Trend Tingkat Kunjungan Tamu Tahun 2019 di Pagaralam (Studi Kasus Hotel Dharma Karya Dan Hotel Dempo)
The number of hotel guests has a positive impact on the number of tourists visiting tourist attractions in Pagar Alam.This study analyzed data on the realization of the number of visitors at Dharma Karya Hotel and Gunung Dempo Hotel in 2019. The number of visitors staying in 2019 was highest in June and there was a steady number of visitors at Dharma Karya Hotel, thus contributing positively to tourism in Pagar Alam.the highest number of visitors staying in 2019 was in January.Guests staying at Gunung Dempo Hotel are domestic tourists and foreign tourists.The number of visitors staying relatively with a total of high total visits compared to Dharma Karya Hotel.

Jumlah kunjungan tamu hotel memberikan dampak yang positif terhadap jumlah wisatawan yang berkunjung ke tempat objek destinasi wisata di Pagar Alam. Penelitian ini melakukan analisis data realisasi jumlah pengunjung pada Hotel Dharma Karya dan Hotel Gunung Dempo pada tahun 2019 Jumlah pengunjung yang menginap pada tahun 2019 tertinggi di bulan Juni dan terlihat stabil jumlah pengunjung di Hotel Dharma Karya sehingga memberikan kontribusi yang positif terhadap pariwisata di Pagar Alam. jumlah pengunjung yang menginap pada tahun 2019 tertinggi di bulan Januari. Tamu yang menginap di Hotel Gunung Dempo merupakan wisatawan domestic dan wisatawan mancanegara. Jumlah pengunjung yang menginap relatif dengan total yang memiliki total kunjungan yang tinggi dibandingkan dengan Hotel Dharma Karya

Sistem Penerapan Pelayanan Inklusif bagi Pengunjung Penyandang Disabilitas (Studi Fasilitas dan Aksesibilitas pada Hotel Berbintang di Kabupaten Karo)
So far, the concept of tourism has only been designed mostly for normal people, and it has not been entirely designed for people with special needs. Where tourism is a right for everyone including people with disabilities. Where inclusive services are implemented in services for guests with disabilities. The method used in this research is a descriptive research method with quantitative approach that aims to find out the extent to which the hotel manager in providing facilities and accessibility where facilities and accessibility are inhibiting and supporting factors for persons with disabilities. The conclusion of this study where there are data from the field the number of visitors the minimum value of visitors with disabilities is 2.2, while the maximum value of visitors with disabilities is 5. The average disability visitor is 3.8, with a standard deviation of 0.642. And the calculated F value is 29.836 and the Sig. is 0,000. It is known that the calculated F value is 29.836> F table is 2.699 and the Sig value is 0.000 <0.05, so facilities, accessibility, internal together or simultaneously have a significant effect on visitors with disabilities. And the regression coefficient value of the facility variable is positive, which is 0.441. This means that facility variables have a positive effect on visitors with disabilities. Known value of Sig. from the facility variable is 0.000 <0.05, it is concluded that the facility has a positive and significant effect on visitors with disabilities. Where the coefficient of determination (R-Square) is 0.482. This value can be interpreted as facility, accessibility, and internal variables capable of influencing visitors with disabilities by 48.2%, the remaining 51.8% is explained by other variables or factorsSelama ini konsep pariwisata hanya dirangcang sebagian besar untuk orang-orang yang normal saja, dan belum seluruhnya dirancang bagi orang-orang yang berkebutuhan khusus. Dimana pariwisata adalah hak bagi setiap orang termasuk penyandang disabilitas. Dimana pelayanan inklusif yang diterapkan dalam pelayanan bagi tamu penyandang disabilitas. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana pihak pengelola hotel dalam menyediakan fasilitas dan aksesibilitas dimana fasilitas dan aksesibilitas menjadi faktor penghambat dan faktor pendukung bagi penyandang disabilitas. Adapun kesimpulan dari penelitian ini dimana terdapat dari data di lapangan jumlah pengunjung nilai minimum dari pengunjung disabilitas adalah 2,2, sementara nilai maksimum dari pengunjung disabilitas adalah 5. Rata-rata pengunjung disabilitas adalah 3,8, dengan standar deviasi 0,642. Dan nilai F hitung 29,836 dan nilai Sig. adalah 0,000. Diketahui nilai F hitung 29,836 > F tabel 2,699 dan nilai Sig adalah 0,000 < 0,05, maka fasilitas, aksesibilitas, internal secara bersama-sama atau simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pengunjung disabilitas. Serta nilai koefisien regresi dari variabel fasilitas bernilai positif, yakni 0.441. Hal ini berarti variabel fasilitas berpengaruh positif terhadap pengunjung disabilitas. Diketahui nilai Sig. dari variabel fasilitas adalah 0.000 < 0,05, maka disimpulkan fasilitas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pengunjung disabilitas. Dimana nilai koefisien determinasi (R-Square) adalah 0,482. Nilai tersebut dapat diartikan variabel fasilitas, aksesbilitas, internal mampu mempengaruhi pengunjung disabilitas sebesar 48,2%, sisanya sebesar 51,8% dijelaskan oleh variabel atau faktor lainny

