help with various needs and services in the Kumaon language. The method used in this research is a study analysis of the Kumaon language to deal with language extinction. The novelty in this research is a chatbot in the Kumaon language with end-to-end encryption so that the service user has good security
Implementation of KNN Methods And GLCM Extraction For Classification Of Road Damage Level
Road damage that occurs on several road surfaces causes huge losses, especially for road users such as travel time, congestion, accidents and others , so it is necessary to assess the level of road damage. At this time, problems in determining the level of road damage such as detecting cracks, potholes, calculating the width of cracks, the percentage of cracks and generating the level of road damage are still carried out by slow manual calculations using the Surface method. Distress Index (SDI). In this study, the KNN and GLCM methods will be used to detect road damage. Based on the results of the tests carried out, the accuracy of the results of disease detection with the KNN method and GLCM extraction depends on the number of datasets contained in the system. The process of measuring the level of road damage to get the results of the level of damage to the road can be done quickly, namely by entering a road damage image into the application
Application of Artificial Intelligence to the Development of Playing Ability in the Valorant Game
From children to adults, everyone enjoys playing online games as a form of entertainment. Online games have a more popular market because they can meet other players worldwide connected to the internet. NPCs (players controlled by a computer system) are also available in online games as player substitutes or for skill practice. As a result, we have been interacting with artificial intelligence in the competition and our environment without realizing it. The game's AI (Artificial Intelligent) can offer an experience similar to playing with other players. Artificial intelligence may always influence online games, whether to replace opponents or choose the game's plot. First Person Shooter (FPS) game Valorant was made available for free on the Windows platform by Riot Games. With a CS: GO-like concept (Counter Strike Global Offensive). The amount of money you have available for each round must be calculated at the equipment purchasing phase to produce effective gaming equipment. The Greedy Algorithm is one of the algorithms that can be used to choose the equipment for the money/cred owned. This algorithm will select the most expensive item the player can buy each round so that the player's chances of winning that round increase
Web-Based Temperature, Oxygen Saturation, and Heart Rate Monitoring System
Heart rate and oxygen saturation is a tool designed to measure heart rate, oxygen level, and body temperature without any contact with the human body. It is mainly used to assess primary health conditions. Symptoms resulting from a heartbeat are abnormal conditions of tachycardia and bradycardia. Symptoms caused by oxygen levels are ARI and asthma, an irregular breathing condition. Symptoms of an abnormal heart rate and oxygen saturation may indicate disease. Therefore, we created a web-based heart rate and oxygen saturation monitoring system for this study. IoT (Internet of Things) is used to manufacture this tool. This tool is programmed with sensors such as the AMG8833 sensor, the MAX30102 sensor, and the ESP32 microcontroller as a data processor, and the data is sent via a Wi-Fi connection to be read from the sensor. Wirelessly to your website in real-time. The website displays sensor data sent wirelessly from the microcontroller and then stored in a web server database. This data collection or monitoring system makes it easier for us, especially medical personnel, to check the health and analyze the results of data stored in our web server database
Examination Of Customer Interest In The Use Of The Mandiri Syariah Mobile Application At PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri Bekasi Branch Office
We inspect client premium in the utilization of the Mandiri Syariah Mobile application as a type of improvement in the computerized world at one of the Islamic banks in Indonesia. The reason for this review was to decide the impact of control (age, sex, and experience) on the connection between free factors (execution assumptions, exertion, impact of social beliefs, assistance conditions, decadent inspiration, value esteems ??, and propensities) on the reliant variable (conduct expectations and conduct). utilization conduct) which alludes to the Unified Theory Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) II model. The technique is a quantitative methodology with an informative examination plan that intends to clarify the factors to be considered and the impact between one variable and another. Social conditions, assistance conditions, indulgent inspiration, value esteems ??, propensities with conduct expectation factors. Given the consequences of the examination, execution assumptions have the most significant relationship, precisely 43.2% on social goals. Subsequently, this review proposes that before expanding the connection between social aims to utilize conduct, PT Bank Syariah Mandiri needs to reinforce the impact of the seven factors on social goals

Blockchain Technology as Authenticated System for Smart Universities
Many industries and universities are interested in blockchain technology, which is a growing field of interest. The Digital Data Storage System (DDS) consists of many servers (multi-server). Blockchain technology allows data to be copied and authenticated across servers. Many people believe that blockchain is only used for cryptocurrencies, but that's not entirely correct. Bitcoin, one of the most well-known cryptocurrencies, heavily relies on the technology. However, in reality, the use of blockchain is not limited to cryptocurrencies. One way that blockchain technology can be used is for data processing in universities. In this study, the author looks at how it can be used to improve student records, document transactions, and more. The research method used in this study is the "literature review" method
Education 4.0: Online Learning Management Using Education Smart Courses
The number of students at tertiary and domestic universities rises as a result of evolving educational practices. However, in several Indonesian universities, this development has not been matched by an equalization of the course digitization system that can form soft skills and hard skills. As a result, there are gaps for instructors and students who want to form skills in these areas. Education Smart Courses (E-Scores) can solve the issues in education that arise when courses are gamified by developing a platform using sophisticated blockchain technology. The business model method of CANVA and TKT was then used in this study to systematically measure technological development. The advantages of Education Smart Courses (E-Scores), Blockchain-based innovations that academics can easily access, and gamification in educational courses, with the hope that prototypes will become more valuable and be developed in order to be able to provide better change
