Strategi Pemulihan Ekonomi Pada Sektor Ritel (Studi Kasus Supermarket/Hypermarket) Di Kota Bogor
Get PDFPertumbuhan ritel di kota Bogor mengalami peningkatan dalam kurun waktu 10 tahun terakhir. Pandemi covid-19 memberikan dampak pada banyak sektor termasuk sektor ritel. Sektor ritel (perdagangan besar dan eceran) menjadi salah satu sektor usaha yang memberikan nilai tambah terhadap PDRB menurut lapangan usaha di Kota Bogor dengan nilai sebesar 19,43 persen pada tahun 2020 dan sedikit menurun pada tahun 2021 menjadi 19,22 persen. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat kondisi supermarket/hypermarket sebelum, saat dan setelah pandemi covid-19, apakah ada factor-faktor yang dipengaruhi oleh pandemi covid-19 serta merumuskan alternatif strategi pemulihan ekonomi sektor ritel. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan cara survei dan wawancara kepada 7 supermarket/hypermarket serta wawancara kepada 4 pakar yang telah ditunjuk. Analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif menggunakan uji chi square pada tabel kontingensi, analisis matriks IFAS, EFAS dan SWOT. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa tidak ada asosiasi antara komposisi tenaga kerja pria dan wanita dengan kondisi pandemi covid-19. Sementara volume penjualan, omset dan keuntungan memiliki asosiasi dengan kondisi pandemi covid-19. Strategi pemulihan ekonomi pada sector ritel adalah dengan melakukan kerjasama dengan para pelaku usaha ritel untuk ikut serta dalam gerakan pasar murah untuk meningkatkan penjualan, meningkatkan omset dengan melibatkan para pelaku usaha ritel dalam event/acara yang diselenggarakan pemkot dan asosiasi pengusaha ritel serta pemutakhiran data ritel(toko swalayan) secara berkal
Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan Transformasional Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Gen Z
Get PDFPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kinerja karyawan Generasi Z di Riau. Dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif, penelitian ini melibatkan 18 responden yang bekerja di perusahaan pemasaran di wilayah tersebut. Hasil regresi sederhana menunjukkan hubungan yang signifikan dan positif antara gaya kepemimpinan transformasional dan kinerja karyawan Generasi Z. Koefisien regresi B1 sebesar 0,537 menunjukkan bahwa setiap peningkatan satu satuan dalam gaya kepemimpinan transformasional berkontribusi sebesar 0,537 dalam peningkatan kinerja. Hal ini mengindikasikan bahwa penerapan pendekatan transformasional, termasuk pengembangan visi bersama, motivasi, dan pengembangan individu oleh pemimpin, berdampak positif pada kinerja Generasi Z. Dengan temuan ini, pemimpin dan manajer di sektor pemasaran di Riau dapat merancang strategi kepemimpinan yang lebih efektif untuk mendukung pertumbuhan dan produktivitas karyawan Generasi Z. Saran berkelanjutan adalah fokus pada pengembangan pemimpin yang mampu menginspirasi dan memotivasi, serta lebih memahami nilai-nilai Generasi Z guna menciptakan hubungan emosional yang lebih kuat. Penelitian lanjutan dapat melibatkan faktor-faktor tambahan seperti lingkungan kerja, kompensasi, dan budaya organisasi dalam upaya memahami lebih lengkap pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kinerja karyawan Generasi Z. The process of selecting raw material suppliers that is currently underway still uses the conventional method, which does not have a method for selecting suppliers. With this problem, it is expected to be able to find out the factors in the selection of suppliers of non-coffee food and beverage raw materials to make a Decision Support System Application (DSS) using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method. DSS is a method used to support decision making using data, with an easy display for users, and involves the thoughts of decision makers. SAW is a method by calculating a weighted sum to rate all options and attributes. The results of this study show that the factors used in the selection of raw material suppliers are delivery speed, price, discount rate, service, warranty, product authenticity, payment term. In addition, a decision support system application is also produced which consists of a homepage menu, goods, suppliers, criteria, sub criteria, weights, ratings and results. Selama pelaksanaan ujian seleksi, proses pendaftaran peserta PPKD Jakarta Barat masih menggunakan cara tradisional, yaitu cara seleksi manual yang dimulai dari pendaftaran, mengikuti ujian seleksi pelatihan dengan ketentuan pemberhentian diumumkan langsung setibanya di PPKD Jakarta Barat. Tentu saja tidak efisien dan menyulitkan pekerjaan pegawai dalam proses pengolahan datanya karena masih bersifat manual. Aplikasi ini dibuat dengan menggunakan model skema Unified Modeling Language (UML) dan bahasa pemrograman Hypertext Preprocessor (PHP) dengan Bootstrap dan database MySQL. KIM Kampung POT mengusung inovasi berupa pot yang terbuat dari pakaian bekas menjadi barang bernilai jual. Hal yang dimiliki lainnya adalah serangkaian acara kegiatan yang pernah di selenggarakan oleh KIM Kampung POT seperti, Vaksinasi Covid-19, PD Pasar dan Kegiatan amal. Dengan banyaknya kegiatan yang dilakukan tetapi KIM Kampung POT belum tersentuh oleh digitalisasi yang merupakan point penting untuk melakukan penyebaran informasi dan promosi wilayah ke wilayah yang lain tidak hanya di KIM Kampung POT saja. Metode pengabdian ini menjadi 2 (dua) tahapan. Pertama adalah dengan melakukan sosialisasi terkait peran serta pemanfaatan digitalisasi untuk promosi wilayah agar di ketahui secara khalayak luas tentang KIM Kampung POT dan untuk meningkatan perekonomian pada UMKM produk yang dijual di KIM Kampung POT. Kedua adalah dengan melakukan pengabdian pada penelitian ini yang berfokus pada pemanfaatan digitalisasi yang lebih modern dapat mendukung kegiatan promosi serta penjualan Produk UMKM dengan membuat website sederhana untuk KIM Kampung POT.  
Comparison of Data Mining for Classifying Student Graduation Levels Using Naive Bayes, Decision Tree, and Random Forest Methods (Case Study of The Undergraduate Program at Mitra Indonesia University)
Get PDFThis study aims to apply data mining techniques to classify student graduation rates in the Undergraduate Program at Mitra Indonesia University. The methods used in this study include Naive Bayes, Decision Tree, and Random Forest. The data used includes student academic data, such as grades, attendance, and other demographic information. The research steps include data collection, data cleaning, data analysis, and the application of data mining algorithms. The results of the study show that the Random Forest method provides the highest accuracy compared to Naive Bayes and Decision Tree in predicting student graduation rates. The Random Forest method achieved an accuracy of 85%, while the Decision Tree achieved 80%, and Naive Bayes achieved 75%. These findings are expected to help Mitra Indonesia University identify students at risk of not graduating on time, so appropriate interventions can be provided to improve graduation rate