Geopark is one form of sustainable development that applies to regional development, namely making the territorial benefits of a geopark area as an economic source. The concept of geopark management is a sustainable regional development plan that combines the four geodiversity, biodiversity, geoheritage, and cultural diversity systems to build local communities. Utilization of geoparks can be synergized with existing regional spatial plans. Utilization of geopark spatial planning can generate new economic opportunities around the Danao Toba area through geoparks providing many job opportunities in the tourism industry and tourism managers. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of caldera geopark tourism destinations on the development of the Lake Toba area in North Tapanuli Regency. The analytical method used in this research is multiple regression analysis with the number of respondents as many as 100 people. PERAN DINAS PARIWISATA BADUNG DALAM MEMPROMOSIKAN DAYA TARIK WISATA BADUNG DI ERA PANDEMI COVID-19
This study takes the little of the Role of the Badung Tourism Office in Promoting Bading Tourism Attractiveness in the Covid-19 Era. The purpose of this study was to find out how important the role played by the Tourism Office team in promoting tourist attractions in Badung Regency during the Covid-19 pandemic that still afflicts Bali tourism. The type of research conducted is qualitative. This research take a case study on the role of the Badung Tourism Office, namely in the field of marketing or tourism promotion in Badung. Sources of data obtained are through primary data sources and secondary data sources. Data collection techniques carried out by researchers using observation, interviews, documentation, and literature studies. The Badung Tourism Office has carried out various ways to promote tourist attractions in Badung in order to attract tourist visits to Badung Bali, one of wich is promoting tourism at home and abroad through social media and increasing human resouces by conducting trainings in the tourism sector.Penelitian ini mengambil judul tentang Peran Dinas Pariwisata Badung Dalam Mempromosikan Daya Tarik Wisata Badung Di Era Pandemi Covid-19. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa penting peran yang dilakukan oleh tim Dinas Pariwisata dalam mempromosikan daya tarik wisata di Kabupaten Badung Selma pandemic Covid-19 yang masih menimpa pariwisata Bali. jenis penelitian yang dilakukan adalah kualitatif. Penelitian ini mengambil studi kasus pada peran Dinas Pariwisata Badung yakni di bidang pemasaran atau promosi pariwisata yang ada di Badung. Sumber data yang diperoleh yaitu melalui sumber data primer dan sumber data sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan peneliti menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, dan studi pustaka. Dinas Pariwisata Badung telah melakukan berbagai cara untuk mempromosikan daya tarik wisata di Badung guna menarik kunjungan wisatawan ke Badung Bali salah satunya melakukan promosi pariwisata di dalam maupun luar negeri melalui sosial media dan meningkatkan SDM dengan melakukan pelatihan-pelatihan di bidang pariwisata
Analisis Potensi Ekowisata (Ecotourism) Kecamatan Tapaktuan Kabupaten Aceh Selatan
This research is focused on analyzing the potential of ecotourism in the area of Tapaktuan District which has not been explored so far so that it has not been able to give meaning to the addition of Regional Original Income (PAD) of South Aceh Regency. This study uses a qualitative approach and a SWOT analysis where in the data collection process, the author is directly involved with local tourism stakeholders and actors. From the analysis, there are 4 (four) ecotourism areas, namely: a) rural ecotourism areas; b) coastal ecotourism area; c) hilly / mountainous / forest ecotourism areas; and d) cultural and historical ecotourism areas. The SWOT analysis shows that the development of ecotourism development must have a priority scale where the priority is the development of coastal and rural ecotourism areas. As a pilot project, a simulation of a village with the name Lhok Rukam Village is given on the grounds that nature and its potential are beautifully available without having to be engineered / made by humans, it only remains to increase advice and empower human resources. Furthermore, the priority of the hilly ecotourism area in Panjupian Village is because several supporting facilities and playgrounds are available such as a swimming pool. The participation of all components of society, stakeholders and government is highly treated for the realization of tourism development which by itself increases the standard of living of the entire community.

