Analisis Tingkat Kepuasan Pelanggan untuk Pengembangan Sistem Penyediaan Air Minum: Studi Kasus: SPAM Sukabumi
Drinking water is one of the basic human needs and is very important to improve the quality of human life and economic growth of the country. In 2020 Sukabumi City with a population of 346,325,000 people, the reliability of clean water is one of the determining indicators of population welfare. With the availability of water, the health and productivity of the community can be maintained, which in turn has a significant economic impact on the community. This study aims to measure the level of public satisfaction with the quality and level of service of drinking water providers in Sukabumi City. The data was collected from primary data, namely area observation and questionnaire distribution, while secondary data was obtained from location maps, document research and supervisory decision 63 A/PDAM/KPTS/2011 on Minimum Service Standard Regulations. The analysis method used is the Critical Performance Analysis (IPA) method which compares the actual score with the expectations of 5 main variables namely; Connection Quality, Payment, Service, quality, quantity, and accuracy of water meters. with a calculated decision limit value of 91.84% and Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) to achieve SPAM customer satisfaction scores. The results of existing calculations show that Sukabumi customer satisfaction reached 86.87%, which means that they are “very satisfied” with the performance of PERUMDA AIR MINIUM TIRTA BUMI WIBAWA CITY OF SUKABUMI. ASSESSMENT OF PEDESTRIAN PERCEPTION TOWARDS THE FUNCTION OF SIDEWALK SERVICES IN MAJENE REGENCY: Case Study: DR. Ratulangi, AP Pettarani and Gatot Subroto Street Banggae subdistrict
Walking is the simplest form of transportation and can be used by everyone. The decline in the desire to walk is associated with the reduced service functionality of sidewalk infrastructure. This study examines pedestrian perceptions regarding the service functionality of sidewalks on DR. Ratulangi, AP. Pettarani, and Gatot Subroto streets in Banggae Subdistrict, Majene Regency. The perception assessment study uses a qualitative and quantitative descriptive statistical approach, referring to the Ministry of Public Works and Housing Regulation No. 03-2014, which provides guidelines for planning, providing, and utilizing infrastructure and pedestrian network facilities in urban areas. The analysis results indicate that the use of sidewalks is mainly driven by considerations of time and safety while walking. Respondent perceptions show that the aspects of comfort, safety, and connectivity on the streets studied fall under the "fairly good" criteria. Based on the existing perceptions, respondents expressed a desire for improvements and enhancements in these variables, which are expected to increase both interest and the need for walking using sidewalk facilities.Berjalan kaki merupakan transportasi paling sederhana dan dapat digunakan oleh seluruh orang. Penurunan angka keinginan untuk berjalan kaki terjadi berkaitan dengan menurunnya fungsi pelayanan dari infrastruktur trotoar. Dalam studi ini dilakukan kajian berkaitan dengan penilaian persepsi pejalan kaki pada fungsi pelayanan trotoar di Ruas Jalan DR. Ratulangi, AP. Pettarani dan Gatot Subroto Kecamatan Banggae, Kabupaten Majene. Kajian penilaian persepsi menggunakan pendekatan metode statistik deskriptif kualitatif dan kuantitatif dengan mengacu pada Permen PUPR No 03-2014 tentang mengenai panduan dalam merencanakan, menyediakan, dan memanfaatkan infrastruktur serta fasilitas jaringan pejalan kaki di wilayah perkotaan. Hasil analisis kajian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan trotoar dikarenakan pertimbangan waktu dan keselamatan dalam berjalan kaki. Persepsi responden memperlihatkan bahwa pada aspek kenyamanan, keamanan, dan konektivitas pada ruas jalan yang diteliti dalam kriteria lumayan baik. Berdasarkan hasil persepsi yang ada, keinginan dalam hal peningkatan dan perbaikan variabel merupakan bagian yang diharapkan oleh responden dalam rangka untuk meningkatkan minat serta kebutuhan dalam berjalan kaki menggunakan fasilitas trotoar

