    Application of Webqual 4.0 and Importance Performance Analysis Methods in Analyzing The Quality of Information Technology SIPENDEKAR Services

    Information technology plays a very important role, especially in the field of education, one of which is through the use of websites. The Department of Information Engineering at Tadulako University is one of the universities that utilizes websites, one of which is the information system for administrative services and final assignments (SIPENDEKAR). Sipendekara is designed to facilitate the submission of titles, guidance, and proposal exams, final exams, and thesis exams. But so far, there has been no research that measures the quality of the sipendekar website based on perceptions of usability, information quality, and service interaction quality using the IPA method. This study aims to determine the quality of Sipendekar services using the webqual 4.0 method as the basis for determining the questionnaire. Then the Importance Performance Analysis method to analyze questionnaire data to identify attributes that have met and have not met user expectations. The results showed an average level of conformity of 92.63%. The average gap analysis result is -0.33. The results of the Cartesian quadrant there are 4 attributes in the first quadrant that are prioritized for improvement and there are 9 attributes that achieve a high level of satisfaction and only need to maintain quality

Video sebagai strategi saat menawarkan produk atau layanan untuk meningkatkan komunikasi dan menarik pelanggan untuk mencapai tujuan yang diinginkan. Resto Gue BSD terletak di Pagedangan BSD, Tangerang. Masalahnya, restoran tersebut belum memiliki media video untuk mendukung iklannya. Media periklanan berupa spanduk, brosur, dan vlog konsumen sederhana, yang masih ketinggalan jaman dan tidak efektif. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk membantu restoran dalam memberikan informasi dan penawaran yang lebih lengkap serta update seperti profil, layanan dan fasilitas dengan mempublikasikan restoran melalui YouTube dan Instagram. Metode penelitian adalah pengumpulan data, perencanaan media dengan aplikasi paling andal Adobe Premiere CC 2019, Adobe After Effects CC 2019 dan Konsep Produksi Media (KPM), yaitu pra produksi, produksi dan pasca produksi. Media video ini memberikan informasi yang lengkap tentang berbagai layanan restoran, sehingga pelanggan, lingkungan, dan penduduk setempat sadar dan tertarik untuk menghadiri atau mengadakan acara dengan harapan dapat meningkatkan citra dan pendapatan restoran

    Kemajuan media dan teknologi informasi dapat dirasakan semua masyarakat, seperti Unit Pelaksana Teknis Pelayanan Teknis Pelayanan Lalu Lintas Kota Tangerang (UPT PPTP) B. Tangerang yang beralamat di Daan Mogot Kota Tangerang, menyediakan kendaraan bermotor seperti kendaraan umum dan kendaraan angkutan kargo, pelayanan pemeriksaan teknis dan sertifikat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyampaikan informasi terkini kepada masyarakat mengenai profil, layanan pengujian, jam operasional, mekanisme registrasi, biaya pengujian dan proses uji kendaraan. Masalahnya media sebelumnya tidak efektif, hanya ada spanduk, poster dan instagram, informasinya tidak jelas, hanya layanan internal, dan tidak ada informasi video tentang pengujian kendaraan untuk umum. Maka media video sangatlah dibutuhkan sebagai penunjang informasi UPT PPTP Kota Tangerang yang disiarkan pada YouTube dan Instagram. Penelitian memiliki metode yaitu pengumpulan data, perancangan media dengan software Adobe Premiere pro CC 2019, Adobe After Effects CC 2019, Adobe Illustrator CC 2019 dan Konsep Produksi Media (KPM). Melalui media video informasi ini dimaksudkan untuk membantu menyebarkan informasi tentang layanan pengujian kendaraan kepada masyarakat luas.&nbsp

    Perubahan Rutinitas Media dan Nilai Berita Televisi dalam Pengadopsian User-Generated Content

