    Analisis Laporan Keuangan Dalam Mengukur Kinerja Keuangan Perusahaan Makanan dan Minuman di Indonesia

    Kinerja Keuangan menjadi salah satu indikator dalam menilai keberhasilan perusahaan untuk menghasilkan laba. Kinerja keuangan dalam hal ini diukur melalui rasio Likuiditastas dengan alat ukur Current Ratio, Quic Ratio dan Cash Ratio, sedangkan rasio Aktivitas diukur melalui Inventory Turnover, Fixed Asset Turnover dan Total Asset Turnover. Rasio Solvabilitas diukur melalui Debt to Asset Ratio dan Debt to Equity Ratio, sedangkan Rasio Profitabilitas diukur melalui Net Profit Margin, Return On Asset dan Return On Equity. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui rasio Likuiditas, Aktivitas, Solvabilitas dan Profitabilitas pada PT. Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk, PT. Garuda Food Putra Putri Jaya Tbk, PT. Mayora Indah Tbk, PT. Delta Jakarta Tbk dan PT. Nippon Indosari Corporindo Tbk. Periode 2018-2022. Analisis terhadap Laporan Keuangan dengan rasio Likuiditas, Aktivitas, Solvabilitas dan Profitabilitas pada penelitian ini berdasar pendapat Khasmir. Metode yang digunakan dalam  penelitian ini adalah deskriftif kuntitatif. Hasil penelitian ini  berdasarkan rasio Likuiditas  menunjukkan bahwa kinerja keuangan perusahaan secara umum likuid dan efisien. Dilihat dari rasio Aktivitas bahwa kinerja perputaran seluruh asset perusahaan dalam menghasilkan rupih pada penjualan masih buruk, kecuali oleh PT. Nippon Indosari Corporindo Tbk. melalui inventory turnover nya bekerja lebih efisien. Sedangkan berdasar dari rasio Solvabilitas, kinerja keuangan perusahan dalam kondisi yang cukup beragam, ada yang diatas standar rata-rata industri maupun sebaliknya, dan rasio Profitabilitas perusahan secara umum berada pada kondisi tidak cukup baik dan tidak efisien dalam menghasilkan laba

    Issues towards diversity, equity, and inclusion currently become a main focus and big agenda both for government and corporate. One of the inclusion strategy encouraged by employers in corporate world is the inclusion towards people with disability at the workplace. The current problem, many employers lack of disability confidence knowledge, means that how the employers enhancing their understanding about people with disability, removing all barriers, and created a strong business case for hiring people with disability and deliver a significant impact at the workplace. Therefore, an exploratory study required to be conducted with the scope of two companies who has world-class contact center and also become a pioneer or role model in terms of their lead towards disability employment in contact center industry. In collecting the data, this study conducted semi structured in depth interviews with ten informant as the representative of the management, with qualitative thematic analysis methodology. The results came up from this study stated that employer’s broadened perspective, employer’s full support, and disability confidence or the employer’s confident level in hiring and employed people with disability are the important factors to create disability inclusion is truly happened at the workplace

Given the escalating cyber threat landscape, implementing best practices to safeguard user data and ensure the authenticity of uploaded files is paramount. This paper delves into the implementation of best practices for protecting user data and ensuring file upload authenticity. The study proposes the implementation of best practices for secure file upload mechanisms in web applications, including the innovative application of hash-salting techniques. By adhering to the guidelines presented, developers can bolster the defenses of their web applications against a wide range of cyber threats, enhance user trust, and protect sensitive data. This approach also serves as an effective solution for improving efficiency, security, and compliance in digital records management

    Shallot plants are currently widely cultivated, but cultivation is still done manually to control soil conditions. For this reason, with a monitoring system using the NPKTHCPH-S sensor, which can show seven parameters of soil conditions using only one sensor, it is hoped that it will make it easier to see the appropriate soil content and required shallot plants according to the criteria for good shallot plant growth, so that plant growth shallots become more optimal and avoid crop failure. The smart farming monitoring system prototype uses the NPKTHCPH-S sensor, which was developed using the Blynk application by implementing several components such as the NPKTHCPH-S sensor, ESP32, Relay 3.3, RS485-TTL Converter. The NPKTHCPH-S sensor is a reader of soil water content, electrical conductivity, temperature, nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, and pH in shallot soil. The results obtained from the NPKTHCPH-S sensor test were the most significant seen at 2 pm found a temperature value of 35.6oC with a humidity of 50.7%. And at 11 pm it was found that the temperature was 28.4oC with a humidity of 58.6%. The values ​​for N, P, K, and Conductivity were constant for 9 hours of testing, namely for N was 170mg/kg, for P was 439mg/k, for K was 434mg/k, and conductivity was 1000uS/cm