Developing a child\u27s potential interests greatly influences a child\u27s creativity. Educational facilities that include aspects of safety, comfort and stimulate children\u27s potential to move actively are really needed. By designing a building for a children\u27s creativity center in the city of Depok, it is hoped that it can accommodate children\u27s activities in developing children\u27s creativity for kinesthetic intelligence in children aged 3-5 years. Several researchers who have written about approach methods in designing creativity centers have not yet applied the kinesthetic approach method. This journal was created with the aim of preparing a design for a creativity center using the kinesthetic architectural approach method. Design of the creativity center building in Depok city too uses a Playful theme with the main focus of the building being on the materials and color patterns used, thus making the building attractive to children in developing their potential for creativity
STUDI MASSA BANGUNAN MENGGUNAKAN BUILDING INFORMATION MODELLING (BIM) (STUDI KASUS: OCTAGON VIEW, JL MH THAMRIN, JAKARTA PUSAT)
The construction of high rise buildings in Jakarta is becoming more active and busier every day. The increasing need for space in Jakarta as a city center and land for income generation is in fact not in line with the land availability. So land in Jakarta becomes more expensive. To accommodate the large demand on small land, the construction of tall buildings is deemed suitable as a good solution or alternative. However, tall buildings also have a negative impact on the environment and humans. So, it is important for architects or other design experts to understand and explore the factors that can influence the success of a tall building. Building Information Modeling (BIM) is the newest approach that can simplify and speed up the work of experts in analyzing designs in the pre-design process in the form of building mass. BIM\u27s ability to connect models in 2D and 3D is very suitable for the pre-design process of experts, which has been done manually and has wasted a lot of time and money due to erratic changes. Such aspects of lighting, which are important in the design process, can be easily simulated using BIM. However, with BIM, all changes made to the model can be done easily and integrated with other software. This is what makes BIM a versatile way of designing
The Influence of Fuel Pump Pressure Variations on the Performance of 2-Stroke Gasoline Direct Injection Engines
The direction of technological development in 2-stroke gasoline direct injection engines is to improve engine performance and reduce exhaust gas pollution, where the solution to achieve this is to use a high-pressure electric fuel pump that produces stable fuel pressure and is practical in its application. This research aims to determine the influence of variations in fuel pressure on the performance, especially torque and power, of a 2-stroke gasoline direct injection engine. Tests were carried out on a 110 cc 2-stroke gasoline direct injection motorcycle engine using Research Octane Number (RON) 90 fuel at varying fuel pressures of 7.5 Bar, 8 Bar, and 8.5 Bar on a chassis dynamometer to obtain engine performance data in the form of torque and power. The results of this research show that increasing fuel pressure will increase the atomization of fuel particles so that it will influence increasing the performance of this engine, where maximum torque and power of 6.20 Nm and 2.00 kW are achieved at 3250 rpm, at a pressure of 8.5 Bar
Characteristics of Multi-tier Hybrid Dryer for Drying Corn Grains