    Fenomena jejaring sosial telah menciptakan User-Generated Content (UGC) yang memungkinkan penggunanyaberkolaborasi, menciptakan konten aktif, serta berbagi informasi secara daring. UGC menghilangkan batasan antara produser televisi dan audiens. Konsep rutinitas media digunakan untuk menggambarkan pergeseran atau perubahan ruang redaksi televisi akibat pengadopsian UGC. Teori yang digunakan adalah teori mediamorfosis Fidler melalui 6 prinsip dasar mediamorfosis, yakni koevolusi dan koeksistemsi, pewarisan, kemampuan bertahan, peluang dan kebutuhan, serta pengadopsian. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi kasus terhadap rutinitas media di era UGC. Adapun rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana rutinitas dan praktik kerja produser iNews Siang di iNews TV dalam merekonstruksi berita di era User-Generated Conter? Apakah rutinitas media dalam mengadopsi penggunaan User-Generated Content mengubah konsep nilai berita bagi produser iNews Siang di iNews TV? Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa UGC mengubah rutinitas dan nilai berita yang selama ini dipegang teguh oleh para jurnalis dan pelaku rutinitas media.     Evaluation of E-Government Implementation in Managing Public Service Complaints Using E-GovQual and Importance Performance Analysis (Case Study: CRM - Cepat Respon Masyarakat – of the Jakarta Provincial Government)

    The improvement of public service quality is an effort to enhance the quality and innovation of public services within each government agency periodically, according to the needs and expectations of the society. One of the efforts to enhance the quality of service by public service providers, in order to improve the well-being of the community, is to use public complaints as a basis for making improvements in public services. According to data from the Central Bureau of Statistics in 2022, the population of DKI Jakarta is 10,679,000. The Provincial Government of DKI Jakarta has an integrated complaint system called "Cepat Respon Masyarakat" (CRM), which serves as a platform for the public to report issues within the DKI Jakarta area. The assessment of the "Cepat Respon Masyarakat" system is necessary to ensure that the services provided through the system can be utilized by the public and to obtain feedback regarding aspects that need improvement by the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government, which serves as the service provider. The purpose of this research is to determine the quality of the "Cepat Respon Masyarakat" complaint system using the e-GovQual method and identify attributes that require priority for service quality improvement using Importance Performance Analysis.   In this study, 6 dimensions and 21 e-GovQual attributes are used to assess service quality with a sample of 118 respondents. The analysis results indicate a level of conformity of 98.39% (<100%) for the 6 dimensions, meaning that the public service provided through the "Cepat Respon Masyarakat" system still falls short of user expectations. The average gap (GAP) between expectations and performance is -0.03 or < 0, suggesting that, based on public perceptions, the quality of complaint service performance through the CRM system is still not up to par with expectations. The attributes that require improvement are those located in Quadrant A (1 attribute) and Quadrant C (7 attributes). Recommendations are provided based on literature/theory for attributes that need improvement to enhance the quality of complaint services in DKI Jakarta

    Enhancing Maternal Health: IT Solutions for Monitoring Anemia in Pregnancy

    Background: Anemia is a condition in which a deficiencyof red blood cells (erythrocytes) in the blood cycle or mass of hemoglobin is so unable to fulfill its function as a carrier of oxygen in the entire tissue. Handling to increase hemoglobin levels by using pharmacological and non-pharmacological management, one of the non-pharmacological management is by giving vitamin C so that the process of absorption and formation of hemoglobin is faster such as consuming red guava juice every day 2 x 1 together with Fe. the study was to determine the effect of giving Fe tablets and red guava juice on increasing hemoglobin levels in third trimester pregnant women. This pre-post experimental research design uses a design pretest-posttest whit control group design. The sampel in this study 36 respondents consisting of 18 experimental respondents and 18 control respondents with purposive sampling technique. The research instrument used the measuremets tool HB Family Dr. Test Strip and observation for 2 weeks. Data were analyzed using paired t-test to determine changes before and after and independent T-Test to determine the difference between the experimental group and the control group. The results of the pre-post study in the experimental group were p values of 0,000(p <0.05) and in the control group were 0.01(p <0,05). The results of the pre-post study in the experimental and control group p value 0,000. There is an effect of giving red guava juice and Fe tablets to increase hemoglobin levels of pregnant women in the third trimester who have mild anemia. Therefore, it is hoped that PMB (Praktek Mandiri Midwives) can pay attention to the handling of anemia in pregnant women in Kedaung, Pamulang, Tangerang.     User Satisfaction of Artificial Intelligence Air Quality Detection: UTAUT2 Approach