Pengaruh Program Pelatihan dalam Peningkatan Pelayanan pada Departemen Housekeeping di Hotel Berbintang di Kabupaten Samosir
The training program in enhancement plays a very important role in the development of human resources, especially for the current hotel industry which plays a role in the advancement of the tourism industry. The housekeeping department which is responsible for arranging or arranging equipment, maintaining cleanliness and comfort, repairing damage and decorating with the aim that the hotel looks neat, clean, attractive and pleasant for residents to continue to improve by providing the best service by following training and programs provided by management of housekeeping employees. The method used in this research is descriptive research method with a quantitative approach to what extent the training program obtained is absorbed in the implementation of routine tasks by housekeeping employees. Pengembangan Potensi Wisata Kuliner Berbasis Kearifan Lokal di Desa Tongging Kecamatan Merek Kabupaten Karo Sumatera Utara
Culinary has considerable potential. According to a report from the Department of Industry and Trade, souvenir business on the streets today, has increased by 20% -25%. Economic growth in general only increased by around 3%. Therefore, economists are optimistic that in the coming years, the hawker center will be even brighter. Now cooking is not seen as domestic work. It doesn't have to be women who mix various spices and vegetables. The success of business people in the culinary field opens new gaps for culinary enthusiasts and prospective entrepreneurs engaged in food / cuisine Tongging village in Karo District, this village is located on the west side of Lake Toba. Located approximately 115 km from the city of Medan and can be reached by using a vehicle of approximately 3.5 hours. This village has a lake Toba lake area where there is a lot of management of fish cultivation in lakes or cages, where this business is a local community business and has contributed to the economy of the community. In addition to fisheries, this village is also a producer of agricultural commodities such as onion, garlic, rice and the manga is no less famous. Local menu is a tourist's favorite, arsik fish. Besides that, hygiene and sanitation problems are a problem in the area. Opportunities in developing the potential of culinary tourism in the village of Tongging are very open because this area has local wisdom both cultural and culinary and this is also supported by the central government through the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy which will make this area a culinary and shopping destination. Thus the guidance from the government and stakeholders to the community and village government is needed so that the community can maintain and enrich local wisdom.

As one of the 10 tourism priority destinations, the Mandalika Special Economic Zone (KEK) in West Nusa Tenggara must consider tourist experiences as things that need to be studied and developed, including experiences in enjoying culinary which is now known as 'culinary tourism'. Related to this, this study aims to see how the influence of food quality on tourist loyalty in the KEK Mandalika; how is the influence of satisfaction on tourist loyalty in the KEK Mandalika; whether there is an influence of food quality and tourist satisfaction together on tourist loyalty in the KEK Mandalika; and which of food quality and satisfaction has the most dominant influence on tourist loyalty in the Mandalika SEZ. By using partial tests and simultaneous tests based on quantitative research approaches, this study tested the hypotheses by involving 100 respondents selected by the purposive sampling method. Evaluasi Rute Penerbangan Pesawat Udara dalam Meningkatkan Kunjungan Wisatawan Mancanegara di Bandara Silangit, Kabupaten Tapanuli Utara
One of government’s efforts in continuously improving tourism in Indonesia is to support an agreement to focus on 10 new tourism destinations development, one of them is Lake Toba in North Sumatra. Related to that, there is an initiative to provide an accessibility to reach Lake Toba. Silangit airport is the physical evidence of that initiative to assist more foreign tourist visit Danau Toba. The airlines which serve the route from/to Silangit airport are Citilink, Batik Air, Sriwijaya Airlines, Wings Air, and Susi Air and Air Asia. In the future, Silangit airport is projected to be an international airport with more routes and airlines. In order to achieve that target, there is a need to improve the physical development and service to satisfy all visitors. This research is categorized as descriptive research with primary data method using survey by collecting data through questionnaires. Type of questionnaires that is used is direct one, which collects data from related respondents. This study found that there is a significant effort from PT. Angkasa Pura II to coordinate and commit to build and develop Silangit airport, in terms of physical aspects and services. This research also suggested that additional and various routes and airlines will be an opportunity, especially if the flight will include route to/from Batam, Bandung and Singapore.

Emotional Labor Pelaku Usaha dan Ekonomi Kreatif di Masa Pandemi (Kajian Kasus pada Kabupaten Toba)
Tourism and creative economy activities are the government's focus to keep the economy moving, even during the Covid-19 pandemic. Therefore, this study wants to analyze how entrepreneurs and the creative economy manage emotions when they have to deal with visitors who may transmit the virus, how they stay friendly when they are in a bad emotional state, and how they control themselves to stay friendly when they are worried. for their safety during the pandemic. This study uses a qualitative method by utilizing interviews as a data collection instrument. Limiting the problem is directed at the research locus that focuses on Toba Regency which is in the Super Priority Destination of Lake Toba. The results obtained indicate that tourism businesses and the creative economy are aware of the important value of issuing positive expressions to visitors, even though their feelings are not good. They realize that mental fatigue is not the responsibility of the company but is the responsibility of the individual so they must try to control their emotions in accordance with the demands of work.