The type of drying device known as a hybrid dryer is a tool that harnesses solar energy and the heat generated by a biomass fuel-powered heat exchanger. This study was conducted to assess the performance of the hybrid dryer by analyzing the parameters of the device itself and the dried material. The research was carried out experimentally using a solar collector and a biomass furnace (as a heat exchanger) to heat the air. The solar collector used consists of 0.35 mm thick, black-painted zinc, coated with 5 mm thick glass, and installed at a 20-degree angle. The heat exchanger pipe used has a diameter of 1.25 inches and is made of galvanized pipe. The tested sample is corn seeds with an initial moisture content of about 24.6%. The experimental results show that in the drying process using a solar dryer, the initial moisture content of 24.8% was successfully reduced to 14% at 5.50 h (rack 1), 6.50 h (rack 2) and 7.00 h (rack 3) with a thermal efficiency of 24.25%. Meanwhile, in the hybrid drying process, the required time is approximately 5.00 h (rack 1), 5.50 h (rack 2) and 6.00 h (rack 3), with a efficiency of the drying equipment used is 21.048±5.690% (hybrid) and 22.706±6.437% (solar)
PENGAWASAN PEMERINTAH PUSAT ATAS KERUSAKAN LINGKUNGAN PADA KEGIATAN TAMBANG BATU BARA
Kerangka pengaturan sumber daya alam di Indonesia diatur di dalam konstitusi UUD NRI Tahun 1945 pasal 33, lalu kemudian diatur kedalam peraturan UU No. 3 Tahun 2020 tentang perubahan UU No. 9 Tahun 2004 tentang pertambangan mineral dan batu bara lalu dalam aktivitas pertambangan dalam sektor investasi, ekonomi dan sektor Ketenagakerjaan diatur di dalam UU 11 Tahun 2022 Tentang Cipta Kerja, dari aspek pengaturan diatas berimbas pada pengawasan, dan ini berpengaruh pada tantangan kedepan untuk memastikan kondisi lingkungan pasca tambang, dari kondisi tersebut peneliti menyajikan beberapa permasalahan yang besar, yaitu bagaimana ruang lingkup UU Minerba dalam memberikan akses pengawasan terkait dampak lingkungan yang dihasilkan dari kegiatan Pertambangan dan bagaimana konsep Pengawasan yang di atur di Dalam Undang-undang Nomor 3 Tahun 2020 tentang Minerba, dilihat kegiatan Pertambangan dari hulu ke hilir, lalu analisis dan hasil penelitian ini adalah Sebelum UU No. 4 Tahun 2009 dihapus dan digantikan dengan UU Minerba, sebuah perusahaan atau perorangan apabila ingin melakukan aktifitas pertambangan di suatu daerah harus ijin dulu ke Pemda Kabupaten atau Kota setempat. Dimana nantinya Pemda di tiap lokasi pertambangan memiliki tugas dalam melakukan pembinaan, penyelesaian konflik bahkan pengawasan usaha pertambangan. dengan adanya peran pemerintah daerah ini, kalau terjadi konflik antara perusahaan tambang dan masyarakat wilayah tambang, Pemda dapat berperan layaknya mediator. Dan pengaturan dari uu No. 3 Tahun 2020 sangat berbeda mekanismenya menjadi UU Minerba No. 3 Tahun 2020, mulai sekarang kalau ada masyarakat yang dirugikan akibat ulah perusahaan tambang, baik itu berupa perusakan lingkungan hidup ataupun terjadi konflik sengketa lahan, Pemda tidak lagi bisa melakukan tindakan apapun. Karena seluruh kewenangan pertambangan diatur oleh pemerintah pusat, bukan lagi Pemda Kabupaten atau Kota setempat.Jadi saat ini masyarakat yang ingin melakukan protes terkait aktifitas tambang di daerahnya, maka harus melapor ke pemerintah pusat atau minimal provinsi. Lalu konsep pengawasan yang kita lalukan setelah UU No. 3 Tahun 2020 adalah pembinaan dan pengawasan ini ditujukan untuk memastikan bahwa tren peningkatan kinerja pengawasaan dan pembinaan Kementerian Energi dan Sumber daya Mineral (ESDM) tetap terjaga dan semakin meningkat. Dengan memperhatikan berbagai factor pembentuk kompleksitas tersebut, diperlukan suatu desain model untuk memperkuat fungsi pembinaan dan pengawasan dan memastikan terselenggaranya tata kelola pertambangan yang baik dan benar. KEBIJAKAN HUKUM PERLINDUNGAN PRODUK UMK INDONESIA TERHADAP PRAKTIK CROSS BORDER MELALUI E-COMMERCE