    The Artificial Intelligence (AI)-based air quality detection application is a technology that can assist the public in monitoring the air conditions around them. This application provides information on pollution levels, health implications, and recommendations for appropriate actions based on air quality. However, the usage of this application is still constrained by various factors that influence user satisfaction. This study aims to examine the impact of elements within the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology 2 (UTAUT2) model on user satisfaction with AI-based air quality detection applications. The UTAUT2 model comprises 9 constructs. This research employs an online survey method with a sample of 150 respondents who have used AI-based air quality detection applications. Data were analyzed using the PLS-SEM (Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling) technique using SmartPLS4. The research findings indicate that only Performance Expectancy and Behavioral Intention significantly influence usage intention and behavior of the application. These findings highlight the critical role of user intention and performance expectations in determining usage behavior and user satisfaction. The practical implications and theoretical of this study, including recommendations for application developers and future researchers, are further discussed in this research

    Pelajar yang berprestasi secara akademik atau kurang mampu finansial dapat menerima beasiswa. Agar beasiswa tidak salah dan tepat sasaran, proses yang mencakup beberapa tahapan penting diperlukan untuk memilih penerima beasiswa dengan ketelitian dan ketepatan. Saat ini, ada masalah dengan proses pemilihan penerimaan beasiswa untuk siswa/siswi di SMA Negri 11 Kabupaten Tangerang. Proses ini dilakukan secara manual, sehingga sistem saat ini tidak dapat menghasilkan hasil yang sesuai dengan tujuan program. Ini karena pada tahap seleksi, tidak ada bobot yang diperlukan untuk menilai calon penerima, sehingga hasil yang dihasilkan tidak memenuhi kriteria. Oleh karena itu dibutuhkan sebuah Sistem Pendukung Pengambilan Keputusan Calon Penerima Beasiswa Menggunakan Metode AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) untuk pemilihan kriteria dan hasil Pada SMA Negeri 11 Kabupaten Tangerang. Metode Analytical Hierarchy Process ini memiliki kelebihan dalam proses pengambilan keputusan karena membandingkan secara berpasangan setiap kriteria yang terlibat dalam suatu masalah untuk menentukan seberapa penting setiap kriteria. Diharapkan dengan kehadiran Sistem Pendukung Pengambilan Keputusan Calon Penerima Beasiswa ini, proses pemilihan beasiswa akan menjadi lebih efisien, lebih cepat, lebih akurat, dan lebih efisien. Selain itu, sistem yang diusulkan akan menjadi lebih mudah bagi sekolah untuk menentukan siswa yang layak dari segi prestasi dan keuangan untuk mendapatkan beasiswa

    Transformator traksi memainkan peran penting dalam menyediakan tegangan listrik yang stabil dan aman untuk sistem catu daya. Gangguan seperti peningkatan suhu dan tekanan gas nitrogen dapat mengganggu kinerjanya. Penelitian ini mengusulkan sistem IoT menggunakan pendekatan Design Research Method (DRM) untuk memantau transformator traksi, termasuk suhu belitan, suhu oli, dan tekanan gas N2. ESP32 digunakan sebagai mikrokontroler yang terhubung dengan sensor. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan akurasi yang baik dengan rata-rata nilai error suhu belitan 0,93%, suhu oli 0,64%, dan tekanan gas N2 4,53%. Modul relay memicu alarm saat kondisi kritis, dan Ubidots memberikan notifikasi SMS kepada teknisi lapangan.     Students at SMK Pustek Serpong in South Tangerang have diverse backgrounds, interests, and potentials that need to be identified and developed through appropriate training programs. This research aims to utilize machine learning algorithms to improve the accuracy of predicting students' training and development needs. Student data, including demographics, academic achievements, interests, and extracurricular activities, will be used to train models such as Random Forest Classifier, SVM, Gradient Boosting Classifier, and K-NN, targeting their chosen academic majors. The problem-solving approach involves problem identification, selection of machine learning methods, dataset collection, and model implementation. The research findings show that Gradient Boosting Classifier performs best with 77% accuracy, 79% precision, 96% recall, and an F1-score of 87% for the majority class. Conversely, K-NN achieves 67.97% accuracy but exhibits lower performance in identifying minority classes with precision and recall around 28% and 23%, respectively
