Fibroepithelial polyp of glans penis
No full textThe patient presented with the complaint of swelling at the tip of the penis that had been increasing for 6 months which was not associated with condom catheter use or prior surgery.
A cauliflower-like mass on the base of his penis was seen during the physical examination. It was clearly understood that the lesion affected the ventral surface of the penis, near the urethral meatus. No communication was found with the urethra. The cauliflower-like mass was about 2,5 cm in diameter (Figure 1). Surgery was performed with general endotracheal anesthesia. The mass was excised by wide local excision. The excised mass was 2.7x2x1.5 cm (Figure 2). The histopathologic diagnosis was fibroepithelial stromal polyp. The follow-up visits at 3, 6, and 12 months postoperatively showed normal findings and no recurrence.
We report a fibroepithelial polyp of the glans penis. Unlike most reported cases, our case was not associated with chronic condom catheter use. Fibroepithelial polyps are benign mesodermal tumours, which are composed of a core of fibro-vascular stroma with overlying epithelium. Clinically, the differential diagnosis includes condyloma acuminatum, giant condylomas (called Buschke–Löwenstein tumors), verrucous carcinoma, squamous cell carcinoma, urethral carcinoma and angiomyxoma. kongresinde sunulmuş, özet bildiriler kitabında basılmıştır.Bu çalışmanın amacı T.C. Kültür ve Turizm Bakanlığı’nın resmi mobil uygulamaları olan “Türkiye’nin Müzeleri” ve “Müzelerin Sesi” uygulamalarına yönelik kullanıcı deneyimlerinin incelenmesidir. Bu amaçla, kullanıcıların söz konusu uygulamalara yönelik Google Play platformunda yapmış oldukları yorumlar içerik analiziyle incelenmiştir. Elde edilen bulgular, uygulamaların faydalı ve kullanışlı olarak görüldüğünü ancak birtakım teknik aksaklıkların söz konusu olduğunu göstermiştir.

düzenlenen kusur sorumluluğu meselelerinin inceleneceği bu makalede, satıcının kusur sorumluluğu
kapsamındaki diğer zararın alıcının tercihine bağlı olarak olumlu veya olumsuz zarar esaslarına göre
hesaplanabileceği sonucuna ulaşılmıştırAccording to Article 208(2) of the Swiss Code of Obligations (SCO), the seller shall compensate for any damage that is directly caused by the delivery of defective goods. However, there is a significant debate surrounding the precise interpretation of the term “directly”. This article aims to explore the extent of the strict liability (liability without fault) of the seller. It also examines his liability in cases where fault can be established, as outlined in Article 208(3) of the SCO. Ultimately, the article concludes that the “further damage” can be calculated by the buyer who has the option to choose between assessing positive or negative interest as the basis for damages.No sponso
The evolution of a michaelis-menten type dynamics of tum
No full textHere, we investigate Michaelis-Menten type dynamics of phase-space analysis to a
mathematical model of tumor growth with an immune responses. We then explore
the effects of adaptive cellular immunotherapy on the model and describe under what
circumstances the tumor can be eliminated. The addition of a drug term to the system
can move the solution trajectory into a desirable basin of attraction.
One of main aims is derivation of sufficient conditions under which the possible biologically
feasible dynamics is local and globally stable, and a converges to one of equilibrium
points. Since these equilibrium points have a biological sense, we notice that
understanding limit properties of dynamics of cells populations based on solving problem
nonlinear dynamical system may be of an essential interest for the prediction of health
conditions of a patient without a treatment, when the data (e.g. the status of blood
cells shown above) that determines the condition of the patient are compared at various
times t0, t1, ..., tm and correlated.
Mathematical analysis of the Michaelis-Menten type equations, regarding to dissipativity,
boundedness of solutions, nature of equilibria, local and global stability have been
investigated.
We studied some features of behavior of one of three-dimensional tumor growth models
with dynamics described in terms of densities of three cells populations: tumor cells,