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis praktik cross border melalui e-commerce dan antisipasi kebijakan hukum yang dilakukan Indonesia dalam melindungi produk UMK. Produk UMK Indonesia jumlahnya banyak namun kalah bersaing dari sisi harga dari produk luar. Penyebabnya adalah masuknya produk impor yang over produksi di negaranya dengan daya saing harga yang lebih rendah melalui e-commerce dan masih adanya impor illegal. Dominasi produk impor tersebut telah meruntuhkan eksistensi produk UMK Indonesia di pasar domestik. Menggunakan metode yuridis normative dengan pengumpulan data melalui studi kepustakaan yang analisisnya menggunakan yuridis kualitatif diketahui bahwa Pemerintah Indonesia belum konsisten menyusun aturan yang tepat dalam mengantisipasi masuknya barang luar ke Indonesia melalui sistem cross border. Rencana penerapan tarif impor yang tinggi merupakan kebijakan hukum fiscal jangka pendek perlu diimbangi dengan kebijakan jangka panjang berupa perbaikan tata kelola impor dan pemberdayaan UMK. PENERAPAN KECERDASAN BUATAN (ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE) DALAM PROSES LEGISLASI DAN SISTEM PERADILAN DI INDONESIA
Revolusi Industri 4.0, penerapan kecerdasan buatan (AI) dalam sistem hukum di Indonesia menawarkan potensi besar, namun menghadapi berbagai tantangan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan yuridis normatif untuk menganalisis regulasi yang ada dan tantangan yang dihadapi dalam implementasi AI di bidang hukum. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui studi pustaka, dan analisis dilakukan secara kualitatif dengan pendekatan deduktif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa AI dapat mempercepat proses legislasi dan peradilan, namun penerapannya di Indonesia masih terkendala aspek regulasi, etika, dan teknologi. Diperlukan kerangka hukum yang lebih komprehensif serta pengawasan manusia untuk memastikan keadilan dan kepastian hukum tetap terjaga. Study of Potential Antiobesity Compounds from Amylchlorogenate Derivates on Leptin Hormone and their Toxicity using Molecular Docking Approach
Chlorogenic acid, a type of phenolic acid, is a polar compound that has anti-obesity effects with unclear mechanisms. This study aims to obtain compounds that are active as antiobesity, their interaction with receptors and its toxicity. This research was carried out in several steps, internal validation of targets and methods using Yasara, docking of test compounds and positive control using PLANTs, interaction visualization using Pymol and toxicity testing using Protox-II. Validation results show four receptors and test method meet the requirements. Docking results of setmelanotide on receptor code 1PXH -113.81; 2QBP -109.163; 2QBR -110.113, 2; QBS -110.817 kcal/mol respectively. The docking results of the test compounds in 1PXH namely 7,4,5-Triamylchlorogenate (compound a) -114,333 kcal/mol. In 2QBP namely 7,3\u27-Diamylchlorogenate (110,152) (compound b), (compound a) (-109,818), 7,4,3\u27,4\u27-Tetraamylchlorogenate (compound c) (-115,309), 7,5,3\u27,4\u27-Tetraamylchlorogenate (compound d) (-112,85), 7,4,5,3\u27,4\u27-Pentaamylchlorogenate (compound e) (-110,414) and 2\u27,5\u27-Diamylchlorogenic acid (compound f) (-113, 565) kcal/mol. In 2QBR namely, (compound a) (-114,276), (compound e) (-111,059), and (compound f) (-110,398) kcal/mol. In 2QBS namely, (compound a) (-113.53), and (compound d) (-111,676) kcal / mol. The active site of amino acids that have affinity are, ARG45 and LYS120 in 1PXH; ASP48, SER118 and ARG47 in 2QBP; ASP48 and ARG24 in 2QBR; ASP48 and GLN262 in 2QBS code. Toxicity tests obtained oral LD50 of 5000 mg/kg BW (compounds a and f); 3800 mg/kg BW (compounds b, c, d and e). The potential compound that was active in all the test receptor codes was 7,4,5-Tripentylchlorogenate (compound a). All active test compounds were relatively safe