    Condition Based Monitoring Real-Time, direct supervision of machine condition parameters to detect potential changes, focuses on nitrogen gas pressure and oil temperature of the traction transformer at ASEAN Station, using the Fuzzy Mamdani method. This method notifies the traction transformer's condition and activates fans, providing information to operators. Arduino Uno R3 functions as a receiver and processor of sensor values. These values are processed using Fuzzy Mamdani, sent to ESP8266, and displayed on localhost. Percentage errors for nitrogen gas pressure (3.7%) and temperature (1.55%) result in a total percentage of 5.25%. The Fuzzy Mamdani output is 771.53 with a percentage error of 0.0019%, compared to MATLAB 2023b testing results of 773. Real-time monitoring shows the traction transformer is in good condition, with additional control to maintain its condition and improve reliability

    Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) is one of the effective therapies for addressing mental health problems, such as anxiety and depression. CBT helps individuals to identify and challenge distorted thoughts. Gamification is the application of game elements in a non-game context. Gamification can be used to increase user engagement and motivation. Finite state machines (FSMs) are mathematical models used to describe the behavior of systems with a finite number of states. FSMs can be used to model game behavior. The purpose of this study is to design and implement a gamified CBT interactive game using the concept of FSMs. This game will help individuals to identify and challenge distorted thoughts. The game will use the concept of FSMs to model the game behavior. FSMs will be used to track user progress, to generate challenges tailored to the user's needs, and to provide feedback to the user. The game will be tested with users to assess its effectiveness

    Klasifikasi Tanaman Hias Philodendron Berdasarkan Citra Daun Menggunakan Metode Convolutional Neural Network

    Philodendron ornamental plants have a unique and varied aesthetic beauty, making them sought after in the landscaping and decoration industry. However, accurate classification of the various Philodendron species is challenging due to their morphological similarities and complex variations. In this research, an approach using Convolutional Neural Networks (CNN) is introduced to classify Philodendron ornamental plants based on the image of their leaves. This method aims to automatically identify Philodendron species through the use of artificial neural networks trained on leaf images. A CNN architecture was developed which includes a convolution layer and a max-pooling layer to extract features from the input image hierarchically. Also applied are data augmentation techniques to increase the variety of training samples and reduce overfitting. Experimental results show that the proposed CNN method is able to classify Philodendron ornamental plants with good accuracy, reaching 95,00% on the test dataset. This research contributes to the development of an automatic system for identifying Philodendron ornamental plants, which can be used in planting, plant care and plant identification applications

    The need for tools for effective image to text conversion is increasing as a result of increasing reliance on mobile applications for daily activities and constraints in cross-platform application development. Addressing this demand by creating an Android application that uses Flutter and Optical Character Recognition (OCR) technology is the focus of this research. In particular, Jaro Winkler's method, which improves the accuracy of text extraction, is the main focus of this research. The research methodology uses a systematic approach, starting with a literature review to create a theoretical foundation and discover differences in current technology. The development uses Flutter's cross-platform capabilities and includes OCR for text extraction. The Jaro Winkler method is used to improve accuracy by increasing the similarity measure between extracted text and actual text, especially for unclear images. Despite issues with low-resolution images, the app has the ability to convert images to text accurately, as demonstrated by app testing and evaluation. The app's performance shows the possibility that a combination of Flutter, OCR, and Jaro Winkler's method can help create an effective image to text conversion tool. But the research also found some things that need improvement, especially in processing low-quality images and refining algorithms for better accuracy. Implementation of the Jaro-Winkler algorithm is used accurately and significantly. This is proven by a comparison of two sample words, "BRI" and "BNI," which produces a result of 0.7778, or a percentage value of 77.3% through manual calculation. Based on a comparison of the values in the application and calculations using Python with floating-point representation, there is a small difference in the final results, with a difference of only 3%, which results in a result of 80%.

Saat ini perusahaan-perusahaan pertanian kopi berlomba-lomba mengembangkan strategi periklanan yang menguntungkan dan menarik dengan menggunakan profil perusahaan berbasis video. PT. Kejar aku terus merupakan sebuah perusahaan perkebunan kopi di Bogor. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memperkenalkan perusahaan dan menarik perhatian masyarakat terhadap produknya. Permasalahannya, hingga saat ini, satu-satunya cara untuk mengkomunikasikan informasi tentang perusahaan adalah melalui presentasi langsung dari bagian pemasaran dan melalui akun media sosial Instagram. Informasi tersebut dinilai sangat sederhana dan tidak menarik karena hanya berupa rekaman foto dan repost Instagram Stories. Dari hasil wawancara diketahui bahwa pada tahun 2020, produk Bunga Coffee terjual sebanyak 800 produk. Setelah itu penjualannya menurun menjadi450 unit pada 2021, dan pada Januari hingga September 2022 penjualannya hanya 350 unit. Untuk memperkenalkan Bunga Coffee dan menarik perhatian masyarakat, dibutuhkan video profil Bunga Coffee yang dipublikasikan melalui akun Instagram dan YouTube perusahaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara, penelitian literatur, perancangan media menggunakan Adobe Premiere Pro CC 2015, Adobe After Effects CC 2015, Photoshop CC 2015, dan konsep produksi media. Melalui media video ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan profil perusahaan Bunga Coffee serta meningkatkan minat pelanggan dan masyarakat terhadap produk perusahaan