Federal Hükûmet, sağlık sisteminde artan hemşirelik talebinin gelecekte karşılanabilmesini sağlamak için yurt dışından profesyonel hemşire alımını politik bir önlem olarak görmektedir. Bu amaçla siyasi düzeyde yasal düzenlemelerin yanı sıra, çeşitli danışmanlık ve destek seçenekleri de hayata geçirilmiştir. Bunlar, yurt dışından profesyonel hemşirelerin işe alım ve tanınma süreciyle bağlantılı olarak ülkeye girişini kolaylaştırmayı amaçlamaktadır. Aynı zamanda araştırmalar bütünleştirici önlemlerin olumlu etkisini kanıtlamakta ancak Almanya’daki iş yerlerinde sürdürülebilir entegrasyon için alan çapında önlem eksikliği vardır. Ek zaman, finans ve insan kaynaklarına yatırım yapıp yapmama ve ne ölçüde yatırım yapılacağına sağlık sektöründeki sorumlu aktörlerin karar vermesi uygundur.The demographic shift and severe shortage of nurses present a significant obstacle
for the German healthcare system. The government views recruiting nurses from
overseas as a policy initiative to guarantee that future demand for nursing care in the
health sector can be satisfied. In pursuit of this objective, legislation has been enacted
at the political level, and various counselling and support programmes have been
established. These measures are intended to facilitate the entry of nursing professionals from overseas, related to the recruitment and recognition process. Meanwhile,
research shows that integrative measures have a positive impact, but Germany lacks
comprehensive measures for enduring workplace integration. It is the responsibility
of healthcare stakeholders to determine whether and to what degree they should invest in extra time, financial resources, and personnel.No sponso
The P-body protein 4E-T represses translation to regulate the balance between cell genesis and establishment of the postnatal NSC pool
No full textHere, we ask how developing precursors maintain the balance between cell genesis for tissue growth and establishment of adult stem cell pools, focusing on postnatal forebrain neural precursor cells (NPCs). We show that these NPCs are transcriptionally primed to differentiate and that the primed mRNAs are associated with the translational repressor 4E-T. 4E-T also broadly associates with other NPC mRNAs encoding transcriptional regulators, and these are preferentially depleted from ribosomes, consistent with repression. By contrast, a second translational regulator, Cpeb4, associates with diverse target mRNAs that are largely ribosome associated. The 4E-T-dependent mRNA association is functionally important because 4E-T knockdown or conditional knockout derepresses proneurogenic mRNA translation and perturbs maintenance versus differentiation of early postnatal NPCs in culture and in vivo. Thus, early postnatal NPCs are primed to differentiate, and 4E-T regulates the balance between cell genesis and stem cell expansion by sequestering and repressing mRNAs encoding transcriptional regulators.No sponso
Diversity of root canal morphology in mandibular premolars and its treatment strategies
No full textVariations in root and canal configurations can be observed in every tooth group. Mandibular premolars are a group of teeth where deviations in the root canal anatomy are common and are among the most difficult to treat endodontically. Diagnosis of root canal anomalies before endodontic treatment is a basic requirement. The root number and canal configurations aberrations such as double canal, C-shaped root canal system, 3-, 4-, and 5-canal are observed in mandibular premolars. There are relationships between some coronal and radicular features and multiple canal anatomy in mandibular premolars. There are significant
correlations between external root morphologies and internal root canal systems of the mandibular premolars. Similarly, root characteristics may be related to some coronal features. This comprehensive review aims to examine the morphological variations observed in mandibular premolars and discuss the clinical and radiographic signs in the diagnosis of teeth with complex root canal systems before endodontic treatments.No sponso

No full textThe presence of variations in root canal morphology is a common phenomenon. Success- ful endodontic treatment requires thorough cleaning, shaping and filling of root canals. Comprehensive knowledge of root canal cavity anatomy is one of the basic requirements to provide these procedures. Having knowledge about common anatomies and rare variations in all cases and understanding them be- fore/during the treatment increases the success of the treatment. Many roots can have additional canals and different root canal configurations. The presence of canal variations is one factor that increases the diffi- culty of endodontic treatment. There are features that need to be considered in relation to each tooth group. The root number of the tooth groups and the morphological structure of the roots are affected by demo- graphic factors such as ethnicity, geographical region, and gender. The morphological characteristic di- versity of teeth is observed not only in root structures but also in root-canal numbers and configurations.Kök kanal morfolojisinde varyasyonların varlığı sık karşılaşılan bir fenomendir. Başarılı bir en- dodontik tedavinin gerçekleştirilmesi kök kanallarının eksiksiz şekilde temizlenmesi, genişletilmesi ve doldurulması gereklidir. Bu prosedürleri sağlamak için temel gereksinimlilerin başında kök kanal boş- luğu anatomisi hakkında kapsamlı bir bilgiye sahip olmak gelir. Tüm vakalarda yaygın karşılaşılan ana- tomilerle birlikte az karşılaşılan varyasyonlar hakkında bilgi sahibi olmak ve tedavi öncesi/sırasında bunların anlaşılması tedavi başarısını artırmaktadır. Birçok kök, ilave kanallara ve değişik kök kanal konfigürasyonlarına sahip olabilmektedir. Kanal varyasyonlarının varlığı endodontik tedavinin zorlu- ğunu artıran faktörlerin başında gelir. Her diş grubu ile ilintili dikkat edilmesi gereken unsurlar bulun- maktadır. Diş gruplarının kök sayısı ve köklerin morfolojik yapısı, etnisite, coğrafi bölge ve cinsiyet gibi demografik faktörlerden etkilenmektedir. Dişlerin morfolojik karakteristik çeşitliliği sadece kök yapıla- rında değil aynı zamanda kök-kanal sayısı ve konfigürasyonlarında da gözlenir.No sponso
